I do not understand some of these bad reviews. What did you think this place was? I love Ripleys Believe It or Not! I think this was actually the 3rd one Ive visited so far and none of them ever disappoint. It has everything you could ever want. From the cool, to the weird and even the scary. I cannot wait to find another and see what kind of strange things Ill get to observe. Plus, the cost of admission is not that crazy which is nice for a mainstream place like this.

Awesome stuff to look at and tons of interesting information that you would have to see/read to believe. We got there close to closing time and never felt rushed to finish our tour either. Very good combo of service and entertainment.

Although I went to the Panama City Beach location, I wanted to leave this review for an employee there who was so polite and kind! He told me he came in to work from the San Francisco location to help out. I believe his name was Sharbel, (I wish I could remember the name, so hopefully thats correct) He was seriously awesome! He explained everything to me and my friends about all the attractions (a couple times, cause some things I was confused on) and had a smile on his face the whole time. His friendliness was very refreshing. Great employee!

As a kid I have always wanted to go inside a Ripley believe it or not. Im so happy that I could do this as an adult and share this experience with my daughter. We both had a good time and were amazed at all the cool things in here. We spent about an hour and half here. Well worth it. Got a good deal on groupon.

This was a fun and unique experience. We have been to the Ripleys in Newport, Or. and this was such a different experience which made it even better! Great place for family fun. The employees were very nice, which is not a common thing it seems. The mirror maze was short but fun and same with the lasers.

If weird is what you want, then this is the place. My kids didnt like the spookiness and there arent much hands-on activities either. I wished I had skipped this experience. They did love the super hero characters outside though, and the shadow camera.

It was fun and interesting. It has its main museum portion and then two addition attractions at an additional cost. I thought the main museum was fun, but I am just terrified by wax figures and there was a good amount of those so... The additional attraction Mirror Maze was my favorite.

If you want a couple of hours of feeling uncomfortable, this is the place for you! Not because of the creepy weirdness of the most tattooed woman or the lizard man, but because so many of the artifacts Ripley gathered seem more like culturally significant items that were taken from their rightful homes. Ripleys love of Africa and Asia feels more like a fetish than a genuine interest. Spend your money somewhere else.

Had some interesting things in here. My son is younger so a lot of things scared him. We decided to try this place out of curiosity. It was not bad, would be best for people who are interested in crazy things. Although not my scene, it wasnt bad for what we paid. I would suggest some of the sounds be toned down a bit.

Really gimmicky and cheap. Almost kinda sad actually. Still it was mildly fun especially with a significant other or a group of friends. The one in LA is way better. The little spinning tunnel you walk through is awesome tho and the pyramid of mirrors thing was cool too. I was glad I went once but I dont think Id go again. If it wasnt included with the go card and didnt take long to go through I wouldnt have gone at all.

I took my 5 and 9 year old while on vacation in SF a year ago and it was awesome. I got soooo many great photos for my social media.

This is a fun place to take kids who are curious about the unknown. Having seen it about 4 times in my life I can say that Ive probably seen it all now but Ripleys constantly amazes with the bizarre and rarities in the world. This is a great place for children and adults alike, as long as you dont get sick from the stuff you see.It gets a little pricey when adding up admission costs but Ripleys is a must-see at least once, experience, so save up!

WOW. So many amazing g things to see here. They even have a mirror maze which was not easy to find your way around. We thought there was an elevator to go down but it only part of the exhibit and scared us when the floor pretended to drop out from under our feet. There were a lot of creative art pieces made from nails and typewriters. Def. Do this if you are in the area. Worth it.

We really enjoyed our time at ripleys. I didnt know what to expect or how to even gauge how much I enjoyed it. The best way I can describe it is like a freak show mashed with a museum. Nobody chewing on glass or swallowing swords but it wouldnt seem out of place. I found my jaw hanging open at some of the exhibits and it kept occurring as we went along. It felt like they focused on the opposite end of the spectrum of political correctness.
