Seems like a great venue for rave or mosh-pit style shows. Not sure Id want a seat, but i loved dancing in the open crowd at the Robyn concert.Truly appreciate the ability to bring my own water bottle and the availability of water stations throughout the venue. Keeping the crowds hydrated was a great idea and we thank you!

I love this venue. Theres plenty of good parking in the garage. Theres a nice park full of interesting folks to watch while we waited in line for 2 hours. It was a general admission show and I was with some people that are very serious about The 1975 so we got there early. I DONT really care so I moved seats all over the place during the show and there really isnt a bad seat or bad sound. The singer actually saw an emergency near the front during the show and within minutes we watched the security wade in, scoop up the naked rolling-boy and sweep him up to the well-staffed first aid station. Kind of awe-inspiring considering how packed the floor was!

Went to the restrooms at intermission and was blown away by how clean they were. Great job on that! The venue was pretty awesome. We did find the acoustics for the Head and the Heart show were a lot better the higher you got..in the auditorium...cant speak to the other high. Im going back to see of Monsters and Men in a few weeks and am excited its there.

I frequent Bill Graham exclusively for raves and I love this place. Theres always amazing artists (and sometimes even multi-artist shows) coming through here and the venue is HUGE. It can get pretty warm, but for the amount of people packed inside this space they do a good job of keeping it cool. Anyway, Ive seen some incredible shows here. Ive included a few pictures of the stage

Gorgeous venue, very clean, bathroom was tidy, drink/food pricing was fair, alcohol-$$$, staff was helpful and pleasant. Bart is located about 1 block away. There is permanent seating in the balcony area, the concert I attended was General Admission the floor was open for standing. I was pleased with the available standing room, it was never too crowded to me. I will happily come back to this venue!

This is a great medium-sized venue close to downtown SF! Its located close to BART and Muni stops, and right next to City Hall. I went here for an Arctic Monkeys concert. Waiting in line to go in probably could have been a little more organized. I was in line across the street, and once the line started moving forward, some people just ran across past the barriers instead of crossing at the crosswalk. Its not the most up-to-date venue either. But the concessions are fairly priced around ~$10. Staff and crew are nice though!

Great sound, awesome places, spacious, with coat check, enough bathrooms for the crowds, not gender neutral yet, outside the theater venue there are lounges areas to take a break, water fountains, there is also a huge spacious full bar with lounge areas, sofas and tables to hang out for a bit while you wait for the concert to start.I always have so much fun in that place, accesible for Bart.Great security at the entrance, you can bring your empty Bottle of water. I saw there the Queens of the stone age show. I noticed the sound in the upper balconies is corrupted. the sound below was great, but the stage is too low and its hard for short people to see too much. Apart from that the facilities are good. Here’s the thing, I LOVE who comes to this venue, BUT I don’t like who boomy and crowded this place can get. I tend to go to places like the Independent and love the service/size/sound one could experience. Here, it’s a normal large venue with nothing really special.

The staff does a terrible job (or more like never does their job) to clear the rails on the balcony level. Dont waste your time or money trying to get good balcony seats. We understand that there is a walkway for trash and going in-and-out, but thats different than people completely just not sitting down and standing at the rails to watch the entire show and blocking everyone behind them.

I paid for three non obstructed seats. There was no security by my section and people blocked our view to the stage. I went out the first worker I approached told he didnt have a phone send me to the lady by the restrooms. She told me she would go and call the manager. I waited over 10 minutes, nobody came. Then, I saw another man that works there told him about the people blocking our view. Asked my section and told him 307. He said okay and nobody came. If I want to be standing for 2 hours during a concert, it should be my free will not because I am left no other choice to see the artist performing.

Its a larger venue and is obviously bigger that a club or theater so its not quite some typical evening where you go and check out some band and have a few drinks. But the place is not so unbelievably big that it makes you feel like youre in some massive stadium miles from the band. Its a huge house but it doesnt feel like it. Which is cool. The staff were all pros and the food and snacks being relegated to a defined space was pretty nice. You could duck out and grab some French Fries and hear your friends talk at the same time.Youll go because you have to go but you wont hate it at all. Youll have a good time and youll gladly go again.

Ive seen my brother and cousins graduate here and Ive seen some of my favorite bands and djs here. One of my favorite things about the venue is that no matter how packed, how sold out, theres always room to mellow out. PRO TIP: if you face the stage, the back wall on the left side always has room. You can chill against the wall or get right up against the rail.

My wife and I came here back in December to watch a Marshmellow Show. We felt little bit out of place being on the older end of the spectrum and not taking all the drugs that these kids seem to be on but we still had plenty of fun and were glad that we were able to find a bathroom that didnt have to match rampant drug use and young girls getting sick with their friends holding their hair back. I think in the future will stick to concerts that are not electronic music as that seems to attract a lot of young kids on drugs. The only thing that was a very negative experience that night was the fact that people are smoking cigarettes indoors and it got a little out of hand there should have been more people monitoring that.

Ra
Review №92

It definitely was not the worst venue, but the lack of professionalism from staff and inability to control a crowd sets it apart from other good venues in the bay area. For one, we waited from 8am in line to see the show that started at 730pm. When they opened the doors to the venue the staff did not care who got in first, instead they allowed people to form a crowd of people trying to push their way toward the front, and so they did. So we waited for nothing because people who arrived much later than we did were able to push through the front. Once the crowd settled it was chaos inside. It was hot, humid, and the people in the front were being crushed. Something they could have avoided if the line went in in a more organized manner. The most degrading voice over the speaker told us to take several steps back. The show was delayed because of this. The staff then came to the front and started throwing water bottles to cool people down. The show was great, but the staff was so rude, and the crowd so chaotic it makes me want avoid this place.

Once I made it into the Auditorium I was instructed to speak to a staff member who was in charge of providing seating to people with a handicap or someone in my condition.
