Kids love it. Adults too! Cristina was our host during a birthday and was so accommodating. A very kind person with excellent customer service skills. If she wasn’t working for them, she would be working for me thanks for a great day

Awesome place. Lots of fun inside the building. However after leaving the facility I found that my sons shirt was stained on its back. This is the only place we visited today. He came home with some sort of bleaching on his back part of his shirt. I called as soon as I got home after my other kids noticed. I called to notify the hem my sons shirt had some sort of staining on his back, only got deflection from the person who answered the phone to the manager I spoke to. It’s only a 15 dollar shirt but one that can’t be replaced since it’s a custom shirt from our church. They didn’t care less to make a report or take my name and number to figure out what happen. If there is an admin there who is reading this, it would be great to respond on how I can get this resolved. Picture of my youngest son shirt damaged and my other sons not. Just left there 30 minutes ago.

This was a great place to host a party! We were in the Grand Room and it was room enough for a banquet or conference and it came equipped with a mic system and projection screen. I was impressed. Lots of games to play and the kids had a blast on the go karts. We had kids ages 4 on up that were able to ride the go karts.

Top notch, 1st visit and will definitely return. There is a learning curve at first but once youre I get your schedule everything works out just fine. Great staff! Very helpful specialy the guys at the zip line. Recommend to everyone.

So... second time here for a kids birthday party. Great staff, food and fun. I do however, need to shout out about Nate!! At the bar I asked if I could get a coffee for my wife and the bartender getting my beverage said no, they don’t have coffee. Nate overheard and asked where we were sitting. He came over and said, “we have a coffee maker in the lounge and I put a fresh pot on.” 5 mins later he arrived with a fresh cup. Way to go out of your way to satisfy a customer!!!

It was nice but really didnt have much for toddlers also really didnt see no one sanitizing the areas and only saw 2 hand sanitizer machines they really need to step it up on that

Of all the times that I have been here, today has been one of the best experiences despite being under the circumstances we are in right now. Richard one of the managers and their supervisor Adrian have AMAZING customer service. They were both extremely helpful and made my time here so much better. I would definitely be coming back here soon.. Stephen also was very helpful when one of the games stopped working in the middle of me playing. If every employee here had the same customer service they did it would make this place even better!

Andretti was a very fun experience. The go-kart racing was well organized, and you got what your money payed for. Very high-end tracks, one for adults and one for everybody. They even have a little kids track. These tracks have multiple levels too them. It’s not complicated to drive the go-karts and safety is good. The arcade and vr is fun as well. There is food and bowling. The food area is very unique featuring little food trucks sticking out of the wall. Andretti really took their time here in SA to make sure they weren’t just like any other indoor go-karting facility.

The place itself is awesome. My kids and I went as part of a birthday celebration for my friends kid. It was so much fun, but the arcade games are expensive. The mini mariokarts are super fun(ny) to watch. They go pretty slow but its the experience of a 5 year old driving. Place was clean. Restrooms were clean. Games didnt feel sticky like at other places. Some games were restricted to keep social distancing but it didnt really make much sense because the next game 3 feet over was available. The café opens into the arcade floor so there are people with no masks just sitting in the café with no food or drink just for the sake of being somewhere without a mask. Adults walking around with no mask and rubbing past people. When I got there it wasnt packed but 10 minutes later it was packed.

I wasnt terribly impressed with this place. I think this place is great for adults, and families with older children, perhaps 10+. However, I think for families with little kids it falls short of expectations. I have an 8 year old, 6 year old and 3 year old.First the positives:The go-karting is awesome! They have a little kid (36+) race that goes slowly around a closed track. My 6 year old had a blast doing this and was perfectly happy with it. Then they have a big kid track which adults are allowed to ride on. Unfortunately, the karts on the big kid track barely fit adults, so if you have a kid that needs extra guidance on the track, youll be very uncomfortable. Additionally, they have a racetrack for adults which looks like a lot of fun.Laser tag is pretty cool, my kids enjoyed it a lotNow the negatives:This place is EXPENSIVE!!! They even charge $3.00 for a Gatorade in a vending machine! If you are a family, plan to spend easily about $150 per visit. If the outrageous price on a Gatorade wasnt bad enough, plan on spending at least $1.50 - $1.75 PER play on the arcades.Secondly, if you have children under the age of 6, there is really nothing for them to do at this place. Even at 6, the kids can only do a few things.Finally, there is a 4D shooter video game that they have here which has very realistic violence. The employees should give a warning about the content of the game if they see little kids entering. My oldest had nightmares about this game afterwards.

The Go-Karts and laser tag were better than expected. Will definitely return to either this Andretti or one of their sister locations in the near future

Better fun center Ive been to. Indoor carts were great, excellent beer selection, and the kids from 8 to 16 all had a blast.

It was my first time there and I loved every bit of it. It is so family friendly with so much for everyone to do. If you have any event ask for Cannon to be your host cuz he his the greatest. If you go to the bar you wont get a better bar tender then Johnna. Me and my family cant wait to go back.

Its real life Mario Kart! Theyre basically the same karts youll find at K1 speed, but the track is way, way, way more fun. I was giddy for a couple hours afterwards, and I was driving shifters a day earlier.What I learned: if you sight the right line and adjust the first apex of the double hairpins to a bit into corner exit, youll be able do the whole track flat footed (except for the downhill corkscrew!). Also, adjust your seat and pedals as far forward as possible so you can trade understeer for oversteer.

Everything served is at a premium price for frozen food. the only thing fresh is the salad everything else is frozen then thawed. I saw multiple employees cross contaminating while handling raw burger meat then making nachos. Ive seen enough to know stay away from the food

Very interesting venue. It has a variety of options to include a bar with numerous tvs to watch sports. The karts are electric since its an indoor venue. If you have lots of energy this place should help keep you entertained.

We book my daughters birthday party here. We booked a room, with pizza, and games for 3 hours. The place was impressive when walking in and we were so excited. I was planning on dropping hundreds on food, drink, and games. Almost as soon as we were in room, setting up party decorations, we were told we needed to be out 30 minutes early. Annoyed, we figured, np. Then around 15 minutes later they returned and said we needed to vacate the room. If they had communicated this to us, we wouldnt have taken a limo bus there. So I spent the remainder of my daughters birthday ferrying presents back home in an uber. The only good thing is the kids had fun, but the party pack game cards wont let you collect tickets unless you pay to upgrade. Dave and busters doesnt do this. The race track looks really fun, but never got around to it and never will, I wont be returning

So awesome! The kart track is something else- its multilevel with hills and drops, something I havent had on other tracks. The karts are also quite fast- fast enough that you cant go all out all the time. This means that you really do have to control the gas vs brake, especially around the turns or hills. The little kid track is also fun- my 4 year old loved it!If it was just the karting it would be an easy 5 stars. Unfortunately, they included an arcade and laser tag, which were grossly overpriced, and frankly unfair. I purchased a combo pack online before going, which included 10 dollars in arcade game credit. This they load onto a card which my kids could use on the machines. However, after 5 games they were stuck with just over a dollar in credit as the cheapest game is $1.65. $1.65!! Literally the only reason I can fathom is that it inevitably ends that you have to go back and add more cash just to use your original investment. Thats just plain dirty. The laser tag wasnt as bad, $10 per game I think, though still expensive for the 10 minute play time we got.The point is, go for the karting, forget the rest.

Clean, employees constantly cleaning everything. Ample staff, had an issue with a game and found a employee right away. Go karts were a blast. The pizza is restaurant quality. Overall had a great time!

Just took the kid here for her 17th birthday. She has been learning how to drive a real car and was excited to cut loose on the cart track. Our whole family had a blast. Think D&B with go carts and other extras. I highly recommend checking this place out. Our only disappointment was not having gone much sooner.

This place is great. Large variety of entertaining games and activities but only down side is its a little pricey , so make sure you save a bit to actually get a good experience. Areas were clean and wasnt cramped even with a large crowd of people. Would go again , very enjoyable!

Was fun there except the some of the staff act like if they were from the Eastside. Had ugly attitude. And gocart were fun but staff keeps stopping you so its not worth the money

The racing was a lot of fun. Love the cars and how fast they are. Also love the fact that the place was more adult friendly than anything. I even had a good time with the games. Will definitely be returning!!

Came here about a week ago. Entire staff was super friendly! Pizza arrived in a decent amount of time and was pretty good. If I had to point out anything I guess I wished that theyd go around wiping down surfaces frequently touched every now and then. I had sanitizer on me and was sanitizing before and after every use so it wasnt a problem for myself. Social distancing for games was great a lot of the two player games were down to one and ones with two or more had every other one open for play.

This place was great. We had our daughters 10th here. Staff was great, food was good, drink prices were below average for a place like this and strong. There were a couple of snags but management quickly fixed them. A one stop shop for a birthday party at $45 a kid was relaxing.

If you are 18+ I would not recommend this place at all. Definitely designed for kids. Karts are electric and they have complete control over your carts. If you want to race go to K1 speed. The games are rather pricey, I would rather go to dave and busters any day. Obviously most arcade claw games are somewhat rather rigged but these were on another level of rigged. 4 times I had a item from the claw machine about to drop it in the hole then the claw would shake above the hole and throw the item back into the machine. I was just trying to get a stuffed animal for my nephew but like I said it was so rigged. It was a complete waste of time and money would not recommend to anyone!

Today with all that’s going on in the world my daughter picked me up for outside the house enjoyment 8/24/20. I started not to post a review but here I go. Started off good when we arrived first time visitor I was......And VERY LAST TIME! Utilizing the ladies room we were approached by a staff member telling us we were TOO LOUD? As we looked puzzled at each other she just kept saying we needed to quiet down our voices in the ladies room. I was insulted by her even saying a thing like that when we were NOT AT ALL loud. At that moment I decided to instruct my daughter that we must leave ASAP... I felt like wrong color, wrong neighborhood, she was looking angry at us and if SAPD were to be called I can’t guarantee us seeing another day so we left EXPEDITIOUSLY.... Glad that I was there to teach my daughter that no matter what you do sometimes people will still try to get you to act out of character if you allow them too... Blessing in disguise though.

Visited on Memorial Day and to my surprise and pleasure it was not that crowded. I especially enjoyed the fact that my 4 year old was able to drive on a kid track by himself. You will have to plan on having separate scheduled race times if you attend with different age groups or a big group. The facility is laid out nicely, the A/C is cold, and its not super noisy. You will come outta pocket tho, so just go and have a good time because thats what its all about.

For the amount of money I spent , I feel like I wasn’t treated correctly. My host had an attitude and look bothered the whole time my party was in session. Our game cards that were supposed to be unlimited didn’t work. My decorations came up “missing”. When I tried to speak with the manager today he had a smart Alec tone. Like an “Oh well” kind of attitude. I’m really disappointed. And I will not be spending my money here ever again.

Great place for adults and kids. The go kart tracks are second to none, atleast within a few hundred miles of here. There are multiple VR experiences, lots of games, and even a climbing slash mini zip line thing in the roof! Im in my 30s and i think I had as much fun as my daughter racing. Totally worth it. Also the staff is friendly, they are every where to explain any of the activities to you. The pricing is very reasonable and no reservations are needed. You wont regret a trip here and will want to come back.

The arcade area is awesome. But the service was so confusing and frustrating. I didnt like the prices for go karting and lazer tag. You have to pay for that one activity for how ever many times you go. The go kart track isnt even that good. You can find better go karting somewhere else.

Youll spend a fortune in here. If vr isnt your thing. Dont waste your money on the packages. The ropes course, laser tag, and carts can all be bought separately for less. My 17 and 14 year olds could have done without the vr they said.

We celebrated my sons 15th Birthday at Andrettis on Wednesday July 23. What an amazing experience. I was hesitant with the current situation but their diligence in providing a clean safe environment was beyond expectations. Our host Samantha kept the schedule of our events flowing with no waiting in line! We added a race to the Teen Octane Package and it was well worth it. The kids had a blast. We will definitely be going again.

Fun place for kids..wasnt for sure how to get in line (place appointment or time slot) for zip line or racing.. kids enjoyed themselves but some of the staff were rude, talked with angry tone in voice, grabbed stuff away from kids, werent helpful on the way the place was set up on placing time slots.. could work on customer service thats for sure..

Definitely come on a Tuesday! Came for my girlfriend’s birthday on a Tuesday afternoon and it was awesome! First off, the place is huge and has a variety of different games, from virtual reality to roller coaster VR, bowling, go-karts and the list goes on. Tuesday because they slash their prices in half for the go kart racing! Which would be the whole point you come here anyway! The track was awesome, those go-karts had some power to them! I ended up pulling a DK(drift king) and doing some power slides through the corners and turns! We loved it and had an absolute blast and would definitely return to try out the other amenities!

First and foremost.. we would like to say that Alex who works in the Mario kids bumper cars was so nice and sweet to our 5 year old autistic son. It brought happy tears for me and a huge smile for my husband to see our son being treated with patience. We definitely will be back and hope to see Alex again. Very satisfied with todays visit!

My wife and I went to go kart a little and the prices were pretty high, but doable. $21.95 per person per 8 minutes and they offer a military discount. The issue though is that the 8 minutes includes any time spent fixing the people that have spun out. The karts are electric so they can stop them. We got one lap out of the 5 we were able to complete that we didnt have to stop.

We went on my birthday day 08-04 this past Tuesday and we ended up going back Saturday the 8th and purchased the memberships for our family of four. We love this place I especially love my old school games Pac-Man,Galaga, Centipede yeah it shows my age, because Im a product of the 80s. My family and I like the duck pin bowling, this is a awesome establishment. Looking forward to returning soon.

My daughter attended a birthday party and had a great time. Theres opportunity for the group to stay together or go separate ways. Good can be purchased or brought in.The staff did a great job for taking care of the details. They keep track of the kids, got them to the planned events, and took care of serving.The facility is new and the design encourages spectators to stay engaged. The one exception is the go carts because you cant see most of the track.The games are well balanced based on maturity. Even the go carts have a little kids version. There should be something for everyone. After 2 hours, our party still had a list of things they wanted.My biggest ding is parking. There just isnt enough spaces.

Fun place to hang out with some games and more. We started off with food and drinks before playing some games. There were a lot of games I hadnt seen before. A few that were actually quite fun! Huge variety of game types to keep anyone interested. Not very crowded for a Friday night, but maybe thats just how it feels because of how big this place is.I took off a star for a couple reasons. The steak fajitas and wings we ordered were not very good. We finished it because we were hungry but this place doesnt seem to excel in its food. Bowling was with tiny balls and small pins which kept our whole group away.All in all, it was still a very fun time. Id go back.

Epic and expensive. Its like Dave and Busters on steroids. Limited video game selection here but they have massive screens. Cobb salad was good. All other food here is a gut bomb. (Dave and Busters has better food) The electric go karts have lots of torque, and the climbing course was a nice touch.

First off the staff was awesome they were helpful and didnt seem to be too unhappy to be there. I lost My phone and one of them actually went and helped me find it without me even asking or anything. The gocart was fun as heck and way faster than I thought they would be. The arcade games and tickey making games were 1.65 regardless of game. It was bit more expensive than I wanted but not absurd or predatory. Well maybe a little I did leave with a 1.60 left on my card when I went with my daughters. They did have some VR games that I actually really enjoyed. All in all a fun experience and a nice place to take your kids.

The atmosphere is great and not overwhelming. I love that there is so much to do. I took my grandchildren 8 and 10. It was perfect for them. I think Ill take my husband here for date night.

Showed up with my nephew and the carts were completely booked for an event. Cant seem to understand why a place that offers cart racing to the public would book the track to an outside event and particularly on half price Tuesday, the day the public would plan to enjoy themselves. Half price, zero availability. Great FIRST experience here. I will not be back and we are headed to K1.

The races were really fun, and I surprised at how fast the karts went. I was disappointed that the referee let the same kart crash into me 3 different times with no repercussions. It really hurts, when you are going that fast.The arcade was fun except some of the game just stole the money from tour prepaid card without working.The overall best experience there is the Dark ride, it felt so real.

Really enjoyed this place! I compare it to Main Event but bigger. The bar and food selection are awesome. The games are all new and the virtual reality games are amazing. The indoor carting is one of a kind. Ive never seem anything like it! Getting prepared to cart gets confusing so stay close to your kids. If you get a 6:30 cart time expect a 20min delay. I also recommend you ask the worker to add extra disinfectant to your helmet. Youll have a blast carting in this place, it makes K1 look like its for babies. Ill be coming back in the summer for sure!

This place is so fun. I definitely recommend going on a week day though so it wont be so packed. Pricing is good. They offer military discount as well. The racing is fun! The prizes are decent. The food area is a little confusing but it all works out and youll get your food even when theyre super busy. Drinks are made well. Over all is a great place for both adults and kids. The virtual reality shooter game is so fun! The obstacle course is fun and yes it will support an adults weight. Me (155lbs) and my dad (200lbs) got on and it was safe.

The place is clean, and the employees were nice. We were there for a corporate event and all went smooth.The Karting was fun, and they go pretty fast! They also have a governor where Andretti employees can slow everyone down when there is a crash or disabled vehicle on the track.The laser tag was a lot of fun! Its two stories, and had lots of obstacles to move between.We enjoyed the indoor sky park, there were some really challenging areas. The 20 foot or so zipline was great! It automatically slows you down on the other side.The games are on the expensive side, so we purchased a 1hr unlimited game card for about $25. I didnt look to see what other specials existed.The games looked in good order, and I didnt see any games out-of-order while there.We didnt get to explore the adult beverages or the food menu. The pizza ordered by a friend tasted great! It had a crunchy crust, just the way we like it.We look forward to going back!

HORRIBLE and unacceptable first time experience.Rude bartender.Rude laser tag employee.Helpless manager.My family and I went for the first time to andretti on thrusday August 6th. We spent $200 and couldnt help but feel like we left this establishment the losers that night. My displeasure with the staff was brought up in discussion with the manager Richard. We were treated poorly and rudely. Richard explained that with everything going on they have been limited on things they can give away... my reply to Richard was that Im not asking for anything free. We spent $200. I wanted Richard to make it right, not give anything free. Richard offered 3 $10 game cards. $30 value. This was his attempt to make things right. I didnt go to andretti for arcade games. Hard earned money was spent on racing/laser tag/drinks. My family and I walked out of this place disgruntled and $200 short of an amazing experience.

I love this place so much BUT I came today with my family to race for my daughter birthday and we waited in a room with about 30 people waiting to race. WHAT happen to the 6 feet apart this is so bad many people will catch COVID-19 . It’s like Andretti’s and the employee don’t care about there customers at all yeah it’s a family fun place but with COVID waiting to get you!!! Don’t come here till this sickness is gone and learn social Distancing !!! I’m so ashamed. Might tell this to the news I took some pictures and videos

The BEST place to spend time with your family playing some arcade games and laser tag or to hang out with friends if you want to grab a couple of drinks at the sports bar and start up a bowling game. It is really fun and you can also request songs on RockBot and play all kinds of music. They also have VR which is fun to play and even more fun watching friends play as they freak out. Also the food, though admittedly pricey, is amazing! I reccomend you check it out as soon as possible. There is so much more that I still havent even tried yet. Thanks Andrettis for the great experience!

My family and I went for my brothers birthday and we did the Go Cart Racing. There was another family with us and it fees like they completely ripped us off. All of the Go Carts went slow (very slow) and it felt like we barely had any time. An awful experience.

We came during spring break. Fun for the whole family of all ages including adults. We stayed 3 hours and played games, go karts, and laser tag. We didnt get a chance to do the other rides but we will check them next time for sure. Can be a bit pricey if you want to do something on a budget. Definitely an option for whole family entertainment.

This place is sooo fun I love coming here with the kids!!!The games are funn the employees are amazing everything is sooo clean! The racing was amazing the only bad thing was me and my children had to witness a customer yelling at a employee for doing her job ( I was in the room with the same lady when the employee was doing everything right I come here every Thursday) which was ridiculous the customer literally lied to the managers about the employee so they can get free stuff. Honestly if your gonna come to a family place please leave your negativity at home. I had to Reinsure the employee she did her job right because every time I’m here she remembers me and my kids. So Crystal from track keep up the good work!!!Other than that I will keep returning it’s worth the money !!
