I like the trees and the shade within this Sylvan compound. The playground is good and has a nice gazebo pretty close to it to watch the kids from as well as a decent basketball court. Yeah I think there could be more parking available but maybe not enough from around the compound.

My kids love this playground, I dont understand why its always so empty... my kids usually have the whole place to themselves when we go

Great playground for 10 and under..bathrooms, picnic tables

Cons: Backs up to the hood (didnt realize safety harbor had one). Blunt wrappers everywhere on the playground. Kids smoking weed in the bathroom.Pros: Playground equipment is nice and well kept, lot of variety of equipment, close restroom, and pavilion.

Still some work as if the roads dont sometimes just stop
