Great people there with their dogs. The park itself could use some attention though. Theres water running that make mud puddles that are not good for our pups. Otherwise its a great park!

My Grandpup had the time of his life here!! We little to no grass in our backyard came here so that he could run and meet neighbor pups was GREAT!The location and parking is perfect, this park has two huge, fenced, clean, well lite park areas one for larger dogs and the other for small dogs which is perfect! Your fur babies can play with dogs their sizeThe park has water sinks so you can wash or wipe off your dog if needed or give them a drink with the provide dish bowls I personally dont use the bowls I bring his traveling dishes. The park was clean, no nasty smells, or poop in the grass, nice big scented poop bags are also provided. Overall... we now go once a week and he loves it!

We had the whole park to our selves. It was great. We stop to have lunch my puppy and I.Good times.

A very clean park. Water was available and so were dog bags. Dogs have plenty of shade and can you space to run. everyone was friendly and very conscientious of their dogs.

Owners are pretty mindful of their dogs, and dogs behavior, I drive a little farther to bring my dog here because Corona dog park seems to have more aggressive dogs there. My little little samoyed always has a good experience here and the dog owners here are very aware of there dogs temperament, very cool environment for both dogs and owners..

Great park, located right along a major road but good solid fencing

Started socializing my German Shepard and they have 2 separated areas so i started on one side then moved on to the other. I told other dog parents it was my babbies first time there and were so nice and eventually was able to have her off the leash. I love the double side to park makes it easy to start socializing you fur babies

The BIG DOG PARK is a little bit muddy... the SMALL DOG PARK is perfect for puppys

Grass was mostly gone or weeds. Drain at the dog drinking fountain not functioning, so overflow of water and mud made it messy.

Nice park for both small and big dogs.

The small dog area where we took our 3 dogs was small as compared to the Dairyland dog park and the grounds not as well kept. The large dog area however, was very big. Again, the area didnt appear to be as well kept as other dog parks. There was a leak of some sort that caused some muddy areas and we had to make sure the dogs didnt go through them and track mud back to the car. There was also a 3rd fenced dog area--long and narrow. Im not sure what that was specifically for although there was a person in there with their large dog. Its a bit closer and easier to get there for me, but I wont be going back.

Great spot to run your dog if you live in a smaller place. There is fresh water, shade and plenty of seating. People there are friendly and our dog loves it!

Love this dog park, especially because it has an area to was off your dog if they get too dirty. Only down part is the mud. I have noticed after daylight saving it was been really muddy in multiple sections of the park. Could possibly be the timmers on the sprinklers or just a broken pipe. But its a great location, love that Starbucks is right next door so we can get our pup a treat. Lots of bushes for dogs to do pee or poop, plenty of benches however only two seem to me useful on hot days because the rest have no shade whatsoever. Then theres one strange bench almost in the middle of the park. Could be some kind of memorial or maybe they just had a random bench and they picked a random spot to put it, I wouldnt recommend using it since its right where all the dogs play and run. Love that the big dogs and small dogs are on opposite sides, some parks only have a fence in between big and small dogs so they bark a lot. This one separates both by about 50 yards. They provide water and a bowl which is nice, only one work in the small dog park at the moment. Would have given it a five but the whole mud and the lack of shade on the benches made me do a four.

All DOGS & owners were very cool.No need to get TOO EXCITED over the issue ,will my dog be ok?All was good but bring a dog towel and your dogs familiat water dish and water for parking lot libations. ALSO,there is a orange construction cone on the lawn for a broken irrigation pipe and if your dog is a waterlover, you will need a beach towel before you let your swampthing re enter your vehicle.sorry panoramic photos dont open.....

There’s a nice community of people who come to this park. I take my German shepherd here and as soon as we get to the park entrance, he starts barking, he knows hes going to play with the other dogs in the park.

I love this place! Its gated, has water, poop bags, a few toys and a lot of space! My puppy does well with the other dogs. And I also take my other dog to socialize (I keep him on a leash until he adjusts to other dogs). I always look forward to letting my dogs let loose with other dogs! Most of the owners do a good job at keeping their dogs in check.Although, theres this one dog (Shadow) that always barks and attacks my Saint Bernard puppy. I tell the owners to take care of their dog but they always say its ok! Hes all bark and no bite. He likes to show his dominance It bothers me less about it barking at my dog but he BITES her! And DOESNT leave her alone! The owners let him do that to a lot of other dogs too. They are also there ALL the time. So they make me dread walking inside because I already know what my puppy is going to go through as soon as Shadow sees her.I wish that there could be someone present to keep peace at the park because thats the only reason why I DONT like going there. Owners that dont control their dogs.

This park is really amazing just i try and avoid the area where the mud is created from the water area very messy lol

7-10-2020 UPDATE: Very popular dog park, lots of dogs here. That being said, this place desperately needs maintenance, there are water holes by the drinking fountain and at end of the cement sitting bench. Dogs always get dirty here. Hope more park goers would speak out to get the park maintenance department’s attention.Good size dog park, more dirt field than grass area, it gets dusty in the dry weather.The biggest drawback is the dirt field right next to the water fountain, it gets wet and muddy, same goes to your shoes and puppies paws, it trailer into your car. I have notified the country parks department, hope they would finish it with concrete slabs, or, fill up with gravel, its been almost a year now, havent seen any improvement.

Loved it my dog first plays with other then I get her tennis ball out to play catch. She goes crazy for catch she is trained.

Nice dog park with two separate sections - - one for medium /large dogs and another for small dogs. People seem to pick up their dogs droppings.Water fountains are set up for dogs and provide clean cool water.Pet owners are very nice too.

It is always fun to watch our dogs play and talk and meet with our neighbors.

I loved it. Took my small Maltese dog here for the first time today. I met many other wonderful people here. The fences were nicely designed so a little dog couldnt just escape. The environment looked well taken care of with plenty of benches and grass. I plan on taking my little dog here once a week from now on.

Its okay, but a bit small. And especially now with the covid19. Too many people there without masks.

The best part about this dog park are the people and dogs. Go around 3 - 6 pm and youll find plenty of playmates for your furry family members. The downside is the dead grass (90% dirt) and lack of shade.

I’ve been coming to Riverwalk Dog Park (small) for about 12 years. It used to be well maintained, but for a couple years now has fallen into some disrepair. I’m hoping that the City of Riverside will eventually put a little money to repair this poor park. I still come to the park almost daily.

Nice little dog park. I noticed some people do not clean up after their dogs even though baggies are available. Not very many places to sit. There is hardly any shade and the grass needs to be better, there are a few dirt patches. Also the door to get in is very hard to open

Great place to spend a morning with your coffee and your dog. Grounds are tended to nicely. Hopefully all patrons pick up after themselves.

IT is a lovely place, nice people

There are 2 sides. The small dog side has lots of trees and shades, even a wash station. The big dog side has less trees but more room to throw toys.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. We frequent this park often and we have mostly had great experiences! My dog gets along with just about every dog he comes in contact with and has fun with the majority of the dogs! People are nice and the dogs are nice (for the most part). Love that theres a dog water fountain at the dogs level!! My only complaints would be that theres not enough shade on the large dog side and there are a few holes where water collects and creates mud holes.

I love animals (dogs especially) and my fur baby loves coming here. You get to know the regulars and meet new people/pets. The area is kept clean most of the time but I just have one wish...that they would post a sign or give info to anyone who thinks leaving their dog there and walking away is cool. If info could be posted to where the nearest shelter is where an unwanted pet can be left... that would be my wish.

They overwater this park and there are green slimy water puddles everywhere. If you walk around you can see green mold growing everywhere all the sudden. It’s mostly mud all the time, little grass. They need to maintain the water issue better. The green slim is not healthy for the dogs.

I like the place because its a good spot for people to congregate too. All sorts of owners and dogs show here. Ive had good conversations with some people.Docked stars because every visit I consistently see one aggressive dog and the owner wont address it. Poop here and there, owner not picking up because theyre too occupied talking. The lack of grass, shade, and benches. These random puddles that seemingly come from nowhere with sewage level quality of water. It smells awful.

It was nice, I just wished that more dog owners would pick up after their pets. As far as the place itself its a 5 star.

This is a nice dog park, it has two areas, one for the larger dogs, and one for the smaller dogs. The park is well maintained, and the dogs seem to enjoy it. It has an exercise area for the dogs also.

This place is close for no apparent reason. They need to improve on making it comfortable for the owner as well as the dogs. If you have a better environment to take you dog DO IT PLEASE

They need more shade trees seed the lawn up care. On the big dog side owners let their big dogs dig up the lawn to much and more benches to sit and doggie bath hose on the big dog side to watch dogs paws off. And just more upcare. And get rid of the propane smell. We can smell propane in the parking lot maybe coming from the manhole right afte there

So much fun! Everyone is nice and is respectful of personal space. Most people pick up their dogs boo-boo, and I say most because I did see a few laying around and no owner in sight. You cant complain through, you turn around for a second and your dog is gone and its hard to keep track when theyre going ape $#!% crazy.

Great place nice people but unfortunately some dogs are to aggressive. Seen a dog get attacked and owners of dogs did nothing but jokingly say my dogs are bullies.

Its one of the better dog parks Ive been to lately. It has a spacious area for large dogs as well as small dogs. But, it also has a third area for agility dog training. Its like a gym for dogs. Workout equipment, ramps, bar jumps, ect. The park was built in a cute fashion, very inviting.Its my new favorite dog park and Spencer loves it too.

There is two parts of dog park one for a little dog and one a big dog oh yes its a big like a bear dog.. and one of the dog had a birthday and they have some kind of treats for everyone!!

Love bringing my two huskies here, they have so much energy so they run wild here and there is so much space. plus its nice seeing that lady with her cute dog that is always dressed up lol

Its a cool place to go when I have to babysit a yorky. He seems to like it. Just dont forget to clean up after yourself and your dog, please!

I take my dogs here 2 to 3 times a week. Theres always plenty of other fur friends foe them there. They love it!

Park needs better maintenance that on large dog side. There are several holes in dirt portion that can be tripped on. Especially as it gets dark. There is some grass but it doesnt seem to be watered or maintained. Otherwise, it is a great space to get dogs out for a run and to socialize.
