I consider the Regency University Village 10 my second home. Whenever I go back to SF, I call this place up to see whats playing. A trip back to orange city isnt a trip unless I see a classic movie here. I go with friends, by myself. I cannot stress how wonderful and classic this beautiful, beautiful place is.

A great day at University Village, the popcorn was very fresh in the restrooms is very clean. I was surprised with the volume of people that they could keep the restroom so clean

Been there for lectures, and been around for all sorts of films. Fantastic place for both. The workers are always wonderful. Short lines. Always wash. They also offer you a pupil and senior reduction thats always valued.

The customer service is very good. The auditoriums sound good. The overall cleanliness needs improvement, especially in the bathrooms. Maybe next time you can help me give you a 5 star rating by doing that easy fix! See ya soon.

Old theater still showing new movies and kept alive by all the small businesses around restaurants cafés good food and everything is open till very late till about midnight there. There is some nice fountains a lot of outdoor seating, and make sure you can either park inside and get paid validated parking or there’s two free parking structures.

The movie was good but the small box seats were very uncomfortable. Hardly any room for my feet. The chairs didnt move back. The seats are made for children. They most definitely need an upgrade The popcorn was good.

This was am interesting experience only because I cant remember the last time i saw such mighty crowds with concession lines to match! Otherwise is was a pleasant experience. The staff was pleasant, patient and hard working.

Great theater! Parking lot seems to be crowded but theres a nearby parking garage thats available for use. Ticket prices arent as high as other theaters and the quality is all there. Concessions are a bit expensive, but thats the norm for theaters these days. Staff here is very friendly. Its worth the drive if its just a bit farther than your regular theater.

The staff were nice! Customer service was exceptional. Parking was an issue on a slow day so just imagine on a busy day. Good luck! Other than that

Standard theater. The location is nice since it has many restaurant in the plaza and the surroinding area. Regency has economic prices for tickets, food and snacks.

My go to theatre. Haven’t been going since they implemented paid parking. Super annoying and inconvenient. Friends haven’t been going either. Seriously? Why do that?

I really like that they have Sunday deals. Never a bad experience seeing a movie here, just wish that they had bigger seats in some sections.

Sundays are the best 6$ for a movie ticket cant beat that. Picking your seat is very convenient and the staff are wonderful and very helpful its truly the only theater I go to anymore

Seats are tight, narrow isles, for the price. I guess its good. Snack counter service is fast and polite. Just needs better seats even though its very clean still needed more elbow room....

Loved it it was only 2 other couples there to see captain marvel probably because the movie has been out over a month.

You get what you pay for. Very busy on a Sunday since its cheaper. Ran out of Lion King popcorn buckets. Crowded. People do not respect the fact you are watching a movie or the people watching a movie. Kids were crying. An adult female put her bare feet in between my childs seat. The person behind my husband seat kept kicking it and I was just irritated of kids continuing to talk loud and crying instead of Adults respecting and stepping outside until the child stop crying. Staff was friendly enough to change my movie time due to no seating availability.

Great prices Sunday is six dollars all day every age. The theater is older but clean. No outside food or drinks allowed. Good location plenty of fast food locations to choose from.

Movies prices are great 7 dollar Matinee during the day. Not a lot of movies choices, most of the theater are small, no Reclining chairs and as soon as you walk in to pay for your tickets you almost feel force to pay for popcorn or combo. The good thing is if you get a drink and lg popcorn it will come out to $27 and that’s with 2 tickets. That’s a great deal. It’s not too crowded and security is always walking around. Beware of the parking bc it sucks . It’s free on the weekend though.

I have been coming to this theatre for more than five years now. I have zero complains, the food is great, the theatres are clean, service is great and hot dogs are $1,50. Only thing is one of the managers, she scares he hell out of me.

Good theater located in riverside its a good place to go have dinner and a movie because there is a lot of places to eat in the area and in the shopping center where its located.

The people working are cool most of the time. I personally dont like the arcade and the pretzel I got was awfully hard and dry. But of course you only get the popcorn and drink at the theater anyway. Now the seats are alright and youll find that they keep it clean, so all in all it shouldnt be a bad experience.

Decent theater but eveytime I watch a movie here the audience is terrible. Whether its kids out of control or teens talking way too much, there should really be something done to maintain the silence in the theater. Other than that its okay

Went to go see Lion King with the lil ones. The staff was great and patient. U can tell they deal with children all the time. They even broke up the pretzel in small bite size pieces for me.

This theater is old and run down but its good for a cheap movie that you dont want to pay $11 and up for at other places. The best movie theater Ive been to so far is studio movie grill in Redlands.

Nice little theater. The theater rooms are loud and get really dark, perfect for seeing movies. They have a deal of $6 tickets on Sundays. Definitely check it out.

It really sucks that Jonathan and his staff have customers standing in the same line to purchase a ticket & buying snacks (popcorn, candy etc.)....felt like I was in line forever. Management you really need to rethink this process again because there are too many other theatres in Riverside to attend than just Regency University Village and you all have the same movies.

Ive been frequenting this theater since I started coming to UCR and have had absolutely no complaints.This theater doubles as a classroom during the mornings for several departments like business, anthropology, etc, so its pretty cool that the space is multifunctional. Its also the location where ASPB holds their free movie nights too so thats a great perk.The location itself is great. Its nestled in the university village which is a brief 5-10 minute walk from campus. The ticket prices are GREAT! On Sundays it is $5.50 all day and for students it is only $7.50. Nobody could beat those prices!

Parking was a but confusing for being there the first time. College kids are walking everywhere, so be mindful when driving about. The service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful (especially with the validation for parking).

This movie theater has good deals on its tickets, and the staff is usually very friendly. The only down side is, like most theaters, the prices for the snacks are a bit ridiculous.

Super cool experience! Came in on a Sunday and tickets were only $6! And on our way out they were giving out free snacks!

Saw a great movie, Upside. Had LOTS of snacks, ALL tasty, and TOTALLY unhealthy. The snack bar employees were so very helpful, and polite. VERY impressed.

The movie was good but the seats were made for skinny people. Im a solid man who could barely fit. The arm rests dont raise so it made the enjoyment not so much.

Very very dangerous aria. On 11-6-2019 I was attacked by a man in front of the 7-Eleven here. There is NO video surveillance in these parking area. It is a extremely dangerous aria. Do not assume youre safe there.

My experience when I visit University Village 10, has always been pleasant. The staff and management team are very attentive to my every need. I visit them at least 2-3 times weekly.

I was disrespected and ignored during my visit on Saturday Nov. 9. The theater I was in was not cleaned properly and the screen was broken. Throughout the movie, the brightness of the film would flicker up and down randomly, something that I brought up early into the film. The manager promised it would be fixed, but it was not and when questioned, she told me there was nothing she could do. The employees were also rude and unhelpful.

You get what you pay for here. Its $6 all day on Sunday and $8 for a regular day. They offer discounts. Its an old theater. Their seats arent super comfortable but, theyre still cushioned. Each theater room is quite small. The screens arent perfect so some creases are visible at times during the movie (no hugely visible).

Good theatre. Good experience. Empty for the time I went. Early Sunday morning. Parking was free. Lots of places to check out for food when you walk out of a three hour #EndGame

This theater is kept clean, the screens are a decent size, and its popcorn is good enough for me which is about all you can ask from the theater itself. Id personally only go to watch a movie that youd be willing to hear commentary over because the crowd at this location is very chatty. However, Ive really only been here on Sundays when tickets are half off so I guess Ive got what I payed for. Overall good place, would recommend watching movies youre really excited to see somewhere else is all.

Great place to watch a movie the prices are cheap on Sunday. Even on a normal day the prices are still cheaper than most theaters. If you have an hour and a half to kill I suggest coming and watching a movie.

Great local theater. The rewards program is worth signing up for if you frequent Regency theaters. The seats are a little old fashioned but the low ticket prices (lower than most theaters) make up for it.

Ticket prices are reasonable and prices at the concession stand were astronomical, but typical for a movie theater today. Popcorn is really well buttered though. I didnt like that the seats didnt recline and you cant move the armrests. Nothing extraordinary about this theater.

Bad service. I tried paying with my husbands card and she gave me a hard time. My teen age kids couldnt watch a certain movie and she only made things impossible!

I go there often usually matinee (before 5 ) showings prices $7.00, Sunday $6.00 all day any movie a you also get to pick your seat.

It takes alot for me to write a negative review, but i definitely felt excessively harassed today by a young teenager employee guy today while i got my bag checked. i was already in a hurry because we were 10 minutes late to the movie already, and was carrying my bag with mine and my little brothers sweaters and blankets in there for the cold theater. the employee would not let me go after repeatedly asking me to remove every single item until he saw the bottom of my bag, treating me like i was doing something wrong or like a CRIMINAL. like ive been to countless theatres and this has never happened. holding me back for so long to make me dig into the bottom of my bag is SO. DAMN. EXCESSIVE.

The best thing about this theatre is the $6 Sunday tickets (all sunday). If you plan to come here, do not expect anything luxurious. Its a nice place with friendly staff, but sound and comfort level of seats are not top tier.

Seating is fair to middling but becomes decidedly uncomfortable on long movies. Sound and screen size are appropriate fit for the theater size.
