Great concession stand. No lines. Comfortable reclining chairs in all 16 theaters.

Great first experience. Visited the plaza today, went to the local movie theater. I arrived early and discovered that most of the businesses here dont open until 11 am on Sundays. Be prepared if you plan on going before your movie starts as you will have to sit outside until the Regal employees open the doors. We also had a mishap with our ticket order as the seating map was incorrect and we were in front row instead of the last row. Other than that the theater is beautiful, clean bathrooms, friendly employees and highly recommend.

The theater was clean and pretty empty. We saw Unhinged, not a pick me up film whatsoever. Not sure if right now is a good time to have released this film.

Bought our tickets and reserved seats for Avengers: End Game and it was an incredible experience. Center seats, reclining chairs and great screen size. Will be returning again for John Wick III: Parabellum. Same theater, same auditorium, SAME SEATS.

The reclining seats are very comfortable and roomy. Not crowded and noisy with people kicking your seat and whining kids like older theaters.

I LOVE THE SEATS AT THIS MOVIE THEATER!! THEY ARE JUST LIKE A RECLINER CHAIR YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR LIVING ROOM. I WOULD RECOMMEND PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS ONLINE OR VIA THE OUTSIDE KIOSKS, THIS MAKES IT EASIER TO TAKE THE TIME TO PICK THE EXACT SEAT YOU WANT WITHOUT SLOWING DOWN THE LINE. NOT TO MENTION THE OTHER GREAT SHOPS AND STORES IN THE SAME CENTER. I ADDED SOME PHOTOS I TOOK AND ALTERED OF THE BEATIFULL POND THEY HAVE IN FRONT OF THE THEATER, ENJOY.

Durning the week this location has moved its ticket buying inside at the concession stand. I find this really irritating as this line moves very slow to begin with! The reclining chairs are wonderful they are so comfortable. The sound of the movie is always great.

There is no overcrowding. Social distanced seating is available.

Love the reserved seating! Weve been here at least 4 times in the last couple months, and we think its a decent place, especially if you have kids. Reserved seating makes it a breeze, dont have to worry about trying to maneuver yourself, your snacks, and the kids trying to find space. The only peeve I have is they never bring trash bins when the movie is over, so all the hallway bins are overflowing. If they fix that, its definitely 5 stars.

Thanksgiving is my new favorite day to go to the movies! Love the reserved seating. Takes the stress out of seating. The staff was so friendly - not a single grinch encountered. Great beginning of the holiday season.

This is the kind of theater experience I like. Reserved seating. Nice, roomy, reclining chairs with foot rests and drink holders, wide isles so you can walk past people even when they are reclined, clean bathrooms and lobby. Staff was friendly. Good experience ask around.

Love coming here. This is my go to theater, I have had issues before but they are quick to address them or get me my money back.

The best theater we have found in the area. Reserve a reclining seat and enjoy your show in comfort. Close parking can be a challenge. There is a valet on the back (Merrill Street) side if the building.

Seats are nice but the screen quality is terrible.. Any dark scenes are unwatchable. The ambient lighting from the staircase is way too bright. Overall 2 thumbs down movie experience.

Walked up to see a movie I was pleased by how quickly i was able to get my ticket. upon entering it was a very clean theatre with many varieties of sweets and snacks available. The theatre had very nice reclining chairs with reserved seating numbers that were very easily identified. the floor wasnt dirty or sticky whatsoever...all in all a very pleasant experience

It was my first time going to this theatre and I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is such a huge area and the building is pretty big. The auditoriums are limited seating but the leather chairs are comfortable and have recliners. Overall, the place looks clean and definitely worth the prices. I enjoyed my time there.

Saw Toy Story 4 at this Regal, and had a great experience overall. Tickets can be pricey but yet still affordable for 2 people. The lounge seats in the theater are quite comfortable, but ive had better in Long Beach. Overall I prefer the reserve seating that this theater offers and it makes the experience much more enjoyable.

I went to go see Jumanji the next level and the movie was very funny and at times pointed more towards adults and one reference lol but the popcorn was good and the seating I love. All together I give this theater a four out of five stars.

We saw Toy Story 4.Not the way I would like it to end.It was enjoyable but I felt better at the end of TS3.

Excellent variety of business here. Youve got fast food with places like Chick Fil A and Wendys. Fast casual with Blaze Pizza, Chipotle, and The Habit (my personal favorite). Sit down restaurants with places like California Pizza Kitchen, El Torito, and Ooka. And many more that I havent mentioned.The Regal theater is great, has those reclining seats, 16 screens for good movie variety, and I recommend getting the app if you frequently go, you rack up points that can be cashed in for free popcorn/drinks/tickets. Every Monday at 5pm, therell be 1 movie chosen to have option captions, which is nice considering that Riverside has a significant deaf community.Theres also a Trader Joes, which is always fun to walk around in and find new things since they rotate new items on a monthly basis.

This is our favorite place to see movies. It is even better since they put in the recliner seats. We are really spoiled now and refuse to go anywhere else unless they have the reclining seats. Also if you are a Regal Club Member the Concession items are a great deal. The popcorn is really good here too.

I would give them 5 stars but when we went to the concessions to get a soda, the lines were so long. They only had 3 staff on hand with 1 manager. Everyone was walking slow, at last count both lines hand close to 45 people waiting to be served (20+ in each line). I would definitely recommend getting there extremely early to make sure you get through the line in time for your movies opening. This was a Friday night, so youd think there would be more staff on hand for the nightly rush.Other than that theaters and lobby very clean, sound in theater was amazing, and the chairs are so comfortable. Restrooms are taken care of as well.

I always take a blanket with me because it is like a meat locker inside the theatres.Regal theatre should also have one day for seniors. $10.00 for one movie is alot on a fixed income.

Large multi screen theater. Comfortable, recliner type seating. Seat selection done at the time of ticket purchase. Clean and well maintained. The popcorn prices, as at most movies, is outrageous. Many restaurants nearby.

This theater is wheelchair accessible, and clean. I love the recliner chairs, it is very spacious. Seating is assigned, which works out great when you buy your tix ahead of time.

Came here to see an early showing of Shazam. The movie WAS AMAZING. My seat, however, was broken which wasn’t fun. I will say that the movie was so good that I forgot that I couldn’t recline my seatEdit: The Theater reached out to me personally so hopefully they fix the seats in the theater.

Awesome theater with comfy reclining seats. When we went I thought I felt something crawl on me. I brushed it off and finished Endgame. When we went into the bathroom afterwards we saw a BUNCH of roaches. It made my skin crawl thinking that one of em had been on me.

I am biased because this is the movie theater I grew up using. It is clean, responsive, and the seats recline all the way back. 10/10 for nostalgia, but people used to IMAX would likely call this place mediocre. Still, worth a 9$ ticket price any day, and even better if you catch a matinee.

We watch a movie this morning and I found out in the afternoon that I lost my wallet. I called their front desk to check if it happened that I lost it at their cinema, the lady was so helpful. Their people are so honest and accomodating. I am so lucky that they found it and just for the pictures of my kids that are in the wallet makes it so valueable to me. I salute their staff.... this will be my favorite movie house and I highly recommend it to everybody. Thank you so much!

My favorite of the Riverside movie theaters. Very clean with extremely comfortable seating. They have some kind of sound proofing between each row so you don’t hear as much chatter from the audience. Great for horror movies where people decide to try out their stand up chops to hide the fact that they’re scared......

So clean and very polite , prices are always very reasonable...

Screen quality bad and the picture was not bright at all, the corners were dark it was like watching a movie on an old tired dlp tv in a well lite room. so disappointed! Ford v Ferrari to me would have been dramatically better if the quality of the theater reflected the quality put into the movie, so sad its come to this. Loved the movie! wish i would have watched it in a better theaters like amc 16 riverside or galaxy but seats were sold out. dont compromise!!!! never going here again! If i could troll and give no stars I might contemplate that. . . for real

Hard to stand out as a movie theater these days. They are all very similar. This one has a movie plan u can sign up for that os actually a very good deal if you go to the movies often. Check it out. Flyers are in the lobby. May have info online as well. I think theaters should start looking for things to set them outside the norm. New food options maybe

Nice place, great shopping centers around this and couple choices of foods to eat.

I really like this location, rooms and recliners are always clean, the sound is just perfect, clear and moderate I am able to hear if someone is talking at me. the person at the window was very helpful and patiently helped me to find seats on the second row as all the shows were sold out on the avergers premier. The personnel at the popcorn station were very kind and always smiling even there were big lines. Really HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I love the seats in this theater, and its always clean. Unfortunately, the prices are becoming crazy. I went to a matinee for $11 and used my AARP card for a discounted small drink & popcorn for another $10.

Nice clean and comfortable. Food is amazingly delectable and the candy offerings are vast. Restrooms clean and Management is definitely in the business of customer service. Did I mention your food order is delivered to your assigned seat? Absolutely Splendid.

Reserved seating systems are a broken experience, and the one at Regal is especially bad. The theater was empty and my son and I ended up with crappy seats for a movie for his birthday. And we showed up early to ensure we had good seats. Lame.

This theater has upgraded to nice reclining seats. Each screen has much fewer seats than that used to, and they are significantly more comfortable. Its definitely an enhanced experience that makes paying 13 icket much easier to justify

Was treated rudely by teenage girl employee at snack bar and then they had a serious sound issues when previews came on. It was so loud all the people in the theater had their hands covering their ears. Some walked out to complain and were told they were working on it. I told them they need to turn it off while they work on it. It was lion king so many small children were inside the theater. Horrible movie experience. Although the manager was polite and seemed nice it seems like a poorly ran establishment.

Great movie theater. Reclining seats, good selection of always overpriced food and beverages. Love the assigned seating. Bathrooms could be cleaner, but not gross, wish they had paper towels instead of the hand dryers. Its at the Riverside Plaza, so parking can be difficult at times. Plenty of food options outside the theater so you can eat before or after you movie.

Horrible experience with Customer service very rude and unprofessional. Also this regal does not serve alcohol. 1st drink was a cup filled to the top with ice, after asking for light ice. Popcorn a bit on the stale side and when I tried to use my refill for large popcorn was not refilled. Both male and female bathrooms were disgusting. Concession line extremely long took 45 minutes for a large popcorn, large drink, and a hot dog.
