I really enjoyed coming to this movie theater. At first, I was hesitant going due to the fact that movie theaters just opened up and wasnt sure how they were going to abide by the CDC guidelines. Im glad I went because they have a sanitizing station outside every theater room, they have the employees serve your drinks at the drink stand, and they are big on social distancing. Additionally, they were really good at keeping each room at a certain capacity to avoid overcrowding. The only thing I would recommend is that you have an employee going to each room at least once during movie showings to confirm people are wearing their masks when they are not eating. Some people think they can get away with not wearing one since the room is dark and no staff member is watching them.

Ticket prices are cheap on Tuesdays and Saturdays (I think)! Get on the A-List! Watch and enjoy whatever movie you pick! And have fun! ;3

Booked event and paid a week in advance, event gets cancelled 2 hours before event... 0 explanation and now Have to fight to get a refund.

I had a great time here. Does seats do need to be upgraded but what you pay for on Tuesdays $5 its really not bad. I got the amc member thing i paid $ 12 for it and i love it. I pay for a medium drink and I get a large the same for the popcorn. And for your birthday you get a free large popcorn and a free large drink which literally pays for my membership right there so its worth it if you love going to movies like I do.

Great service. Very clean. Good sound and screen the popcorn on the other hand, tasted really old and chewy. I hope the next time theres a better brand to be served.

Great theatre and great surround sound. Love the lounge chairs, and the restrooms are up to date and clean. Snack bar looked great and movies here arent that much. Would recommend.

I enjoy watching a movie once in awhile at this theater. Its a beautiful theater so enjoy and relax. Have a tub of popcorn.

Until yesterday, Id never been to this theater, eventhough its closest to my house. I decided to get the Stubs Membership (which I highly recommend if you love going to the movies often). It is definitely money well spent. My only complaint is that the seats dont recline. Aside from that, the theater is clean and convenient.

The atmosphere of the entire building outside and inside is always very nice whenever I come here, the staff is also very good at tending to every customer in a respectful and timely manner. Plus the seats are super comfortable inside the theaters, with absolutely amazing sound quality.

Definitely like the assigned seating! No more worry if your group will get to sit together. Just hate the fact that any snacks or drinks you buy will run you just as much if not more than what you paid to get into the theater... maybe do something about that, AMC...

Great movie theater, I have the amc app and I get my ticket before I arrive. The lines are never too long, I just like picking my seats. Great service, great location, popcorn has never been burnt.

The wait time for tickets and food was good. ( However, we went at a non busy time of day.) Its always clean. Very friendly employees. The only negative thing is they need to change the faucets and soap dispensers in the womens bathroom.

Great theater. All screens are large, even in the smaller theaters. Sound system, especially in the IMAX and Dolby theaters is great. Recliner seats only in the Dolby Cinema. Employees are very friendly. Popcorn is always fresh and good, but expensive. Drinks are self serve. They offer WI-FI to club members, but many times its sketchy. Always a good experience seeing movies here.

Here pretty often. It is usually not crazy busy which is nice. They have all the new movies. They are a vit expensive so look for deals before you go. Go early to get a better price as well

IMAX, that’s what I love about this place. I’m a Marvel movie geek and there isn’t another way, for me, to watch the latest MCU film. Popcorn and snacks are the standard fare. I have a weakness for the nachos and cheese for some reason. Delicious. The bonus here is the booze. Sure, they’re over priced, but it’s nice to sit and enjoy your movie with your favorite cocktail in a theater once in a while.

I was never fond of AMC and had always prefer Regals Cinema instead but I thought I would give them a shot once AMC started their movie subscription service and now I come to regret that decision. My girlfriend and I had been coming to this theater since it is the closest one to our house, we went in today to watch Jumanji but my girlfriend had left her driver license at work and wasnt able to get her Driver license since her place of business was closed. We approached the front desk to present our ticket and our identification, the employee told my girlfriend that her work badge that included her photo/name was invalid and so we mention that we have her Costco card which also includes her name/photo along with other credit/debit card to verify her identity. The person who helped us said that she was the manager and our photo ID cant be verified because anyone can make fake work badges and other form of photo ID we provided but however the AMC app states that a photo ID or driver license is acceptable. My girlfriend had a photo copy of her driver license on her phone and began to show the manager this but it still wasnt enough and she was so adamant that we are trying to scam the system. I understand that a physical driver license is more preferable but there are other ways to verify her identity but what made us more upset was the lack of their service. I then proceeded to call customer service and they also dismiss what I was saying and said that its up to the each location to decide on what is acceptable. What I didnt find acceptable was the managers attitude, inability to help and clearly refused to do anything for us even though we pay for a services and are able to provide proof of that. They denied us access but allowed teenagers to come in through the back entrance then go into whatever showing they please and be disruptive(This isnt a hypothetical, I witnessed this first hand and the manager refused to check their tickets even after a customer complained about it) I feel like this manager pick and choose what she wants to do or not do. In summary I cancelled my service, I rather pay more to watch a movie and be treated like a value customer and to receive proper service. DO NOT go to this AMC and the manager ID is 4758.

Best theater in town. Best everything. Seats, bathrooms, you name it. Best place in the city to make an occasion of seeing a movie.

Went for a movie night since I had a gift card for AMC, bought 40$ worth of snacks and drinks, sat down in my seat for 2min and left with my girlfriend. The seats looked beat up and gross, to dirty for us to enjoy a good movie. The theater is overpriced and old! Go to Regal

Special event didn’t start for an hour only for them to tell us the projector was broken and that they couldn’t move us to another theater. A 2 DAY SOLD OUT event for a movie that wouldn’t be released on Blu Ray in the US for probably 6-12 months. The mere fact they didn’t have a backup or anything for it is horrible. They offered a refund with extra ticket instead of just moving us to a different theater on a dead Wednesday night. Rude staff didn’t care that people drove hours just to see this movie. Won’t be coming back here ever again, go to Dos Lagos or Edwards in Corona Crossings if you want to spend your money on a good movie experience.

If youre a big movie goer, going to any AMC will allow you to have a good time. With family, friends, or by yourself, AMC provides you with great amenities. In addition if you become just a regular AMC Insider member, you can catch Ticket Tuesday, where you can see a movie for $6. AMC is dope.

Whoever the architect was that designed this building he or she obviously was not thinking. The main window faces the Sun in the summer and makes it hard to see what movies are playing. The new edition of reserved seating is pointless as the theaters do not have the fancy reclining seats. In addition it is difficult to even read the screens to choose a seat. Making the line even longer white people struggle. I feel bad for the people who have to work there, they are great.

When we brought this to Bellas attention she gave us attitude and had us waiting for 40 minutes. To top it off once we went in to watch the movie, other people had sat in our assigned seats. When we brought this up to Bellas attention she said we should have kicked them out of the seats and never gave an apology. It would have been nice to have been offered seats for the next viewing as we are paying for assigned seating.

Very old theater. Old seats and decorations, etc make it feel like it is dirty. Coming out of my movie there was water on the bathroom floor but no sign to be found anywhere, of course i slipped in it and fell. It would be nice if there was more follow through with stuff like wet floors or warning signs for patrons.

I usually am always pleased but this time they tried to find their way out of giving us a valid coupon for $6 towards anything and made service longer

Only thing stopping this theater from being perfect, is that I have to drive to Ontario or Orange to see Parasite.

Its fairly clean, not usually sold out. It has plenty of restaurants nearby for when youre not feeling popcorn. Most of the theaters have reserved seating, and the Dolby theater is excellent. Its solidly adequate, even if the bathroom mirror placement is unsettling.

The prices on their drink menu are much lower than what they’ll ring up at the register. I asked the employee where the additional charges came from, and she explained that their menus hadn’t been updated... I wasn’t expecting to pay $11 for a beer when the menu read $8, but hey, I guess that’s how AMC does business. Cinemark and Harkins will be getting my business from here on out

Facility is nice, seats are comfy. Glitch during the movie so every trailer played twice... that was odd. It was legit 50 degrees in there... colder than normal.

If its an AMC theater, you know it cant be beat. Despite the steep prices for movie tickets, it more than compensates for the clean stadium, great screen/sound, and--whats this?!--a full service bar?! I was definitely impressed with my first visit to this AMC theater. It wasnt very busy even though it was a Friday night and I suspect its because there are several theaters in the riverside area that sell tickets for half the price. Regardless, I would still recommend coming here if youre looking for better and more comfortable seating and of course a chance for you to grab a few drinks while watching the show!

Nice movie theater. They check tickets at the front. The seats are not the newer reclining ones but they do have self serve slushie and soda machines.

The staff here is extremely rude and not helpful at all. By far, this is the absolute worst AMC theater that i have ever been too. I do not recommend this location at all whatsoever. The AMC at Ontario mills is the best and staff is not rude like the experience i had at the AMC by Tyler mall.

Snack lines are slow, but what movie theater actually runs the snack bar efficiently. The theater was clean and the staff were friendly. A few of the employees seemed a little off putting, but I didnt allow that to put a damper on our visit. We had reserved seating, however the seats were not very comfortable. Wish they had the larger seats. Thats not too bad though. Overall a good theater and we enjoyed our show.

Limited time event and they can’t get a spare projector after it fails, instead refund everyone’s money. All of us waited months to see this movie and many had to drive for hours and take days off from work to see the movie in the middle of the week. (1*)Edit: They’ve reserved seats for a showtime the next day but I’d imagine not even half of the people will be able to make it as seats are very limited (3*)

I went to this place to see my first 3D movie I had ordered my tickets online which I have never done before and they had text me the ticket. The lady behind the counter I told her I bought my tickets online and have not done this before what do I need to do and she took one look at my phone so no youre good go on and she was very helpful and didnt make me feel stupid. I enjoyed the movie the place is very clean.

I would rate the AMC Tyler Galleria five stars, I would give it this rating because the staff was very helpful and kind. And also the AMC Tyler Galleria is very clean, neat, it has a wonderful entrance, and finally just close by there is a mall full of many stores within it!Thank you for taking the time to read this review :) !

Its the best place to go to watch movies I personally like the Dolby theater because the chairs can go back and you can put your feet up but if youre looking for a cheap option o suggest dos lagos theater because its at 5 dollars on Tuesdays and Thursdays

First off the seats do not recline..The staff was very nice dont use Groupon to order tickets because they had no way of knowing that I purchased my tickets... I had to show my recipe

On a one day event film they merely shrug their shoulders when the projector failed, simply could of moved everyone over to a spare screen but just offered refunds and free tickets which took nearly two hours to give out, One day event! Is AMC using antique projectors? Ridiculous, and not to mention the blu ray copy won’t come out for nearly six-eight months.

Best screens in the city, bar none. Thats the main reason I come here. What Ive had of the food is really good, cooked fresh. Its expensive, but thats movie theater food. Portions are a good size for the price, though. They have a bar if youre into that. AMC A-List is a good deal if you go to the movies quite a bit. Even two tickets a month pays for itself.

Older theater, lacking comfortable seating and arm space. Its got a bar so thats a plus but its more expensive than its competitors. Theres better AMC theaters out there if you have a choice.

Just cant stand the seats here. And the screen had a ted strip down it mid right side. Theater 10. But the movie and concessions are great.

Unexcusable that: 1. an AMC 2. In California, should not have standard AMC leather recliners.This missing expected amenity is made worse by the fact that the theater seats are those of yesteryear.The worst part is the auditorium seating layout has super cramped rows. Your already uncomfortable seat is made worse because your knees are touching the seat in front of you and you cant fully extend your legs forward for relief.This theater would be a nice average AMC otherwise. In todays modern entertainment climate theaters need to have and maintain premium amenities to complete with endless home entertainment options.Creating a premium theater experience that cannot be duplicated at home, will entice and retain repeat customers. Anything less will be met by consumer indifference at best or an angered sense of being shortchanged.

This place is located near the Tyler Mall and is worth every experience to see the movies the parking structure is clean and friendly very well-lit no dark Corners as well as the food eateries around the movie theater. This movie theater does have a bar to have adult drinks never had a problem with the food always stocked with all the great snacks and goodies needed to see a movie. The staff is always polite and friendly with a smile from the beginning of opening the door to the time I leave the theater to go home. all the movie theaters that I have sat in

My go-to theatre of choice. I love being able to use my ticket purchasing app of choice and still receive all the perks of my AMC stubs. The Dolby experience offered here is my preferred way of watching big name films. Will continue coming here for sure.
