It was great to see a movie in the theater again love it. Keeping up with social distancing and air circulation and hand sanitizer.

Great theater. Comfortable chairs that recline. Super clean... Bring a light sweater or blanket it gets a little chilly in the movie. Popcorn is always fresh. They serve Alcohol too which is nice. Customer service is great and friendly. I even had an issue with my prebought ticket and the manager just no questions asked took care of me... Showing they value their customers. Love love love this theater! Also just a cool tip for those families that have a ninja turtle lover... In the back tucked away by the side back exit past theater 4 there are the COOLEST ninja turtle full sized figures I have ever seen! A must see picture opt for sure!

I frequent this theater at least 3 times a month. Theres no place like this place. Its like watching movies in the comfort of your home. Wonderful menu choices and delicious popcorn. Everyone is super friendly and they greet you with a smile.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant, from management to custodial personnel.I usually go during the matinee times, because I am retired. This theater has both stadium seating (in the larger theaters) and good viewing seats in the smaller ones. All have recliner seats and swing-out trays.You can reserve your seats days in advance or choose them when you arrive. The theater costs are bit more, but it is worth the comfort and quality of enjoyment of the movie. They serve alcoholic beverages, as well as, regular theater food faire.I am a Baby Boomer, when Friday and Saturday was going to the movies, especially with your best friend or boyfriend. You go to the movies to relax and enjoy a movie on the big screen now. Here you can enjoy it your way, and you get that feeling youre special. It would be a great place for a first date.

Huge theater. Expensive, but probably normal for California. I love the 15 gallon popcorn bucket with built-in plastic bowl/lid, but straws are banned? Seats were clean and comfortable in the luxury theater. The only negative was the distance to get to a bathroom.

I do like this place and its my go to theater. Only thing I would say, is get the guest help with their food to seats or start doing seat delivery. People are nice, customer service oriented, and pretty much listen to the customer needs. Ive been here many times and havent had an issue yet.

Best theater I have been to! The seats are incredibly comfortable and they can recline and have wooden trays that can be swung around for your own convenience when you buy or bring your own food. Also they have many options like the DFX is no joke! The sound and picture is unmatched! Definitely recommend watching big blockbusters in DFX like the Star Wars movies or a Marvel film. Very clean and staff is very helpful.

Super clean theater. Its obvious they clean well after each film. The sound Dolby Atmos was amazing and so was the picture. I think we found our new favorite theater.

Quick service. Kiosks inside to skip the window teller line. Saved lots of time. The bratwurst was delicious. Ability to reserve your seat is awsome.

I come to this theater frequently and they truly have upgraded it and made it more luxurious and premium over the years. I love the Dolby DFX theater. Sometimes the sound is literally shaking my seat. the seats are comfortable and recline. I like being able to reserve my seat in advance so I can spend extra time getting snacks and buying alcohol lol. They dont have in-theater seat service here but Im ok with that. Im not a huge fan of the in- theater service because I think it disrupts the movie. Galaxy is a very nice theater, its one of my favorites in Riverside.

I love coming to this movie theater. Ever since the remodel, it is my favorite theater to go to for a movie. Great food choices, comfy seats and five minutes from my house make this the place to go when I want to see a movie. The DFX Dolby Atmos theaters are a must for any event film. Hit this place up for a great experience

I love this place because the service is great the movies are awesome and they always have a wide selection of movies to choose from movies ive never even heard of.

The most comfortable recliners youll ever sit in and they have little tables for your snacks. Their food is actually good, no cornstarch tastings nacho cheese here

This is my first time coming to Galaxy, I used to come to this movie theater when it was Cinema star back in 2005, and wow what a big transformation, when it became Galaxy. Everything is so nice and well taken care of the bathroom were very clean, the movie seat where reclining and very comfortable I like how they still have the Stars in the ceiling so that when youre waiting for your movie you can either watch the screen or drift off looking into space. You pay a little more for the movie tickets not by a lot, but the quality of your movie experience that you get, its worth it.

Laid Back. Good seats. Fast service. Nice local spot.

My favorite movie theater. They have all the usual amenities bar pizza reclining chairs everything you come to expect from a first class Theatres. But what I like most of all is is small enough for you dont have to go 10 miles to get to your Theatres. You get out of the car and youre at the box office and is never super crowded. Also they have got some of the best prices in the area.

The comfort of the seats are hard to describe but wow. Saw knives out and it was a great movie. Very entertaining

Seating were electronically controlled recliners, very comfortable and nice. The ceiling was cute as it had stars on it. However $9 hot dogs, are you crazy? Same hotdog at other theaters are $4.50.

Love this place. Theaters are always clean (when Ive been) they always have enough staff onndeck especially when theyre busy. Reclining a seat to watch a movie cant be beat.

This theater allows you to select your own seats. The only thing I didnt like is that the seats are so far apart you cant talk to the person next to you. We always select seats at the very back. This theater is small so our seats would be like in the midsection of a larger venue. We bought tickets on Saturday for the Sunday showing. We downloaded their rewards program on Sunday and they added our points (10) for our Saturday purchase of two tickets.

If you had not have the pleasure of enjoying this theater it is a must! They have a huge concession stand that includes many foods and beverages wines and beers. The seats are electric recliners and you can even sit in the front row and enjoy the movie and not hurt your neck. The space you have in the theater is always big and nice. The workers are always friendly and more than happy to help you out. I’m so happy that they took over from cinema stars because this new venue is so much better and worth the price. They also have specials throughout the week for kids that includes cheap tickets and some special movies that they bring back including Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the lost Ark or back to the future!

Up scale theaters. Size of the screening rooms varies with the movies popularity. Comfortable recliner chairs. Great sound system. A little loud, so if you are noise sensitive, bring ear plugs. Good variety of food and beverages. Moderate prices. We went on a Sunday afternoon and with senior discount tickets were $10. Clean and well maintained.

The lobby isnt that big or nice HOWEVER the theaters themselves make up for it. Recliners, little food tables that you move around to your convenience. The price is super reasonable, its super clean, bathrooms are a little small but i didnt have to wait for too long. Theres only one bathroom in the facility tho so that sort of sucks but thats the only com to this place! I love coming here

Awesome theatre with very comfortable reclining seating . The sound is amazing and the screens are high definition. There is many options of snacks , food and drinks , they also serve beer and alcoholic drinks for the adults. Definitely recommend this place to bring the family to watch a new

I love coming to Galaxy Mission Grove. The employees are always extremely friendly and pleasant to speak with, the service is great, and the building is clean and maintained well! Their rewards/loyalty program is one of the best that Ive experienced. This theatre is always my go to spot.I would highly recommend it for any and all ages and group sizes!

We love being able to choose our seats, get there when we get there buy our snack and know we have our seats the days of asking around if that seat is taken are going, it makes the overall movie experience so much nicer, yes it has a cost but how much is your time worth

This is the only movie theatre I go to now. The prices are similar to other theatres in the area. Love the reclining seats with the little table. I also like reserving seats, no more hassle on opening day as long as you get your tickets early enough, they sell out quick. My only complaints are that I wish they had an early bird special and a better food selection. They have a great drink selection, even wine and beer.

This is one is my favorite theatres to go watch movies at. Sure it can be a bit pricey but at least you get what you pay for. The recliners are super comfy, the sound is phenomenal (Dolby Atmos), and the picture quality is undeniable! Other theatres charge almost the same price for past-generation movie theatre setup.

Its in the name. Galaxy mission grove LUXURY . You get what you pay for; the seating is beyond comfortable, their drinks and food options are all you can ever ask for. I just dont recommend going here, because itll ruin any other movie going experience in any other theater. I always come here for my movie needs

Picking your seats is a waste of so much time in line before the movies start. Its a confusing and rediculous part of the Luxury experience. Perhaps there can be another system put in place which is more consumer friendly. Luxury is a feeling and this part of the experience was completely frustrating and annoying for all others in line as well. Everything else met my expectations as a new customer.

We went here for the first time since its so close to our house and its great! We did go on a Monday so it was slow but that was the best part to lines or crowds. Seats are fun and comfy. Love the tray too

Came to Galaxy because they were one of the few theaters with films that we wanted to see. They have a variety of films that we missed on initial release and were hard to find. The first surprise on entering was snack bar that along with normal items also had beer, including tap and craft brands, a variety of wines and frozen cocktails. The theaters themselves were the next surprise with wide isles featuring enormous soft armchair with power controlled reclining that allowed us to lay back with our feet up in real comfort. Screens and sound systems were also excellent.We would go again and big easy to use touch screen displays in lobby let you view all upcoming shows and purchase tickets with reserved seating.Great experience would recommend.

Wow!! This theater is amazing. Ive watched movies in theaters from Marina Del Rey to Orange County, and this is by far the best. The seating is spacious, clean, ultra luxurious, and has super comfortable seating. This is always my first choice whenever I want to catch a great movie because its the best.

This is hands down my favorite theater! The chairs are WAY more comfortable than Regal and go back further. The staff is always professional. Little pricey but the extra couple of bucks is worth the quality. Also the Flashback Cinema days where you can see older movies is the best! Never thought I’d get to see Harry Potter on the big screen again.

Love this place. I can pick my seats and dont have to get up Everytime someone needs to go down my isle. Great food too. Just a little expensive to eat there. You need to have money the night you go. You can buy online to make sure you get the seats you want.

The best part is you have the recliner option usually other movie theaters dont have that Im glad to go to the one.

This is my go to theater! The seats are reclining and very comfortable. They even have a tray table at each seat. Tuesdays is bargain day. Discounted ticket price if you have a card with them. The place is clean.

The theater we were in was small and made it feel like we were at home. I liked it and the surround sound made the experience better.

If it wasnt so damn expensive Id give it 5 stars but there are other theaters that are just as good and we pay for two people for what we pay for one here

What a great out of the way theatre. Luxury seating for all, real nice with a quiet atmosphere all around.Parking was with ease and no long walks to your car. Snacks were plentiful and tasty. Very clean through out.

Galaxy theatre has been my go to since I’ve been back from the service. They have such friendly staff and amazing choices in food. And let me tell you about DFX. DFX is a wonderful experience that you have to try. The surround sound around you feels like you’re in the movie. Jump scares here are no joke. Overall, every-time we’re here, we’ve always had a wonderful experience.

Favorite Riverside theatre!The seats are large and fully recline. Plus, they are comfy for those 3 hour movies ( thank you avengers!)!The prices are comparable to the other local theatres. Though the food prices seem a bit higher.They have a bar menu but the drinks likely wont wow you and they are very pricey.We did it for the experience but likely wont do it again.Overall, a great experience that keeps me coming back to this theatre.

I truly enjoyed this theater.. I felt more comfortable in this theater than sitting in my own living room. The seats were so comfortable and reclines with just a touch of a button. We saw Jumanji and it was probably the best movie experience Ive ever been able to enjoy.

I enjoyed this visit immensely because of their throwback movie opportunities. The seats are very comfortable, the theater was very clean, and the staff were very professional. I was able to view the movie, Its a Wonderful Life for the first time on the big screen, much nicer than on television. Thank you for a great Christmas gift.

I love this movie theater. They have reclining seats and you can pick where u want to be seated. So you are guaranteed your spot if you are running late. Big portions at the concession stand as well. They also serve alcohol.

I went last night to watch a movie and was so uncomfortable due to it being so cold. I could not stand how cold it was and felt like I waisted my money there.

WOW! UNUSUALLY COOL! All neighbor theaters should be like this. Normal ticket prices, handicap friendly, almost too comfortable reclining seats with leg lift and swivel trays. You might think you are at home.

First time visiting this theater today. Went in to see the 11am showing of IT Chapter Two. When I purchased the ticket the clerk sold me a ticket to the DFX Dolby Atmos showing. All I asked for was the 11am showing of the movie...I wonder why she thought it was appropriate to sell me the more expensive showing instead of the regular priced ticket?I suppose they are trained by management to sell the more expense showing instead of asking the customer what showing they would like to purchase...maybe???Either way live and learn I suppose. I doubt Ill be returning to this theater though.

I love going to this theater because of the seats and its just so much more enjoyable to me, imo. I go here with my family as much as I can when good movies come out. I even watch Infinity Wars at this theater when it came out! The fact that you can have reserved seats is the best!

Love love love this place. With the reclining seats, beer choices, and friendly staff its definitely the better choice compared to the nearby places. They offer military discount, and their rewards program is a neat addition. I saved up enough points buying movies and popcorn to have 2 free movies. Definitely check it out!

Love this place, Ive gotten friends and family to start coming here instead of other theathers. Prices are decent, food is good. I love the seating at the theather. Very spacious and its not as awkward trying to get to your seat. Theres enough space to go thru even When the seats are reclined. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It always feels like youre welcomed when you come here. Also, it always being clean here is also a huge plus. Place deserves more then 5 stars.
