It was nice to get out and have lunch while social distancing... I never been here before but I was looking at google maps for parks and this one caught my eye. Sat at the baseball diamond and watched some teens practice baseball. Not sure if it been cause we been locked in the house or if it was really a nice park lol. It was a nice park though

This place has got all that you need 8n your neighborhood park. The playground s are awesome. The walking track around the baseball ground 8s phenomenal. The greens are soothing. There are enough of trees fir shade during afternoon.

Great place to play soccer. Portable nets are available. Soccer field is turf. Lights turn off at 10pm.

Beautiful park with pleanty of space for all of the activities. Amazing Rose garden along with a bunch of playing fields and programs to keep kids and adults occupied!

Really beautiful local park. Lots of shade options and with enough open space that we were able to social distance from other families. Also a skate park that the teenager enjoyed.

If you havent booked one of the fields 730 pm is the best time to go

This was literally my backyard growing up. I helped roll out the sod for Mitchell Field when I was a youngster at 5 cents a roll of sod. I will always have great memories of Red Morton.

Very lovely spot to just sit and chill. Not a very big park but has lots of shaded space. Pretty close to the street and a few businesses so not quiet or isolated but good for a quick relaxing time in some green space.

Nice facility with a play ground bathrooms and a covered picnic area.

This park is beautiful with many fields for all sports. We love coming here.

Redwood City continues to have their own Park and Recreation Dept and it shows in the quality and cleanliness of their parks.

Pleasant place just to walk around and just kind or relax or do some physical exercise. There are multiple fields, enough for a good number of people. You can just vibe or chillax and just enjoy the weather with friends or by yourself, which is just fine.

Great recreational space! Turf fields soccer and baseball diamonds. Plenty of shaded areas all around and throughout.

Fantastic city amenity. I love the turf fields, the great gym, and all the programs the city offers here. This place is a serious boon for Redwood City.

If youre a Legendary Poke-trainer like myself you will LOVE Red Morton park. If youre there for park facilties such as sports or want the babies to play on the swings and what not, youre in the right place. Not only that, if youre familiar with The Magical Bridge Park off East Meadow...BOOM!!! Yep you guessed right its halfway done here!! So hold onto your seats and pack lunches because the children will never want to go home again!

I use to love this park but it had changed because times has changed. I saw some unsavory characters hanging around the park and they are doing construction on the playground so there is nothing for the kids to do. I thought summer is when the playground is most used? Well this summer it was shut down. A big disappointment.

Great turf fields with decent parking. Also indoor basketball courts and outdoor tennis courts. 2 playgrounds on either side of the park (with a magical bridge park coming soon). There is also a public pool and several baseball diamonds, along with a few accessible soccer goals. Most prominent issue is that its very busy.

Great family park, very nice has been for years. I like that kids have a safe place. My sons and I when they were small enjoyed the park. And the team sports.

This is a great park with lots of amenities - exercise equipment, sports fields, skate park, picnic tables, BBQ spots, playgrounds, etc. The only thing it needs is more bike racks in the main areas!

I grew up right across the street from Red Morton. All us kids called it The Rec. Even tho it has changed so much over the years, I still have great childhood memories.

It has everything in it. The best part about this place is calisthenics and soccer.

Cant wait for the Magical Bridge Playground to open. In the meantime, sports fields, skate park and general facilities are fabulous.

Large open spaces, playgrounds, tennis courts, several fields, multiple playgrounds, BBQ areas, and soon a Magical Playground.

Nice park. Well maintained. However, Community Center under construction causing a bit of disruption and noise doing weekdays. Dusty due to stock piles of dirt and construction fencing which blocks access to the park area. Access to park is circuitous especially if carrying chairs and picnic food and coolers.

Nice park with many activities, fields, events, Pokemon and Ingress missions await.

Great skate park for nice kids. All the kids and teenagers were helping each other. very safe atmosphere.

Love this place. Perfect to play with the family, get some spicy mango and just hang out on a weekend or during the weekday. Definitely check it out.

Really impressed with this large park. It was full of people but there was enough space activities and parking for everyone. I played tennis and had no trouble getting a court at 6:30 on a Wednesday.

Went to red Morton for a baby shower. It was nice. I went back today to play tennis and I loved it. Their backboard is great for practicing.

Everything was nice just theyre still under construction. Only one play area for my grandkids and it was pretty full.

So much construction going on it was very disorienting. No signs to help navigate to the new bathrooms considering the old ones were demolished.

This is a Redwood City Jim. There is so much to do around the actual Center buildings, because there are parks places to play ball skateboard park Flower Garden. So much great place

Theres a really pretty rose garden as well as multiple tennis courts, a wall to practice tennis on, a soccer field, and a skate park. Not sure if thats all or if I missed something. I like going there to play Pokemon go lol

This is our go to park with my family since weve moved to Redwoid City the last 4 years. Very nice and well kept with lots of ongoing activities.

Only reason i cant give another star or 2 is because of the bathroom situatuion. One unisex bathroom for the whole park.
