Great venue! Awesome sound and screen, for the lawn people as we were called. Not by the venue, by a very inconsiderate person. But the severe weather plan was good, if only people listened. I enjoyed my experience but if you dont plan on tailgating, be prepared to pay $25 for 1 mixed drink, $16 for a double shot, and $20 for a vodka lemonade. We are seeing more shows next month and I couldnt be more excited.

Great venue for music in the Summer time. You get through the ticket lines quickly and there are plenty of CLEAN bathrooms. Everyone gets a great view of the stage and the music can be heard by all. They have plenty of beverages, expensive so be prepared to pay $20 for a mixed drink or $15 for a large beer. There are some cheaper $5 beers. All in all they have great artists come to play and make sure their guests are safe if there is a storm. It stinks when a concert is canceled but safety first. I cant wait for this years line up!

The food and drink options are readily available, and the lines stayed pretty short! It was amazing! We would definitely make the drive to come here again!

I bought tickets for a show at the box office and the show was cancelled due to Covid (no problem of course). However, over the past 7 weeks Ive been back to the box office 2x and they are closed, I submitted online requests for contact 3x with no response. Their phone number only has a recording so you can not get through, they say to call Live Nation and I did that but Live Nation cant help me because I bought my tickets at the box office, they did send a request to Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek on my behalf requesting for someone to reach out to me but no one responded.I am out $740 with no way to contact them or confirm that theyll be sending a refund, its been 7 weeks and I cant even get in touch with them. I would LOVE for anyone with this company to contact me directly and resolve this issue. My next step needs to be a BBB complaint I guess, Im not going to just let this go since its a lot of money outstanding.

It’s nice to find an amphitheater with as many local and quality food and beverage choices. There really isn’t a bad seat. Only downfall can be parking but given the amount of people I think they manage it well. They don’t have ice cream however which given how hot it can be that would be a wonderful addition.

Great outdoor Amphitheater, food trucks/stands with chicken pizza, burgers, the normal fast food options but very expensive. Do what others did bring your own or stop and bring fast food and eat in parking lot. Of under the pavilion large fans keep you cool. Nice clean bathrooms as well, no port-a-potties. Overall a great place, and a huge complex.

7/5/2018Came to this venue for the Imagine Dragons Concert. They had a weather delay so we ended up waiting outside for an hour before getting inside the venue. All of that was understandable. Once we got inside this place was absolutely packed to the brim! We were packed in the lawn area like sardines!I first went to get pretzels and water. Unfortunately the pretzels were stale and costs $5 each. Ate them anyways and then went to get two slices of pizza which was good. The prices were what I expected so no surprise. I would recommend this venue just get there early to avoid massive lines!

Great venue to watch a concert. We sat in the grass and view was excellent. We were able to bring a bottle water, lawn chair and blankets into arena. Come early for best open admission seating. Parking was better than I expected, and was directed well to avoid long delays when leaving. Venue is large enough, easy to navigate, and the sound reaches the back pretty well. The lawn is sloped forward so you can still see the stage from the back, and there are enough large screens to see the close up views. We saw 311 and the prices were great for the experience.

Little out of the way, but its great that general parking is free. The lawn isnt a bad seat at all, but remember to bring your blanket or chair. Food is like every other concert venue. Expensive. They do have a family section where drinking and smoking isnt allowed, which is nice. Pro tip: If you are in the lawn but want to upgrade your tickets, look for an attendant wearing a yellow staff shirt. They sometimes have free upgrades. Just ask.

Wonderful outdoor music arena which is fantastic, ONCE YOU GET IN! One road in to the park results in significant traffic back ups entering the park. Be sure to leave plenty early if seeing a popular artist. Took us an hour and a half to get in from 5 miles away. Totally missed the opening act.

I cant address the parking as I left early, getting in was a breeze. Anyone complaining about the walk needs to get to the gym. Im old and fat and made it just fine. No signs to the different lots so if youre directionally challenged like me, good luck. Attendendants helped me however. I wouldnt waste money on VIP parking in my experience. Normal isnt that bad. Lot of tailgaters. Go early and make a day of it.The VIP seating is good if youre in the front row. I posted a pic of the big fathead in front of me blocking the whole stage. The at table wait service was cool, nice server. I guess theyre owned by companies but I got a resale ticket.Even in VIP the big screens offered a better view but the camera person wasnt good at deciding what to show when and how to frame it. Mostly saw guitar pickups during ZZ Top. So lawn probably isnt that bad. Cant see the stage directly but you have the big screens back there too.Drinks and food are definitely expensive. I ate before I went but the smell overcame my tight wallet. The tater tot/corn dog thingy was big and good. The Corn dogs are horrible as leftovers.

Its got most of the things you could want in an outdoor venue, however, if you pay for one of the seats youll be sorely disappointed. The seats are both highly uncomfortable, and are not at all offset (like traditional theater seating), meaning that youll be looking at the back of someones head the entire time. This is especially problematic since, as an outdoor venue, people with long hair are far more likely to wear an up-do, leaving you to stare at a dark tower instead of the stage. My advice, bring your own chair and sit in the grass. There are two big screen on either side of the stage to look at, and youll likely be watching them no matter where you sit due to the previously mentioned seating issue.Other than that, its a good place to tailgate, they have a good selection of (overpriced) food and drink including beer and wine, and sound quality that (at least from where we sat) was quite good.

Good venue for listening to music. Parking is free and there is a lot of it. Beer prices are very high, which is less than ideal. Sound system is good, but bring earplugs as it is very loud. Has both lawn and defined seating in actual chairs. Bring something to sit on if you choose the lawn, but know you might be standing for much of the performance.

Overall good place to see a show. Crazy expensive concessions but thats the normal thing now. Parking and traffic could be better but I dont know how this can actually be improved and is the new normal. Just pack your patience or get there early for the larger shows. Once parked and at the gate they were able to get us in and out of the venue pretty quick. The sound is just okay on the lawn. My only real complaint was after dark the large and bright sign that shines on the lawn takes away from the screens showing the artists. Dim the lights on that sign please. It is set way too bright.

Good outdoor venue, friendly staff, concessions were reasonably priced considering its an amphitheatre. A lot of the locals were really nice (it was a Dead&Co show so I didnt expect anyone to bring bad vibes). My only two complaints (why it didnt get 5 stars): the traffic getting to the park was insane and poorly managed; depending on where you live you may want to leave 3-4 hours early to guarantee you arrive on time. The acoustics are decent and the giant pillars holding up the covered area detract from people sitting in the lawn/grass.

Great concert venue. Its a nice amphitheater and a lot of great musicians play here. Its kind of a cluster you know what getting out of the place (driving) but thats to be expected at any concert venue. They allow tailgating and its always fun to arrive early, listen to music from the car speakers, set up some chairs, and hang out with friends and passer-bys. They have a lot of food vendors here (pricy but that is expected at concerts, right?). They also have a handicapped section available to those with disabilities/in wheelchairs and their companion, which I appreciate. You can also bring your own chairs if sitting on the lawn, or you have the option to rent chairs. Its a great place for concerts and they always are working to keep it clean throughout the shows. We come here for concerts about 5 to 7 times per year. I recommend this amphitheater to attend a comcert.

What a great gift and a great Atmosphere. My further son in law Bradley made our time together a complete success. All the employees working at the Event Center went out of their way to answer my questions and access in any way needed. We had a fairly long delay because of a passing storm, but it’s always better to be safer than sorry. When the music started back up it was in high gear and the 4-K screen behind the stage was mind blowing. Spending time with my family listening to these incredible country artists was a Father’s Day gift I will Rember for a long time. Even getting out of the event center was well organized so it didn’t take very long. The 2 hour ride home at 1am gives you plenty of time to take and get caught up on what you think about this and that. We rolled down the windows and turned up the country music.
