We go almost every weekend my 2 yo and 7 yo love it. It does get very crowded in the afternoons on the weekend. Had my daughters 7th birthday party and it was great. The kids had a blast, the party hostess was very nice. A little expensive but everything was taken care of, all I provided was cake and guest list. The party room had several video game TV and consoles, great for parents or if the kids need to test between pizza, cake, and jumping.

I love coming here with my daughter and her friends. They are doing a great job sanitizing and are clean. Workers especially the managers are very nice. They got an awesome deals, one being fall season pass for $35 and its good for 2 months.

Although the park is always a good time.. there was no rules set in place to wear masks at all, kids or adults. They just recently opened and though theres the typical sign on the door to wear masks like all business. There was not one jumper wearing them and no one enforcing to do so.This is one place that 100% should be wearing a mask. Im not a die hard mask fan and dont wear one in certain areas I can social distance.

Nice place to take kids. The setup is pretty good and kids can go from one trampoline section to another. They have a basketball trampoline area as well as an area setup for dodgeball. I definitely recommend

Ive only been here for my nephews birthday parties, (2 years in a row). But Im very impressed!!! and I think this is a super cool place for children & adults to have fun. My 3 year old LOVES coming here to jump around and have a good time. We will most deff come back soon.

I don’t usually write reviews but because we invested a good amount of money and time into choosing this place for our birthday celebration I thought why not. We celebrated my sons 7th birthday here and while the actual park itself was a fun success here is why I am only giving this location 2 stars. We paid for a 2 hour session however they didn’t actually let us into our room/on the floor until about 25 minutes into arriving which was frustrating as we arrived 10 minutes before they opened. Our party started at 12:30, we arrived for check in and set up at 12:00, and didn’t get brought into our room until 12:55. 25 minutes of our session wasted. Next, our host was very friendly however we did have to keep tracking her down to assist with our event. As a host, we assumed she had a schedule for pizza/cake/presents to manage time however we were never informed when our food actually arrived so by the time we found her to request the food it had been sitting and was not fresh. We had maybe 10-15 minutes to eat pizza and cake, and by the time we finished and wanted to open presents we were denied as our time was up. Yes, we had two hours, seems like plenty of time but when you’re running around a warehouse with 10 kids and still having to micro-host your own party of course time slipped away. So we didn’t get to open gifts and thank our guests right there but we survived. We also had to track our host down (again) for cake. If you can’t tell, it’s frustrating having to spend the time to track down our own host + the time wasted waiting for our room, it would have left us time for presents. We had fun jumping, I will state the place was clean, fun, and eventful however the service needs more attention. Chuck E Cheese does better at managing/hosting than a place for $400+ dollars.

Had a great time here with my 4 yr old grandsons birthday party. But they have little to no food selection if you want to order something to eat. The party area isnt that great either but we had a great time on the trampolines.

Staff is useless! Let people jump past their allotted time with or without tag. Total chaos on the trampolines. Kids running throughout the building. Rules are a joke. Would be a great place with proper management. Train your managers.

Lots and lots of fun! Honestly, an hour is about all you need. They have plenty of different areas to keep you entertained for an hour or more. Jumping on a trampoline takes a lot more out of you than you think! I dont think you need to buy the socks online, when we made reservations and showed up they gave us each a pair. Be sure to try the wipeout area or the basketball goals for some fun and good pictures!

It was pretty fun. There are several sectioned off areas to jump in, there is a Dodge ball area, a Wipeout game area with rotating tubes was a favorite. Foam cube out was fun too. There are lockers to lock up your stuff $0.25 for small ones, $0.50 for larger.

Nice trampoline park and the Wipeout pen was very amusing. We took our 9 year old grandsons here and they had a blast!

It has a two wrap walls, a wipe out section. A interactive climbing wall. Two dodge ball areas and a jump pit. We had a great time, associates are not as interactive, and dont do a good job keeping the kids flowing the rules in the jump pit. It would be nice to have more comfortable chairs for the adults.

No supervision from employees, they all were too busy playing instead of controlling their sections. Paying Kids had to wait for employees to stop so they can use the facility. And place did not look clean

My daughter celebrated her 6th birthday party here today and it was amazing. Not only did all our guest have a fantastic time but as the party parents, so did we. Thanks to Erica and Rachel for stepping up and stepping in with not only the guest, but the food set up and clean up. Raleigh Sky Zone you guys made our day FANTASTIC!!!

Awesome place! Amazing and easy birthday party, felt like I didnt have to do a thing! Great employees and price! Will go back definitely! For parents please just remember that different age groups of children mix here on all the fun things they have to offer except during toddler time, so you should be responsible to make sure that with certain rides YOU and the employee make the right decision on when your child should go on the ride. Not the fault of older children who dont mean to bump into or ride parts bump into your children when they are certain ages and not 11 yr old boys with 6 yr old girls regardless of jump rules!Thanks for a fantastic day!

It’s early but I usually like to get things done by this time, I would say the place is very lovely itself and very organized and well entertain by the kids. I am very impressed by the workers there and how they manage kids and parents. I am mostly very fascinate by one of the employees there I believe her name was Jez when I met her. The way she was with my children I really loved how she didn’t play too rough and was very safe with them considering their ages. I was very happy to see them both playing dodgeball together and the way she would pretend to get hit even tho they missed. I am aware that you guy have team leads and regular employees, I recommend management makes her a lead because I see a lot of men there so I recommend to have some feminine structure and I strongly believe she is more than calle of handling that spot. Over all I enjoy the place, the company and very impressed with the way the employee Jez was with the kids and just the whole place. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great place for adults to have fun! I had a group of friends meet us at Skyzone and we had a blast. So many things to do and the entire staff is amazing. The manager went above and beyond for us and was so friendly. We will definitely be back!

We love coming here to jump they have tons of different activities for the children from my toddler to my 6 year old Ill even jump in the foam pit sometimes for the fun of it

My kids love it here. They do have a lot of fun and enjoy the attractions. The only thing I wish they would keep the common area a little cleaner. Wipe tables and chairs down and not allow people to put their stuff at tables (shoes,coats) and leave to go jump. That’s what lockers are for and the are only a quarter.

Sky Zone is a fun place to bring the kids! Heck! Anyone for the most part. Ive been to one in Long Island and loved it. This one has more stuff though. They had a warped wall! Similar to what I used to see on Ninja Warrior, *both the original and American version* they have drinks and food, so you dont have to worry about that. Definitely bring the kids though, this place will tucker them out :3

What can I say they were amazing the party host and the party check in girls. They were so helpful and it was the first time going there and having my son his bday party and man I can’t believe it. Their amazing I love how they went beyond in helping me and telling me what was best. The birthday room they went all out for my son. I appreciate it so much. I’ll deff be going back again. I have 5 kids from the beach celebrating their birthday without their parents due to Hurricane Florence. Just came to Sky Zone with the 6 people here1 of the kids had Galaxy Fun spark socks on.?We had to pay 1.00 and get1 kid that didn’t have socks are you kidding??????The Young lady Bailey at the front desk is marvelous. Maybe a little compassion instead of a rule could get some of the other people to help you get a little more business!

Went on a date and had the time of my life! It was a Glow-Zone night so I wore light colors to take full advantage of the dark lights. Staff-led dodgeball games were a favourite. Definitely want to return.

Lots of fun here! My wife and I went with my brother, wife and three kids ages 2-9. We had a blast. Be prepared for a workout, but probably the most fun youll ever have doing so. Price was fair, and there were plenty of different activities to split your time up.

The staff here was exceptionally awesome. While monitoring our jumps they also played with my children and were generally enthusiastic to be there. My kids enjoyed themselves so much. And ... Now everyone is asleep.

Went on glow night & had a great time. They had face painting, a live DJ that played a variety of music & a friendly staff. I just wish they would serve more than just pizza at the concession stand. I am planning to have my sons BDay party there, you can rent out the entire place.

Not as big and variable things to do when it comes to the trampoline park. Most I have been to have obstacles with foam pit, this one just has a 3 lane foam pit, trampolines, and basketball. You can play dodgeball in a small area too but thats simply adding balls to the mix.

I drive from Four Oaks, NC to bring my son and niece here! Skyzone of Raleigh is an excellent place all the way around! The facility is very clean and nice. There’s plenty of room for parents to sit, if they aren’t jumping with their child. The pricing is not bad either. The staff go out of their way for their customers and the children. A special shout out to Donald Jenkins for taking care of my niece when she jumped and got a little boo boo. (It happens, they’re kids!) But, Donald got ice for her and was just courteous, caring and friendly all the way around. Thanks, Donald! I very much so recommend this place for kids of all age groups... mine are 7 and 8 and they cannot get enough!! :-) Go to Skyzone and have fun!!!!!

My youngest had a birthday party here recently. Everyone had a great time.Everything looked clean and in order even though we got their later in the evening time.Wil (Bob the builder), our event coordinator did a great job with the kids and kept things rolling smoothly and with a smile.Kids want to go back. It’s not even been 3 days.Also, I couldn’t honestly think of anyway the party could have gone any better.

This place is great! My son has been to a couple birthday parties here and he and the other birthday attendees had a great time. There are multiple areas to Sky Zone Trampoline Park (SKTP), so kids never get bored with any one area. Additionally, it isnt all trampolines. There is also a foam pit, an interactive climbing wall and wipeout (a spinning machine for kids to jump over rotating high and low arms). I havent paid to take my kids here, so I dont know if its a good value. I do know however that all kids have a blast when they go.

Just had my sons birthday party here and everyone had a really good time. Our host Niyah was very helpful and great with the kids. The only downfall of the party was that the room was too small for the amount of people we had and it was very HOT in the room ( Party room 2 ). It was also hard to get in contact with the EAs. But other than that, everything else turned out great.

Neat place, and relatively calm atmosphere, considering its based around kid entertainment. Its not downfall is not having gluten-free food options AND not allowing outside food. Thats fairly unprofessional in this day.The staff is finally. The space is very clean, and the kids enjoyed it.

Wrote into Sky Zone and have yet to hear back from manager or apologies for our bad time!! $300 plus and we expect daughter to have the best party ever. Too bad!.. wont be recommending to her 20 or more friends parents looking for a place to have their childs celebration.

Great place to bring your kids with plenty of room to jump. Not all the areas are opened up during the week (dodgeball), but your kids will love the foam pit and youll get a great workout too! $15/person for 60 minutes of jump time when we went.

Absolutely amazing experience for my childs 5th birthday party, Deanna and Dallas went above and beyond in every single aspect. No clue in how much they get paid but they both deserve a raise. They handled absolutely everything and the entire went smoothly from registering for the party to the ending with cleanup. When I say I wish I could give 10 stars to the employees alone I mean it. The place itself was just as awesome, the kids AND ADULTS had a blast! My husband wants his next party there! Thank you to Sky Zone for making the day so memorable!
