First time back since Covid-19. The staff was very helpful and consistently wiping down. Enjoyable time for the family.

Although this place has a lot of things to do in it somewhere where I could probably envision myself taking my children to quite often, I probably wont. The reason why is because its so darn expensive. Not only that they have so many rules about constraining activity, and it doesnt seem to have any real logic to it. Some of it is for safety. Which I totally understand. But other things are just usage and time consumption and things like that. We had a lot of fun, but its a shame that we probably wont come here for a long long time.

My brother-in-law and grandma got in an accident on falls of Neuse and Steve( the owner) came over personally and offered my niece, nephew and I all day free passes! When we entered we felt so welcomed and it made their day a lot better (grandma was put in the hospital). Mike the manager even came over and checked in. Awesome customer service everyone!We are definitely going to come back!

Really loved the mini golf! I went with a group of friends and we did not have to wait at all to play. The price was great and the course itself is all under a blacklight which was cool. Would recommend for all ages!

Thai was a great place at a decent value for the kids to have fun, the space walk was fantastic, the go karts are reasonably fast (good enough for my 12 year old). Laser tag was a blast, the lines werent terrible even on a crowded night. Will go back and would recommend for anyone with children that have large age gaps like mine, there is something for everyone!

We took my grandson here last Sunday for his birthday and he and I went again today. We absolutely love it there! The staff is so friendly and patient. Keep up the good work!

Celebrate my sons birthday on a rainy day. It was perfect, The party captain kept us moving. The kids had a blast. The venue is a little pricey but well worth it!

My family and I loved this place!! We had our 10 year olds party here. Our eldest is hoping to have his Birthday party here also. There was something to do for everyone including our 1 year old baby boy who had a blast in the jump zone and play yard! Our hostess Asia was awesome. She was very helpful and friendly with our little people. We encountered many friendly workers who were happy to answer any questions we may have had, and point us in the right direction. My husband and I even took a walk on the wild side... doing the spacewalk. Lol!! At times, I asked myself what did I get myself into. Overall; we had an out of this world experience. We look forward to returning again as a family soon!!

Nice place for the kids. They have the trampolines to jump on, which is nice because they have different areas for them also like playing basketball or dodgeball. My boys did the laser tag, bumper cars, the sky walk and the go-carts. They have plenty of arcade games that you win tickets for and then can turn your tickets in for some prizes. They sell different foods, like hamburger, pizza, fries, nachos, etc. I wouldnt take my kids every weekend because it gets pretty pricey if they want to do everything. If you are taking kids just to jump on the trampolines then its a good price.

Due to the shut down my son cant have his party! They stopped responding back to me as soon as I said I just wanted a refund. At least could of responded back after 3 weeks of emails. When I emailed I wanted to go on with the party I got a quick response but when asked for refund I was ignored. Bad business.

Wayyyy better than SkyZone, They have some room for more games , thats the only thing other than that ANY kid would love this place!

Great and fun place for all ages! I can guarantee that you can find something to do here no matter who you are. This place has great ambiance, not too loud with kids ( or adults ). Just all around a great place. Has Lazer tag, INDOOR GOLF COURSE AND an INDOOR go kart track.... simply amazing. Never seen anything like that in my life. This place also has food that they serve and a place for the adults to sit while the kids go and have fun. Service was great nothing was broke or anything of that nature. Overall great place.

Our first time checking this place out and we all had a blast. Lots of great deals that wont break the bank, and something for every age to love. Some of the employees couldve been nicer, but overall, it was a really great experience. And there were several more people who made up for the less than stellar ones. We will definitely be returning!

It was okay for me..but my 10 year old loved it. Unfortunately the only way i heard of the place was with the GO Play discount book. Reasonably priced attractions but far drive from me. I can see my self bringing him on a rainy day, His favorite attraction was the rope course.

Galaxy Fun Park employees were extremely accommodating for my visit with my 15-year-old autistic son. One employee even went out of his way to assist him with driving the go-kart on his own for the first time ever! Definitely a great inclusive place to play!

Went for the mini golf, which was fun by my 2 yo and 4 year old were bored. They enjoyed the climbing tower (the one with the slides not the ropes) it was just the right size for them. It could use some ventilation so they are not so hot from running around tho. They also could use some better things for the babies. There isnt much of an area for them.

My Granddaughter loved it!!!! And she is 2 years old.

A little pricey for trampoline

We always have fun here. Its a bit pricey but my kids get a ton out of it. The staff is really on top of things too.

Love this place! They have everything from laser tag to moon mini golf. Also arcade games and loads more for kids to do. Tons of fun. They sell drinks and snacks here too in case you forget to pack your own. This place totally beats skyzone to me. Kids agree too.

Everyone was super helpful. The floor manager Perry Lee helped us at end our night in the most awesome ways helped us end our night perfectly for my daughters birthday. Thank you Perry Lee your it was well worth the almost 2 hour drive each way well worth the trip, awesome job Perry.

Poor birthday party planning - They planned for the kids to hang out for 30 minutes by the front during check-in and then wanted them to stay in the party room for 45 mins for food and cake. It was as if they werent prepared for the fact that the kids would want to play the entire 2 hours instead of sitting around for over an hour of the party. When we tried to make adjustments on the fly, the staff gave us attitude for trying to make the experience as fun as possible for the kids.

Fun activity for a teacher work day. 2 hour pass is fun, video games are pricey.

GFP is awesome. We were there on a Tuesday night and it was really quiet, which made for a great time. It is also commendable how the young people they have working there are always pleasant and seem to be happy to be there. I recommend this over just your run of the mill trampoline park as it will cater to a larger audience with the variety of activities. I recomend fully.

Not impressed at all! The package deals are ridiculous. If you have a kid under 10 then they cant do the go carts. Then my kids dont like the ropes course because of the heights. They wont let you choose your activites for the packages. Mini golf and the trampolines are extra. Those are the 2 things my kids wanted to do. The girl gave me a hard time about not getting a package and adding those 2 things on. I prefer Frankies over Galaxy. Waste of money in my opinion. Will not return.

We had a great time yesterday. My son and his friends enjoyed being able to jump, play laser tag, drive the speedway, and play a few games. Its a great outging for kids especially when its cold wet and rainy outside. The lines here are always long though not sure if its because of many questions, unable to take all coupons, everyone not paying attention for wristbands, or people forgetting to complete the waiver. The staff is pretty helpful, some seem a little attitudinal than others, and manners I wonder sometimes.The bathrooms were nasty though, definitely would hold it til you get home or feel comfortable going at your next destination.

Its very expensive for what it is. The food was school cafeteria quality, but as expensive as going to a restaurant. Took over 20 minutes to get a simple burger, and someone who had ordered the same as me after I did got theirs first. The arcade games are almost entirely gambling type games. They seemed very understaffed as well. The only reason Im giving any stars is because at least my kids had some fun. My daughter was very upset about not getting to do the go cart thing because someone misplaced her shoes at some point during the party we went there for. There may be more to it that I missed out on, saw there was some kind of 21&older area, but didnt go because children were with me. I do not plan on going back to see if it could be better.

Can be very Crowded and noisy, especially on Saturdays. Kids can go thru some money! Best deals are weekly and specials, check their website. They do hire some great kids that work there. Dont forget closed toe shoes. They have special socks for jumping, ours were $2.00. They serve food. There is an upstairs bar where parents can escape to, but each time Ive gone the bar has been closed. Laser tag, go karts, bumper cars, sky walk with zipline included in weekly specials. Arcade games are each priced separately. (This is where the money goes!) Jumping on trampolines are also a separate price. Birthday party packages available. Do NOT expect the staff to be babysitters! If you need that type of service they offer camps, also on their website. Older, self-supervising children (10- 13) will have fun! Younger kids (5 - 9) may need parental assistance. Toddlers, well, theres lots of lights and noise! Teens can get a job there.

Brought my client and all I can do is be amazed! The staff here are beyond wonderful and very helpful! Brad the manager was a Godsend! They accommodated our special diet needs and I’ve never seen my guy this happy!!!

Its a great place to have fun with your kids. The only reason for the average rating is because the way they do the pricing. Its very confusing your 1st time and can get expensive quick, especially for me with 3 children. Just think they should come up with a fair one time admission price.

This is a great trampoline park. There is an enormous variety of things to do here, theres an obstacle course up near the ceiling, theres indoor race cars, theres bumper cars, trampoline park, arcade games, and more. Its a great place to bring your kids and have a birthday party.

This is a really fun place, even if you dont have kids! Im 23 years old as of writing this, and myself and a friend visited to take part in the mini-golf, bumper cars, and ropes course. We grew up around that area of Wake Forest and remember when the building was just an ordinary Kroger with not much around it. We always wondered what this place was like when it popped up and we had such a great time when we finally went. Of course children can take part in all of the attractions, but its still worth going if you want to play an awesome round of mini-golf.

Putt putt in a black light environment. Indoor go carts with safety feature that slows them down when they bump. Laser tag that has 2 floors. Everything is in doors so weather will not ruin your outing. Also has rope bridge, trampoline and video games. I have probably left something out. Nice place.

My husband and I took our kids here and we all loved it! Staff was polite and helpful. The trampoline section was so much fun. We did the bumper cars and go karts as well and it was equally as fun! We left there exhausted and happy. Cant wait to go back!

Great place with tons of options for everyone! My girls love the play area, bumper cars, laser tag, zipline and trampolines.. not to mention all of the awesome video games! They have even updated to VR games.. its pretty cool. Definitely recommend Galaxy to anyone looking to take their kids for a fun time!

Wow talk about a sensory overload for kids! This place has a little bit of everything for everyone. Zip line, go karts, VR games, its all there. We went on a weekend so it was really crowded with birthday parties and just kids and parents in general. If you have a chance to fill out the waiver form ahead of time do so as that will save you time and standing in line trying to get in. Its a large place and can be a little overwhelming so be sure to always keep an eye on your kids given this age we live in unfortunately.

This is like no place Ive ever been to before, its an arcade, laser tag, trampoline park, vr, go-kart, ect. Place all in one building, would definitely recommend for birthdays or parties.

Pretty fun activities just priced way too high. Kids play area and virtual reality was worth the play. Bumper cars and go kart racing was not as fun as the cars are electric so you arent really racing and bumper cars doesnt last long enough. They did make up in the ticket wins as our son walked away with almost 5k tickets and a Nerf gun prize.

My kids love it here! It is safe here with a cop on duty every day. So i feel completely comfortable here. There is deals that you can catch on groupon to make your visit that more enjoyable. The price for the games is not too bad but the cafe menu is kind of pricey. Birthday parties are hosted here as well as camps. We love to come here to have a good time. They have arcade games, race car course, spin course, miniature golf, laser tag, the jump zone, rope walk and the mission control station.

Lots of fun! The boys enjoyed the trampolines but you can tell by the big ones face that they didnt have the same luck with laser tag! #TeamMom won!

The place is great for family with children. Prices are reasonable. They have a $30 unlimited deal for 3 hrs. You can add on extra for The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lines can be a little long. I advise you go early in the day. Thats if you dont really care for a large crowd. Ill definitely be going back soon.

The good things:This is a clean place, including the bathrooms. Its well staffed. Not all the kids who work here are friendly, but that doesnt bother me.The guy who was working the laser tag desk last Friday night was just amazing. Sweetest person ever ♡ it was one of my kids first time playing laser tag and I was bummed because it was really dead that night, and a game of laser tag with just a couple kids is no fun at all. So I was trying to ask the front desk if they could say over the loud speakers for kids to go play laser tag (I know, I know) so this sweetheart goes around asking the kids who have unlimited passes to come play laser tag with us, and it ended up being so fun ♡ That guy deserves a raise or a bonus. Trying to help customers makes people want to come back in spite of other drawbacks.The bad things:I did a groupon for the jumping so that was a better price of course. BUT I would never come here again because every different part of the facility you have to pay for (even the dumb little climbing area) Also, the jumping part is not as well laid out as RUSH jumping park is, and it only has trampolines, no foam pit or ropes or anything. It does have 3 basketball hoops and a fluffy air thing to run across, but, like I said, its not that amazing.The food is gross and overpriced, but thats pretty much a given at these types of places.The laser tag game only lasts 15 minutes at the most, for $8 a pop, so thats a bummer. I would rather do laser tag a dedicated place where you get a longer game, and Id rather jump at RUSH

We called for the possibility to book a small party, they didnt give us the full information, they were very rude and short on the phone telling us that we needed to book a 400 dollars private room, to take a little cake or couldnt take a cake at all, because my kid wasnt going to take enough friends.. pretty discriminatory. Doesnt even look that they work with kids in this place.

Save yourself the hassle and go to Frankie’s. Overpriced games, poor selection, and disrespectful supervisor. Total wast of time and money. Main Issue we had was directly Galaxies fault, Yet even the owner standing there would do nothing to resolve the problem that they caused in the first place. Otherwise the Staff was friendly and understanding, just had their hands tied do to poor management. Issue could have easily been resolved.

A lot of fun and its bigger than most indoor theme parks and your kids and family will have a lot a fun 2 floors of nothing but adrenaline. A nice place where the whole family can go and have fun good friendly atmosphere.

Coolest place to take kids in North Raleigh! Stumbled into the place earlier today after taking the kids for a haircut. Having an absolute blast! Very safe and clean. A great place for all ages. Will be a regular from now on.

My kids loved it! I got the 3 hour unlimited pass. I got my money worth. It is pricey but this venue will be a special treat for my kids.

Too many variations on visit packages/options. Its hectic trying to figure out what options you want to pay for (its a bit pricey) while kids are running around everywhere. It would been much easier to have a flat rate.

A family fun park that has a Sheriff on duty at all times. This should be your first and ONLY reason NOT to enter this building.When a business has a Law Enforcement on duty this is a problem with the business, managers and customers.If you enter your going to PAY for it.You have $$$$ to throw away this is the place to go. The pricing is out of this world expensive.The adults and children run around with no respect for the business or other human beings.Both are abusing the equipment with a staff that could care less.The staff of children could care less about the customer experience and just act like the disrespectful customers.I could write pages on how bad my experience was at this “family fun park” was on my first visit.

I take my kids here now and then. It is fine - They for sure need to clean = especially the kids climbing area - underneath, the floors, the crawling area for the babies - etc -the bumper cars are fun. The mini golf is ok.Not bad- but would get a 4 if it were cleaned!

This place has so much to offer and at a really great price. My son loved it for his first time and we plan on going back soon. Though I would use Groupon if you have more then one child, large group, or just parent and child looking for something to do till bed time. You will save money on your card and so you will need to sign a waiver first before getting into the line to get your wrist bands. Have fun

Floor manager was rude. Said all bumper cars were out of battery when my two kids wanted to play on them.

This is the worst “fun” park ever. I spent $8 on a go kart and i should have just flushed the money down the toilet. I felt like i was driving a prius when i got lapped 7 times in a 8 lap race. I will never spend another dime at this establishment. The workers laughed when i brought it to their attention that the car was not working correctly. They responded with all the cars are the same speed.

Kids had a blast and the wife and I got a moderate workout playing laser tag with the kids and other guests. Go karts were better than most places. The only downside is the potential to spend a lot here with all of the different things to do.

Kids loved the playground but thats about all there is for a family with young kids. We went on a weeknight when the place was practically empty thinking that would be more fun. My kids were miserable in the trampoline area because the five minute safety video made it sound like they were going to break bones or die at every turn (complete with some really nice bone crunching sounds effects.) They got called down for entering the completely empty airbag area from the wrong side (no way to know which was the right side anyway, and for sitting down on one of the boxes to rest for too long???They liked the playground and what there was of the arcade. The place really seems to be geared toward 20 somethings, which is fine. Just not what I expected.Went to Chick-fil-A right after and the kids had just as much fun for a buttload less money.

WELL the online reviews attracted me to this place to celebrate my daughters 9th birthday. The pricing was confusing to me and I was handed the wrong card in the beginning causing us to be rejected at certain attractions. But the manager fixed it. It’s a bit expensive for what it’s worth... it was ok... I think it’s better for groups and parties instead of single kids.

Waste of money and time, you have to pay for each game from $5 to $8 per kid plus the charge you $17 per only one hour in the jumping zone plus $2 a par of sucks. You can get $17 per month in defy gravity and sucks are included.

Nice place. The trampoline section is pretty basic; however, the trampolines are unusually pretty bouncy compared to other trampoline parks. Plus the employees are hit or miss. I guess they never miss huh? Overall, it’s nice place.

ARRIVED AND SAW THAT THEY WERE NOT CHEAP! PAID $165 FOR 5 KIDS. TOLD HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR SPEEDWAY. MY 6 UYR OLD COULD NOT RIDE WITH MY OLDEST DUE TO HIM BEING SHY OF 18 BY A MONTH OR SO, YET THEY ALLOWED A LITTLE GIRL WHO DIDNT REACH REQUIREMENTS DRIVE AND MY DAUGHTER BEGAN CRYING HER EYES OUT (NOT LITERALLY)AND UPON SPEAKING TO A YOUNG MANAGER WHO BASICALLY DEFENDED THE FAVORITISM BECAME VERY LOUD IRRATE AND RUDE WHEN TOLD ABOUT HIS STAFF. WILL NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO LACK OF FRIENDLINESS FROM STAFF TOWARD CHILDREN AND OVERPRICED PLAY TIME. DEFY GRAVITY MAYBE BETTER. HE FIST PUMPED AN EMPLOYEE AND LAUGHED AS IF HE TOLD ME OFF AND DID THIS IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!

This is a fun place. I would have gone for 5 stars if not for the wait in the lines for the rides. Birthday parties are really fun .. the pizza and entrees are yummy !!!

Enjoyed the variety of activities. The only negative is that the young staff needs to be more attentive in making sure the rules are followed regarding the proper use of the trampolines. Many times Ive witness more than one person jumping on the same section and ppl running up and down and bumping in to other jumpers.

My family and I visited Galaxy Fun Park for the very first time and totally enjoyed ourselves. It was my eldest son’s 13th birthday surprise and he was beyond excited. The staff was friendly and careful to watch every child to ensure their safety. My husband and I appreciated the safety video prior to the kids engaging in the fun of the trampoline area. There are other areas such as the go carts, zip lines, gaming sections, concession and parent lounge for the family to enjoy. Everything a parent could ever want is here and indoors. We definitely found our 30-minute trip to be completely worthwhile.

Really overstimulating for my child so take that into account if your kid has sensory issues. Very expensive, not worth the money imo but we had a nice afternoon as a family.

We love coming to Galaxy Fun park. The arcade games are a little pricey but there is a wide variety. There is also many different attractions for all ages.l, including trampolines. Love it.
