I love this place, but they are not enforcing mask wearing for either their guests of employees. About 50% of employees and guests were without masks this Friday night. There is also no capacity limit, so on a Friday night you are shoulder to shoulder with families not wearing masks. Sadly I will have to wait until covid passes to come back to this place.

Came @7 and didn’t let me and my kids in ... this is a family fun park NOT A CLUB!!! The man outside didn’t even have a mask his excuse “we don’t have to outside” WHAT EVEN IS THAT! I’m not gonna lie I had a little Karen moment regardless they should have it on their website and not say “just smack her already”

Was a very nice atmosphere overall, there was an altercation that police and staff reacted on quickly. A little nervous on VR games ( face placement) and sanitation( didnt see cleaning after use), I would recommend wipes at games, but they do have hand sanitizer all over the place.

Super fun place. Been going here for years. Fun to take your kids, as well as adults and your co-workers. Between video games, go-karts, 3 putt-putt courses and the batting cages, theres fun for everyone.

We had a good time. I feel like its a little overpriced for what you get. We had a little extra left on the cards we had to buy to participate so we will come back. Glad the cards do not expire because it may be awhile before we return. Social distancing is not enforced well enough. Outside in the lines everyone is packed closely together. The go carts were all sanitized between customers so that was a plus. Inside I felt as if it was super crowded and even though mask are required there were quite a few young adults and teens who were walking with their masks pulled down. There was definitely no 6 foot rule in the building. The kids had fries and really enjoyed them. The menu has plenty to choose from. Might have a beer next time while waiting on the kids to finish having fun.

We truly enjoyed our little outing here at Frankies it was awesome and full of different things to do. They obviously make you wear your mask since you are in close proximity to other people so make sure you take those masks! We definitely had a blast here and wi be goin here again!! Thank you guys for an amazing time!

THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT ENFORCE MASK WEARING!!! Some of the EMPLOYEES dont even wear a mask!!! Its UNBELIEVABLE! I felt so uncomfortable being there and Im glad I didnt bring my kid. I wouldnt go back on the weekend until Covid is over. It was VERY disappointing to see this virus not being taken. Id rather go somewhere else.

This place is definitely on the list of favs!!! My family and I went and had a blast...especially love the virtual games and of course the go-karts...Definitely plan on going again soon because we just didnt have enough time to enjoy everything that was offered!!!

This was so great! Frankish is awesome and amazing for kids and parents. It’s fun, courageous,and active.They’re’s races,arcades,obbys,water,views,golf,and even Sports! There is even food! And prizes when you get tickets for winning a game! This is awesome I hope you will never close and have a great business!

No regard for social distancing or mask wearing. A number of employees had their masks below their nose. Some customers wore their masks while in line below their chins. Consistent mask wearing was not enforced inside or outside. Very, very disappointing. The ropes course and another ride outside was closed. They did have hand sanitizing stations. On the go carts they were sprayed after each use. However, another family decided not to participate, their daughter was scared and without spraying the go-cart when they left, they let another family on it. I do not recommend you visit if you are not comfortable with others not wearing masks or following social distancing.

Super fun place! Affordable activities like mini golf. The games can add up! Fun and I recommend it for date night or a day with your kids.

From the site it is a pretty interesting place... Took my son to go for his birthday but got turned away because he was under 18.. After 7 policy at play... Didnt know that and seems kind of crazy when they dont open until 2 p.m. .... Will try again one day

There a lot of fun things to do here, inside and out. However, there were many individuals not wearing masks once inside or even once going outside, in the back. There was a police officer that was checking people wearing masks, at the door, however he was not wearing a mask. The rides were packed and there was not any distancing between folks on them. Folk were also packed together in the lines. There was not even a little social distancing in the lines outside...

Such a fun place! All the arcade games all seem pretty new and updated! And the mini golf course is surprisingly big!

At a time like the time were dealing with Frankies is a nice distraction for the kids who havent had any summer at all.. found it by chance while exploring Raliegh, stopped in and found all kinds of exciting things for the kids as well as myself.. from kiddie go-carts, the more experienced road track, to the pro drifter track plus arcade, laser tag, virtual reality which i thought was awesome.. to sum it up.. if youre in Raliegh definitely give it a whirl

All outdoor activities are open with very minimal wait! Cars and machinery are cleaned after EVERY use and Mask are REQUIRED! We had a blast!

Great atmosphere given the times, but they need to wipe down the games/rides a lot more often. Only saw them do this on the bumper cars my entire visit.

Great place to have fun and kill time. Golf and racing car was too much fun. The arcade has variety of games and all are worth giving a try. The place is very neat and clean as well. I must very very well maintained. I had great time playing golf specifically. Kids can have fun too. Worth giving a try when you are free in the town. The prices for the adventures are between 7$-9$ for one time. I had an amazing time and will surely visit again.

I’m so disappointed I took my kids here for a family moment and it wasn’t even past 8pm and we were told that we could not come in because they were not 18 and older. This is suppose to be a friendly place for family to be able to enter but they are turning this into a adult club in which people should go to clubs and bars for not a family fun park!!!

This was my first time here. It was really nice. I mostly sat back talked to my sons atepmom while everyone else played games.

Credit card machine didnt work. Had to use cash. Otherwise, it was a nice trip. Will go back once credit cards work there again.

Okay so this was out first time going and I honestly wasn’t impressed. The staff are not customer friendly (or haven’t been trained properly) and the crowd was younger with little manners. We prefer Dave & Busters and don’t foresee us coming back here.One good thing I can say is that the chicken nachos were BOMB. The nachos were wayy better than their burgers.

We were at frankies and clearly they are not adhering to the code set by the state for Covid-19. There were hundreds of people inside . Half were without face masks. There were at least 100 more outside. We left immediately after noting that there was no system or count!

They need to have it listed online that after 7pm on weekends are for 18 and older. Drove 2 hours just to have to tell my kids they cant play because theyre not old enough.

Both of my girls really loved the mini golf and water bumper boats. Unfortunately the childrens go karts werent open for them to drive.

The place is very good for kids . I just wish the food service was a little better. Took way to long to receive our drinks . Then one of the drinks was left on the counter. The food we order came out 45 minutes later . I had to ask twice how long would the food be . Other then that when it did come the food was really good

The Go Karts are decent tbh NASCAR based. But their engines are bad. They have equal engines so if you want to race and win you gotta get a spot at the front because you arent gonna get past no one unless they are going on a sunday drive going slow as heck.

It has some pretty fun go karts, arcade games, and laser tag. It even has a vr zone with some games you can choose from. Expect it to be packed, though. I waited about an hour and a half just to race one time on one of the go kart tracks.

Very nice experience with my daughter. We went early in the morning during summer time. The place was pretty crowded so keep that in mind. The selection of games was quite large and they have both indoor/outdoor space.

Frankies is a really great place to visit, it has a large variety of games, both indoor and outdoor, plus also some delicious food, always fun to visit and to hang out with friends.

Such a fun place to visit! They have rides, games, mini golf, a bar, ect!! My boyfriend and I have been here a couple times and always walk away with a new cute stuff animal!

Great place to take your kids for four hours on a Saturday or Sunday morning. My son and I spent $50 on miniature golf, go karting, bowling and video games. We walked away with a bunch of cool prizes (Hot wheel cars, fidget spinner and candy) and a ton of great memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking to do something special with their kids on a weekend morning.

Nice mini golf course. Not the most creative or exciting, but a great deal for $10.

Such a cool place for family fun!! Go karts, indoor jungle gym and arcade, bumper boats, virtual reality games, a few carnival style rides, mini golf course, concession food plus a restaurant lounge with full bar. They had something for each member of our family to enjoy from 2 years old to 45 years old. There is no admission fee, you pay to play using a fun card. Prices seem steep, but I’m not sure if there are other comparable options in the area. Super close to the hotel we are staying in. We’d love to come back again next time we visit this area ️

Lots of fun. The go carts are pretty fast, the place is clean and well kept. The employees are all very very nice. Most young employees don’t care about their job and can have attitude but I was pleasantly surprised here because they were all so sweet!

Took my girlfriend here for her bday and we had a great time, although we felt animosity from an employee on the go- carts who ignored my girlfriend wishes being that we were first in line to ride the cars but other than that it was fun.

Fun place! Took my 15 year old here for his birthday party. Even played laser tag with all of them. Go karts, video games, food... This place is full of fun! The beer made it especially nice to relax while the kids ran around and played.

Good place for drifting go karts and big arcade but mini gold was bot the best and it was the more expensive at $10 while go karts is only $8

I was in North Carolina on a business trip. On my off day I got to visit this fun park. It was awesome. So many attractions. It felt like a mini theme park. I will definitely be visiting again next time I’m in the area.

Amazing place for fun activities with your friends and family. Here one can find 3 types of outdoor go-karting tracks... For kids and adults. Also a pendulum ride and some indoor activities. Laser tag was really good, even better if youre a group of friends. Also theres a cafe. Its an affordable amusement park.

OH MY!!! I had no clue this place existed !! What a fun night with my family. We rode bumper boats and go carts. It was amazing and the children loved it.

Had a lot of fun. There was stuff for the entire family to stay busy. Go karts are $8 for approximately 5 minutes, mini golf has 3 different courses and cost $9 per course. Laser tag is a team VS team mode cost $7 for a 5 minute game. There is a vr ride shooting game for $7 for 5 minutes which is a ton of fun. And then there is the arcade with some of the coolest games around. Me and my family spent 50 a piece and had fun for 5 to 6 hours.

Let me start by saying we had tons of fun with my granddaughter. Would have given 5 stars if the staff would have controlled the teenagers a bit more. I just dont think a public place is where we should be making out and getting to 3rd base. Also, the machines arent mine, but I found it rude and disrespectful for the teenagers to be crawling up on them for photo shoots while children are trying to play (in eye shot of staff). Overall, the food was pretty decent (the tenders are real chicken btw), great flavor selections of Icees, great variety of rides and activities for all ages, and clean bathrooms. I will definitely be back... just probably earlier in the day.

It has great outdoor rides

No one enforcing masks, no sanitizer anywhere. Half the staff wasnt even wearing masks. No one cleaning down games, or seem to care. Dave and Busters at least is trying.

8 year old grandson had a blast! Buy a card for any amount. It works on all the attractions and video games. Helps stay in budget. Great staff, friendly and helpful

Frankies is a neat amusement park located in Durham, just across the Wake county line. Located near Route 70 near Brier Creek. There is no entrance fee or cover charge, but bring your wallet, it gets expensive. The upside is they have every imaginable electronic game, or amusement you would want, the downside is it is expensive. Go Carts, Mini Golf courses, high wire walking course, floaty boats that shoot water and batting cages. Inside has a ton of video games, including VR shooter game, skeeball and a jungle gym that is 3 stories tall. They have food, beer and even a bar set in the back if you adults want to get away from the noise and have a nice drink.

Great place for family outing

I was more of a bystander, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching my grandson and daughter while they had a great time, especially on the go carts. I loved watching my grandson beat this older guy who thought he was going to race by him because he was younger, lol.Id give it 5 stars if the concession stand had a better food selection.

Fun place, for either just batting, play on arcade, mini golf, etc place has nice layout you are on you own u don’t got people checking you. Is a nice place to kill some time with kids or even adults.

My family and I were concerned how the doorman was not wearing his mask and we decided to tell him, as my sister spoke to him, yes she was upset, but, as she spoke another young man came along and he proceeded to tell the doorman “just smack her already” due to her complaining about him not wearing his mask, mind you we are currently in a pandemic and he has spoke to many people throughout the day to tell them that they can not enter because of them not being 18, aside from that it was very rude, I didn’t speak up because I didn’t want to be the Karen in the family but after he spoke so rudely, they deserved that complaint.

Was not impressed myself with the selection, but the kids still loved it. Out of the way, and a good place to let the children have some fun. Naturally it cost a bit to partake, and the prizes are just cheap. Kids will probably want to go again.

All the games was lit and riding the gocarts was fun ,just competing with others

We had a great time at Frankies Fun Park. Its a little pricey if youre not carefull but we had a good time without spending too much.

Had an excellent experience at Frankies it was me and my family first visit and it was absolutely great so many options of games , laser tag , if Im not mistaking it was 2 or 3 different go kart courses. We had a blast ! Thanks Frankies

Nice place to take the kids. Kids ages 7-17 would really enjoy it. The day we went it got rained out. So they had to cancel outside activities. The go karts were fun. Things are kind of high priced. But overall everything was ok.

We had fun! Games were fun. Server was nice. But the bartender... ouch. She was rude. I asked her a question and then walked to my table and my friends could see she right away turned to a coworker and mouthed a few bad words about me. I work in the service industry and that was extremely uncalled for and hurtful. It’s one thing to gossip in the back.. but to talk about your customers right in front of them... disrespectful.She was a heavier set white lady with her hair in a bun if that helps. She needs to be talked to about her attitude .

Customer service is average. The machine to get the card for the arcade was not working the day of our visit so we had to go the front counter to purchase it. The games are average not too much to do for adults or for children under 3. We did visit the place on a cold night so we did not do miniature golf or outdoors attractions. My daughter had fun and I will visit again.

They have all of the tools to make a great experience but the nickle and diming along with the incredibly overpriced games make the arcade section less than fun. Putt putt is pretty basic, no moving pieces or anything overly challenging.

A whole lot of entertainment for the kids and adults as well, this a great place to enjoy with your kids, but my only concern is the parking lot, being so big it would be great to have a security to be checking on our vehicles and I say this because we found a guy roaming our truck he even spit on the window we saw him do it and only because my husband pretended to call police, he left right as soon as he saw us coming closer to him, so with such a big establishment I bet they can afford a security.

Came here on a whim in the afternoon with my girlfriend and had a great time winning. I will not let her beat me. They have adult beverages available at super reasonable prices. Didnt eat anything, so I cant comment on that. Its not super busy if you go before school lets out and is very enjoyable as an adult without child!

Went for toddler to do tunnels and tubes but was ripped out for another attraction. Very little for my 5 year old to do though the older kid liked it. Felt like galaxy was a better option for price and options

This is a very fun place for you and your family to go to !! Very pricey food , but other than that it’s very fun !! Drop zone is in side and out !! 100s of things to do , cool staff . Lost of fun !! Enjoy ️

Lots of fun rides and attractions. Prices very high, most games cost at least a dollar each play. If money is no problem your kids will love this place!I went here with a Corp group and we had a great time.

Terrible!! We drove all the way there and the video games were all shutdown. Only thing was open was the Putt Putt Golf. My son was so disappointed . Didnt say on website that everything wasnt open.

Great place for family events. Lots to do for children and adults. They are adding more and more so I cant wait until I all the additional are done.
