Cool place. Cheap entertainment for the kids. Speaking of, they will fall, right in front of you, without warning. Concessions are a little pricey. Enjoyable if you know what youre getting into beforehand.

Really fun place to skate. I love going on Sunday nights from 8pm-12am. During those times are adult night and must be 18yrs or older to skate.Monday nights are fun as well. All the staff are night and they treat you like family. If you fall there are people that will come to help you up. Everyone is nice and friendly. I would recommend coming out to skate.

The fact that you have to go through a security guard that uses a metal detector to check you to go into a skate ranch.....sketchiest skate ranch I have ever been to. I should have known from the first time we walked up to go in, you get hit with a smell of weed. Extremely overpriced for the place, as well as the service you receive when youre there. We did not realize based on the road where exactly this was located and the images online look so much better than what it really is. I stayed in there around 30 mins and left.

I visited last sunday & I had a great time! Its been a while but I enjoyed getting back into the groove, masks are strongly implemented unless eating or drinking, I definitely recommend. However, they could use more old school music to skate to, I was a bit disappointed that I didnt hear most of the skating classics which knocks it down a star, besides that it was a fun time.

Nice place for all ages kids and adults for skiing. Also good for organizing birthday parties. They have nice package for group skates. Inside food and brewrage is really awesome taste... Staff is too good and supportive.

Some of the best skaters I have seen with a mix of beginners but the music had ZERO variety to be inclusive for everyone.

Havent been skating in over 5yrs ot was great but who ever the dj was for that night was absolutely horrible!!!!!! When I come to skate I want to skate to some good music!! The dj basically just threw on anything that he thought sounded good, was no mixing wasnt get everyone excited just throw on the any record! I grew up in a skating rink so I know how the dj is supposed to play music...I couldve did a better job...hell my 18yr couldve done better than him!!! Its like he didnt want to be there. Lithe than that im glad to know I still got it when it comes to skating.... maybe next visit it will be a better dj!

I had no idea United Skates was located where it is. It is a no frills, but a great skate venue for beginners and seasoned skaters. The rental skates were in great condition and the facility was clean. I didnt try the food, so not sure about that, but they serve typical venue snacks. They have different events/themes throughout the week and the price is very reasonable! The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful!! I had a blast with friends who wanted to do something different. Will definitely be going back there more frequently.

It is a small skating rink tucked away. The rink isn’t the most beautiful one I’ve ever been to but it’s a fun place to go and skate. Employees are pretty good and understanding. They have a small arcade as well as a small food place that sells pizzas and icees.

Wonderful!!! The best skating rink I have ever been too. The facility was clean and welcoming. The music, sound, and lighting where amazing. The rink is nicely sized and while it was busy the rink never became over crowded like some places allow. The employees and management are very helpful and kind, they really want everyone to have a great time skating. I highly recommend you visit United Skates of America, Inc the next time you want to relax and have an awesome time skating alone, with friends, or for a party!

I absolutely Loved it here! The staff were on point and ready to help anytime someone (myself included) took a spill. Even when it came to the arcade when it didnt work right they made sure to try and fix It! Definitely coming back again

My kids enjoy hanging out at the rink with their friends. The music is appropriate for their age. U.S. always plays a few games for prizes. The staff is very helpful. The facility is kept neat and clean. You can purchase food, there are no healthy option on the menu, but thats right up my kids alley.... On Mondays from 12-3 and Thursday 6-9 during the summer months is family skate. The cost is $2 entry and $3.50-$4.50 for skate rental, opposed to $7.50 entry and additional skate rental.

My daughter Like it, but I dont understand that hours of that place. Sometimes you there long sometimes he was there for a short. Of time because they put the the time shortened on the weekends. The kids needs to enjoy themselves. Cuz theres really nothing to do in Raleigh. Im from Florida and trust me. This place needs to do more instead of just skating.

Clean and plenty of security to make sure nothing goes down. Need better service at snack bar! Skates still have no cushion for the pain in your feet. Appreciate different daily deals!

Friendly staff, kids had a blast. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars, is because I think they could lower the drink prices. Their concessions were kind of high to me. Other than that, our family had a good experience there.

I love to skate! Skating is my passion. Im not too thrilled about this place, I dont like how the skate floor runs directly into the main floor with all the attractions and people not skating. I truly feel its a safety hazard. It is really tight in there. I guess I need to try more than just Saturdays when the birthday parties are going on. If I had to pick my skating rink, I would personally go to jellybeans on Wakefield rd

Its cheap admission if you bring your own skates. The rental is decent. There is minimal safety feature at the skating rink. The pizza is below par. There is only a barrier between the dining area and the rink. Its cheap entertainment for teens.

I go there everytime they know me and I know them I show off my skills and I have fun.

Its a fun little place, reasonably priced - I think. Bring your own skates for sanitary and comfort sakes.

The staff was cheerful and pleasant, the location has ample parking and the rink is rather large. Music was upbeat but not overwhelming and loud. Fun times to be had here. Reasonable rental fees and lots of help for those new to skating or getting back on their wheels after time off...

I went to their location because it looked great on their website. At first we liked the experience but once we started skating our opinion changed instantly. I haven’t felt discriminated in a long time. One of the African American employees keep hassling us constantly that we could not skate backwards and to not get too close to the middle of the rink even though we never tried to cut through the middle. There was a male African American and a female African American skating backwards and cutting through the middle of the rink. Not once were they told they could not and they continued to skate that way the whole time we were there. We stayed so our kids could have fun. We will not be returning to this location.

I had a great time here. The music was great and the vibe was awesome.The floor was great too. I will make that trip 1 hr. Trip again.

I took my three kids roller skating for their first time this past labor day. I was a little nervous about it, but I was relieved when I discovered that they rent carts out for skaters in training. Very helpful! All of the staff members were very nice and helpful as well. I only give 4 stars because it seemed to be very warm inside the building. After about 20 minutes my three kids and i were all sweaty and super thirsty. My options were $3 water bottles or cups of water which were $1 a piece if i remember correctly.

Had a birthday party here and while the wait staff was amazing the upkeep of the place could use some work. They provide you with arcade tokens but out of the 8 or 9 machines there, maybe two of them worked. The bathrooms were pretty gross and there were hypodermics in the parking lot. It was reasonably priced though.

Visited here for the first time last night. This is a pretty nice rink, located right off Capital in East Raleigh. Its a wooden skating rink with regular quad skate rentals and in-line rentals. They also have a typical small snack bar and arcade area. I do wish they had speed skates for rent, though!This is the only rink Im aware of in the Triangle with an Adults Only Skate.

Fun spot

It was a very nostalgic experience going back to this roller rink. I used to skate there as a child when it was Skate Ranch and all though the interior is completely different, it still had that same charm and vibe. My daughters class had a great time and it was fun getting a chance to reminisce and teach my daughter to skate.

We had our daughters birthday there and were beyond pleased. The manager was engaging and made sure all was going smooth. Our attendent Nai rocked! Drinks were full, plates were never accumulated...oh did we mention things were kept at a non rushed pace? Good times!

I liked this place because the workers were kind and helpful the rink was a nice place and it was lots of fun i recommend this!!!!!

Good music but the skates are really old...bring your own skates. Also bring 50 cents to pay for a locker to keep your things in.

Best rink in the Triangle, by far. Good skating vibes w/ ligit skate-love, good music and sound system. Welcoming environment for new skaters, and kids...️ seeing the little ones using the skate-walkers, (little trainer support things), looking like cute little tiny senior citizens on the rink. Good feeling here!!

As always its a family fun place to let loose and enjoy. Great for all ages even if you just want to watch. Id definitely recommend it to my friends.

I just left the Sunday night adult skate but before I left I stopped at the booth and asked Sarah the Manager if she was aware that the bass subwoofers were cutting off and on. She immediately turned around and stated in a very nasty tone If you do not like the the music you do not have to come here. I stated to her that the music was not the problem and I was just trying to tell her about a technical issue and she does not have to talk to me like that. Sarah then stated You are the second person to inform me of this tonight but yet we have not had a problem all week, I told the DJ that he was playing the music too loud and as for you I am done talking to you, goodnight sir. I stated to Sarah that it does not matter if I am the 100th person that has told you tonight, I am a paying customer and you should not be talking to me like I have done something wrong. Now for a manager to talk to a customer like that is unexcusable. Stuart, I will be calling your office to speak with you about this in further detailk.

Awesome staff! Awesome lasers and lights I wish the rink had walls on all side but it was still very nice and mostly leveled. Wish they did not charge for the skatemate which isnt awesome when you have children... So yeah your 4yr old wants to skate...thats gonna be an extra $5. Bathroom could use reno and kitchen seems legit. Had a blast.

I use to come here as a kid and to come now with my kids, is so crazy cool. We love the djs, the staff, and games. The price is not to crazy for admission and skates (if you dont have your own). My sons school (Barwell) loves using this place for fundraising events, school parties, and family fun nights. A few friends of ours have had their childrens birthday parties here and I can honestly say theyre affordable and food is pretty good. We will definitely continue to come here. Hey nay come with my grandkids in the far far far future. Still young here.

My children love organizing skate dates with their friends right before going back to school from expended breaks. I like the specials they run for skate rentals and admission. The music is usually pretty good they mix it up with old school and trending music. The kids also enjoy the games they play for prizes. Its a nice affordable family outing

I havent been here since it was the Skate Ranch and Nelly performed. Pleased with how they have kept it up, the nacho chips are wayy too salty! Other than that nice place.

Its fun they give you glow in the dark stuff when they turn the lights off but you have to pay for it.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the best venue for that. If you are looking for a place that rocks... spot on.

I took my son skating for the first time during their pajama party. He is 2 and I was afraid he might be too small to enjoy himself. But they have adjustable starter skates for little ones and skate guards for beginner skaters to hold on to for balance. My son was skating without it by the time we left. Unfortunately, the guards cost more than the skates to rent. But other than that I found the prices reasonable. I will consider this place for his 3rd birthday party.

My kids love this place! I skate too from time to time. Food is decent for a skating rink but the service is always good from the managers and the teens working. Its never crowded to the point where its a hazard to skate and we have been on weekdays and weekends. Its great!

Its a slightly older rink, but still serviceable.

When I was a kid this skating rink had I different name and I was here often. Now I come just when I am babysitting. The children i watch seem to enjoy it. Recently the two times I’ve come was for a school event and I think the staff was just a bit overwhelmed because there were so many children. The food took a long time once you ordered it. And surprisingly the pizza was fairly decent.

Great experience for the soul nights/Parties

They are NOW charging a 3% tax on non cash purchases, including entrance, but debit charges are considered cash so I am puzzled as to why they are charging a fee on debit card charges. Debit IS CASH!!! This is shady and needs to be further investigated!!!

Rink was nice overall, however, every game was broken and took your money and the staff didnt reimburse anyone for it. Its slightly awkward as there is no wall going all the way around the rink, therefore, being difficult for people to stop using the wall if necessary.

Ive been to this location twice now. Each time I had a blast. It can be a little busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so plan accordingly. Skate rental and entrance fee were reasonable. Skates were comfortable and in decent shape. The music is great. I havent tried the concession stand.
