Ive been going to this park since my childhood, theres a nice tennis court to play in, theyre completely remaking the basketball court, there are plenty of swings, both for young children and older ones. This is a wonderful place to go and just relax as they have a nice little forest that you can sit in.

Really nice park - lots of neighborhood kids come to play. My favorite thing is that the swings are in the shade and most of the playground is in the shade too. Great on a hot day. The one negative is that the big kid swings are on the other side of the park, so if you have kids of different ages you cant be with them at the same time.

Lovely little park with: tennis court, relatively maintained clean indoor bathrooms, a walking trail, multiple picnic areas, a playground, and a hall available for rent. I enjoyed bringing my baby and pooch to the park for the first time! Baby swings are separate from the older childrens swings, which I really liked. However, theres no off leash area which is a bummer, but hopefully it will change.

This place is a community staple, a well shaded park with many towering evergreens, a very well maintained grounds with plenty of room to run around and for kids to play. Includes a basketball court, 2 tennis courts, a smaller kids play area, a regular playground and an area with swings. There is also a hall that can be reserved. Also a note, regardless of the company this attracts by proximity (next to a few apartment complexes), it is a safe and clean park. Regularly patrolled by a Washington County Sheriff.

This is a nice shaded park. It has one of those old school spinning carousel things that you can sit on and fly off if it goes too fast. They have 4 big kid swings and a decent sized playground as well. Also, they have free-standing bathrooms, not porta-potties.

Many baseball and soccer fields as well as open area just to run around. I love taking my son here in the summer. We go for a nice long walk, run around in the fields and than play on the playground.

Talk about a peaceful spot to spend time with the wife and kiddos! I sat there for almost two hours and just chilled in the grass while the kids played on the playground and spun around on the merry go round. The neighborhood is super chill and the grounds are up kept and fairly clean. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there was some extremely sketchy monkey bars that need repaired. Dont let your kids play on it unless u want to be the lottery winner of them colapsing.

Park looked good but we cant enjoy it because of half naked heroin addicts smoking right by playground and group of fat old women socializing right on playstructure and blocking most of it. When I said, that my 6 year old son wants to use slide, they pretended not to speak English. I would NOT recommend this area, since it doesnt feel safe at all.

This is a lovely quiet place with a field big enough for kids to run around and benches on which to sit quietly and watch. There are a few really very big, very old trees that give the place a nice grounded feeling. There is a small wooded area down by Ash creek. The Patricia D. Whiting Pavilion is a lovely building. All in all its a little jewel.

We like this little gem of a park. It has a partially shaded large structure with a very tall slide and a lower double slide. Two toddler/infant swings in a shaded area. A round spinning thing (merry-go-round?), you dont find them very often. There are regular swings too but unfortunately they are way across the field and that is my big gripe about this park. You either have to let your older child play there alone while you are with your younger one at the playground/toddler swings or take the little one over to wait while the older one swings. If I had any say I would have regular swings installed near the main playground structure. And if they did that they could add in a swing for those with disabilities. I have not used the bathrooms but I hear they are some of the best as far as parks go. There is even a picnic table. Metzger Park is an older park with odd history, if you can tour the park building there is the history of it and about the (horror) movie that was filmed there (in the 90s I believe). 5☆ if the swings we near the main playground.

A bit of everything here....Tennis courts, Horseshoe pits, Swingset, Teeter Totter, climbing structure, picnic tables among them. Not as new or modern as some other parks but all maintained well and spaced out so it doesnt feel overly done or crowded. Also a building that is able to be rented for special occasions as long as it is arranged well ahead of time. I grew up in this small unincorporated area close to Beaverton and Tigard so the park was a mainstay of my childhood as well the place I choose for my wedding.

This is a great little park nestled among the trees. Its got play structures, swings, picnic tables, tennis courts, a basketball court, a drinking fountain, bathrooms which are connected to a facility that you can rent for events, walking trails near the creek, and even horse shoe pits. There are also two large field areas, but one tends to be a bit muddy.
