It was 100% a bridge alright! Right like it says on the tin! Made mostly of wood and built in 2001! What a year!Purhaps if you are looking to travel across a bridge, choose this one. You can only cross it from 1 of 2 directions at a time, but dont be discouraged; you can easily turn around and cross it again from the direction you missed! What a deal!!!

Pretty covered bridge.Always busy in the summer for swimming.Make sure to read local watershed results before swimming though. There have been several times that they dont put warnings up and people are swimming in water that has high levels of e-coli.

This is one of our favorite swimming holes. Theres a rope swing. Theres a huge tree sticking out of the water in a deep section, perfect for diving off of. You can find deposits of clay in the river. In the summertime, we go weekly.

This is a very nice bridge since the repair work was completed earlier this year. Below the bridge is a rope swing with pockets of water deep enough to jump into without getting injured.

This is a great covered bridge that is not as old as others in New England. It replaced a single lane covered bridge that vandals burned down many years ago. Nice little beach to go swimming. You certainly need to check it out!

A beautiful example of a New England covered bridge. Not rustic or rickety, this is a solid & strongly built structure.
