Great view and place to relax on a clear day. Also good for ham radio operators as of on a good day you can get to eagle river with a handheld with a good antenna.

So much fun! The trails are excellent and well lit, if you show up early in the morning or go on a late run.

Lots of trails that are groomed and lighted in the winter. Great view and easy to navigate due to the geography. Nice large but simple chalet for meetings.

Great Cross country skiing. Lights coming winter of 2016! Ive heard the mountain biking trails are nice, and if you want a great hike, get up to the actual Government Peak.

MatSu Ski Club and the Valley Mountain Bikers and Hikers maintain these trails year round. Amazing front country access to the Talkeetna Mountains.

I attended a community Council Meeting at The Chalet, it is well appointed and equipped for any gathering and the view is impressive.

Terrestrial Hatcher Pass has most amazing views of mountian pools, fresh air hiking, and hang gliders- up close in person.

Excellent place to go mushroom picking in the fall, skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, and hiking in the summer.
