We loved it. Even my 2 year old enjoyed it tremendously and kept saying 5 more minutes about 7 times when it was time to leave. My 4 had old had a blast. Parents had a great time. It was totally worth it...even with some of the slides not being opened at this time.

Took the grandkids for there back to school bash. Thank you Chantelle for helping us figure it all out. Had a great time.

I actually really enjoyed the stay. My children enjoyed the water park and my husband did as well. Nice staff and I loved the fact that even after check out you could still use the water park. The only thing I DIDN’T like is that ppl were standing outside all hours of the night VERY LOUD & kids were basically running back & forth very very loud Ppl can be so inconsiderate.

The best deal is to stay at the hotel and use the water park. Our 3 year old loved the slides. The pool at the hotel could have been cleaner and the room had a few minor issues.

If youre looking at reviews to figure out If its worth the price... yes... pull the trigger!The good: there is an indoor area with warmer water with kiddie slides, pool and a play area. It rained and we were able to stay and play because of this area. The outside part had another toddler area with plenty of slides and 3 ride type slides for bigger kids. I tried all 3, they were fantastic! We were actually scammed by Local flavor website and ended up having to buy fill price tickets but... still worth it.The not so good: it is on the smaller side but they pack a lot into the area. They shut down the slide in the indoor area because kids werent going one at a time.... BUT there wasnt an employee there to enforce that. They basically expected kids not to be kids and cut the only slides off in the warm water. Not cool. The grill or pool snack whatever you want to call it was a TOTAL rip off. Over priced hot dogs and chips. We ended up ordering a pizza and ate in the car then resumed the fun. Also... the towels stayed snatched, luckily we brought our own but once it was soaked we suffered. They attempted social distancing, but dont come if you want proper regulation. The kids were just having fun.This place is a SOLID 4/5. Worth every penny for the fun we had

Realistically paid around 300 a night, HOWEVER that was because I purchased a double room! That actually had 4 beds and a small sofa bed! But for that we also received 8 wrist bands for the waterpark.and yes it was well Worth It! the park itself is worth the money for 8 ppl! On top of that we where able to go a second time before we left.i highly recommend coco keys resort! Friendly staff,clean rooms,and summer fun for all ages!!

While it was a fun experience, I would have liked to see the lifeguards have a bit more control of the patrons in the pool. There were a few times my children got out of the pool because other kids were rough and out of control.

Had a blast...friendly staff...great features...I really cant understand why its not rated more than it is...

We bought the Groupon for the water park access. Kids had a blast! It was crowded but didnt take long to get on the slides. They have 2 pools..1 with a twist slide (that was closed) and 1 with 4 slides. Also a decent size water jungle gym type thing for the kids. Then 3 big super slides. Drinks were expensive. Soda was $3.50.

The building and pool are in need of repair, broken fountains, leaking roof, broken toilet stall doors, holes in sidewalk. Not confident in safety measures because the obvious stuff is lacking.
