Great place for the kids. Paid about 70$ a night that included resort fees. We had two adults and 3 kids(10, 8 and 7). Well, well with the money. Wasnt that busy. The mask mandates were pretty rediculous, but we abided by them. Would definitely return

First time staying here. No microwave or chair Arrived Friday its now Saturday and the machine to make the door key card is STILL broke. You have to go back to the lobby & ask someone to let you in unless you see a staff member. The large water park play area was shut off for our safety just before the rain & lightening on Friday. At 11a on Saturday until approximately 4p the whole system was shut down. The number of guest exceeds being able to enjoy the water area comfortable even without the pandemic. Cant imagine what this is like under normal circumstances. The online photos overrated the actually hotel & water park. Room is general to say the least. The management & staff have tried to accommodate the situation but when paying I dont give them accommodating currency. This is the 2nd bad experience Ive had using Take3 Getaway. Theyre available accommodations has declined greatly.

Our expectations were low because of some reviews we read, but we had so much fun and it was better than expected! Check in went quick on a Friday at 6pm, When we arrived our room had a leak in it so we called the front desk, they quickly came to our room to give us keys for another room. They escorted us and made sure our room was good to go before leaving. It was busy, but they ensured people were safe and wearing masks into the water park. The tables were spread enough to not feel crowded and our kids (5, 4, 1) had a blast!l the food was good and we were busy the whole day. It’s in a good location with many restaurants nearby. I would recommend and we will definitely come back.

My room has no furniture. No table no chairs. The toilet or something keeps leaking my bathroom is always wet. They don’t provide soap for simple hand washing or showers. My son got a rash in water. The food was nasty. Do better. Was gonna stay for the week ending my stay after 2 nights. I can’t do this

If I could leave 0 stars I will do it.This hotel literally lets you go to a big scam!I asked the receptionist of coco key regarding this big scam tour and he told me is “good” that he had done this a couple of times!I lost the day on this hotel + they don’t even let you go to the water park resort on another day even if you lost this because of them. And they check me out even without me being there, left my stuff at the lobby of the hotel.Won’t come back in 1000 years!!!

The only reasons I give Coco Key three stars are a) the staff are wonderful, and b) the water park makes this a great place to visit with kids. Its got a restaurant and arcade, and they really care that the guests have a good time. And at first blush, its a good value.But CoCo Key will disappoint you if youre over the age of fifteen.The air conditioning in the rooms is woeful, and I got to try two rooms because the first room reminded me of staying in a shady hotel in Deland. The rooms have a tiny fridge that will freeze your food whether you want to or not, but no microwave. The television has no channel guide, and the WiFi drops ... a lot.So to recap: great value, great staff, great amenities for a day or weekend, weak room accommodations, and noisy as possible. Not returning.

The Waterpark is surprisingly large for a hotel! Rooms are comfortable!The waterpark is split into 3 main sections: the childrens area, traditional pool area and the main Waterpark. All 3 sections have waterslides increasing in size and complexity. There is an amazing kids area with a large shallow end that has water towers with huge squirt guns, water trees and 3 kids slides. The kids pool is about 4 ft deep and 30ft wide by 60ft long. The slides range from 5 to 100 or higher around the park. There are about 50 or more tables sets.The facility is overall well designed and provides every amenity you would want besides room service. Of course you can just order food delivery instead. The food on-site is half decent but Id rather eat elsewhere. The TVs in the rooms are 60+ and brand new. The rooms furniture and design is fairly new and must have been recently updated.Great place to visit and is truly an all inclusive experience.

The room was really unimpressive, small and not very homey. Beds were hard and the room could definitely be cleaned better. There was no microwave or chair in the room. There was noise almost all night as well. Made it very hard to sleep. The staff were very friendly and that is the only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of one. I believe good staff is very important. My daughter did have a blast at the water park, however there were way too many chemicals in the water. Our skin felt like it was on fire and my daughter looked like she had two black eyes after playing in it. Her hair looked damaged and straw like as well. Even my husband, who never complains about anything, complained that his skin was burning after. This is my biggest complaint. Water should not be burning your guests skin!

Kids had a blast, some things could be better from an adult perspective. Room was a good size, park was perfect for our 3, 5 and 7 year old. Details, like an artistic mirror that you could tell hadnt been dusted in ages or a musty smell in the elevator (Im sure from the wet people riding up after the park) could be better. But at the end of the day our trip was for the kids and they loved it.

Brought my son and his friend beginning of July 2020. Room was clean (we were in the tower rooms). And plenty on room. Staff was accommodating and polite. Water park was awesome and great for all ages Looking forward to stay there again.

Hotel definitely doesn’t live up to the hype. It needs to be remodeled. Room was too basic for the amount they want to charge (glad I had a work discount). The room smelled like wet cat and urine, only to find out a previous guest left dirty diapers on top of the cabinet. Did the staff or cleaners take care of it after 3 reports during my stay, Nope! All they wanted to offer was waiving some of the resort fee. Wow! Not to mentioned the bathroom was poorly kept, drains in the tub or sink wasn’t working. They didn’t care to fix that issue either. Bfast buffet was not worth it, better off going to Waffle House. So much more that was just disappointing. This was my first and Last time at this “resort”, should just be a motel.

6 night stay with family of 5 and staff were AMAZING the whole time! Came quickly as we needed more towels, or to clean our room as we headed to the parks. Having the water park at the hotel was the perfect follow up after a day at the parks when we had a little more fuel in the tank! Thank you!!!

The staff here was great. Michael in the arcade was awesome, very friendly personable and helpful. Charles one of the grounds keepers was great at keeping our area clean and neat, he even went above and beyond to help with our cooler down the stairs.

A 2 star. Hot tub wouldnt stay hot. Rooms are very bare minimum. Gives motel 6 vibes. The best part is the water park.

Clean, simple room, to enjoy. We did the family room so it gave us the room we needed to expand. The real enjoyment is the water park. Well work the money and time. Cant wait to take my family back. Only problem was no blow dryer, no microwave and needed different seating arrangement besides a 1 ottoman

The room was kinda dirty there was dust everywhere especially on the ac but it was okay the only good thing was that the resort had a nice water park. But most of the pictures are old it doesnt really look like that anymore

Water park pool for the little kids on the bottom was ruff and kids were scraped up on their knee and feet. Tearing their swim suits. Crock roaches in the rooms. Music is to loud in water park area . Kids cant hear parents yelling for them or life guard whistle when they blow it.

The pictures speak for itself. The rooms are disgusting and filthy. Pretty sure there is black mold on the ceiling, bath tub is near black and the room smells AWFUL, Mini Fridge doesn’t work and furniture is dated, damaged and not sanitary. I would give the amenities and location 5*, this is by far one of the nastiest rooms I’ve ever been in though and detracts from the entire experience.

We have been here twice. The only reason I gave the the third star is because the staff are friendly, and I can tell they’re trying to work with what they’ve got. I would recommend the waterpark for families with kids 5 and under. In the future, I think we would come back and get the waterpark passes because our kids enjoyed it but we won’t be staying at the hotel again. This establishment would benefit from room and common area upgrades and weekly deep cleaning.

Groupon deal was nice. Hotel pool i and hot tub are pretty small, so get pretty packed. Kids like the water slides, provided quite a bit of entertainment and the lines moved pretty quickly.

The room was ok they definitely need to upgrade some things my room smells like mildew the A/C unit is noisy and the toilet was running in the middle of the night its no microwave on the resort if you wanted to warm something up.... my daughter had goggles on at the pool yesterday and the next day comes around oh she cant have them on like really I dont see the harm in having on some goggles they have way to many young people working here half doing there job....had a view of the water park which was good... stores was right outside the resort which is a plus plus

Not sure why this never received a response from the management.This pool cleanliness issue is not important or is this why people’s skin was burning a few days after we checked out? Someone tried to shock and over coordinated?Sad really the guards and people maintaining the chemicals in the pool should really be educated on how important the job is and how to do it properly!

We went for a two night staycation with the kids. The park was great. The heated pool amazing. The rooms though need updating and they should offer a microwave in room. My toddler needs a warm bottle at night. But great stay other than that.

A really nice vacation spot. A little bit older in terms of hotels. But what they include makes up for it I think. Quite a few pools all generous sizes. The attractions and slides are a lots of fun. The staff is very friendly.

This place is just Amazing. Staff is awesome, friendly and very helpful. It was cheaper for me to rent a room for a day and enjoy the water park for 4 people, rather than paying 4 entrances for a water park around town. There is a bar with reasonable prices, a snack store with arcades, 2 pools and a water park with slides, i mean, what else can you ask for. Food can get delivered to the pool, so you will definitely have a great time here. Rooms are also very clean and accessible to stores around the area. Visiting from Denver, but for sure will come back to this place. Thanks

We were told our room would have a microwave at check-in and it didnt. We also asked for a crib at check in which took 2 more trips and begging plus 7 hours to get it. The a/c in our room had no cover on the coils and we asked to have that fixed too since we were traveling with a toddler. After our 3 days staying here we never did get the microwave and had to walk to the gift shop to use theirs numerous times. We called the front desk numerous times for different things and most times no one answered or it took forever. A few of the slides... the pool bar... and the breakfast restaurant were closed the whole time which kind of sucked. The hot tub jets were also broken. We made the best of the vacation but the hotel was definitely a disappointment.

We stayed this weekend and had the most amazing time! This was our first time ever and definitely wont be our last. Check in and out was fast and easy. Staff was amazing, professional and so helpful. The rooms we had were family connecting rooms and everything was clean!! We loved the water slides and even with my fear of heights, I went on them! Best one is the red and white one but our group which was 19 of us (different rooms) loved them all. We had to exit the water park due to tornado warnings but the staff kept everyone calm and it still was a great time! We will definitely be booking again! Thank you all who work there to make this place so awesome!

The place was dingy, but the waterpark looked nice. We didnt even stay because my mom was ready to checkout and go to a Hilton nearby. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE GOOD RATINGS! However, this was about three years ago, so maybe theyve done better.

I didnt want to be a bother but I had a few issues with the room. Went down to the front talked to Ozzie and he resolved the issues for me. We are enjoying the Waterpark pretty decent place to stay especially with having a Waterpark on the property. There was a little hiccup with housekeeping and our room was a little dated but other than that it was decent.

I checked in at 4pm and went to room and there wasnt anything there no room preparation I had to be going to lobby to ask for things that I needed in room. People were nice but room was not ready even thou we got there at actual checking time which room should have been 100% prepared. Water park was super awesome. I would definitely go back as long as reviews and preparation gets better.

Everything has been great, the staff, the water resort & pool, the amenities, the rooms. Total price is a little high but worth it in my opinion when theres so much at the resort and literally within walking distance!

The rooms inside are nice size. The entertainment/ and water park inside the hotel. Some rooms facing the water park are nice as well. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The outside with the pool and hot sauna. With relaxing music was a plus.

Horrible place!!!! Do not ever stay in this place !! its a nightmare!!! The employees give a very bad service: we had to leave in the middle of the night because some people were in the hall of second floor screaming and laughing as if no one else was around sleeping. We called the reception to complain about the excessive noise and they ignored the complaint, I had to get out of bed to go directly and personally to the reception to complain to say that some people upstairs and the Reception told me that the security said there was no one outside pfffff I had to take a picture with my phone to show that if there were people outside screaming because the security did not want to go! When I ask for my refund to go to another hotel at the reception, the receptionist told me that they cannot give me the complete refund, when I am having damages and losses without being able to sleep with a headache due to excessive stress and the terrible service provided by the employees !! To top it off, trying to sleep, the alarm rang alone, crazy thing, and it turned off alone and dialed 3 times the phone alone towards reception !! Crazy hotel, worst experience in the world !!!No se te ocurra quedarte en este lugar!! es una pesadilla!!! Los empleados dan un muy mal servicio: tuvimos que irnos a plena media noche porque unas personas estaban en el pasillo de arriba gritando y riendo como si nadie mas estuviera alrededor durmiendo. I cant stop raving about this place! Clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing water park for its price!! Exceeded all expectations. Multiple pools so it doesnt feel crowded. Spent a rainy fall day in the covered heated pool.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews online. I have to be honest, the hotel is really not bad at all. I made a reservation through Groupon and was impressed. The room was really clean with two queen beds. Gabriel at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. Please dont go by those bad reviews. Definitely will be staying here on our next trip

Rooms are average but not bad. We stayed for one nigh and everything was fine. My siblings love the water park area, it is very nice water park for kids. Overall, our experience was good.

I only did the water park. There are four like zones kiddy, pool, splash play area with small slides and big slides. During the day I was there they rotated to splash and big slides, so only one was running at a time. They have rules about masks in areas....but I mean covid.....it became a little annoying for the kids and water juggling to go potty with masks. I HATED that they would not let me take a towel to the locker room, made me leave it at the pool area.... like how am I suppose to dry off. My one saving grace was Miss Mya. She was Extremely kind and friendly to me and my kiddos. Really only fun for smaller kids under 10. Beer was expensive, food subpar.

Very Clean, its a basic motel, great modern new decor. Basic motel layout (+ the awesome water park thats included!) staff was very friendly. Amazing deal for the price.

Our expectations were also low but it turned out better than we thought. Its an okay place. We stayed all week and it wasnt until the weekend when it got really busy and we could smell pot through out the place but hey what can you do.

I loved it its an awesome vacation spot for adults and kids. Conveniently located right on international drive where stores, restaurants, and Fun Spot where you can enjoy the carnival.

This place was nasty.. The Rooms where not clean at all . When we arrived after the room was not ready for us it took them from 11am to 445pm finally got in the room and when we got settled it was not cleaned very well the people are so rude and to top it all off it was my best friends birthday weekend I will never go there again and we paid for it on line and they charged us more like another 80 dallors on top of the 267 we left early it was so dis harting .. Please Be aware of this place and the water in side the water park was so cold u couldnt stand being in it ...

Nice water play area, the staff are all very good. The overall appearance was that the facility was in need of repair, broken fountains in pool areas and hot tub had no working waterfall or bubbles, paint chipping, faded, big holes in sidewalk, leaking roof. I lost confidence in their attention to what I dont see due to the appearance of what I did see.

Although my children have fun, when I first checked in to my original room there were two spiders crawling on the bed and the air conditioner did not work. It was extremely hot in the room. Nevertheless, They did switch me to a different room which was a little better than the first one, even though the beds were the worse. No comfort. It wasnt what I was expecting, but, Other than that the water park area and pools were very fun.

When we stayed there people were coming off the road straight to the pools without arm bands. Approached the life guards and was shrugged off. Rooms keys didnt work all weekend had one guyworking all weekend with no help. Phone numbers dont work when you try calling the resort itself.

We were so busy at universal studios we didnt get time to enjoy this place but it looked like fun. When planning a trip you should plan some time at this hotel otherwise its better if you stay somewhere cheaper. The lightning stopped us from being able to swim on the only day we had available to spend at our hotel lol.

Do not go to the tour booth they can thank Andrea Coleman. I came to the tour and was sweet talked on a vacation package In the middle of the deal i had a arguement about my girlfriend who was sick. After signing document do u know she went behind my back and went and said everything I said about her. Not knowing our history like I was in the wrong. ruined my whole experience at orange lake resort and cocokey.Very unprofessional I guess lonely people want others to be like them. Water park is pretty cool. Room was pretty bad though. I booked a 1 night stay and the room they placed me in was very poorly cleaned around the bed and couch area. Pull out bed inside couch had stains on it. Then worst of all was the shotty repair job on this hole in the bathroom wall. I tried to get a microwave from the front desk and they wanted me to pay an additional charge for one, which was a bit strange to me. All in all I guess I got what I paid for(booked the room online for less than half what they were asking over the phone). Might come back for the water park probably wouldnt stay in hotel again though.

Pretty average hotel. Stayed here for a theatre competition a while back and this place wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. The room was okay, and it’s a good place to stay if you have young kids I guess (even though it’s pretty obsolete compared to the hotels in Disney and Universal). The food here was not good. 3/5. Ok hotel. There’s better options. But it’s far from the worst thing ever

I love this location my daughter loves the water park I love that it’s indoors which means that she doesn’t get direct sunlight and her skin because she’s very sensitive it is a beautiful water park the reason why it doesn’t get five stars is because the rooms aren’t as updated and modern or nice they are very old and kind of broken down which is fine. we are there to be in the water park which is amazing also they They accommodate you very well we had an issue with the first room that it was dirty they switched us over to a different room than that room the AC didn’t work and in about 10 minutes they were fixing it and it worked so there are issues that happen but they do accommodate you and you guys have no idea how much fun a child has when she is in a water park where she can actually reach and swim around and they have little slides for them which is just beautiful and very nice and clean and there’s lifeguards there always checking in making sure that your kids are OK obviously as a parent you have to keep your eye on them. But everyone knows they’re in a blink of an eye something might happen which is good that there’s extra eyes around. I do recommend it if you have children you will love it there’s a restaurant a huge arcade game room and there is a little kids waterpark there’s a big kids pool area and then there’s a medium kids water park that one is under direct sunlight but it’s also very nice

Water park is nice and plenty of parking. The rooms are ok. Have to request room service, no microwave and a midget fridge. For nights and parking was an extra $190. Didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth

Love the fact that its a resort Water Park. Too many people too soon, over all met nice folks. So close to other attractions. In walking distance to good and much more.

Awesome!I was looking for a fun get-away to take my 7 year old to. Since she has to virtual school, may as all do it in Florida! I found the hotel through groupons, booked through Priceline and couldnt have been more pleased.1. Its so much fun, the waterpark was kid perfect.2. The pools are heated.3. Theres a canopy over the kids pool for all day shade.4. The hotel was clean.5. The team members were all very nice and helpful*CoCoKey is the diamond in the rough. Well be returning customers!

A really nice family resort. My kids loved the water park. They also have on site laundry facilities and a really nice arcade. We had fun.

First time staying and it was everything it was expected to be! Rooms were sufficient, walls were a little thin so you can hear the neighbors, but nice! Staff was awesome and even went to great lengths to find a lost item in the room. (George and Patricia specifically)We will be staying here again on our future visits to Orlando!

Rooms are too small, no tables, chairs to seat, price is too high for the quality, if i knew this place i would never come here i dont get why some people like it, I regret it the moment I was pulling in and saw the building (it looks like a motel 6) and there is a funny smell around the building

Just recently stayed for 5 nights. Dead roach in the room. Tub faucet ran all night. Dont plan on using using the waterpark as they change when parts are open and close earlier without notice. We where there 5 nights and never got to use the waterpark. Front desk agent on Monday 11/16 was very rudy and got argumentative. will never stay here or recommend it.

Hotel isnt as nice as picture lead to believe.Roaches in broken coffee pot in room. Room was super humid 100% of the time. Air conditioner did nothing but make the room freezing and damp.Stayed because it had water activities at hotel. Was there for 3 nights and the whole time the water activity was closed.Pool lights never turn off and lite the room up all night long.Zero extra towels!Only thing great was location!

Not the fanciest place but efficient just dont like the fact the back buildings dont have an elevator. Staff was great kids loved the water park we did too pretty relaxing

If you wanna get away with the kids, or have a cool place while visiting Orlando. I recommend CoCo key. Nice rooms, friendly staff, good drinks, good times. They only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was the couch in the room, everything else in the room was nice. That couch was not.

I was skeptical to stay so I originally purchased water park tickets.... then my family got tired. I reluctantly booked a room. It did not disappoint. I can smell a faint smell of smoke in the bathroom, it went away after a while. The rooms are VERY dark even with all of the lights on. The furniture does have some wear and tear but I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and big the rooms were. We have the double queen in building 6 (right by the pool)No complaints, the staff was very helpful and polite. The beds dont smell funny and the bathroom isnt old and decrepit like some of the reviews on TripAdvisor. For the price its about what I was expecting. My ONLY negative is that we never got ice figured out, probably because of Covid but dont let the reviews scare you off. Theres 5 of us in 1 room and and we are happy we decided to stay.Wht am I giving it 4 stars?! The room was good, staff was nice but it wasnt the best quality of room. There was dust and the windows werent clean. Minor things that added up but werent effecting the quality of our stay. I will definitely stay again though

It was way to crowded for us. Pool area was overpacked and unsafe. The kid area was even worse. Way to many people in close proximity. To many reckless individuals walking around. Parking is awful.On a better note there is plenty of things to do in the area. Staff was friendly and following safety precautions. They cant be held accountable for peoples lack of responsibility. With half the capacity of what we saw this place would be great.

If I could give this resort zero stars I would. We arrived Friday 7/17/20. When we arrived we were told the room keys were not working but it would be fixed that night. Our room key was not fixed until 7/19/20 at 9:30PM. Every time we needed to get into our room we had to walk to the front office so we could be let in. This was a huge inconvenience. The water park wrist bands are not enforced at all. We watched people park and walk in with their families. The splash pad was packed with people. When we brought up the wrist bands we were told they will make rounds every 3 hours. We paid for the resort to enjoy the splash pad. Instead my child was hurt with the amount of people there. Their first aid kit was a joke. My daughter was bleeding and they bring out some gauze and peroxide. For a knee scrape that would have been fine but she was bleeding pretty good.The arcade had atleast 10 games down and the employee was to busy hanging out with other employees on the deck. So when you needed help you had to go find him. The beds are uncomfortable and the bathrooms are small. Upon checkout we were told they would be refunding all 3 nights of resort fees. They now say that they are only refunding one night. Had they actually had good customer service I would maybe stay again and give them another try but with them not standing behind their words and taking care of the guests we will not be back.

Dirty! Gross! Nobody wearing a mask! Over crowded! Roaches! Drug deals all around! Do not recommend!

We really enjoyed the water options. There were 2 pools, a splash pad with small waterslides that was outside but fully covered & nice to get a break from sun. The game room was fun but 1/2 the games were broken, the tickets it said you were supposed to get were not added to the card correctly, & it was super hot in the facility. The pool bar was open 1 day during our week stay. Ciggerette smoking rules were not enforced so there were people smoking everywhere. Rooms were clean & remodeled but there was extra space & it would be nice to have a table & chairs in all rooms. I would have like to see more activities going on for kids but they didnt advertise or promote things they offered. We were the first to ever participate in their family minute to win it activity which the girl was super sweet & our kids both won prizes! I think a playground & common area outside would be a nice addition. There is a lot of renovations happening so I can see only improvement in the future! I would overall recommend this place for the value!

Place was good. Only complaint was our air conditioner was loud and sounded like a jet plane taking off!! Room was good

Rooms are clean, big, bedding appears new, the walls were nicely soundproof, never got woken up like I normally do when traveling, especially in a waterpark setting when you expect and have more noise and a larger number of fellow guests than in a smaller hotel. Was quiet in the room during the day, Goodson sleeping in. Small convenience store in resort, bar, food including room service, wifi good for streaming.Had to drop down a star due to the rotating closed attractions in the waterpark though. Especially the big slides, which as an adult are the only appealing slides to ride. My kids can rotate between kiddy areas, but I feel like I should be able to play too. Especially when we received no lower rate for the days when parts of the attraction were closed. It didnt happen on the weekend, so maybe thats the best time to stay. After all, the waterpark is the reason for staying, and the reason it costs more than a room without a waterpark would. It literally only takes two lifeguards to run the big slides. We chose this resort for the waterpark and chose an extended stay to utilize the waterpark on rest days between Disney visits, therefore the waterpark and access to it are the biggest factors in my satisfaction, beyond having a place to sleep at night. The rides arent closed for cleaning, and its so much less crowded today than it was on the weekend, when everything was open, that understaffing or scheduling mistakes seems to be the only explanation.

Has Roaches. Even though it is has a great location and a great water park. The rooms need work and they need to have pest control to come and treat the rooms.

First thing right out of the gate, we had our reservations weeks in advance but for some unknown reason we had to wait AN HOUR and A HALF for our rooms and Joshua that answered the phone had an attitude like he couldnt be bothered. We finally get there and there are only 3 towels in the room. Then we decide to go to the pool, on the way to the pool people are walking around, I get stopped and told that I need a mask. There were NO signs posted and also the people who were with me didnt get stopped. I said ok fine, then we get to the pool, I get in my kids go to the water slide in the pool and Im waiting for them to come out. There are no signs yet again but a life guard is shaking his hand back and forth at me like I read minds and mumbling so I couldnt hear him and the music was louder than him. Ok fine I moved. We left for the day and figured that house keeping would stop in but nope, my Moms boyfriend had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and such. Im not doing this to get management to respond, step it up folks.

I would give a better rate but . The hotel rooms were moldy smelly and the beds were so uncomfortable. Should be a $50 a night hotel not 150 . The only good thing the place has to offer was the water park that was wayy over crowded ... I will not be back unless they do a big renovation!!!

We won a Facebook contest for a free 2 night stay for 4. It was based on graduates of 2020. When we arrived, our room was decorated with graduation balloons, which was super nice of them!The water park was clean, hotel was nice. Food was good and reasonably priced.Will def return!

Not the best quality rooms..but overall great place..beautiful layout..right in the middle of international drive..so much to do..and the water park is fun..kids will love it

If you have young kids this is a great place to visit that includes a clean pool room to fight the Florida heat and a lot of water park and swimming pool to turn your kids loose on. The water park is medium size with lots of slides oh, great kids area plus space in the shade and sun and a friendly bar staff when its time for some Mommy juice.
