Much closer and super easy access to City Walk and the Universal Studios park entrance.

One of the hardest working people on universal hands down!They hustle hard to get your car and then before you know it they are already calling your name with you car!Seeing those guys in the morning always puts me in a great mood they are awesome!

I love you Valet!! All your TM are incredible. So caring and helpful. Mani gave me a carnation for mothers Day and made me feel so special. I am trying to remember all the valet peoples name I have interacted with but there are so many and each of them are so special. I absolutely love each and everyone of them because no matter what they are there to answer your questions and take care of you and your car.

Great service! Free for premier pass holders!! So easy to check in to pick up your car! Easier lines into the park and easier security! Always use it when we go to UOF!

They do a good job every time. It does take a while to get your car back, but you do get a special security line with no wait, and even if it takes longer to get your car. It is nice to not have to walk a long way to your car, you can just sit and wait. If you get the top Universal pass it comes with it free which makes it a really good deal especially if you go all the time.

Service was good, pricing was ridiculous! $45 to park valet is a bit steep...but given the amount of people doing it, means it won’t change.

I believe the widely variance of ratings is due to when people are picking up their vehicles. When we dropped off at valet at 7:15pm and the line was crazy long with a bunch of unhappy parents trying to entertain their children while waiting for their turn to get the car brought around. This process looked like it could have been a :45 wait.Our experience on the other hand was fantastic. Drop off was seamless and retrieving our car later in the evening was less than 5 minutes. Polite, hard working staff was what we encounter.TIP- Maybe the red carpet service for additional funds or prepaying kiosk may speed up return process, did not use but saw it was offered.

Ending up in valet parking after trying to leave the park on foot and being unable to find the exit. My SO was tired and in pain so I ordered and uber to get us to our hotel a mile away.One of the valet associates confronted me about why I was in the lot, and I told him I ordered an uber. He told me I wasnt allowed to be picked up there and had to leave, but didnt tell me where to go.So i told my driver to pick my up at the corner of Universal BLVRD (public road..) outside of valet parking, which he did.As I walked out of the parking lot with my SO, the valet associate from earlier and one of the others FOLLOWED me out of the parking lot, as if there was a problem with me leaving like they told me to. The kicker was that they hadnt even seen my Uber until I was out of the lot, and quickly followed behing me in a threatening way.Blatantly unnaceptable way for any customer service associate to act. Will make sure to stay far away from valet services here in the future, and will make sure my friends do as well. Not good.

This is the absolute worst valet service I have ever encountered. After paying $45 to valet, I had to wait well over 30 minutes in a line to pay then wait another 10 minutes for my vehicle to be brought to me. I could have self-parked and, including time spent walking to and from the park, been off the grounds much faster. Save yourself the money and time. This is not valet. Its a key holding service.

Awesome option for passholders, but still pretty far from park entrance. Should be closer.

If you own a Tesla “ Don’t Lend Out Your Charge Adapters to valet ”. This is the second time I have used this Valet service in Universal City walk. First time being in June and now in October and both times they have lost my adapters that they ask to borrow. When you call them back days later they never find them and don’t seem to compensate nor accommodate you in anyway! Each costing me $95 so $190 later I highly recommend using a different facility.

The runners are good but, man, this system is flawed. If you plan on leaving anywhere near park closing...don’t use valet. It will take about 45 minutes on a Saturday to get your vehicle. They park the cars somewhere far away when the lot is full. Not a time saver for passholders.

Always rude employees .. these guys just stand around looking at you and not going to get your car until they know what your tipping before they get your car . We are pass holders and tip well when they do their job . Plus we don’t drive a junkie car we drive a newer Silverado

Will recommend this. Well worth the money if u are in a hurry or late in the evening.

I would give this service 0 stars if I could. I’ve been waiting over an hour for our car. Valet lost it and the customer service is terrible. No one is even trying to make a difference or help us. Certainly not worth the $45 parking fee.
