This is only 3D attraction at both parks that gave me a headache after riding it. It was way too much moving around. On the other hand its just an exact copy of Spider-Mans attraction. I dont know how Universal came up with this idea with how much Transformers made, the quality and talent they have. They could have easily made a unique and fun ride. This attraction has like 480p scenes, visual effects and features the same car Spider-Mans attraction has. Somehow it feels downgraded compared to that attraction. With the technology we have now, we can easily bump up the resolution on this ride. This attraction needs to be refreshed. This isnt an attraction to go on a second time nor wait 20+ minutes for.

This ride is very dynamic, taking place in multiple dimensions as you wear 3D glasses while riding in one of the Transformers during a battle between the sides. As with many of Universals rides, it is fast paced, busy and LOUD.It is also a lot of motion and when they warn you about back and neck injuries, this is one you should probably pay attention to. It will jerk you around as you try to escape from Megatron while protecting the Allspark.Theres also a bank of lockers to put loose items in. If you are carrying a backpack or purse, this is probably a good idea. If it all fits snugly in your pockets, it should be fine.I have experienced the ride multiple times and still enjoy it as you are immersed in all the action youd find in the movies. If you have kids, theyll love it even more.

This ride is awesome! We really loved it and you really feel like you are flying through the area, streets, and buildings along with the transformers! The 3D effects are amazing and you feel all that is going on. They really did a great job with this ride. I think it would be great for the size appropriate child that loves adventures. My husband and I really loved it and rode it a few times and saw something new each time! It is really a great experience and we look forward to going again the next time that we are in the area!!

A good ride overall! Kind of feels a bit like Spiderman, but with a lot more motion blur on the screen. Its a lot of fun and definitely worth a wait if you have time in the park to do so!

Do not ride if you get car sick easily or have bad anxiety or maybe even epilepsy. Gave me a panic attack had to close my eyes the whole time. The rest of my group liked it but I was shaking like a chihuahua afterwards lol.

It was ok. People with any back problems should steer clear. Might be a little much for younger kids as the transformers up close were kinda scary. Still fun to ride

First of all you have to be very fit or they will not let you join the line. Then if you are lucky the line might be less then half an hour. If possible go in the morning when the queues will be much less. Of course the ride is spectacular and very enjoyable once you are inside and something you will certainly remember.

The ride Is a nice strat when you get to the park, the props while you are on the line keep you entertained while waiting to get inside. The ride Is good but not close to some of the other rides. Ride for all ages kids will love it, specially if they are fans of Transformers.

Its fun, action packed and full of suspense.we have visited this in off season so it was only 10 minutes wait for us. Lucky us :) as people have waited even 2-3 hours for this ride in peak seasonIt’s another in-your-face, rock-em, sock-em, sensory-overload attraction from Universal (really, do they make them any other way?) that will leave you breathless and wondering, what the heck just happened. this is one of my favorite rides at Universal Studios. Based on the popular movie franchise, it makes you feel like your in real galactic battle. vehicle-mounted motion platform simulator while displaying 3D images of Transformers characters on to a huge screen. In addition to the spectacular 3D graphics, the live-action special effects of sound, smoke, and heat (to simulate a live explosion) are truly heart pounding and so realistic.Enter the kinetic world of Michael Bay with this thrilling motion ride that puts you in the heat of battle between Decepticons and NESTs Autobots. Utilizing the original voices, the intricate CGI renders of the robots, and cast members from the films, this is as close as we will get to a world of warring robots.I got the chance to take pictures with Optimus Prime and bumblebee Live Character photo shoot near the entrance.Rating - 8/10

Oh man, this ride is so cool! No wonder the wait time for this ride is so long. You first wait in line outside the building. But, as you enter the building, you hear many voices telling how the Deceptions are taking over Planet Earth and that they need you and themselves to help save it. Aside from this ride being a 3D ride, it also has a very good storyline. I will definitely revisit this ride when I come back to Universal Studios Florida!

A great addition to the Universal lineup, the Transformers ride packs a ton of crazy twists and turns and some serious 3D action that’s sure to have your head spinning when you get off. It’s Action-packed from the beginning to the end. Make sure you grab some Advil afterwords because you’re gonna need it. It really does a number to your head. It has the same ride style as Spiderman so expect the same kind of ride. Very busy in the summertime.

This ride was a fun ride. The 3d aspect was very good. More like a 4d experience due to certain aspects of the ride. Very enjoyable and again once you are inside the nest there are good props on display to keep you entertained whilst queuing.

I was genuinely startled by this ride. The sensation of movement is ridiculous and for a few moments I thought I was truly falling. Its amazing. Highly recommend experience.

Review №23

I generally dont suffer from motion sickness but I have to say this ride does make me feel sick, it really spins you around and makes you feel like youre moving super fast so its hard to keep up with the screen at times. Apart from that the ride is super fun, has a lot of cool moments and it kind of like an upgraded version of the Spider-Man ride. More intense and longer.

If you love transformers you will enjoy this ride, another 3d experience ride but it is enjoyable and the queue has a few nice artefacts from the movies. Worth a visit if the queue isnt too long, but i wouldnt queue for more than 30 minutes. Also another bonus is getting to see real life transformers and decepticons outside the ride!

This ride is Amazing! Great memorabilia and storyline along the waiting line as well. If theres a long wait, you wont be bored throughout it. The ride is completely sit down and not a roller coaster, but youll feel like it was once its over. Completely worth the wait. My son and I get on this one every time were at the park.

I had a lot of fun on the ride. The Transformers here are based on the ones youve seen in the Micheal Bay movies. The queue experience is kinda boring compared to some of the other rides at Universal. There isnt a ton to see or keep you entertained while lined up. Luckily the line was fairly short for us.Theres combo of 3D effects with a moving track. Its fun but if youre prone to motion sickness just be prepared to close your eyes at times.

Who cant love being a hero! You get on the ride its 4 per row and 3 rows. Its stadium seating so you will be able to see no matter where you are sitting. The car takes you scene by scene and provides a 4 d effect of you being in the last scene of transformers. You are essentially Shea Beawolf with the spark and running through with the help of the transformers. Well worth the wait time of 25 mins or less.

This ride is this parks answer to the amazing spiderman ride. in fact i wouldnt be surprised if it is the exact same type.*googles it*well, its certainly the same company that makes it, so it probably is the exact same type of ride. thanks for the variety universal.anyway, it is a well themed and enjoyable ride and i would ride it again should i return. as you may have noticed in a theme for my reviews i rode this during Halloween horror nights and it was overall very enjoyable.its got plenty of things to look at through the queue (though when i went round pushing my mothers wheelchair it was not the easiest to navigate).as i said, i would recommend it. its one of the better rides at this park.

My kids and I ended our day at Universal Studios Orlando with the Transformers 3-D experience. Not many rides for kids under 40 inches tall, but our four year old son, 7 and 9 year old daughters loved this ride. It was intense, action packed, and definitely a thrill ride.
