Nice mountain bike park in the heart of the City of Orlando. Has a sessions park where you can practice your bridges skills, a pump track and a wooded trail. The trail and everything you ride is maintained by volunteers so please dont tear it up by riding in the wet. The trail is about .8 miles but is loaded with technical sections. Not a lot of room to get your speed up before the next challenge. A 29 will roll right over most of the items a 26 not necessarily so. So if you want a little more challenge bring out the older mtbs. Additionally, if you are interested there is a community garden on site that you can also get involved with.

Wow. Boys have been exploring mountain biking last 5 months. Didnt expect this after doing a bunch of wilderness stuff. Way cool to have a track course. Was a little unsure how decent it was seeing the little kids, but EVERYONE can have a good time here. Kids from 4 to 60 were out, new and seasoned. Then the trail that was created is just a great use of space. Not a lot of straight aways in order to fit it in, so not high speed, but a great variety some of which we havent seen other places we have been exploring (Soldiers, Markham, etc). You can take it easy and just have a light ride through the woods, or get technical and hit a couple of tight turns and challenges. And for you extremists---just wait, its coming soon!Excellent work by SORBA, Orlando, and others involved. Thank you very much!

This is a lesser known Orlando gem. For being in the city, this is relatively large tract of land. Amenities arent fancy but its a great place to fly a kite, run the dog, and bike a trail. Setup mainly for mountain bikes, theres a little trail through the woods and an obstacle course. Course requires a helmet and the wood obstacles are super slippery when wet but its a fun, free place thats great for a family outing.

Br
Review №19

Don’t waste your time driving here. The bike park is absolute garbage. The wood features in the pump track area are completely degraded and loose - a lawsuit waiting to happen. The pump track is a series of washed out berms with inconsistent rollers and badly shaped jumps. Most of the back trails are sugar sand with roots. The misguided attempt at a drop area has overgrown grass and sugar sand landings. This is by far the worst bicycle area spanning coast to coast in the Central Florida area. This is what happens when parks and recreation have no clue what they are doing and hire incompetent and inexperienced “trail builders” to save a buck. What a waste of tax dollars.

It’s a very nice park. There are two separate areas fenced in for big dogs and little dogs. We went today and there was a corgi group there with VERY AGGRESSIVE DOGS. We were only able to stay in the small dog area for like 2 min because they started grouping around and attacking our dogs. The owners were just standing around not even trying to get there dogs. Will not be coming back to this dog park ever again.

My black lab puppy just got attacked by a tan Pitbull which is shown in the picture (I took this picture before this all happened). The owner seemed responsible but his dog snapped out of nowhere and he still let her roam around the park afterwards, what is wrong with people!Unfortunately it was my first time at this park and it’s clean, spacious and beautiful but be incredibly aware of this please!Update: I went back and this man still lets his dog around the park!?!?! I didn’t go in the dog park instead sat on a bench and saw how he guards the water stand because his dog will attack other dogs if they try to drink at the same time. WTH!!!

I only visit the mountain bike course. Im a beginner and I really enjoy both the yellow and blue trails. The practice track is also a great place to learn some skills. Four stars due to park closing and only a person and a whistle to let me know. If I were in the trails the may have towed my vehicle as I would have never came out.

Great dog park, its not crazy with a bunch of dogs like Baldwin but its big enough for the pups to run around. My only complaint is that because its a newer park the trees arent big enough to provide much shade yet. Thatll take care of itself with enough time though. Overall, this is my go-to park for taking my dog.

A great park to bring your dog along. They have a large play area for medium to large sized dogs. They also have a beach volleyball court. I would recommend bringing your own water for your canine friends, as there is little to no shade available, and the water fountains dispose hot water as a result.

Cool, still hidden little quiet park with bike trail, dog play yards (big and small separate), community garden, sand volleyball court, and big open fields. Trees are either too young or too old, though. I look forward to more trees and plants as the park comes into maturity. Also, I wish there was a place for dogs to get water besides inside the dog yard, because my dog doesnt like others and stays on outside paths on leash.

Beautiful park with almost everything you need for a nice day. 2 fenced dog runs, a dog shower, a very nice mountain biking obstacle course, a sand volleyball court, plenty of open space for picnicking, a few benches. The cons - You have to watch for occasional land mines (dog poo piles) due to irresponsible pet owners and the bathroom consists of a portipotty that is kept stocked, but not well-cleaned (the seat almost always has pee on it). Bring wet wipes and choose your picnic space well.

Went to the park and encountered a real D-bag who thinks he owns the place. The park was completely empty except him and we went to use the track and he comes over and said we couldn’t use our RC vehicles because one time someone got hit with one and he had to “trespass” the guy. Not really sure what that means since this guy doesn’t work for the park and was just some random dude on a power trip. So if you are looking for a park with a random dude telling people what do with no authority this is the place for you!
