A must see show at EPCOTThis is located on the far side (south side) of the lake in the American of the park. The shows are on a regular schedule so pick up a brochure to find the times. You may want to give a few extra minutes since there is typically a room with a display of culturally apropriate material. The day that we went there was a tribute to Native American music and culture. It was very well done. They will announce when the doors open. You will proceed up the stairs and escalators to enter the back of the theater. All cast members are wearing masks and maintaining social distance. The seating is marked off for groups to stay together but be separated from other groups. The show is about 20 minutes with the American story told by a combination of the animatronic historical characters (Twain, Jefferson, Bell, etc) and various video display presentation. It is an inspiring and well done presentation. There is an added bonus that it is well air conditioned, the seats are comfortable and the theater is beautiful. A must see for any visitor to the park.

Just visited this attractions at Epcot. Way to go, Disney, keep up the good work if telling the story of the amazing the idea known as the United States of America. This is such an inspiring show, with so many animatronics, and such a great message. It was so moving to see and hear from American history figures, and be reminded of the unique idea of being endowed by our creator with the unalienable rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. The crowd clapped at the end of this compelling show. It was my favorite part of visiting Disney in 2020. God Bless America!

Have been to Epcot 5 times in the last 4 years, and my most favorite thing still remains The Liberty Singers, whose voices are so gorgeously balanced, and the a capella arrangements so beautiful. Still remember their glorious rendition of Let There Be Peace On Earth, complete with synchronized ASL signing. It will stay with you long after you leave the park!

The attraction inside is a show involving animatronics and film. Seats are large, comfy, and theres usually plenty of room. From a technical perspective, the show is complicated and is impressive, but shows its age and its probably time for an update or a new show (some of the animatronics were in need of calibration during our visit, with the movements being too shaky or the shaking of hands being way off). The presentation is geared towards Americans and is fine for most children over age 8, but may not be totally understood by international guests. Show is about 30 minutes.

The American Adventure is a technically stunning show that uses audio-animatronics to bring to life some of the greatest or notable moments in American history. The pavilion is all themed around the American experience and this show adds to that theming in a great way. When I say that this show is technically stunning, I make reference to the enormous set pieces that are lifted in, flown in, and led in from the wings. With so many elements going on and off stage, the engineering of such an experience is mind-blowing. Story-wise, this show is what you would expect. It is a clean-cut Disney approach to American politics that puts a rose lens over the eyes of the viewer by glorifying the events of the past 250 or so years. If you go into the show expecting this and allow yourself to enjoy the story as it it told, it does have a nice narrative. The experience starts in the rotunda area which has some neat exhibits that play tribute to heroes from Americas past. From there, you head into the theatre for the show. If anything, this 30 minute experience is in the air-conditioning and can be a nice way to cool off on a hot Florida day.

I love the American adventure so much! It has a very patriotic feel. Prior to the show, they have the voices of liberty sing patriotic songs and they are beautiful singers, nothing less than perfect. The show itself is about 30 minutes long and if you need to go somewhere with air conditioning, this is the place and it is a great history experience. Also it is very dark and comfy in the theater so if the little ones need a quick power nap, you can do that here as well. The show is an animatronic show and also uses screens. This is a hidden gem for sure, especially if you like animatronics as much as I do. For me, its way more entertaining and makes me feel more patriotic than the relatively similar Hall of Presidents. It has a story with real emotion attached. The way that the stages move and work together to rotate all of the robot scenes is fascinating and something Ive looked into in my own free time. Its an extremely impressive show. Every time Ben Franklin walks the steps, I want to cheer loudly like an idiot in that theater. Woo robo-B Frank! You go girl! Because that part is so dope. The only thing Im not a fan of, and I know many who are, would be the Voices of Liberty singers. I truly cannot stand it, I find it to be so lame. I guess they have impressive voices but in this day and age, having technical talent isnt enough for me. The rest of it though? Love it.

The Voices of Liberty are not to be missed! They perform several times a day under the Rotunda, singing everything from Disney classics, folk songs and patriotic favorites. All acapella. They are a highlight of every visit. You can also catch a stunning display of the American story inside the theatre. The American Adventure utilizes animatronics and a unique staging to take us on a journey through notable events in our history. Its also a great viewing location for Illuminations: Reflections of Earth.

The show in the theater needs to be changed desparately. Being of mixed ethnicity, it was actually very uncomfortable to watch and I would not recommend it to anyone. Im a Disney fanatic but this show was a total and complete disaster as to how it is not the complete history of America and has a skewed view of race relations. With all the renovations going on around WDW, this should definitely be one.
