This store was so clean and organized and the gentleman cashier took care of me with my purchase was so polite and kind. I also lost my phone within the store and another customer found it and returned it to the registers! I was so thankful!

The employees are pretty nice and helpful, and the store is organized for the most part. The only bone I have to pick is the paint section; there are barely any acrylic paints to view. Please order more so customers can see them.

Ive had mixed customers service. I had to return a damaged item and was told that they dont sell the item im returning . To which I replied I only shop at this location and purchased it here . And then to made out to be a liar from the sales associate. Stating that the brand of paint set is sold elsewhere. I told the sales associate exactly where I found it in the store . To which she replied well if you want you can go look and see if you want. I couldnt make this up and I found the set not on the floor because they hadnt being replenish but at the very top of the shelf. I took one down and then return to checkout and told the associate im done talking to her . She doesnt know her own store or how to speak to a customer. Another manager just told me to take the set and leave the damaged one . No sorry or anything. Then yesterday I ordered curbside pick up and for some reason my order was sent to a location a hour away . Ive only done pickup here . When I went into pick up my order I noticed the mistake and ask the manager if the order could be processed here. She said no and that I had to call the order location and get my refund before they could order for me . No let me put the item on hold or let me get your refund sorted Nothing. So honestly dont expect great customer service here. And I can say being a store manager myself

Dont shop online bad service. I cant get my items or my money back. 2 weeks no items, one item showed late.

Store was neat and clean. All but the clearance isle it was a hot mess. My wife had questions about a product and we asked for help. The staff member was nice and tryed to help but did not have the info my wife was looking for. He did say that another employee would know and to come back another and ask for her. Place has just about everything you need for craft projects. I think there prices are a bot high thou.

Although I went shopping for Fall decor at the end of Oct. they still had a nice selection of Fall decor that was very organized AND marked down. They also offered great customers service.

Definitely a great store to shop in, but prices can be a little high on certain items. But all in all, great store.

Went yarn shopping and picture frame shopping with my lady today. They had a great selection of both. Very friendly, and helpful staff. This was the first stop on our yarn adventure for the day, and unfortunately they were out of what we needed. The staff was very helpful in looking to see if they had more inventory, but they did not. Had to try a different store, but no worries...

You can find what you need, and more. Staff is nice and friendly. Store is clean and organized, and has a variety of DIY and art project materials. Prices are pretty good too.

Kind of dissapointed... went to get supplies to make waist beads. they didnt have the type of string needed and bead selection was limited. #maskrequired

At the store on Eagle Watch Drive in Orlando Fl they only have one cashier and the line has 12 people in it. This is ridiculous. You want us to shop but everyone around me is complaining and won’t come back.

Michaels can be useful if you have coupons or to see something in person before buying on Amazon. Unfortunately, if you are looking to create a craft on a budget you are better off sourcing materials online or from Walmart as much as that pains me to say. Over the years they have decreased their niche inventory for holiday decor and picture framing. Other people might come to Michaels for different reasons but for me I am better off with online ordering.

Had the worst experience at the store with store associate Sarah. She had the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experience. I will never go back to that store and it is sad because I live in Lee vista but from now on I rather drive 30 min to the nearest store than to go to Michaels. I think a manager should definitely talk to her and teach her how to treat regular customers and to love her job. She is there to help customers not to give them attitude and not assist them with finding their needs

The girl Rachel who helped me in the store went above and beyond. This is a first and I will never forget that. I called the Headquarters in Texas and told about their employee.

Great sale prices. Its set up a little differently from other Michaels Ive been to, but it isnt bad. Employees are friendly and they usually have what I need. I dont think the picture posted is how this Michaels looks from the outside. Its much newer.

I love Michaels and they always have great stuff for your crafting and decorating needs but this location must have bad management and turnover is very high here. There is always new cashiers working at the registers every time we go and they arent always trained well which makes the checkout experience bad especially if they dont know about taking multiple coupons on the same transaction.

Dont go if in a hurry only 1 reg open.

I picked up my Amazon Delivery package here in the frames section. I was thankful they held it for me as the delivery guy to my house was always coming while I was at work. Great facility with a lot of crafting supplies.

Pretty ok so far

Love going here to shop and to join their craft classes for both kids and adults. I love their sales especially during the holidays. I always know I can get a good deal on Christmas ornaments fairly early in the season. I always find something interesting to buy already made or to buy to create myself.

Sales of the Christmas stuff not that good. :-( But, Michaels does have some great items for decorating my house!

Lots to see and do including restaurants and unique stores. The parking if free and you can just stroll around and take in the sights. The ICON wheel is a great ride theres a very nice aquarium and the wax museum was cool.

The second me and my family stepped into the door it was a hot mess. The music was way to loud and obnoxious. The aisles were crowded with boxes of merchandise so it was difficult to get through the store. They were also very understaffed, with one person on the register and one poor woman running back and forth helping customers on the floor. All of these things combined created a claustrophobic and unwelcoming experience. We also couldnt find the one thing we came in for, a matte backing for my mothers cross stitch project. I know they do custom mattes but we needed the matte asap and again there were only two employees in the entire store. So unfortunately, my family will no longer go to Michaels.

Went to Michaels 3 days in a row & had the same cashier everytime, she was amazing. Fast efficient. Gave me a coupon even though mine was expired, alyssa was hands down the best cashier ive had in a long time. Thank you michaels

My family went there because we were remodeling our house a few weeks ago and the products were at a reasonable price. The items there are really nice and highly suggest looking at the kitchen section. Although the duvets in the bedroom section are very pricy in my opinion. The staff seemed very busy, to be honest, and when we asked for customer service we had to wait for a while.

Love this store. Went on black Friday and it was understandably packed. I had to stand in a REALLY long line, and the A/C felt like it was out. I really wish they would offer all of their Christmas village pieces at the store, though.

I visit many craft stores and this particular Michaels is decent. The traffic in the area can be a but much but it is conveniently located in the Lee vista promenade. This Michaels is smaller in comparison to other Michaels but still has alot of the materials you will need. Some of the employees are not as knowledgeable with certain mixed media supplies. They do need more employees on the floor but overall it isnt a bad location.

I came specifically for the official Cricut event, which in itself is overwhelming in regards to the amount of people that showed up, and this Michaels and the staff there, had it together. Great organization, great time management, great demos.

Hugh store. Many wonderful crafts items from which to choose. So I chose some.
