Its great that this place also offers online ordering! I was able to have products delivered that I had only found in a few select stores, none by where I live. I had a small issue with an online order and the customer service that I received was high above average! I will soon be in Orlando and I cannot wait to visit this smoke shop in person. They have an amazing selection.

Very friendly staff, which is why Im giving the 3 stars, but dont buy any Kratom products from here. Total rip. I was charged $45 for a bag of kratom capsuls (maybe 70 count) and since then, Ive been to 3 other smoke shops and have found the same products, same quality and count, for $10. Explore other options first.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This was the first smoke shop I’ve ever been to, so I had tons of questions. The associate, Dom, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Climax is deffinitley the best smoke shop Ive ever been a patron at. They were so patient with me and made sure I tried the disposable vape before I left, thank goodness they did because it was a dud. Not their fault it happens, that’s why they ask you to check before you leave. He then replaced it for me at no charge And was so kind about it. I hate buying a disposable and it not working, so I’m glad they offer to replace it in store! Just make sure to check it before you leave!!!! Anyways overall amazing experience and great variety of products and goods.
