I’ve been here a few times now and each time has been great! This last time I went, Kelsey helped my friend and I out the whole time we were there and answered the millions of questions that we had. She was so very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store!

Of stores like this in Orlando, this one is easily the best. Anytime I don’t want to do the drive out to the megastore on OBT, I go here. The people who work there are super educational and so nice. (They actually do classes here - I’ll add a photo) There is tons of fun stuff to choose from and store is clean and well lit, too. I agree with other reviewers this is not a seedy place!

From the moment we entered, Amber welcomed us and was genuinely friendly and attentive. She asked great questions to guide us toward the perfect products and shared advice and testimonials, as well. She was there when we needed her and gave us space when we were exploring. She managed all of the shoppers very well, giving us all the same great experience. The staff working last night were amazing. The provided product knowledge and had recommendations. Their styles were cute and they made you feel comfortable. However I am upset the product I bought broke before I could use it. I feel like I wasted my money.

The scent when you first entered was very welcoming. The shop was so nice and so were the girls who worked there were incredibly sweet and helpful. I will definitely be going back there soon

Very nice store & inventory. But EXTREMELY way overpriced on everything!! A person can drive to Tampa to purchase the same thing, drive back & STILL be much more inexpensive.

Customer service was amazing from the minute I called to the minute I arrived. Kendra and Amanda helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even prepared a bunch of items for me to look at when I arrived. and the prices were great too. Thank you ladies, you rock!

They are the most fraudulent store. They will not display how much tax they charge on your receipt and act like they don’t know why it doesn’t show the taxes. Check your settings!!!!!! I know how to operate a POS inside and out. All types. They tried to play me like a fool. This store should be crashed

This place was exactly what I needed. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on everything in the store. The store itself was very clean and organized and everything was in stock. I love the fact that a lot of the items are on display plugged in or with batteries so you can actually see how well they work. On my next vacation I would definitely visit this store again.

This place was so perfect! Small and intimate, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Amber especially was a doll!! She was able to offer great advice on what me and my partner were looking for and made it very easy to make selections that would meet our needs and then some. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return. Tons of products, clothing, gifts, toys, and even more hiding in this super cute adult boutique!!

We gave this store a second chance due to the convenience in proximity of our home. If I could give a negative I would. Terrible selection with overpriced merchandise. Rude and unprofessional attitude by the staff including the owner. Our questions of the merchandise were dismissed or answered with complete ignorance. They closed and made us feel rushed by all the employees watching our every move including one of the employees boyfriends whom was less than hygienic which was quite fitting with the whole store being we walked out with some unknown insect bites, for the second time. I say dont bother stopping here unless you want ice cream next door at Edys. That man changed our evening which was almost ruined by the over the top miserable Fairvilla employees. Sex shops should ooze happiness and passion. These people should work for the DMV!

This place is selling fake male enhancement pills. I bought a black panther one night, no effect whatsoever and the next night I bought a rhino and to no avail there was no effect. Plz beware. Its nothing but a rip off.

It was my anniversary and I wanted to get something special for it. I went to two different VS stores and had no luck. I put in “lingerie” in maps this place came up. I’m so glad I found it! Besides getting something really sexy and cute that cost way less than VS, I also got a little extra something for our special night! They have very helpful and friendly staff. I appreciated that they were all females. The place is clean, well lit, and inviting. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. I wish I would’ve known about this place sooner. I would have saved a lot of gas and time!

Ive always went to Fairvilla Megastore, but this one is just as good with a slightly smaller selection. Ive literally never been to an adult store that had better customer service. Our rep was AMAZING and is definitely one of the main reasons that my wife and I will return. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly.

Was here for a bachelor party last weekend and I can honestly say our trip wouldnt have been nearly as awesome had we not stopped in here. Excellent people working here that completely understood our sense of humor and told us two great spots to hit up that night which were exactly the atmosphere we were looking for.
