Several purchases of high quality goods here at different times and continually impressed. Prices are sometimes lower than the MSRP so its a great place to shop local. I got the email notifications and theres usually something cool going on here. Clarence and Martha are the bomb, actually all the staff are but I do not remember everyones name! I was surprised to see they had a silicone toy brand that makes cups for menses available for sale, but they are very inclusive here so I should have expected the accommodating offerings. Seriously, this place makes your life better. I bought lube here and the seal was slightly popped but I caught the cap overflow before it busted in my bag. Its probably common, and not their fault at all.

I had a FANTASTIC experience here this morning as usual. Clarence is very knowledgeable and i have received help from him many times. Amazing employee!!! He gets 5 stars.However the store only gets 4 stars instead of 5 because of their (im assuming) new employee, Jaques who was on the register. I purchased a harness from Sportsheets and he would have let me leave without removing the button sensor if I hadnt said something. We also made a purchase for the PDX Motor Bator 2. He would not have tested the product in store to make sure it functioned and charged properly, once again, if I had not reminded him. These type of stores for.obvious reasons do not take returns so you have to.go through the manufacturer if there is any faulty product.Fairvilla, please train your register employees better. He was very polite but he needs to step up his game!

After paying for Uber to get to Fairvilla I arrived and staff was very rude and condescending. I have a photo ID inside my phone which is what I use everywhere it’s a valid US passport card I don’t have a drivers license because it was suspended however the clerk was very dismissive about the fact that I have ID on my phone. My passport along with my social are kept in a safe at home. He proceeded to tell me very rudely that I should have an ID, Never mind the fact that I just showed him one on my phone with an iPhone 11 and high-resolution you can clearly tell that nothings been doctored or tampered with on the image. After calling inside the store from outside to ask if I could shop online and have the items brought out to me The way that most retailers are Offering no contact services. Same guy told me They wouldnt accommodate my request. I’m a citizen of the United States So I don’t know what his problem is. I guess they don’t want my money. Don’t come to Fairvilla and less you’re ready to be greeted by rude staff and denied services you have better luck at love boutique or Premier warehouse. At least they are not prejudiced against Latino people. On top of that the guy at the register also called me a liar when I told him that even the police will accept my presenting my phone withA valid non-expired ID. Its a shame because i was in for some high ticket items. I will be emailing them my complaint as well as my receipt for the items that I get another boutique so they can see how much money they just lost. Bad bussiness model...For sure.

Nice supply of plus size sexy outfits. Organized sections. Sales people were helpful and not pushy. A sales person at the register was having a conversation with another sales person. She was too loud and used alot of profanity. But otherwise, it was comfortable there.

On their website it says they will refund/exchange defective items for 30days. Unfortunately that’s false, bought the we vibe Jive wireless Discreet pleasure vibrator didn’t work as intended, Troyes to exchange less than 24hrs later and the manager seemed as if she had better things to do and insisted that it’s a we vibe issue. Works flawlessly out in the open for many feet. But once used as intended doesn’t work more than 10 inches away. Total waste of money, on top of all that it was recommended over the omnibod that i had originally selected. On top of that she said make sure you’re buying from a reputable place well I thought was she obviously doesn’t think that either, a good manager would have exchanged it and sent us on our way. Don’t buy here, overpriced garbage!!!!

Store used to be better. Quality has gone down a bit and while they still have a good selection and for the most part friendly staff, I find myself going to the store a lot less. They used to have an amazing selection of BDSM gear which was good for everyone from beginners to veterans and now it seems the selection has heavily dwindled. I still go from time to time to browse the new merch they bring in, but it isnt a go to stop when Im in the area and for most of the things I tend to look for, I find myself defaulting to shopping online from other retailers instead.

All of the staff there is very knowledgeable about the products and arent shy at all about talking with you about how to use the products or what to use or which is the best or maybe they have used..Megastore is exactly right!!! They have 2-3 levels and rooms with everything sexy you could want...I was amazed because this was the first store that actually sold clothing for larger women(queens we are called)we spend hours in there whenever we go!!! There is a large selection of products and the staff is generally helpful. I have visited this Fairvilla several times throughout the years and have never had an issue until I went with my boyfriend this past Saturday, when a female employee accused me of tampering with a product as I was about to check out. I placed the products on the counter and she grabbed one and told me scathingly not to remove the anti-theft device--I said, I didnt (it was still clearly attached to the product) and she responded, I saw you. Then, she proclaimed how she had to fill out a stolen report (or something like that)?! Pretty bizarre, considering the device was still on the box and nothing had been damaged or stolen; the only thing I can think of was possibly, as we were about to check out and were discussing how we were going to divide the purchases, I may have fiddled with it unknowingly?! Why would I intentionally do something like that, especially in front of a bunch of employees, by the check-out line, and then proceed to purchase the items? The other employee who checked me out apologized to me for her behavior, but honestly, knowing someone like that works there blows my mind and really makes me not want to ever go back. Im not sure if she was pmsing, or angry in some kind of Im-petty-and-taking-out-my-lifes-problems-on-you way, but I was very upset afterwards and have never been treated like that in a store, nor do I believe someone with that kind of illogical, asinine reasoning/paranoia should be working in a store like Fairvilla. I probably wont be going back for a very long time.

If you have a significant other and want to go to find something special, or just out of curiosity want to explore and adult store, this is a great place. The staff is really nice and will help you with anything and you will feel comfortable with them. They will try to answer any question you have in a very professional matter, and don’t be afraid to ask, I believe they have hear almost everything. I recommend it if you are an adult.

Look at the average reviews compared to Premier Couples. There’s a reason FV averages so much higher than Premier. 1st of all the staff at FV is so much friendlier and helpful than PC. 2nd you won’t feel judged or rushed like you will at PC. Do some research. Battery operated toys are not for long term uses for the batteries inside them. Either deal with buying huge packs of batteries, or shell out a few more bucks for a rechargeable. The prices are fine for what it is. Remember, you get what you pay for, and if you pay a cheaper price, then you get a cheaper product. Keep in mind that cheap and inexpensive are two different things. If you purchase cheap products of anything all your life, youll either be disappointed or just continue to repurchase the item. Either way, its more expensive in the long run.Always remember that these items are going to be a little more expensive depending on supply and demand. They also are running a business. You are paying what they paid for the toys, PLUS a convince fee so they can continue to operate. The best part of a toy store like this is you can see how they feel, operate, look and fit (non sexually) all in person.This place is wonderful, and I love going in. I’ve been to many shops in the area and I have to say out of all of them the staff at this store is the most uncomfortable. They will follow you around the entire time you’re walking around looking at things constantly asking if you need help but not in the manner trying to be helpful but acting like you were going to steal something. And then if you pick something up they run right up to you asking to hold it for you as if you’re going to run out of the store with it. They have a great selection but their staff need some different training. all in all I’d say avoid going here if you just wanna look around in less you like getting stalked by their employees.

I want to start by saying that their selection is amazing. Its a large store with all kinds of toys, lingerie, and costumes for everyone-- we went in looking for some kind of remote vibrator, and they had a great selection. As well, the staff was knowledgeable and ready to assist us with anything we needed, from showing us how the different vibes worked, to even opening a package of one that didnt have a display and trying (although it didnt work) to set it up for us.That being said, one of their employees didnt stray more than 5ft from me and my partner the entire time we were there. Its not like we were the only ones in the store-- we were probably 2 of 20 total customers present. But for some reason, he followed us to every product, and hovered while my partner and I shared weird why wont he let us be? glances. We even told him several times that we wanted to look around some more, and wed ask for help if needed. This would deter him only until we stopped to look at something, at which point hed swoop in to say something (or sometimes, just to hover).Im not sure if he thought we were trying to steal something, or if he is always that... helpful, but it was very uncomfortable. Id like to clarify that we werent shy about being in the sex shop-- we didnt mind telling him what we were looking for, and having him show us the selection. But my partner was not comfortable telling me what she thought of any of the toys with him standing so nearby, watching us. She had come in determined to buy whatever was closest to what she was looking for, but in the end, we left uncomfortable and turned-off.So if you know exactly what you need, and youre looking to go in and get out without shopping around, Fairvilla may be the store for you. However, if you are going in to shop around, you may be susceptible to stalker-like customer service. We will not be returning.

These guys seemed really nice at first, and in the beginning they were. But their prices are not affordable, and their return policy is a joke. I. E, they dont have one for non sex toys. The manager was rude to my husband, even though he explained he is autistic. We will never come back here.
