At the Epcot art festival we purchase an absolutely stunning piece from an amazing artist through Wyland Galleries. The artist hand signed the back, dedicated it to our daughter and drew a picture for her. We were absolutely ecstatic, not only was the piece stunning but now it was hand-signed to our daughter by the artist, it was going to be an amazing gift.During the purchase the owner or manager of wyland galleries, I am not sure which, told us that we should have a cloth backing put on the piece. He told us that the cloth backing would look nice and that he would make sure they cut out a section of it so we can still see the signature and picture that the artist drew, we agreed that that would be fine.He initially said that he would have it shipped out by the end of the day but due to the cloth backing it could take until the end of the week to ship it out and he would send us the tracking information as soon as it shipped. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the piece and he never sent tracking information to us. All of the other pieces we purchased at the festival arrived within 4 days of purchase. Those pieces were not purchased from this gallery.Now for the really shocking part, the piece has just arrived at my house, the picture and signature from the artist that we loved so much has been chopped off the back. I kid you not, cut off. They cut off the signature of the artist. The personalized signature and drawing.Im livid. I dont even know what else to say. More than anything in really upset that they RUINED this personalize art piece I purchased for my daughter. Now its just like every replica of it, still stunning but NOT what I purchased.

Purchased an original piece Months Ago. (Then Covid happened and we knew it might take a little longer to pick up the piece). However, Wyland Art Gallery let their voicemail get full and we have spent Months trying to find out when our piece may be ready for Customer Pick Up. Nobody Answers the Phone Number and you cant leave a voicemail. Today I received Notification they sent my ORIGINAL Painting to an Address in a Different State and emailed me the Tracking Information for Today...the Day it is be delivered! They NEVER CALLED and the Voicemail is Still FULL???? This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable for customer service, and especially upsetting knowing that is was such an expensive purchase. Wyland has blatant disregard for the client or their reputation and wont even keep basic communication. I am very bothered by this company and their practices. When they open back up, I WILL be making a trip in to speak with THEM in PERSON.Edit: Finally was able to speak with someone and they are working on getting this brought back for a Customer Pick Up. I will update once it is finalized.

Wow! Amazing art gallery and artists! A must see if you enjoy art. Very friendly and informative staff here and in St. Petersburg, Fl.

Very cool gallery of both Disney and non-disney artwork. Pieces range in price from hundreds to 99k+ for some of the bigger decorative tables. Staff are all very welcoming and happy to talk about the pieces of art. After a nice dinner at flying fish and an after dinner ice cream from ample hills creamery, this is the perfect place to go before heading home.
