Clayton was a great help, shattered a piece and even though I didn’t even know the size, I definitely got the hook up! Will be returning :)Update: within 2 hours, the slider to the bowl FELL off. Within 16 hours, the bowl was placed on a glass table, tipped over, and shattered. $14 on a broken bowl when the one I was replacing was $10 and supposedly poorer quality. Will not being returning and left a review for free stickers, a $14 refund would be cool.

In my experience climax is cheaper and has better service than any other shop I’ve been to.

This store is absolutely amazing!!!! I have been coming here for a couple years now and I’ve always had great experiences and the employees have always been super nice and always take care of me and always remember why am so every time I walk in the door it’s like walking into my house how I am welcomed and how they remember who I am and always make sure they have what I need!!!! It’s like up being part of a family there and I’ve always love that and will never go anywhere else unless absolutely necessary and that barely happens I go out of my way to make sure I go to the store because of how great the people are

Horrible customer service i was being taken care of and then all of a sudden i was left unattended and they went to check out other customers immediately after ringing up my items and just left me hanging would never spend another dollar there ever again which i use to spend money daily/weekly with cillimax but thats now out the window wont do much to the business i can imagine but its a start.

This is the best store in Orlando, hands down. The manager (I think...the guy with the beard) has always got jokes, and everyone there is always friendly and helpful. I tell all my friends about this place!

Came in today to get something that was visible behind the counter. Young guy told me he was out of stock and didnt carry them. Refused to sell them. After explaining what I wanted was right there he said I couldnt buy it since I used the scientific name for it.

Honestly, this is the only smoke shop that I go to anymore. It’s an incredibly welcoming environment and every employee is super friendly and will help you with any questions that you may have. And also shoutout to the girl Olivia for always helping me out!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. The staff has only gotten worse. I bought a pack of stigs and they sold me a deceptive product. The stigs tasted burnt and could barely hit. I asked if I could exchange them or get a refund and they would not allow it, despite being a loyal customer at that shop since 2014. This is not the first time they have sold me a deceptive pack of stigs. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!

In my opinion, not only is this shop the best of the Climax stores around, but one of the all-around best smoke shops Ive entered. The customer service is always superb. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. In particular, Andrew has been of great help to me. Just a real nice guy that really knows his stuff!

This place was so great to visit! They have a awesome rewards system and everyone in there was very informative! The girl in there (I think her name was Litz?. Super helpful! Had great answers to questions and suggestions she helped me find the juice wanted, got my husband signed up for rewards and made sure we were fully taken care of. We will be going back for all of our smoke shop needs!

Website says they’ll ship out the same day if order is before 10 a.m. This is not the case. They waited a full day before taking the package to the Post Office therefore it didn’t leave Orlando for 2 days after the order was submitted. Very frustrating and no options for express shipping.

The cashier Olivia is always very helpful whenever I come in and never fails to help me find what I need regardless of what I come in expecting to buy. Dope store, awesome service!

I went to the E. Colonial location (11039 E Colonial Dr, 32817) around 3/7/19 and I needed a specific product. It was a bit last minute on my end due to a time crunch but I had a loose idea of what I needed (stage set).When I got there, I met the closing employee there, Litza, and upon meeting her I was greeted QUICKLY and then shown perhaps the BEST customer service/shopping experience that Ive ever had (enough for me to write about it). After I mentioned what I was (kinda) looking for, she brought me on a short and informative tour involving not only the perfect product for what I needed but also a range of other similar, alternative products that would also be interested in.Not only did she help me with EXACTLY what I needed, but she also made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
