Beautiful park to walk, relax, and take pictures(Wedding, Sweet Fifteen, and other pics). We choose a day that was cloudy to visit and the atmosphere was at most the best. Parked on the side and took all this pictures of sculptures and them some of us(my husband and I) lol. We had a blast listening to the birds shirping and viewing the turtles peekaboo over the water. Love the experience.

Highly recommend this place for an outing or a date. Beautiful grounds and a great place to picnic. Right outside are some of the most beautiful trees you will see in all of Florida. Highly recommend for a surprise date or wedding proposal under the big tree out front. Dont miss this little known gem in Orlando.

This is a nice little museum. Its quite small but has a great permanent collection of Earl Cunningham paintings and other American artists. The exhibitions are always well curated and interesting. Sitting next to a small lake, theres also a lovely sculpture garden so this is a great place to see some art and have a picnic.

Right now its 100% American folk art, but I understand that, while the permanent Collection is folk, the remainder (about 2/3) rotates every few months. Really loved the permanent Cunningham works, and so enjoyed the others (but I think changing next week?). Helpful to watch the Cunningham video inside. Sculpture garden nice place to sit in Adirondack chairs in the shade and watch the lake or read for a bit. Connected to an Orlando trail system for biking, running, walking. Seems to be plenty of free parking. Fee is $5 with discounts for seniors and students. This will be a new addition to all future Orlando trips!

Very pleasant, small museum that displays some interesting collections. The sculpture garden was ethereal; moss draped oak trees by a lake with fascinating displays. I would have selected other artists for the exhibitions. Still pondering what an eco-feminist is or why a people would write books and fuss over a folk artist and his childish paintings that indicate no discernible talent. Initiating pondering us why we have art museums.

Free parking . Small museum. Literally its divided into 4 rooms apart from the lobby/entrance . Friendly staff and low pricing for students($1 with valid student id). Free for BOA members on the first weekend of ever month. Well kept indoors and outdoors... although a couple of the sculptures outside did look a little old. The receptionist said that they tend to change art works every 4 months . So keep that in mind .

A really small museum, it consists of about 4 or 5 rooms. We were told that it was previously owned and lived in by Howard Phillips and converted to the museum in 1988. There is a permanent collection held there by Earl Cunningham and the other exhibits are changed out, as we were told, every 4-6 months. There are outdoor sculptures and areas to walk and sit to view the water behind the museum. Very affordable.

The large tree canopy in front of the Mennello Museum was our wedding ceremony location. The Mayor was absolutely gorgeous and provided the perfect location for us to exchange our truths. The staff was a little hard to get a hold of and did not greet us while we were there, however all exchanges prior were friendly and polite. I absolutely understand this, as they are running a museum first, a wedding venue second. Overall we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this location.

The staff was disengaged and rude. We were there about an hour and were ready to shift to the other side of the museum when the person behind the counter asked, Didnt you just walk in? You have to pay. I was dumbfounded and insulted. How condescending. We left. If the guy had been as engaged with us when we entered, instead of having his nose in a book, he might have had the courtesy and wits to remember us.
