The wait is so long to get there but the ride is fun but why wait so long just to go to this ride which doesnt last long.

This “ride” wasn’t fast or furious. absolutely disappointing.

Its uninspired. The queue is wonderfully themed, fun to walk through, has a good story and interaction. But then the ride starts, and it starts well, practical set pieces, a real alleyway, the speed tunnel from Earthquake is still there.... But then as your bus rounds the corner, you enter the dreaded movie screen tunnel. This is where the ride goes bad. You now just watch a movie playing by you simulating your stationary bus going fast, but its just boring. The cgi looks bad, almost animated even. Its a shame too that this replaced the Beetlejuice show, which was very popular, and DISASTER/Earthquake which was all about using practical set pieces. Supercharged seems like a lazy replacement with a short shelf life. Save your time and skip this one, theres better rides that deserve your time

Absolutely the worst ride Ive ever been in ANY theme park ever. The cgi and story are terrible! The only cool thing is the theming of the wait line but it all comes crashing down once you sit on that party bus.

Honestly the worst theme park ride Ive ever experienced my entire life. I would rather ride Its a Small World five times on a row than have to suffer through this tragedy ever again.

A great ride for everyone in the family. You load into a party bus that is attacked by Shaw because there is a witness on the bus that he wants to kill. You dont have to buckle in and the ride is kinda of short. Overall it is a good movie style ride that everyone can do together. Get a picture of Some near his charger when you exit; seriously, you cant tell the difference between the statue and Vin Diesels acting.

I am having a hard time deciding which ride is worst at Universal Studios Florida,Fast and Furious Supercarged or Jimmy Fallon ride.

If you are a Fast and Fouriuos fan you Will love it, It has lots of action and you really feel part of It. The introduction before the actual ride is a bit cheesy but entertaining for kids. The ride itself was very good. The ride Is for all ages, the staff participates at the beggining intracting a bit with the guests. A fun ride for the whole family.

Easy relaxed ride that anyone can go on. The build up and cars on show at the start of the ride and during the queuing section are good. Not the most fun and exciting ride but if you enjoy the fast and furious franchise you will like this ride and the props on display.

We enjoyed the ride. It wasnt as great as some of the others that they offer, but it was good. You have the experience of riding a bus through the area and you feel a lot of what is going on, but it isnt the thrill of some of the other rides. It is great for what it is. We would recommend it for kids and kids at heart. You never feel unsafe in your seat and flung in any directions, you just drive along and see the movies for lack of a better word. Would recommend for the Fast and Furious fan.

CGI horrible wasn’t worth the wait

Family friendly ride. Explore the Fast family world through a great queue, live actors, and virtual bus ride.No metal detectors, no lockers, ample seating for all sizes. A/C works. The ride down I-4 is probably more exciting.

Cool waiting line, but boring, not exciting, too short ride. I wish it was similar to Spiderman ride in IOA.

The areas leading up to the ride felt more entertaining due to the great commentary by the staff. The ride itself was decent but compared to the other rides felt a bit tame.

Fun ride, the actors before the ride starts are pretty funny. Both times we went were at 10 am, they were joking about folks partying at 10 am. Ride itself isn’t amazing, but there is a trivia game you can play while you wait in line, so that’s fun. You have to use the universal app to play the trivia, and theoretically be in line while you play.

Get Express Pass for the whole park - and go off season - this is a fun run - and the kids love it. The staff that worked this are very friendly ! Ignore the low stars -- the set is very detailed. My son, Dominick (11 yr old) loved this ride - and the staff got to know him - since we rode at least 3 times a day over the course of 6 days! Dont forget to take a pic with Dom as you leave -- hes around the corner in the gift shop! Great job to the staff and production people. SEPT 2019 !!!

This was a fun ride and watching the cool cars while waiting our turn was good as well. This is one of the attractions that is open during HHN that is not part of HHN so the line wasnt extremely long when we got there (our fast passes worked too).

Got to visit Universal during June 2020 (COVID Pandemic) and loved all of the parks and rides except for this one. We were fortunate that we didnt have to wait for any rides and were able to ride everything. F&F was awful and I couldnt imagine waiting any amount of time for it. I already hate the movies but agreed to go on it thinking it would at least be car themed. It was not. You ride a bus. It was basically the Kong ride but not anywhere near the same league. The characters and dialogue were so cringy and the visuals were extremely underwhelming. Do yourself a favor and ride something else.

It is not the best ride in the park but the cars are amazing. Part of the experience is looking at these fantasy cars. One of the better aspects of the ride is in the corals where they have live acting. I think some of the reviews are overly crititcal and it is somewhat unfair to compare this to any of the other Potter rides. Since I used a fast pass my wait time was minimal but I probably wouldnt wait two hours otherwise. Whenever we visit we always hit this once.

The queue is the only part that sort of saves the attraction? Terrible pre-shows with the worst pre-recorded acting. I wonder if any of the actors cared about it at all. The attraction itself is a weak rendition of the Hollywood Studio Tour version, slightly altered for a full size attraction. It simply doesnt work and turned out awful. Dont waste your time riding this unless you have absolutely nothing else to do (even in that case, reride another attraction).

Pretty sure this will be the next real estate to be closed and reused for a cool ride later in. They load you into a ‘Party Bus’ which drives to a place where you watch a very low quality film that you are supposed to be in. No seat belts which indicated right off that there are no real thrills. But the quality of the film is not that great.

This was my fav ride in park... superb simulationwe have visited this in off season so it was only 20 minutes wait for us. Lucky us :) as people have waited even 2-3 hours for this ride in peak season. not sure why there are bad reviews for this ride, ( Flock Of Sheeps? ) only thing which I dont like it there are so many people in one party bus and you cant see what going on the left side. I got the 2nd last row and still, I enjoyed it thoroughly. front seat would be awesome I guess. and yes it was hardly 2 minutes ride. I was looking for more otherwise it was awesome.The build-up and cars on show at the start of the ride and during the queuing section are good. The decor inside and outside while waiting in the queue was amazing and had great details. I think it really hypes you up for the ride. it makes it fun with the music and the garage make it seem so real. You get to see some of the characters from the movies at the beginning of the ride. they call each other and talk about the heist and FBI raid.During the actual ride part of the ride, it looked like I was watching a cutscene from Grand Theft Auto V, only not as well done. I kinda chuckled when I saw a tiny helicopter with Vin Diesel hanging and jumping from a moving truck onto an unmanned drone thats shooting missiles at our tram. The high adventure part of the ride lasts like 30 seconds. you will feel the fire heat. You get squirt by water no matter where you sit. The chase scene is where you will need your 3D glass. Only some of the characters appear on the ride, Tyreese, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and Dwayne Johnson. Right now, they have many of the cars from the movie on display in the middle of the park.after exit, you ll see more cars used in the movie. it was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed it.Rating - 8/10

The Experience is fantastic, I recommend to go early and be in the first groups, other wise you will have to wait a lot and get ready for long long lines

No doubt, this is the worst ride in the park and it is not worth queuing to ride. DO NOT RIDE IT! This ride was terrible and its a total waste of time riding this. The King Kong ride was amazing compared to this, the video quality isnt good either, and it doesnt look like a 3D film. Just dont ride this because its not a good ride. I had more fun going back to one of the hotels than riding this.

Nothing “Fast” or “Furious” about this ride! If this tells you anything, you don’t even need a seatbelt to ride this ride. This was not worth the 25 minute wait. If you enjoy thrill rides like myself, just skip it.

Queue is fine, albiet boring. Ride is a mess, not thrilling, fast, nor furious. A horrible port from Hollywood that tries to copy Kong, but in the worst ways. Close it and open a better ride with that space, a disgrace to earthquake and Beetlejuice.

Not a great ride. The Express Pass is barely worth it here, as you just end up in the regular line. The stage before the ride feels like such a waster of time, and the ride itself is cool, but by the time you get on after all the useless party talk, you just want out.

The garage was cool but the graphics/story line were disappointing.

You may enjoy this ride if you are a fast and the furious fan but the only good thing on this ride is the que. The ride itself is just a disappointing version of the Kong ride. If you only have 1/2 days at universal I would skip it.

This is the worst ride at Universal Orlando. As other reviews have said, it’s neither fast nor furious. The best part of this experience is seeing the cool cars in the queue. We queued for about half an hour before the ride completely broke and the workers sent everyone away. Fair enough, rides shut down from time to time. We got a virtual line pass (or fast pass) to return later in the day. We went back, queued for another 20 minutes and got on the ride. This attraction is not worth waiting for. The storyline is nonsense and the “ride” is severely underwhelming. We can think of SO many other possibilities for a Fast & Furious attraction - maybe one that involves cars and not “party busses”! We won’t be going back.

Kind of boring but good ride to look at the cars

This ride will be hit-or-miss for some people, while I kind of enjoy it, other people absolutely hate it. Its a mixed bag ride and its not the best ride at universal, but I wouldnt say it was the absolute worst.

There are a ton of bad reviews however this ride is actually pretty cool. It’s not like amazing but it’s worth no more then a 35 minute wait. If your a fan of the movies or simply just like this lifestyle, you’ll enjoy the ride. My kids love it and it’s safe and easy for them and they are 3 and 7.

Not the best ride for all the hype and marketing. The line through the garage area is long, though theres plenty of vehicles to look at and listen to. The ride itself is a bus simulator, much like King Kong, except not as interactive or involved. Its essentially a street chase with explosions that youre in the middle of... in a bus. And it feels like it only moves in a straight line. Thats really about it. Not worth waiting more than 10 mins for, maybe.

For being based on a high speed film franchise, this is perhaps one of the slowest and least immersive rides at Universal. This is an even bigger scam considering it’s in between both Diagon Alley and Transformers, which include some of the fastest and most well themed attractions.

Since im alone,i queued in single riders lane.it took me at least 20mins to ride.honestly,this is da worst 3d ride in da park.the storyline was okay,but the ride itself was terrible.they did emphasized car chasing but da action and thrill of the ride was terrible.

It’s not bad, but I think it was the attraction I liked the least of the ones I tried at Universal Studios. It felt extremely short and there are so many things happening in front and on both sides that I felt I missed a few things.

Its insulting to park goers to consider this acceptable. Its a bad joke. Screens with bad cgi, and thats about it.

This ride is just as much fun as falling off your bicycle and skinning your knees. In a few years we may be seeing ads on TV for victim compensation if you have ever sat on this awful ride because it is a complete waste of time. Seriously avoid this at all cost. This makes the Jimmy Fallon and King Kong rides look so amazing!!

Not worth the time unfortunately.

First off, we alllll hate lines you have to wait in at amusement parks. But this line? Its a car lovers wet dream. I would leave my future wife that I have yet to find for this garage. It houses one of my favorites, the Veilside RX7. Unfortunately, my boy Han lived up to the stereotype of bad Asian drivers... RIP Han.Then comes to my second point... Where I learned about why I wouldnt leave my future wife (again, that I have yet to find) for this garage... The boys and I walked into this ride, mere friends, just trying to fill our dull minds with some below par entertainment. Thats when Dom and the crew taught us about family. To watch them jump onto helicopters and shoot a .50cal out of the back of a truck, all while fighting literal Raptors... Well, its inspiring...Those that wrote 1 star reviews... Youll never understand. The words Dom said at the end of that video will be with me forever... Resonating in my mind as I think about my new found family... Ride or die... Ride or die

Needs an upgrade. Doesn’t scream action like the movies do!

Car buffs will enjoy the displays before the ride. I liked the car chase ride.

This was the best ride in all of Universal. The ride is pure genius and there should be more rides like this in Universal. When you wait in the line you see all the props from the movies which is really cool. I really liked the trivia you could play with the app on mobile. The ride has so many references to the movies. The best part is when there were the strippers. The chase was really fun. Disaster was a bad ride all it did was bounce up and down. I’m so glad they replaced it with a ride that bounce up and down. Would ride this ride more than once it was so much fun. I liked how you ride the bus even though the movie is about cars. I really like how the ride is safe for kids because they can see the strippers.

Short ride and disappointing final result.Even though the line was really short (single ride line), it totally lacks of excitement and emotion. King Kong is way better than this one.Go and ride only if line no longer than 10 min. wait.

The music is good if youre into the beat... but thats about the only good I can say. The theming in the entrance line is weak and not up to the standard of many other rides in the park. Then the ride itself seems almost senseless. And dont get me started on the car design. If you are in one of the front rows you are looking through the glare of a unnecessary fake windshield and partition between you and the department store, dust covered manikin vehicle driver.I suppose you have to ride just so you can cross it off the list but thats about it. I certainly didnt feel the need to go back around for another ride even with an Express Pass and no wait.

I rode it twice today. It was such a meme, the ride itself was fun, its not worse than Disaster, TURN DOWN FOR WHAT played in the line, and Dwayne The Rock Johnson was a character. The best part was near the beginning in the second actor room, the girl asked us if we were ready to party even though it was only 11:00 a.m. and everyone cheered, I said YAY! DAY DRINKING! and some people laughed. Made me feel special.But I didnt like how some of the holograms BOUNCED when the car lifted into the scene to stop the FBI guy. At first I wasnt crazy for the CGI part later in the ride, but in the end, its not like they probably had the time to film something like that with the actual actors. All in all a great waste of 5 minutes when youre bored. :)But seriously, dont take your epileptic friends on the ride like, theyll be dead before the ride even starts.

Sorry, but this ride was really dull. The script and dialogue for the actors is flat and they really dont seem to be enjoying it. The best part was the cast members during the line queue, their improved/scripted responses to the videos were hilarious.

Possibly worst ride I’ve ever been on. The queue is long, the ride is slow and boring. Graphics are pretty good in terms of the action scenes, but your bus doesn’t even move throughout the whole action sequence and even for the big jump at the end, there’s no tilt/bounce from your vehicle. Avoid!King Kong is very similar but so much better than this, as you actually move and get shaken around a little.

This ride, if you can call it that....is a travesty. It is genuinely a worse ride, than my grandmother irma....who is dead. Genuinely....If you want a similar ride that is actually good...go on Kong. If you want to enjoy a laughably awful ride this is for you.

The ride was boring. I thought it was going to be like riding in the cars but its just like a train with a few things that make you feel like you on a ride that just shakes a few times.

Terrible, like a bumpy bus ride with poor quality movie going on around it. Might be better if youre on the first bus, but the second bus struggles to see half the action anyway!

So I thought King Kong sucked but Fast and Furious is way worse! They had an opportunity to make a test track like ride or a high speed coaster or even another Spiderman/transformer simulation ride. But no they made the worst ride I have ever seen at universal in 18 years of visiting. Do not waste your time with this one. At least there were cool cars.

Just visited Universal Studios Florida for a family vacation. Rode F&F. Big disappointment. Hope they replace this one pronto. Spend time on line instead for King Kong Skull Mountain.

If you consider riding a bus, and watching a movie, to be two exhilerating activities, youll love this ride because you get to watch a movie while on a bus.

Dont listen to the other reviews, I actually loved the ride unlike the other reviews. Could it hurt just to add a few minutes to the ride to make the story feel complete. After all, you have a hookup to one of the biggest movie producers.

What a terrible ride! This is another ride with a virtual queue system that makes no sense. There doesnt seem to be a point to it. The story line isnt good and the motion simulator effect is pretty poor. The screen is too small and you see the edges of it the whole time, so the effect is ruined. I would recommend that people skip this ride on their trip. It actually put me in a mood and it took some time to cheer back up.

This ride seems like they had leftover buses from the Kong ride and needed something to do with them. Such a waste of space. Without a doubt the worst ride at Universal. The wait for the ride is long and you go from room to room with no idea when you are actually getting to the ride. I was actually shocked at how pathetically bad the ride experience was. DO NOT ride this ride. It isnt even worth it to relax from the heat. Just go in a gift store and you will have more fun.

The earthquake ride was so much better. Do not waste your time. I absolutely love the Harry Potter portion of the park, but this ride makes me not want to come back.

High-octane Adrenaline pumping ride.

More fun getting the bus to work than getting on this party bus....express pass gets you no where near the front of the queue on this ride and the warm up to the ride is dull unless you like some pretty average looking cars. 50 minutes to get through on express pass and a real let down in an otherwise great park. Avoid.

Worst game ever. There is a virtual line, thats supposed to be faster than the stand-by line, but it took us the same time.

This is by far the worst attraction of Universal Studios. Even the kids attractions are better. You need to be a huge fan of the Fast and Furious franchise to lie to yourself and say this is any good. Like another person here said: Look the cars and stuff, and get out. Dont waste your time with the ride. Its not Fast, and its not Furious.

I wish there was a way to give this 0 stars. The parks are great, but this ride is the absolute worst. Seriously, knock it down. I liked the 30 year old E.T ride better for its nostalgia. I would have rather sat in my car in the parking lot for 2 minutes - it wouldve been more exciting.

Highly disappointed. We are annual pass holders. We had been waiting for this ride with great anticipation. We are big fans of Fast and Furious movie franchise. Expected more. Some kind of motion ride like Transformer would have been much better. Cue was best part of ride.

For a ride themed after a movie about drag racing, high performance cars, etc, this was a huge letdown. I was super excited to go on this ride thinking it would be.....well....fast and furious. It ended up being slow and timid with very poor graphics. First, who in their right mind decided a party bus would be a suitable vehicle for a Fast and Furious ride. Plain silly for a movie about high performance cars. We sat in the front row and all I could focus on were the side panels of the chute the bus was sittting in that showed up in front of us. Its like the bus didnt move up far enough to immerse the audience in the action. So instead of feeling like we were moving, you could easily see we were not. Totally killed the entire experience. The graphics looked very poorly rendered as well. The characters looked like cartoon versions of themselves. The garage area was cool and a lot of work had went into making the ride line area look nice. Otherwise, was a total waste of time.

The only positive thing about this ride is the cool cars you get to see during the ride queue and in the gift shop. The ride itself is terrible, waited for 45 minutes for garbage. Wouldnt even go on it again if the wait time was 5 minutes or less!!Dont waste your time.

Easily the worse ride on property. Feels like a cash grab. The plot makes no sense (but does for in with the series) but whats inexcusable is how badly the exicution is. Lips are out of sync. Its painfully obvious where the screens end and that you arent moving. Walk through the que and then leave. Hes how dead it was in there

I wish I could rate this a 0, it makes the Jimmy Falon ride look above average, its comically bad. You get put in this hard to follow garbage plot and inside a jerky-no-seatbelt party bus with abrupt stops that could easily injure someone if they arent in a position to hold out their arms. The ride is full of awful CGI earbursting sound effects and an climax that ends as abruptly as your confidence in the ride being an enjoyable experience. Its a wonder how universal went from the amazing subway flooding simulator to this.

Possibly the worst attraction universal has ever added. Awful story, and you’re just looking at screens the entire time. Nothing thrilling or fast about it.

If I could I would give it a big fat 0 stars. Cgi was terrible, like tbh I would rather pay 2.70 for a N.J. Transit bus ride they are more entertaining. Avoid this waste of time.

Um...Bad? Not the word to use...Terrible? Not the word to use...TORTURE!!! That’s it!Whoever thought it was a good idea to copy the Kong Skull Island ride, skin with Fast & Furious cutting and pasting a bad plot is getting paid TOO much $$$. This setup was hastily put together. Close the ride!- Invest in writers that know how to create a script. The plot line was all over the place. The Universal staff had better lines.- Hire a ride designer with an imagination. The exhibit layout was non-impressive. The bus should be made to hold less people. Your perspective is off. No more the 4 per town and 8 ppl max per bus.- A few good cars, however they could have had community street mod riders do better.Let the actors redeem themselves with a ride that better reflects the franchise.As it was close to park closing, I’m glad I didn’t wait in line for this!

Would give this a zero stars if i could. Not worth standing in line horrible. Sad thing is transformers, spiderman is older and they out do this 2018-19 ride.

Rude staff member disrespectful to my family. Was told by another member of staff to proceed and was then shouted at by a female member of staff whi said we shouldnt have move. When I tried to explain we were told to move she began to argue with me and was rude to my wife. I suggest some staff training for this person. Very poor attitute

What an awful ride. The line queue is better than the ride. Dont waste your time unless the line is less than 5 minutes. Also if you sit anywhere in the middle of the bus you cant see anything. Sit on the sides

It hurts to say as a fan of this franchise, this ride is a complete dumpster fire. The real disaster here was getting rid of disaster for this thing. The CGI is terrible, the storyline is nonsense, and the ride abruptly ends with no real explanation. It’s like King Kong but so much worse. if you bring your family here on vacation avoid this ride! trust the reviews on here, it’s not worth your time.

Thank goodness for Express Pass. If I had to wait longer than 15 minutes to ride this I would have been so mad. It’s a good idea for a Universal ride but poorly executed. Disappointed
