The park was clean (pet owners are starting to actually clean up after their 4-legged friends here) and not overcrowded. Residual -1 star for the shape it was in during my previous Bonneville soiree. Second -1 is for the complete lack of temporary toilets to backup the closed facilities.

Of all the Orem City parks, this ones my favorite. You couldnt ask for a much nicer setting. Its surrounded by spectacular mountains. The only real downside to this park is but its close to a very well-used Highway that can get a little noisy at times.I commend the park workers for maintaining this park as well as they do. I used to work for the City of Orem as a park worker myself. Those people are working out in the elements day in and day out. Please feel free to thank them for their efforts when you see them. For your information the park time worked at most of the time was Nielsens Grove but I worked at this one occasionally too.

Here on the last days of Summer with a Spectacular view of surrounding mountains.Very very nice park with multiple gazebos picnic tables and BBQ grills, beautiful green grass with scattered trees all around and a very nice sidewalk that goes around the park for an evening stroll, this park is very well maintained right next to the park is the provo river, but you cant really see it as it hides downhill from your view, there is also access to the provo river bike road and if you hike up hill next to the parking lot you will find another dirt road than can be used for hiking or bike riding.

Stopped to check the view and make pit stop after visiting Bridal Veil Falls. The facilities were very clean and welcoming, a lot of familys enjoying the picnic/pavilion areas. The wild flower and landscaping were very beautiful and well maintained.Wish I had more time to explore everywhere in that area, and very glad I stopped

Nice park for a picnic, stop along the Provo canyon hiking and biking trail, or access to the Provo River. We saw lots of people playing, fishing, and floating the river. We found shade for a picnic at the end of our bike ride. Plenty of parking, even on a holiday, clean bathrooms with flush toilets and soap. Large Bowery for groups.

This is a lovely park with nice picnic tables and trails. There seems to be plenty of parking in the evenings. Its a great place to escape the heat of the valley during the summer! It also has very well kept grassy areas and a little events center in the middle that you can rent. Its a pretty great setup. You can tell the park is very well maintained and its really a treat during autumn with the colors changing.

Great place to access beginner to advanced biking trails. Beginners work on Bear Necessities, good mix of climbing and downhill and turns. Bee line takes you up to the top which has more advanced single track. The park is also a great place to access the Provo river trail. It goes alongside the Provo river and is beautiful. Not steep so it’s perfect for families. At the park there is grass and picnic tables for public use.Love this gem in Provo Canyon that is really family friendly and easy to access!

This is a very nice, clean park. My family goes here for picnics often. I noticed, though, that they had people working on Independence day, spraying some sort of pesticide or fertilizer. I thought yhat was a bad choice because, first of all, its Independence Day, and they deserve the day off. Im sure that one day without maintenance wouldnt ruin anything. It seems the most theyd need to do is empty trash. Second, with so many families and children running around it seems like a bad idea to be spraying and potentially exposing everyone to possibly harmful chemicals.

Beautiful park just up Provo canyon with many pavilions(complete with outlets) perfect for any size gathering. There are large, grassy areas which are great for lawn games or picnics. The park is farther away from the river than some of the other options which is good for groups with young children who could more easily wander off. The views in the park of the surrounding mountains are spectacular. I love going to Timpanogos Park.

Frustrating that the dog park is still closed and there is no way of knowing when it will be open again. There are no signs and no information online regarding a reopening, just locks on the gate. For some of us, this is the only place in the area to take our dogs for a free run.

Picnic tables, open grassy spaces, trees, a stream runs through it and you can hop on the Provo trail. Just a small jog from town yet you get to feel like youve left it all behind. Great for when you dont have time to travel up the canyon yet want to reconnect with nature.

The view is definitely beautiful and I love how quiet it was (when I was there atleast). The con in my opinion is that the dog park is kind of underwhelming. Now I spoil my dogs so I could be a little unfair but I didnt like that its full of gravel and the snake sign scared me lol. Im just giving this review based on the accommodation to my dogs and I think it could be better.

The park has a lot of sections that makes it feel that you have a little privacy and your own large area of grass to play on. Bike trails are fun too. I only found one bathroom, and it was very dirty, in disrepair, and disappointing. Park overall was beautiful and pleasant.

The park itself is beautiful, but the dog park is disgusting and so sub-standard. On a hill. Filled with rocks. No shade except a little area for owners to sit. And the two times I tried to go, MEAN dogs. Why owners bring aggressive dogs to the park (and know it--one owner even had gloves on lol) is just crazy. Never will I go back, except to walk my dog in the park on leash. What a shame.
