Absolutely the worst customer service experience. These guys lack common sense and are just like robots, they should not be working there, they are awful in the way they speak. I met this representative who spoke like an automated person, spoke very fast and obviously did not get any form of proper training and she was just in a hurry to finish the conversation. Rachael Gomez is the same, she was just quick to finish the conversation after calling me three hours after I called her. And she also sound disinterested, and also wanted to hang up quickly, worst customer service. Would not recommend that place to anyone. I am only giving one star so I can post the review; but you deserve nothing.

Great to reserve parks or buildings on parks. I have also gotten swim classes for the summer for kids here. Great people very nice and friendly.

The ladies at the front dest are always so friendly and helpful. Renting Grijalva park last summer was great for our event and pain-free processing everything. Only suggestion would be to have access to bigger trash cans for after party/event clean up.
