They got us right in and within minutes of buying our tickets we were up in the air. Great views and the pilot loops back so people can get great pictures on both sides of the helicopter. Definitely would do again.

The staff was super friendly! Felt super safe even though Iam terrified of heights. And was well worth the money. The pilot went over the falls a few times at different angles. To the guy who left a bad review bc of the noise.....its a helicopter. Lol Would you prefer them shut the engine off mid air? Overall great experience. Would highly recommend!!

Overall a good ride, has a good view of the falls and nearby areas.There are few things I highlighted to the staff after my ride yesterday and want to bring this up here :1. Staff (except the person in the billing counter) is not professional, They are in a hurry and they want to just get it done as soon as possible. They did not give us time to settle down, buckle up the seat belts or hearing protection. I would be happy if pilot explained the passengers during the flight.2. According to the notification on their website, the helicopter is sanitized after every ride due to COVID-19. I did not see it happening consistently so I would suggest others to ensure that the helicopter is sanitized before boarding.3. They have some strict rules about the photography, ensure that you clarify about it if having a good photograph is one of your main priorities.

Ignore the low score evaluation a few years ago. Everything was very good, the staff and the driver were very friendly.The staff also helped you take pictures with the helicopter after the trip.There were not too many people on the day you could start the trip right away, no need to make a reservation.BTW the view was amazing.

Great experience, professional staff, reasonable pricing.Riding in the chopper was soooooo cool. They took us around pretty much every single angle of the falls and we got some amazing images and video. The ride was smooth and I felt very secure. The chopper seemed like it was in really good shape.The staff were super professional. They weigh you before you go up so they know where to place you in the craft. They have a team of guys that give you the run down of how things will work before you get on and you can tell they all follow proper procedure for safety. They were friendly and very professional.The pricing for going up is $125/adult and $100 per kid 40in to 50in. That seems like a lot however running a business like this cannot be cheap. The cost of fuel and insurance alone is probably astronomical. Also, you get to take as many images and videos as you want while youre up there and those are shots you wont get anywhere else. Definitely worth it.

Great place to fly....your in the air for about 10mins but it does feel like forever...

Worth it. If you come to the falls and dont take a ride in a copter, you are gonna miss out on a awesome experience.

This is the best possible way to see niagra from the Ariel View. They are located close to the rainbow bridge and they charge 120 cash and 125$ for CC. It last almost 6 to 8 mins approximately..

What an awesome experience! Takes you right over the falls! Breathtaking

The location is really easy - just at the crossing — rainbow bridge. The staff are really pleasant, cheerful and helpful.The trip is 8-10mims which is shorter than the trips on the Canadian side and it is more expensive but when you add the cost of getting to the other places and the time t takes to get to the falls themselves you actually spend at least as much time over the Falls than the other places. The ride itself is awesome - a bucket list experience where you get a totally different perspective than when you are on the ground.Fully recommend

Nice place for helicopter rides and a must visit place, very near and walkable from Niagara Falls. The height and weight of every individual is checked before issuing the ticket. Ride is good to view the horse shoe. The ride length is 20 minutes or so.

Horrible experience.. my family and I wasn’t able toget on the helicopter. For myself and my daughter (under 11) I was quoted a price of 250.00.. No thank you. I feel I wasn’t quoted the correct price.. lying losers

Good experience but a little too expensive and not really much room, couldn’t even take a good pictures sitting 1 inch next to the pilot. Helicopter looks big but not as big as looks inside, too tight.

Last summer I hired Falls Wedding to organize my wedding. They used Rainbow Air for our helicopter ride over the Falls. My husband(now) and I went up in the helicopter with the minister and pilot. It was the coolest thing to say our vows while above Niagara Falls.The staff was really great and the views were awesome. This is a must do for anyone visiting Niagara.

We had the best experience. The pilot was very friendly. My fiancee is terrified of flying and heights and the pilot had a blast with him. It made for an awesome flight. We got to see both falls, got to take some awesome photos. It was awesome sitting up front had the best view. Would absolutely do this again and highly recommend to any visitor of Niagara Falls in NY.

Great amazing experience

I’m sure most would agree that touring the Niagara Falls area on the ground is great, but doing it from the air is spectacular. The staff and pilot were very friendly and knowledgeable. You get safe flying while site seeing from the air, folks it don’t get better than that.

I had always wanted to ride in a helicopter, and yesterday (Oct. 7, 2017), I did.Everyone at Rainbow Air was fantastic!! The ride was wonderful, the pilot was great, and the view was amazing! We were not allowed to take photos. I would consider that as a bad experience. The helicopter ride is like a once-in-a-lifetime event for many people who come from far distances and having a memorable photo with helicopter is something everyone prefers. I was told to wait and waited for about 45 minutes to take pictures of my kids. Finally my kids came after finishing their trip and when I asked the associate and I was told that there was no room on the helipad to take pictures. In the canada side, we were allowed to take pictures with the helicopter and they were much nicer.

This was a horrible experience. They told us it would be a 20 minute wait as the helicopter had to cool down as had just come back from a flight but after 5 minutes they said come up as there was a storm coming in and we would be the last ride. They told us a 10 minute ride but it was only 8 minutes, I guess cause we were a last minute rush to fit in before the storm. Pilot didnt speak to us and had the propellers running before we got on board and when we got off. So terrified as by father is tall and was scared he would hit his head on the propellers. They crammed my 70 year old father into the back instead of even suggesting him sit in the front where there would have been more room. His leg was jammed the whole ride and he was in excruciating pain the whole ride and was shivering from the pain and could not enjoy the views. He had to get one of the staff to unjam his leg to even get off the helicopter. This was a birthday treat from my Dad. Wish I had done something else for him as this was not worth the $110 each I paid. Went in a helicopter before in Miami and had the complete opposite experience. Would not recommend this ride to anyone if first time going in a helicopter as it would not give you the experience of the beauty of what a helicopter ride really should be.

Its really all about the people. The staff, primarily the woman who helped us at the main check in, (I cant remember her name), stored our luggage, and was truly a believer in customer service. Flying over Niagra with my kids was a decision that required a little extra thought. I could sense the years of experience this company exuded. We have great video and of course, memories.

If you travel to Niagara Falls and you have the budget, helicopter tour is a must to experience the Birdseye view of the grand falls. We paid by cash, which costs $110 per person. There could be a long waiting time depends on the timing. Rainbow Air Inc has two helicopters, each helicopter can fit in 4 people and each tour takes about 10 mins.

The worst helicopter tour ever! There staff are extremely unfriendly and rude. All bad experience at the ticket booth, boarding deck and in the air. Their helicopter is very small compared to others. the flight is less than 7 minutes, but overpriced at $150. you dont even have enough time to take pictures in the air. Stay avoid from this company, go to the Canadian side if you want a better helicopter tour!

This is a MUST DO if you are in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. You will not be disappointed.
