Is a good place to enjoy if you are staying for more than two days in Niagara Falls. The place is excellent for Kids, but adults can also enjoy some attractions.I gave them 3 starts, because We had a bonus from our hotel with 4 free attractions and the option of pay $10 dollars for the 7 attractions as you could see in the pictures... at the end they cover us $10 for the FREE 4 ATRACTTIONS, so is better do not offer bonus if at the end you will cover the same for other!

Its a fun time with a variety of games to play. Good for young ones and older couples. Great place to kill time and have some fun memories.

Surreal experience. It was absolutely dead, and some of the games werent even turned on, but fascinating to see a place that at one point would have been absolutely packed with kids.

Everything was fun excellent employees and pretty funny ones too. The Attractions were great with my son. Some arcade machines weren’t starting but every time a employee fixed it for me which is good for me and my son. This place is good and I think about coming back when I have time again.

This is a complete scam and total rip off. We had a voucher for 4 free attractions from our hotel (keep in mind you still have to pay $10+tax per person). We did the haunted house and torture chamber first. Half of the scares were missing, we were basically just walking down a dark hallway, and it took a total of 5 minutes to complete both. Amateur and disappointing, a total cash grab. We moved onto the mirror maze, which is a weird room of broken and fingerprinted mirrors. You just follow the path and youre out in 3 minutes. We tried black light mini golf as we paid $24 for these free attractions and it was a snore. The fun zone is is the basement of the hotel and is sad and depressing. Embarrassing. Might be good for young kids but if youre an adult, SKIP IT. RIP UP THE COUPONS AND SAVE YOURSELF $.

Heres howbitnworks if you voucher you still pay 10 bucks oet person. Staff is generally nice but very young. Upstairs the mirror maze is great with young children. I went downstairs to the screem tunnels they are also fun ran into a young Asian staff member witha camouflage facee max he was very ride. There was nother young man there watching over the scream tunnels and asked the young man with the camouflage face mask to help with the laser tag and he said bluntley he didnt wanna do it. He went ahead and ingnored me and 5 other people there waiting. When i asked his name he qouldnt give it to me and i comained to lady Upstairs and left upset my 5 year old cried because she wanted to do the laser tag.

Shipwreck glow golf was great! Lots of games and other attractions inside too and very friendly staff.

We went in a few weeks back for glow in the dark mini golf. There was a large random brick in the middle of the course that was not glow in the dark, so I was unable to see it. I walked right into it and shattered my toenail. I moved the brick to the side so no one else would trip and get hurt. When I told the front desk about the brick, she blankly stared at me and said “thanks for letting me know”. Not once did she apologize for the safety hazard, or ask me if I was okay or if I got injured. Even when I asked for a bandaid, she just handed me one. Unsafe environment and zero customer service! I would NEVER go back and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.UPDATE: I called in to speak with the manager a few days later but she wasn’t there. I was asked for my contact information so that Gretta (the manager) could follow up with me. STILL waiting on that call, Gretta. Awful place and clearly, poor management.

The fun zone was really enjoyable for my kids, and the staff were very helpful. However, a lot of the games do not work, or the tickets dont come out, which means spending a lot of time finding staff to help, which is a bit frustrating.

We had a very upsetting experience at this place. Our hotel gave us a coupon and we decided to go with our 4.5 yo. First, no matter you have a coupon, the price is 37 cad for three, which is not so little.Next, at the entrance the staff asked us to put on disposal gloves due to safety issues, which is ok but no kids sizes available( However, when we entered the zone, NOBODY was actually wearing those gloves, but they were everywhere on the floor. Even at the mirror maze, we saw few pairs of gloves and disposable masks on the floor. What a sad sad story for our environment..

It was okay for games working and available but needs better prizes.

Charged us $10 for entry even though we had vouchers for free entry from our hotel. All bathrooms were locked, forcing us to exit and walk to our hotel next door to use the bathroom (even there, most were closed/locked). Haunted houses were unstaffed, with spaces for monsters/score in costume left empty. We had asked about the haunted houses and specifically came for that reason, but the staff never told us that they were not manned. 1/10, would not return nor recommend

Fun places! I had a coupon from the hotel so I and my wife spent some time in four games: Maze of Mirrors, Razer Tag, Haunted Hall Way, Mini Golf. We had a good time in the games!

Quite rundown. Half the games dont work, the other half dont give you the tickets and you have to find a staff member to help you get them.

Biggest Scam AttractionLow Season, Big ScamWe got the attraction pass as part of out hotel package...teeny tiny fine print....$10 attraction fee per person 2 yrs and older....No Coins included like at Captain Jacks....We lost coins on machines not plugged in, skeeball balls werent released and coins didnt work and wouldnt get returned, tickets werent released and it just got awkward reporting all the problems.... HIGHLY DISCOURAGE GOING HERE ....

It was pretty expensive to me haha but it was amazing!! My little siblings have always wanted to go here and it was worth the money seeing how much fun they had!! The black hole was our favourite part of it all!!

I showed them the groupon that said it was free...which they said it was in the fine print...I pulled up the fine print and what do you know? Nothing about a facility fee!!!!THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!

I had so much fun here! It was so captivating and I highly recommend this for all ages. The only doubt was that it looked a tiny bit old and in need of a spruce up and the extras were fun but were a waste because they were so quick.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Absolutely worst place I’ve ever gone that was meant to be “fun”, hence the name “fun zone”. Complete lies. We got a Groupon for a hotel that came with lots of restaurant coupons and a couple entertainment activities coupons as well. So we came here to give it a try. It came with 7 attractions “free” except we had to pay a $10 admission per person. The mirror maze was decent. Easy and quick but still fun. Next we tried a haunted house but it was so dark I couldn’t even see where I was stepping. We walked out of the “chicken door” because of how annoying it was bumping into thinks of being guided by the holding the wall. After that we tried laser tag. When we went in to try playing my gun didn’t work so we walked out. Very disappointing. We went to try and ask if we could replace the rest of the activities with a virtual reality session and they declined. When we asked if we could have a refund since we basically did one activity fully but they declined so we walked out. Terrible customer service. Rude. Just don’t waste your time.

We felt SCAMMED at this place!Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. We got a groupon for this (paid online), but when we got there to redeem our groupon they asked us for “Facility Fee” which wasn’t mentioned when we bought the coupon, and figured that it was hidden in fine print somewhere in an email AFTER we bought our groupon! During the payment, the lady (mostly manager) at the desk just pulled up her machine put the amount in - took our credit card and tapped it (everything just so quick) without our consent! It was the worst thing ever. The staff was just so unfriendly; I wouldn’t go back or recommend it to anyone!

Was pretty fun, only thing was some machines were broken and took your coins, but the staff got that working again and even gave us some extra tokens and tickets. The mini putt is a little unorganized, but overall fairly good arcade and fun zone, though Clifton Hill arcades are better.

It was suppose to be free with coupons from hotel but there is a 10$ fee per person which was dissappointing as that cost isnt even worth it. The mini putt needs serious updating and maintaince, both haunted house barely had anything working (might be good during Halloween as they had lost of areas for live people to interact and scare you) the mirror maze was ok the best part was laser tag which was fun.

Got discounted tickets to play mini putt, haunted house, laser tag and so on. Close to hotel and therefore dont need to get to Clifton hill to play similar games. It is good to spend few hours for family with young kids.

Really dislike this place. VERY VERY SMALL!Bought a package that I thought was fun but was a dud. MINI Putt was literally a mini Putt had like 7 holes and was all 2 strokes and the size of a small Bachelor apt.

Lots of fun games to play. But like any arcade there are lots of games out of order or take your money and dont work. Good luck trying to find someone to fix it.

My boyfriend and I went here because we got a coupon from our hotel. it wasnt too busy so it was nice, pretty clean place. The mirror maze was fun and the haunted houses actually scared us. Mini putt was decent as well. I dont think we would go without a coupon though.

Broken Machines. Several machines took tokens but did not give credit. Waste of money.

So we went here just for the arcade and so many issue- the machines are constantly eating tokens and not working. And the scummiest thing- each ticket is worth 2 tickets so really you get half as many as standard.Plus everything is so expensive at redemption. We gave our tickets to a kid and left empty handed as our options for 800 (but really 400) tix were a cheap plastic slinky or a small fish covered in sequins. The most expensive options — 10000 points plus were the small stuffed animals that would be 800 at most arcades...$20 cad for 70 tokens is alright- most games were 3 so we got a good 45-60 mins of play. Just don’t expect to redeem for anything worthwhile and nite where the staff to fix machines are- you’ll need them a lot!The midway in Clifton Hill is the place to go in Niagara Falls...

Fun for the most part. I asked for coins and was given many more than what was paid for. The staff are responsive if machines dont work which was good because there were several games where the coins would not register and pass through to the reject tray, and other games that would accept coins only to not be registered as paid. The mirror maze was fun, it was challenging to find the way out. The first door you come to on the left is the fire exit! All told the kids had a great time.

We visited the Four Points Sheraton Hotel Thursday-Saturday the first week of May. Included with our stay was a free Fun Zone pass. What we did not know was that there was a $10/person fee that had to be paid in order to redeem the passes. So our free passes were actually $30. The staff in the Fun Zone were all extremely uninterested in interacting with guests. We had to wait for the laser tag employees to be done playing their arcade basketball game before we could gain access to the facility. It seemed as though all of the staff were preoccupied with their own fun & games to assist any of the frustrated guests of the Fun Zone. There were many broken or malfunctioning games that ate our tokens or failed to distribute winning tickets. Again, when issues were brought to employees attention it seemed as though we were interrupting the employees fun.We ended up only participating in 2 of the 6 activities included in the pass because we were so frustrated by the lack of service that we decided to cut our losses & leave. If giving zero stars were a possibility, it would still be being too generous.

We used to go here quite often.... havent been in about a year and apparently new owners took over a few months back. Disappointing changes since. Claw machines are not filled, games are broken down and not repaired. Elevator is not in service so not wheelchair accessible. Overall cleanliness has gone downhill and there are now hidden fees and charges that were not there before. Has become nothing more than a tourist trap and its very disappointing. We will not be returning

Honestly i really liked this place and its good for kids 9 to 10Not for younger kids.The staff and the facility is not secure for children, younger children ages from 2 to 7 its scary cause doors open, and so many other doors that are open.. kids can easily get lost.. and or even worse... when you lose a kid...the staff you find and ask for help they use intercom, that might work for a 11 or 15 year old but younger kids wouldnt know where the front desk is .... really not the best way to contain our children for thought of safty for them... they need gates at the only exit. And stamp the parents and children with the same stamp.. to identify if that kid came with you... if im paying fees coming into that place for my kids... i expect better precautions for the little ones... ill give you 2 stars cause the place is fun but the amount of doors and exits their is... your little can vanish quick....

Place was really quiet when we went and also a few tokens from the hotel which was nice. A good variety of games but some were broken. Lots of things to do here. Maze and fun house was quite nice. A guy working downstairs near the mini putt was super nice but another staff upstairs was very grouchy and very rude when my son was picking some toys. Overall a good place though.

Given the cost of everything in the area, this was well worth the price of the multi-discount. They have a variety of activities to keep the family entertained. There are 2 indoor haunted houses, miniature golf, a variety of video / arcade games and a snack bar. For my wife and I, it was a nice break from walking around town while my son played. There are also several restaurants nearby. We did this closer to the end of the day before heading to the hotel.

Don’t waste your money! We went thinking it would be a fun activity for our family. We bought a groupon for $40 thinking that it would be a good deal. Upon arrival they asked us for another $40 to get in. Ultimately we paid $80 for a couple of hours entertainment. The laser quest was good but everything else was dated, cheesy and dirty. The entire place smelled bad and there wasn’t a lot of good games. It may have been worth $40 for the day but certainly not $80. Beware.

It looks like a small place from the outside, but was surprisingly huge inside. My family had a great time. We went into the mirror maze, the fun house and we played laser tag and glow in the dark mini golf. It was so much fun. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was so fun. It was the one of the most clean places Ive been to to. The mirror maze is fun and surprisingly challenging. The two laser tag arenas are really fun, good quality laser tag. The mini golf is awesome. The two haunted houses were so good. The jumpscares were really good. The worst thing there was the fun house, and even for younger kids would not be to fun. Also we got unlimited access to all the attractions for only 10 dollars because we came on a Friday. Such a good deal and was super fun. Definitely worth a visit

We had passed through here the staff was poor and not happy to be there the games are lot of money and when you did play and win it would short you on tickets. Not worth your time. Unless they hired better staff sence our stay. Were not saying dont go but maybe look around before you buy passes. But the mirror maze was amazing, well kept, clean and lots of fun. So one star for maze and nothing more

Fun Zone was a place that I never expected to be great. I have been to a few arcade places before and this is one of the best arcades that tops my list. After watching the falls, my family and I went here to check the place out. Had so much fun here. I will most likely recommend this place to my friends.

A lot of arcade games and fun things to do. Only thing that i dont like is they 10$ entrance fee. I think thats why it was empty.

The whole gang had a great time here. There were a lot things to do here that the whole family or friends could really enjoy. One of the best part here was the Lazer tag. Very exhilarating and its also my favorite. Worth going back here again if I am able.

Fun little arcade, sometimes alot of the machine are busted but who cares you get okay games and pretend to be a kid and they are open late so go have fun.

We went as two couples on January 16 2017. There were only two employees when we got there after 11:30pm. The two men that closed were so nice and friendly. They made our experience fun and exciting. We will definitely go back with more friends! Thanks guys

Weve been to this place 2-3 years ago but since we had free couples for 3 activities at this place, we decided to spend some time at this place not knowing about the update. After renovation, their haunted house is ABSOLUTELY one of the most terrifying attraction in the area. It was 8-10 times more terrifying than their previous haunted house. You definitely check out their haunted house if you visit Niagara.

It has been a long time since I had so much fun in a place like this one. The activities here were really enjoyable especially when you are with friends or family. Though I was here only once, I still hope to be able to visit this place again soon!

Their advertising is very deceptive. We received coupons for 4 free attractions with the proviso we paid a $10 facility fee. So be it. Then we found out we had to pay an additional amount per person. The total was going to come to $15 per person. The staff was rude and unhelpful in explaining this. My family and I left and went to Clifton Hills. Nothing free about this place! What a rip off!

First time to be here and we had fun time with my family. Well, I have been to other places before this one but I find this one memorable. Lots of things to do and each activity is enjoyable. Not sure when we will be back I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great experience! The Super 8 gave us a coupon for a free mirror maze experience. So we did that and played a few games while there.The machines are so modern!Maddie was very understanding about our daughter at the counter and went the extra mile which blew us away!Thank you Maddie for making our experience great!

I love the horror house and lazer tag! They were the most exciting part of Fun Zone and I had a really great time with friends. It has been awhile since I had been this happy with going to such a place. Truly a memorable experience indeed.

Ok. First off. The games keep breaking. For a newish place, the maintenance sucks. Secondly the layout is awful. Finally, the price here is a total scam. They charge you a building usage fee, per person. You are better off to drive to Dave and Busters in Toronto and drive back than coming here.

It has been a long time since I had so much fun! The activities here are great for families and friends. Definitely worth visiting this place if you havent been here yet.

This amusement centre or as it is called, Fun Zone is a bit odd as there are too many features that the facility wants to advertise. There are arcade games and sport games that are primarily featured but also a mirror maze, a small putting course, and I believe also a laser tag attraction. Also of their features are individually okay. The facility does not look to appealing and attached to a hotel with a restaurant complex. I guess an okay place to take some time off the casino floors and other attractions Niagara Falls has to offer.

My gf and I purchased the fun pass offering 7 attractions for a low price of $25. 2/7 were out of order, but we werent offered any compensation for it. Laser tag was empty and they just throw you in there instead of scheduling games to fill up the arena. The other attractions are extremely short.The arcade was the best part and I wish we spent our $50 on the arcade instead. Additionally, the counter staff did not seem very enthusiastic which I feel is a necessity for a fun zone. This place is fun but I recommend going and checking it out before spending your money.

Very fun for the whole family

This entire place was laid out poorly, the arcade spans 3 floors but could easily be accommodates in one floor. You need to cross through a restaurant to access different parts of the arcade. All of the games that involve balls and stuff were severely under equipped (imagine playing the basketball throwing game with 3 balls), which Im sure is a result of negligent routine maintenance and not some scam to make you get less tickets and save them two cents. Parking nearby isnt cheap, but you can park for free at the nearby casino parking if you gamble there. In the future I wouldnt go back and would go to Midway or Captain Jacks instead.

The kids love the place. We all had fun. Its been a long time since I had this much fun with the kids. Definitely a good place to bond with family.
