Saw my first Broadway show, Rocky, at this theater! LOVED it! My favorite part was when Paulie threw the turkey out the window!

The performance was amazing as always. Its so good I went to see it twice because I couldn’t get the songs out of my head. Literally one of my favorite broadway shows!! It’s a shame it’s last performance will be on June 2020.

Always love watching any show at the Winter Garden. Saw Beetlejuice which was excellent and have watched Mamma Mia in the past. Great location and excellent staging. Seats were very comfortable. We sat in row M in Orchestra with excellent views of the stage. Had a great time!

We went to see Beetlejuice the musical and it was probably the greatest musical Ive ever seen! Really thought the cast, all of them, did an amazing job. The set and all the contraptions working during the show ran smoothly as far as I could tell. The theatre itself was nice. Clean. They had bathrooms and exits upstairs and downstairs as well as a bar so you didnt have to go too far from any seat in the house.

Very good experience seeing beetle juice.Small clean comfortable theaterWe were row A upper level,, (which were great seats). I feel that anywhere row a , even the far corners, are still great seats. Plenty of legroom as well.Although there was a line to get in, it moved super fast.Show was great!

I absolutely loved it here. The acoustics are fabulous, the seats are comfortable and the show was amazing! Id definitely see another show here.

Saw School of Rock and it was great! It was my first venture into Broadway musicals and I have to say Im a fan Venue was really nice, but needs a few updates to be 5 star. The heat would be a great place to begin. Im guessing its okay for New Yorkers, but southerners may find it a bit chilly when its 11° outside. Seats are very comfortable

Loved this cozy little theater and the perfect performance of Beetlejuice! Alex Brightman was phenomenal, and the whole production was gorgeous, exciting, hilarious, and sounded wonderful. Even with all of the other options in NYC, I would go back and see this again if I could.

I had a great experience seeing Beetlejuice there. Wonderful theatre, didnt take long to get inside and seated. The only issue I had was I wish there was just a little more room in between the seats. The guy next to me was literally touching my elbows the entire show. Other than that, it was an amazing time all together.

We came here to watch Beetlejuice and was really entertained by the show as it was really funny with some great gags for young and old.The theatre itself was nice and clean we were in the stalls in ground floor.It seemed very intimate which got you more engaged with the story.The only gripe was the alcoholic drinks prices........oh my god!! 2 glasses of wine and 1 beer........60dollars!!! WOW!!!

Beautiful theater. Went to see beetlejuice there but sadly closed now. Would recommend to everyone. Its in a perfect location.

I saw this musical and I loved it! It was so funny and crazy! It’s irreverent! It made everyone laugh. It’s a small theatre. I sat all the way back, in the middle and it was perfect; didn’t miss a thing. I recommend for you to first go to the TKTS NY in Times Square to find out about the prices. Then go to the theatre. I found out that at the theatre it was always cheaper and had so many more seats choices! Watch out!

See Harry Potter and the cursed child. Gorgeous theatre

Great theater! Very friendly staff, always willing to assist and answer questions. The theater is clean and well kept. The seats are great! Plenty of leg room and comfortable. Ive been to a lot of other theaters and this is still one of my favorites!

Had a great experience but they really did dirty to Beetlejuice. Fans were out crying and selling out this theater and made no difference.

We saw our first Broadway show here!! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice!!! The show itself is absolutely amazing... Probably my new favorite .. but the theater itself is beautiful.. I dont think it is even possible to have a bad seat in the whole place.

Amazing high energy atmosphere in a beautiful theater. Great view points and a wonderful, funny staff. Food is pricey sober before you go to the show.

We sat row N seats 38 and 40. We could not see the right side of the stage. The seats were nice and comfortable. The sound was great and the atmosphere is great. The bathrooms like any of the theaters on Broadway are an issue so get there early! The balcony looks like the seats are great.

Very clean with a friendly staff. They even had a staff to manage the bathroom lines during intermission. The play was amazing too, with great acoustics, which I suppose also is important while reviewing a venue. Also, as seen in my picture I was seated pretty far on the side of the room and I didnt feel like there were scenes that I couldnt see from my angle.

This was a very nice venue. Our seats were in the mezzanine and we had a great view of the performance. Beetlejuice was very entertaining. I would recommend the show and the theater.

Well, for the show, firstly! Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice! Secondly, the theater itself - a lovely Broadway venue. Finally, friendliness and professionalism of staff - very accommodating.

Easy to see right off of Broadway servicing Time Square and the adjoining areas of Manhattan. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Parking lot is nearby. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Credit cards accepted. Great for Musical performances. We will most likely be going back.

Lovely theater, very long queue at the time we arrived. However, we got into the theater quickly and there were many people to guide us to the correct seats. Beetlejuice was a great musical and used every bit of the stage to its max. Well worth going to.

Kicked beetlejuice off of broadway not good would not recommend.

This theater venue is really nice. The ushering staff was great and in character. The seats were comfortable and you didnt feel like you were sitting on top of the person next to you. The show itself was AMAZING and visually pleasing! They did a really good job!

It is an amazing theater! Very beautiful and very well maintained. The ceiling is breath taking it is something you dont see in modern architecture, the decorations, the chandeliers are all magnificent. It is as if you take a break from the city to go see a Broadway show and you are also transported to another time where a dry wall was not just put up and then call it a day. A time when it took time to do things and everything was decorated. I truly recommend this theater to go watch any show it is one of the best.

Great show Beetle juice. May have spelt it wrong. Sorry the show was well worth it. Very nice place cant wait to visit again soon. The ushers did a great job of keeping people off of their phones. So everyone could enjoy the experience with out distractions. Great Job!!

Very cool and cozy. Just saw Betelgeuse and it was the perfect venue for it. Great place, staff was outstanding, friendly and organized. Whole experience was absolutely fantastic! Show was wonderful BTW : )

I saw Beetlejuice here and at certain points in the show I literally did not breathe. The set was fantastic, the cast was amazing, and the music made me laugh, cry, and was stuck in my head for months. The seats are comfortable, and even right at the edge I had a good view of the stage. The bathrooms were big enough that the line moved quickly. As to be expected, drinks are very expensive.My only complaint is that this place is evicting Beetlejuice, a show thats breaking records, to make way for the music man. It just seems like they arent making good decisions here, and hopefully this fantastic show will be able to find a new home soon.

I thought that being in the balcony would make me feel like I was far from the stage but no binoculars needed! This is a beautiful and intimate venue compared to Buffalo and Rochester, New York theaters. Cant wait to go back! Beetlejuice was super, super awesome!

Beetle juice awesome Show!! Theatre is great! but the bar was insane! One drink and one water 48.00!!!! Then if you return the cup for a refill it’s discounted ... 24.00 but the bartender put the 4.00 in the tip jar! No prices posted seems they charge what they want

The young actors in this production have incredible talent. There are several ways to get cheaper tickets. One of the easiest is right around the corner before play time (As long as they arent sold out) Which they werent when we went on a Tues night during the holiday saeson.

Great theater. Even the seats in the back of the Mezzanine still feel close to the stage and you see all the details without the need of binoculars. Had a great view and felt close to the stage even from the back

I saw Beetlejuice and it was really good! Costume and plot were organized well. I found the show funny. I sat in orchestra left side of the stage, near aisle and had good view. Seats were comfortable but a little tight width wise.

Great theatrical performance, better than I expected. The cast was very funny and entertaining. The sets were amazing, every actor sang, danced and played their character very well.

Saw Beetlejuice, it was great! I was in the back of the mezzanine and could see everything. Theres also an aisle space behind the mezzanine which was really nice.

This is the second time Ive been to Winter Garden. This was to see Beetlejuice for the second time.I was VERY disappointed with the venue staff. Aside from the ushers helping us to our seats (who were very nice and helpful), everyone else was surly / bossy, did everything possible to just RUSH PEOPLE ALONG and did NOT seem to be concerned about the experience of their patrons. This was true of the bar / snack stand staff, the security at entry, and someone who appeared to be a manager / supervisor that was trying to control the bar & merch lines at the back of the hall. And that last person mentioned was downright RUDE to my daughter, who was simply trying to get a soda refill. Shes 14 and a very polite and cooperative kid, and for no reason he was almost yelling rudely at her to move closer to the snack stand. The thing was, she HAD heard him, WAS following his direction, and didnt have anywhere she could actually move.We drove close to 3 hours to attend this show, and Id expect better customer service from a Broadway venue. Theres simply no excuse for what we experienced. This experience with the venue staff would make me hesitate to see another show at this theatre again.I drove 3 hours to

Pleasant theater. Always has great shows - perhaps sough after by producers because of its central marquee location on both Broadway and 7th Ave. People always see their marquee. Even though not refurbished, comfortable enough to enjoy the show. Ive seen several Broadway shows there and cannot complain.

AMAZING! Go see Beetlejuice at the Winter Garden. Staff was super friendly, bathrooms clean and efficiently managed during intermission, and the show was remarkable. Highly recommended.

A great location. I saw Beetlejuice at this venue. The seats were comfortable, although it was very hot. The line wrapped around the building, but the staff did a great job at getting us in the doors and to our seats in time for the show. Great job!

Went to see beetlejuice and it was the most amazing show Ive seen. The lighting and set was absolutely incredible and the performance along with the songs was brilliantly hilarious. If youre ever in New York, see it.

One of the best experiences of my life. I went there to watch School of Rock and it was amazing. The staffs were reallocating people to better seats during the show. It was fantastic!

Honestly Beetlejuice was one of the best musicals Ive ever seen to date, and would gladly return before the leave the Winter Garden. The staff were friendly, I didnt have to stand outside long, and the drinks were well worth the price. (The specialty cup makes up most of the money) As long as you go to the restroom before the show starts, there is no reason to fight the crowds. Thw seats were comfortable, and the theater was cozy enough to make it all feel close and personal. Love this place so much!

I saw Beetlejuice here for my first Broadway experience. We had front row center seats, which people were warning me that they would not be good. I must say I disagree with them. It may be that way in other theaters, I do not know, but here it was great. The only problem would be that we were in the splash zone for Alex Brightmans foaming at the mouth. LOL. The staff, from the ushers, security, and concessions, were all amazing. They were so polite and helpful. Everything went so smooth in what seemed like it would be a chaotic scenario.

We saw Beetlejuice the musical here and it was a great experience. The process of getting in was simple and quick, there was a bit of a line but it moved and the process of getting in and seated was nice and simple. The hosts were very attentive in helping people find their seats and during intermission really helped with crowd control and restroom lines. We got our tickets pretty last minute so the seats werent as close as Id like for it to have been but I feel like even with as far off from the center as we were the layout was good and we could still see quite well. Also Id really like to point out the staff was extremely courteous and asking people that may have had a bit of a blocked view if they could see properly, everyone I heard them ask said that they were okay so Im not sure what would have been done if someone did have an issue but it was definitely worth mentioning that this place was on point with amazing staff and cleanliness. They wanted you to see and enjoy the show and we certainly did.

Saw Beetlejuice at the winter garden theater and it was awesome!!! I absolutely love those older theaters. Not very big so getting in and out was super easy. Only a couple of seats that would have issues seeing the stage from what I could tell. Alex Brightman was hilarious. Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the movie. Its just an all around great time and place to see a show.

We saw Beetlejuice at this theatre, I was a Beetlejuice fan back when the movie first came out and was really looking forward to this show.I was not expecting the theatre to be as amazing as it was, an absolutely beautiful theatre just as the other. roadway theaters are. They really went all out on the lighting and ambience for the show, the theatre was prepped just for Beetlejuice, phenomenal.The seats were excellent but from what I could tell there is no real bad seat in this house. The staff are great as always getting traffic moving off of the street and ensuring you find your way, program in hand. We had a celebrity in the audience this evening so the show was on and off the stage.I love the fact the theatre is situated where it is in order to allow a fast egress at the end of the evening as well.Cheers!

Small theater where every seat has a great view. Was very surprised going here for the first time. Decent space to walk around in and use the restroom. Lots of leg room in the seating. Would love to see more shows here, but I hope Beetlejuice is here for a while.

Beautiful theater which feels much larger than other theaters I’ve visited. I have to give it 3/5 stars because they made the terrible decision to remove Beetlejuice.

All of the people we encountered where wonderful. They were helpful and polite. The theater was clean and comfortable.. They show we saw was Beetlejuice. It was fabulous!

Great show ( Beetle Juice). Performers were excellent. I would recommend this show to anyone. The bathroom situation is a total mess and as well as the snack lines and people were rude.

This is a beautiful theater and a great place to see a show. The staff are very helpful. My only qualm is the fact that the seats are not banked and many views are obstructed.

We saw a great show, so the theatre is really just the place youre sitting in. But if this wasnt Broadway, theres no way wed accept the level of tattered carpet and outdated facilities. The bathrooms - there MUST be money somewhere to update something in there if establishments dealing in many less millions can afford it. It feels like the well-paying guest is indulged to have a toilet, and shouldnt expect anything else. But, still, a Broadway theatre, so if the show is great, nothing else much matters.

Omg, Beetlejuice is a must see! Im so happy I got the chance. The transition from scene to scene was very well thought out. Amazing actors and awesome costumes. It was like being in the movie. Im not a big fan of musicals but I loved it and wished I could have shared the experience with my kids. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

My family and I attended an event here recently. The building is very spacious and theres plenty of seating. We had zero issues getting in. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this establishment!

The best Broadway show Ive seen. It was awesome to set design was incredible tea house was incredible the show was incredible. Best seats were too small.

The play was great. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was the staff at the theater was a bit unorganized.

The show we went to was amazing! The actors were phenomenal the special effects top notch. The theater itself was a bit small but really the show made it worth it. Yes the food is as over priced as youd guess. It was 40$ for a bottle of water and a wine. But I didnt really expect any less. I would recommend going to this theater for a show. Its also really close to Time Square and the Rockefeller center.

The show was amazing but the treatment of guests was awful. I watched guests be seated and then during the performance they were moved. The whole debacle was caused by staff who seated the guests in the wrong seat to begin with and then ruined the show for all seated nearby.

I got late tickets to see Beatlejuice the Music. The ushers were eleated to be working and commented on peoples outfits. Everyone was helpful and enjoyable. The seats were very comfortable, not a bad seat in the house. Sound was perfectly clear, the sets were magical and grotesque in the best way. Loved my time there.

Nice theater. Almost no bad seats. Extreme back corners look like the view may be obstructed. The lines at intermission can get long, but the staff does well keeping the lines organized and flowing.

Me and my family went to see Beetlejuice. Im not a Broadway kinda guy by no means but I have to say I enjoyed it very much. All of the actors and actresses had amazing voices and told there version of the story very well. They were all very into it like it was there first time doing it which it defenitly wasnt!! Had some great comedy in it just like the movie. The effects and art were very well done also. Well done I think Ill have to try another one now!!

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!! wow, what an amazing show!! Seriously, the whole thing was so brilliant and the comedy was hilarious. The whole cast were absolutely phenomenal and I enjoyed watching them perform so much. It was just one usher that I had a problem with. She was alright to begin with as she showed us our seats and gave us our Playbills, however when I went to get up and get a few more pictures from a close but different area in the Mezzanine, she began to shout at me from the back. I had only walked into one of the balcony sections to get a closer picture of the set when she shouted “you! Yes you, get out! Now!!” And then came over to get me out. She then said “where is your seat?!” (Despite her having showed me mine not long ago) and then telling me to stay in it. She was incredibly rude to another lady by telling her to move along the row to find her seat but she kept saying “keep moving, keep moving, keep moving” in an aggressive tone. Not to mention how she also told one woman to tap the person in front of her and tell her to put her feet down?! She didn’t even tell her herself which was very strange. Thank you **LISA** the usher being so kind!

School of Rock on this stage was beautiful! This is such a spacious and grandiloquent theatre with such enthusiastic staff. It is also clean.

Theatre was absolutely amazing. Clean, well maintained, and some of the biggest seats on broadway. The show at the time was beetlejuice and it was absolutely amazing. Funny and smart. I would absolutely go again.

I love their candy, & the place is clean & well organized.However today I stopped by to pick up a gift for a friend & waited 25 minutes for them to reopen before giving up. Perhaps they are short staffed? Either way, disappointing.

This is one of the largest theaters on Broadway. We saw BeetleJuice there. If you want some fun silly entertainment with good set design and great sound effects, then see this show.The theater has cancelled this show as of the end of June. Its hard to tell if they will mine too a new theater or not. Its all about making money... Sad. Thats why 4 stars.

Came to see Beetlejuice. The show was entertaining, great effects, and our seats were awesome even from the mezzanine. We had a little trouble with an overeager usher who was very into their job, but other than that, a great experience.

Beetle Juice was so funny. It was like a comedy show the way he interacted with the audience.

Saw the play Beetlejuice tonight. Overall a good experience. You might need to account for weather if you arrive more than thirty minutes early as customers have to wait outdoors if there is not enough space in the lobby outside the auditorium. However, the seats were comfortable, staff was cordial, and I enjoyed the show. I will probably try to visit again someday.

Beetlejuice was all I wanted and more! It’s a shame it’s being evicted in June. Seats were some of the better I’ve sat in on broadway. Beautiful theatre
