Wow! What a difference from the Times Square location! It only has three windows, but the line went fast. The employees are as professional & friendly as the Times Square location. This location is inside - out of the heat, cold, or rain. And if the line is long, and you need to sit, there are tables & chairs by the entertainment stage - as long as you have someone in line with you to take turns sitting!Before we got to the window to buy tickets, Joey moved up and down the line fielding questions. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Jackie was nearby, to help if Joey didn’t have a quick answer. When we got to the window, Carol was helpful, friendly and quick. We got the tickets for the show we wanted for a price we could afford: 7th row center orchestra. Perfect.This was our first trip here, and we’ll return several times this weekend!

Great place for Broadway show tickets but dont forget to see what the Broadway last minute deal centre can offer you before buying the tickets. They have all the premium shows that fits dont sale.

I prefer this location over Times Square. They open and start selling evening tickets at 12pm. If you want to buy tickets for Friday/weekend shows, make sure to come early. Expect that there’s going to be a lineup.

I cant believe wed never gone to the Lincoln Center location for TKTS before. Its not that far, the line is a LOT less, the line is INSIDE, and you can purchase tickets for matinee & evening performance at the same time, saving you time between shows.They dont have a TKTS return line like they have in Times Square, but being able to purchase tickets in advance for the following days matinee was very convenient and worked well for us in spite of the tight timing the one day with a show we were attending that day. A lot less stressful than squeezing TKTS in between shows and hoping for the best at that time.

The best place to go and get last minutes tickets for the Broadway Shows. A lot cheaper and better seats. I strongly recommend.

Only way I’ll purchase show tickets is through the TKTS booth! Small line at 2pm here, but moved along quickly. You can’t beat paying balcony prices for center orchestra! We priced every other “discount vendor” and we got the best deal here. Staff was extremely helpful from the moment we got in line, offering to answer any questions we might have, till we completed the purchase.

Definitely worth it to line up for tickets here. I definitely recommend coming here vs. the Times Square location. Shorter lineup, and you get to wait indoors instead of out in the heat, or cold, or whatever!

This place is great. You can see the schedule for shows at Lincoln Center in addition to seeing various shows and independent films. It is a great venue that you will truly appreciate and I highly recommend getting the catalog to see the calendar of events and programs. The prices are also very reasonable for New York.

Great that you can get next-day matinee here. Arrive early, or bring something to keep you occupied, as the wait whilst waiting outside (or inside, for that matter) is long and there is little to occupy your attention. Even once inside, the wait can exceed 30 minutes. The TKTS attendants are friendly and helpful -- ask them about the available shows or their recommendations.

Beware of “dynamic pricing“I was visiting from Florida and plan on using TKTS as I always do (being a native New Yorker).I went to the Lincoln center office and purchased four tickets for mean girls, not realizing all the madness until after I left that I had paid what appeared to be full price for the tickets.Having such a suspicion, I log into Ticketmaster and realize that I did in fact pay full price. Feeling like it was a classic bait and switch, I return to the ticketing booth and question them. Not only was I greeted with a rude “well you can get a full refund and buy the tickets at the box office if you have a problem,” I was also informed by another sales member that there is something “dynamic pricing, and which theaters raise the prices so that they appear to be half price but in actuality are not.I contacted corporate and they gave me some story about certain seeds having certain values so I believe them. I went to the show and realize that my tickets were no different than anyone else is around me and all Tickets should have the same value. I went back onto the ticket master website and realize that the tickets were the same price for three weeks from now as well. I’m not sure how it is legal l, but they got me. Next time, I know better. Very disappointed.

One reason you would want to travel away from the Times Square location is because when they are selling matinee tickets you can buy evening tickets before 3pm.Look at the board above the ticket window to see what shows you can buy.Pro Tip: Avoid buying tickets for shows for Monday as they usually dont give that much discount as they are one of the few shows playing and they know it and they know they can sell it for more as people will buy.Have to use the bathroom? When looking at the ticket window, you will find people at a counter, ask them for the bathroom key and it is upstairs.

Therell be a queue but if youre undecided on what to watch, youll get a lot of information from the staff. Its a great way to get last minute tickets.

This site is much better than the Times Square site. It is indoors, the lines are much shorter, and they sell tickets for the current day and the next day. At the Times Square location they only sell tickets for the current day.We have purchased tickets from TKTS 5 times in the last year. The seats have been excellent and all of the tickets were discounted by at least 50%.

Yes, if you show up late, there will be a line, but theyre super efficient (even a long line is maybe a half-hour wait), and the line tenders are a wealth of knowledge, so chat with them for recommendations while youre waiting in line

Indoor location, open earlier than the times square one, and it seemed overall less chaotic. The staff were super nice at this location. 10/10 would recommend it

Most security guards cool except one on Tuesday though saturday at night. Wifi is iffy sometimes here but its a good place to stay out rain

They open at noon. We got in line at 11:15 am and there were only a few people ahead of us. By the time noon rolled around they needed to start a line outside. Get there early. We got off Broadway Jersey Boys tickets for the 8 pm show. Phenomenal!

This is an amazing opportunity to get Broadway tickets at up to 50% off on same day or following day shows. The wait times are reasonable : one day I waited only 10 minutes and on another day I had to wait half an hour but I did save $100 off of two tickets to watch My Fair Lady. Definitely worth a visit and worth your time if you would like to save money.

Same TKTS as Times Square, same prices, no queue (line) . 15 or so blocks away so maybe not worth the trip alone but we in Central Park and it was literally just around the corner. Probably saved us at least an hour or more in walking/queue time.

I had never been to this location, a few blocks uptown from the Times Square booth, but its a terrific option. On a Saturday, you can pick up a matinee ticket when it opens at 10 AM in Times Square, then walk up to Lincoln Center, which opens at noon. The line forms indoors, so you dont have to worry about bad weather, AND theyre allowed to sell advance tickets for all weekend performances, so you can pick up a Saturday and Sunday show too. I was very happy to discover this option.

On Friday opened at 12. Quick moving line. Bathroom available on the second floor. Very important.

This is the better option. Don’t mess around with the Times Square location; just come here instead. Fast moving line and helpful staff to clue you in on what is what.

The staff here was extremely helpful! The building was beautiful. It was a short 15 minute walk down to Broadway. Why wait in line at times square in the heat/cold when you can wait inside in the air conditioned/heated building that is the Lincoln center? Oh and there are good bathrooms! Cheap show tickets, ac, and bathrooms. Cant beat that!

How can you go wrong finding discounted tickets to shows at the last minute? This venue for TKTS is great - right next to a beautiful, serene atrium. Very different from Times Square - but the same TKTS experience and options.

It was nice to go to TKTS because you are open to watch any of the shows that are still selling tickets. The discount allows you to be adventure and try different shows, then the ones you abitually select. In general, the quality of performances in Broadway is such of an incredible level, that anything is good, and there is always something interesting to experience.Most of the time, outside the booth, there is an actor/representative that belongs to the theater union of actors (do not know exactly, his/her title) that tries to answer all your questions.When we were in there for the holidays, she (a very nice lady) suggested a show for me and for my college son, and for my HS daughter.

Line goes pretty quick. We got phantom tickets that were $100 and 2nd to last row of the orchestra center. Not bad seats but I think Id prefer to be slightly closer where the ceiling isnt a bother.

Knew the queue would be long but to have just one person working on the ticket desk but having 3 queue helpers, when theres like 50 people waiting, isnt right. They need more staff in the right place.

Staff is very helpful. Lines are much shorter than Times Square location. Booth is located inside a building which is a real plus during inclement weather.

We had a great experience here, short line to get the discounted tickets while indoors of a very nice, cultured place, and great atmosphere music playing, people hanging around the coffee bar with their laptops or just chatting.

This TKTS booth allows you to purchase not only same day tickets but next day matinee also which is nice. The best part is it’s located inside where it’s nice and warm as opposed to Times Square where you’re standing outside. A lot less crowded also.

Originally we got in line at the Times Square location of tkts, but the line was hundreds of people long. One of the tkts employee suggested that we go up to the Lincoln Center location because they open later than the Times Square location. This was incredibly helpful, and we were one of the first people in line at the Lincoln Center when they opened. We were able to more or less have our choice in shows that were available and we were out of there faster than we would have been had we stayed in Times Square.

I love the newest TKTS location since I stay in the upper west side of NYC. No lines and no wait. Got $44 tickets to “the perfect crime”.

This location has all the show availability of Times Square plus matinee shows for the next day. The lines are minimal and you dont have to deal with the crowds. Overall this is a much better place to go for tickets then the traditional Times Square location.
