Very nice quiet clean rooms. The staff is very helpful. I would like to not be high pressured into another timeshare presentation though. I like what I have and upgrades wont benefit me, especially now.

In a historic building, which is nice, but dont expect all the modern amenities of a new building. Nice place.

Asst. GM really made our stay beautiful i want to thank her again, all the staff went out of there way to make us comfortable very nice property close to everything. Not one negative thing.

Nice and clean hotel. The staffs are so kind and helpful.

We love the location with easy access to the streetcar as well as restaurants in easy walking distance. What I don’t like is the sales pitch.

Well situated near the trolley stop. Just a few minutes into town. A ten minute walk. The hotel is comfortable and the staff eager to be of assistance.

I got the three room calls advertising a time share pitch. Three!!! Mind you I was really hung over on a vacation trying catch up on sleep with the the do not disturb on. They obviously didnt get the memo. If youre staying here and wanna sleep in, you got to make it really clear not to distorted you. Other than that it was really nice.

Really nice place, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are a little on small side but they are comfortable and clean.There is a great view of the city from the roof patio and the steak house is just wonderful, the food is perfectly prepared...

Most pleasurable experience. The living quarters where tastefully appointed; the exercise room was energizing and the lounge was relaxing. Look forward to our next visit.

Great hotel with easy access to everything. Service staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Rooms were nice and have great views. The rooftop was a great place to relax and enjoy the sights at night. Excellent all around!

Great location on the St. Charles Street green street car line. Easy access to the French Quarter or the Audubon Zoo. We had the great fortune of having a penthouse suite with a wonderful view of the bridge. There are superior restaurants in and close to the hotel. The staff are very accommodating but know that many are selling timeshares.

Worldmark The Avenue was a beautiful hotel! Theres not enough I could say about my stay there. It was located uptown so you were near the main attractions of Canal St, Bourbon St and the French Quarter while not being immersed in the noise and raucous atmosphere. There were numerous restaurants and attractive within walking distance and mere steps from trolley access. The staff was amazing! They were so pleasant and informative. And the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I had a rainshower in my room and it was divine. Anytime I am in New Orleans, The Avenue will definitely be my choice.

Everyone is great except 9am sales calls every morning.

Great location but the staff sucked. When they messed up on something they NEVER took accountability for the mistake and only gave us nothing off. Just rescheduled the mistake which was not enough. Also they only recommended one good place to eat which is just not good enough for a concierge of any kind.

Service is top notch from the moment you arrive everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are great.

Great location, beds very hard, but the hotel is very cool and kept clean. Has a a modern charm without taking away from its age.

Nicely renovated older building. They did a great job using the space t ok make a Worldmark. Staff is generally friendly, I especially liked the gals at the activities desk.The location on the edge of the garden district and right by a street car stop is really nice.

Nice place to stay. Directly across from the trolly, so very convenient.

Nice and convenient: really quiet at night till your neighbors starting their days off early morning. The hot spar is great to relax tired legs after losing NG walking during the day, or just continue your exercise in the heated swimming pool.

Jerome Jones and front desk staff were amazing!!

The concierge desk was very pushy and made promises and then took them back when we told them our sight seeing schedule didnt allow time for a two and a half hour talk.. Also the things they did help us with, didnt get communicated with other staff which caused other issues and made us late for our scheduled events.

Great location, easy to get around town with the trolley right outside the front door, friendly staff, very clean and modern rooms.

Love this place! Right on the trolley route and the staff are extremely helpful and happy. Its in the garden district and we walked to the french quarter from there. Room had everything we needed, fridge dishwasher, 2 burner stove no oven. 1 bedroom with hidabed in livingroom, 3 of us were very comfortable.We opted to attend the 90 mins info session only to get major discounts..we saved majorly on tours etc.but the concierge can can do it anyways.If I HAD to complain about anything- They were all nice and happy trying to sell my guest on this timeshare but completely changed their tune when she said no..they seemed extremely disappointed which put a sour taste in my mouth. My guest didnt plan on spending an extra $30,000 with the canadian exchange rate that day, after saving for a year to go on this trip. I wouldve appreciated a more professional attitude.The only other thing I didnt care for is that the doors to the suites SLAM shut..which was REALLY irritating when guests go in and out at 6am! I ended up flying out of bed and firmly telling whomever to shut the door quietly out of respect to all the guests closeby.Other than that the resort lives up to Worldmark standards and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rooms were laid out well, and the Sund deck is beautiful at night.
