Nice, quaint, secure New Orleans styled two story, two bedroom unit. We absolutely loved how it was decorated. It was clean, and it had a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, very useful. The only negative I have was that the unit just smelled kind of old. Other than that it was not bad at all. It was super convenient, the guy at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance...Bourbon Street was minutes away. We had a really good time and we will definitely return.

Very nice property in the upper part of the french quarter. Not too far off bourbon street. But far enough. If you dont mind walking down everywhere (which is the best bet in the french quarter any way) this is a good location! A little old and dated, but thats to be expected!

Amazing management great price true hidden gem in NO your right in the French Quarter and it takes maybe 2 minutes to walk to bourbon street but far enough away to get a good night sleep. Its secure with access only provided by cypher code gate. Pool was well maintained, and the bloody Marys on the weekend were top notch. Obviously this is a older place, and is not a top notch Hilton or something but for the price you pay you cant beat how awesome it is! Management is very flexible with early or late checkout. Dont waste your money on some chain and be far from the action this is the place you want to be to really experience the French Quarter.

This place is a GREAT location. The property is gated which makes it feel secure desipte the very old double doors in the studio units. Its a very short walk to Bourbon and an excellent central location. I walked to Jackson square one morning from this location and it was a nice easy stroll full of activity and jazz warm ups. Owner/manager was very nice, and the custodial staff is top notch. Super clean rooms and the pool is lovely. Definitely recommend- if you have the extra money get the nicer rooms they look worth it!

Love this place! Paul was super nice and helpful with recommendations, the room was clean and spacious, the balcony/view was quintessential New Orleanian, the location is central to everything. Theres really nothing bad I can say about this place. Highly recommended for a long or short stay! Oh there was no lift so you have to be able to carry your own luggage up a few flight of stairs but that didnt bother us at all. If you pack heavy or have mobility issues, this may be a problem.

Our family of 6 stayed in the family suite, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and living area. It was clean, cozy, and we all enjoyed it! There is a laundry facility, ice machine, vending machine, a gorgeous pool and courtyard area, and complimentary coffee each morning with complimentary bloody Marys and pastries on sat and sun mornings. We cant wait to go back!

This hotel was amazing , the host was very accommodating and worked around our schedule with checking in and out. The room was very nice, came with a safe and the bathtub was also a Jacuzzi. Great location and value. Quaint and romantic. Only complaints are that the interior of the room we stayed in was very dated. The carpet and furniture were hideous and dated and the halls smelled a little mildewy... but that’s commonplace for N.O. Wouldn’t mind staying there again but will likely try other spots.

Perfect location in the city - 2 blocks from Bourbon, 2 blocks from Canal and 2 blocks from Rampart. We’ve been staying here for almost twenty-five years and can’t wait to be back. The staff treat you like family. Paul, the manager, can be a little gruff but he has a heart of gold and takes care of his guests and the owners. Highly recommend!

Ive stayed here about 6 times and average this time each year. Further I dont expect this to be the Hampton Inn but for the location and the NOLA feel it was a good stay and weve enjoyed it. This however was my last time. Although Im not a needy guest, Im still a guest and the manager shouldnt be so rude when a guest loses a key. There is no night staff and thats an issue.

Gorgeous place to stay, the room was clean, bed was very comfortable great amenities including a double balcony with a table and chairs with view of the very well-kept pool! Our hosts even arranged for a taxi driver to take us to the airport on our last day. prime location to say the least, right in the heart of the gorgeous New Orleans French Quarter. Surrounding and locatio was nice. The ironic thing is our room had a Jacuzzi tub ....but the hot water doesnt last long enough to fill it past the jets. When showering the hot water lasts all of 10 minutes, when we asked they said each room had only a 10 gallon hot water heater they sent the maintenance who came to our room to tell us the same thing. He suggested take a short shower then wait 20 minutes then take another short shower to finish.... I could only laugh. Nice enough staff though.

Staff are wonderful. Rooms and courtyard are very New Orleans! Everything is clean but remember the buildings are old so if you want new then choose another chain hotel! Love coffee and danish in the courtyard in the mornings and bloody Marys on the weekends as a great Eye Opener! Short walk of a couple blocks to the heart of rhe French Quarter and a nice little neighborhood bar across the street. You can definitely hear traffic and partiers in the evenings but that is to be expected in an old building in the quarter. Love it here and come back at least once a year!

Very nice quaint vacation spot. Small, cozy rooms with central courtyard and pool. Please realize the French Quarter is made up of really old buildings, so the hotel shows some of its age which is part of its charm. Pros: reasonably priced, cozy, two blocks from Bourbon Street with parking nearby, bed was comfortable, friendly guest and staff Cons: second floor room (E2) has very narrow entry if you dont open the other half of the French door, steep spiral staircase which made suitcase hauling a bit of a challenge, not really suited for four people to stay, parking is in short supply which makes it very expensive ($30 per 24hr) Given all of that, would I stay there again? YES.

LOCK YOUR STUFF UP! Biggest complaint!! House keeper stole $100 bill off dresser that had my sisters military ID and other IDs on top of it! Notified front desk she said we should of had it locked in the safe and that they arent liable. (Youre joking right?). Right after the incident I immediately messaged a manager who STILL to this day has yet to respond. Our stay was was over 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival our check in was at 3pm, we were there at 3:15 but our room was not ready until after 5:30pm. Its was trashed when we walked in and we had to sit there and wait for 2 n half hours until someone came to clean it. They had the nerve to complain on us as guests on a booking site saying we let the trash over flow and left boa feathers everywhere and were not welcome again there, whats funny is they gave us a little bathroom size trash can and not once our entire stay that weekend did the house keeps come in and empty it!!! They came in stole our money & then left. They clearly have a problem with theft there because they have a sign saying that whatever is stolen out of the room they arent liable for.. the only people who have access to our room outside of us is THEIR house keeping!!! Also our toilet was broken!!! We had to open the top and manual flush it our selves every time!! I even tooke a picture of the toilet handle that was broken and will attach it if able to. Avoid this place honestly yall. Management is a joke as well as this hotel.

The sleighbed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the room was clean and stocked so well with linens, towels and other necessities! It was quiet and the service was great. The free morning coffee, bloody marys and pastries was great. The building is 2 blocks off Bourbon Street but it was quiet and parking was not a problem as there was several parking garages across the street. We loved it and plan to go back in the near future!
