It was fine. Smelled good all the time. Concierge was great. BUT there were no windows inside the room. Not a good thing for us because it got dark at 5:00 - 5:30 and we had no idea until we went outside. Great location for shopping, walking, dinning and site seeing

We stayed here for New Years Eve this year. It was such great little boutique hotel. The room was very large, and the staff was so friendly. We only stayed 2 nights and were too busy to enjoy the amenities, but they looked really nice. The parking was $40/night, which felt expensive but was the going rate for the area. It was an easy walk into the French Quarter. Would definitely stay again.

I think its pretty rare when a hotel doesnt have food on site. The room was very spacious. It is located one block away from the French Quarter, a quick walk over. It was quiet and comfortable. Parking is on site and at times would take over 45 minutes to get your car from valet.

Wyndam LaBelle Very very nice resort close to everything, the staff was excellent. Heres a pic of the most outstanding staff members that gave me great service. As a tourist, the best advice for food is from middle age locals, they no the best spots. If you are new to coming to New Orleans you must do a city tour, to get an idea of whats in the city, and the guide will tell you a lot of good restaurants as well. Wyndham concierge gives you the best discounts on tours. The swamp tour is great for children.

Staff was wonderful. Location is excellent close to the French quarter and trolleys. Concierge was very helpful with booking tours and recommending restaurants. Didnt give 5 stars because the bathroom in our unit was very disappointing. There were zero towel hooks, no counter space , showerhead was sub par, and walk in shower required towels all over floor to prevent puddles throughout bathroom.

I loved everything about this place! Friendly staff, excellent location, and wonderful accommodations in a beautiful, historic building. I was concerned after reading several reviews complaining about the pushiness of staff regarding the timeshare presentation. Yes, the timeshare breakfast was mentioned to us once, but we never felt pressured or harassed...perhaps it depends on the guest host you are assigned. If having a nice pool for swimming is a priority to you, you may want to look elsewhere. The swimming pool is super small...I thought it was the hot tub at first. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Everyone was very nice. From check in to check out I had no problems during our 4 night stay. I never once was approached to buy or attend any time share talks. Reading reviews I was ready for it. It never happened. When you check in they will ask you to stop at concierge desk once you get settled in for your welcome packet. I think because I didn’t stop at the concierge for a welcome packet it was easily avoided. It’s also in a very convenient location. I would stay here again.

Really nice resort and in a convenient location. Just a few blocks from bourbon and royal streets and also within walking distance to all the museums and the paddle boat cruise. We loved the atmosphere in the room. Very new orleans. There is no bar or restaurant this location but there are plenty of watering holes right outside the place. They do have a pool but it is tiny. A bigger pool would be nice but other than that, no complaints.

Love the location and the property. The rooms are beautifully spacious with exposed brick. There is free activities each day which my daughter loved. Also loved the free popcorn while we waited for valet. The location is near French Quarter but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle so it is very quiet. The only downside is doing the owner update and feeling pressured to attend. It was unnecessarily long and took time away from the short trip I had planned.

Pros- located in central Nola. Walking distance to all attractions. Rooms are spacious. Concierge/security staff was courteous.Cons- you can hear everything going on in the next room. We could here running on the floor on top of us. When we called to complain nothing was done. Laundry room needs to be updated. Took about three times to dry the clothes correctly.Over all- I dont think I would stay here again. But would definitely visit New Orleans.

This is my third stay at the property, two of which were for Mardi Gras. The staff is wonderful. However, when I spoke to the manager I had about a concern instead of listening she made several excuses. I dont like the inconsistency with security checking for wristbands. I was returning to my room with a friend. I had my room key in hand, showed my wristband and greeted the security guard because I had just had a conversation with him the prior night. Heres whats upsetting and embarrassing. He asked my guest for a wristband and then said you cant go in because he didnt have one. Im sorry I paid almost $1700 for a 3 night stay and I can bring whoever I please in my room. When I complained to the manager about it she said well we do that because of Mardi Gras, if we didnt our bathrooms would be destroyed. I said I understood however if the guest is accompanied with a guest of the hotel they shouldnt be harassed. She then said well some people let people in to use the lobby bathrooms. I said well if were going to my room and not using property amenities why is it an issue. Then she said its for your safety to make sure your room isnt above occupancy. I brag about the Wyndham La Belle Maison but after speaking with the manager I think I will find a new property for my New Orleans trips.

La Belle Maison is located in the heart of the business district and is close to the Harrahs Casino, for those of you who love casinos. The staff is friendly and always asking how they can help. Our room was very spacious and I liked the exposed brick throughout the corridors. The pool is extremely small, there is a sauna, and the fitness center has enough equipment for you to get a good workout. Valet parking will cost you $26 and includes in and out priveledges. Great location, friendly staff, lovely room are all a great combination for us to enjoy our stay at LaBelle Maison.

This place is awesome. My family takes this trip every year (or one similar as they are Wyndham rewards members). We were treated like VIP from the moment we pulled into their valet. The rooms are great, spacious, and clean and the amenities are wonderful, too. Full, self service coffee bar on the second floor was worth going down for every morning. This hotel is very nice, but be warned they are going to hit you up for a time share sale. They upgraded us to a nice 1 bedroom suite...right next to the elevator. Its not much fun for kids, which was ok with us since we have no little. It is close to almost anytbing you want but far enough from bourbon street that you dont hear that all night. Really nice property and everything was good. Staff are also all amazing. The only thing I would say is when you first get there you will speak to staff about tours and they can offer you massive discounts if you attend a 120 minute timeshare presentation. We agreed and attended the following morning as it brought our tours down from $160 to $33. However this went on for nearly 4hrs and I ended up wishing I’d paid the normal fee. Be cautious and research Wyndham timeshares beforehand. Glad I didn’t sign up after reading reviews afterwards

This was our first time visiting New Orleans and we absolutely loved the city AND this resort. I am an owner with Wyndham and love the perks of vacation ownership. Concierge was AWESOME! They were all so friendly and helpful, especially Dorothy! She was full of tips for the best bars and restaurants in the area! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and there was a bottle of champagne, a special birthday button, La Belle Maison 2019 cups, beads, and a mardi gras mask in the room as a surprise, which was so sweet! Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We had a late flight the day of checkout and Wyndham stored our luggage for us, so we could enjoy a few more hours of the French Quarter before leaving for the airport. The Bell Hop even had a taxi waiting for us. You cant beat the location of this property, either. All around great trip for a special birthday. Thank you, Wyndham!
