This is a large BEAUTIFUL PARK to spend the day. There are swing area for little kids amd a basketball court. There is an area to just relax by the water. Huge trees to sit under with park benches and BAR B Q PITS to cook. Check it out.

We passed by this lovely park while visiting the area, it was very clean with a nice ocean view. We were greeted by the nicest park ranger named Damian. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Damian gave us great guidance and showed great character. He sets a fantastic example of how a city employee should treat its guests. Ill definitely give this park a visit again and thank you Damian for making our visit so pleasant!!

Really beautiful place. Weve had a couple of work retreats here and theres a lot of space with views of the bay and long expanses of lush green barefoot grass. A very peaceful and lovely park.

Nice bayfront park. Public boat ramp. Without Covid, itd be good for picnics with even a public swimming pool, all closed now. A little tricky to get to by car. Nice walking trails.

This place is cool. Its great fun exploring the bunkers at night, or riding motorcycles round the twisty roads, or just looking at the amazing view of CA.

Busy and congested area. Finding parking is a task and the meter maids are always lurking around. Other than that, nice doggy park.

We were visiting Miami for a few hours and stopped here on our way to the airport. It was our first time seeing dolphins playing in the water and a ton of little crabs along the water front. I turned around and got scared of a crab that was just glaring at me. I also got a photo of a little dolphin fin. Taking video was much easier to see them dancing. The neighborhood around the park was cool too. Lots of beautiful homes for sale.

This park is still a great quiet hidden gem. No loud music obnoxious visitors or uncontrolled dogs. Excellent views, many water activities and many park benches to relax and enjoy your day.

Nice and clean place. You can either go there for picnicking, barbecuing or just relaxing. It is a real antistress.

Small park, but great for riding bikes and walking around. Pet friendly but they most be on a leash. Good to bring kids and do picnics. There ate picnic tables and grills all over it.

Only issues are boat ramp. Have to go find park employees in tennis area. To open gate to enter. And also to exit. There is limited parking for trailers. One place to tie boat to load and unload. No dock.

Amazing environment to enjoy nature!

My parents use to take me there as a kid and being back after 30 years brought back old memories. The view overlooking the water is amazing and calming. Will be going back more often, after discovering this gem of a place.

Amaizing park for water sports! Nice view and great prices to rent kayak or paddle boards. There are also excursions and different group plans. You can play with your family basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis. Picnic areas available. Bring mosquito repelent! And take some pictures with the most amaizing trees!

What a great place to quiet the Spirit and have fellowship with God. Meditate but dont forget to inhale..... exhale. This has been yet the best park that Ive discovered lately.

Nice place to spend time with family, plenty of parking. Is a kayak rental with very friendly staff and fair prices.

Beautiful park. We hosted a baby shower and it was perfect! Windy, but nice and chilly. They have picnic table and trashcans all around and the park is fairly clean. Deducted the one star because the worker there is rude and unprofessional.

You can have a good view here. I booked an activity with Airbnb here and enjoyed that very much.Noticed that if you would leave late, a exit would be closed, so you need to leave by another exit .

Great place to go kayaking and for me that never had before it was great especially my instructor Faye was very helpful in helping learn.Coming up is the full moon tour cant wait to log at night.

Morningside is a great park to walk, run, play tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, etc. There are picnic areas that can be reserved and its a very secure environment. The breeze from Biscayne Bay is refreshing.

Such a beautiful park! They have several picnic tables and trashcans around. As an added bonus, the park is kept fairly clean! Will be back soon.

I grew up at this park even though I dont live in the area which is what I love because the neighborhood is gorgeous! Fun place, humongous park with so many different things to do! Now my kids are enjoying this park so you can imagine how they have kept up with this place!

Great place to work out. Ive recently started to come here to ride my bike with my dog. Lots of friendly people here to interact with. There is a lovely kids park for children to enjoy. Also, a basketball court with a tennis court. Ill be sure to come everyday with my dog to relax

Excellent park. Lots of space all around. Plenty of grills to have family cookouts. Last time I was there, I made a paella for my father on his birthday next to the tables where we were all comfortable. The day was gorgeous right by the water, lots of open field for games and playing catch, and it was very well kept.

Great for BBQs and family reunion... the playground is very nice too!Cons: People who take care of that park are driving like crazy those golf cars speeding while kids are playing and running.

Very quiet with nice water views

Nice spacious park for family fun & a bbq. BUT the restroom was hideous! The floors were wet with who knows (it could have been water or urine because it smelled bad) which caused a lot of track marks from people walking, one of the sinks never turned off, the bathroom stalls garbage cans looked like they werent dumped since the day before (they were half full with bloody feminine hygiene products), there was no tissue in none of the stalls (we had to bring in our own roll if tissue & wipes) lastly the ranger on staff was super ghetto & unprofessional & keep asking us when we were leaving while we packed & cleaned up but didnt say anything to the family that was at the tables after ours. So the park itself was nice but clearly theres a staffing issue .

The park is amazing. Great bike path, and pocnic area. The only sad thing was the bathrooms were very dirty with toilet paper on the floor with feces. The smell of unine was nauseating. Please fix that.

Great park by the water.I go running there its so spacious and calming it makes running a mile easy. Theres also a variety of water sports for rent.Definitely recommend checking it out for a leisure day.Only complaint is that the restrooms are disgusting but its to be expected.

Fun and good for kids

I used to LOVE this park. Great location. Felt very secure. Open space. You can exercise...grill...hang out. And then my car window was busted out. Took police 30 minutes to come. Nothing ever happened...no follow up. A witness had a description of the vehicle that took off after. Shouldve been useful considering they take that info down when you enter, but no...apparently they do that to make it seem safe. All that glitters is not gold. Theres some shady business in there...

This park is beautiful. Cool playground and the families are overall nice. You can rent a canoe or paddle board for a reasonable price and paddle to the islands nearby (a good experience but some islands are covered w trash sadley) and you have to watch out for smaller motorboats. No swings and you have to walk a while to get from one area of the park to the other. Not a ton of shade. They have a pool but its always closed. They should sell refreshments as I find myself thirsty or hot once in the park often.

Lovely park on the intercoastal to enjoy the great South Florida sun and weather. There are a wide variety of activities to do including kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, running, and walking. There are more options available.Weekends can be very busy, but there is plenty of space available for recreational activities of all kinds. Enjoy the beautiful wildlife viewing and people watching.Plenty of metered public parking available. In a safe and secure gated neighborhood. Bathrooms and changing rooms are clean and well equipped. Definitely a great place to visit and enjoy.

WoW... Really awesome park. Really quiet and tranquil. If you want a place to just chill outside, this is it! If you have kids, its another awesome option with the kids playground. It says its meant for school kids, but out 16 month old had a blast as long as they are supervised very closely. They can get hurt easily here.

Cute little park right on the water. My daughter loves playing here. I only gave it 4 stars because there’s not enough parking. But it’s really safe and there’s plenty of space to have a nice afternoon out.
