I used to go here all of the time, theater for the most part were neat. Sound was awesome, movie selection was great. Everything was also, the employees behavior was great.

I like the place.I like the seats i love the seats so good I just like the candy and the place.and tete bear give to my mom or dad i love them i will give it to my dad or i can give he a ball at the place.

Theaters good. Close by, comfy and a nice selection of arcade games. but my only question is, why are tickets being sold at the concession stand? It just takes longer to get tickets especially on busy days.

It was nice and quiet probably due to me going in the middle of the week. Although the theater I was in was small the surround sound and picture quality was great.

Ok movie theater however they dont have a front desk to purchase tickets and must instead be purchased from the concession stand. They offer 1 automated self ticket purchase and it was broken. Make sure and get your tickets online our through app for a quicker process

Minimum standard for movie theater experience (especially for the price). Place seems to be understaffed. Made us purchase tickets at the concession stand. No food was available other than popcorn and nachos despite having a full menu of other items on the board. Overall the place is dirty (the theater had food/drinks left all over it from previous showing and some poor young employee came in almost as previews were done to pick up what mess he could without blocking the view of moviegoers, only to run out leaving the place in shambles because he didnt have enough time (the bathrooms were in even worse shape). The movie theater rooms themselves are in desperate need of a major upgrade/renovation-- the seating layout just seems awkward and a waste of useful space that could be rearranged for a better and more comfortable viewing experience. Id likely go out of my way to find another theater for a more enjoyable movie experience unless this place has the only showing/time of a particular movie that works for you.

Watching a movie is like being front row at a rock concert. I dont know if it was just my movie but the speakers were way too loud. Most theatres also have different levels with the seats while here its just a slight uphill slope. If the theatre is full and someone tall sits in front of you good luck. The popcorn was bland as well, Id expect some appetizing popcorn if Im going to watch a movie and pay $8. If it werent for the friendly staff I wouldve given the theatre one star.

It is one of the best Regal Cinemas in South Florida, they some of the better movies here they also have some of the best staff here too.

We come to this theatre because it is conveniently close to us. We saw a movie Thanksgiving afternoon and then again this afternoon. My wife complained both times that the ladies restroom was not clean, had no soap and today no toilet paper! We asked an employee if he could get a manager and we were told he was upstairs counting the money. We waited a little bit thinking he would get someone but that never happened. I am not the first to also complain about having to wait on long concession lines to buy your tickets when that is all you want. We might have to rethink which theatre we go to if things don’t improve.

Nice quiet location that have a tentative staff. Honestly the off hours are the best time to go even though theyre pretty good at handling customer traffic during major hours.

It was not as good as I expected. The inside of the theaters are flat unlike the usual theaters, so even if theres no one seating in front of you, you cant even put your feet up and get comfy inside of the theaters. I also thought it was bigger than that but its a little smaller than average.

I when there Saturday and they didnt have anybody selling tickets. I had to go inside to make a huge line where people are buying popcorn to get a ticket after 20 minute or more of waiting. Every single movie was sold out not available at any time and it was just 3:00 pm. The girl inform me that they only play 2 to 3 movies per day . And that is why they were sold out. Thats ridiculous. The location is awesome they need to hire more employees and have more movies available for the customers

Not the best theater around.I used to go here a lot when i was younger because i would walk the mall with my friends and go here. But now that im older it is probably one of the last theaters i would go to if i was just going somewhere to see a movie.Cons: High price, Small screen, Small theater, Bad theater set up where people walk through the center to get to seats so its distracting, and a Young crowd (More often talking during the movies).Pros: Convenient if already here shopping

Very tiny theater but in a good way. Close to everything and parking is not bad.

For some reason this theater sells tickets during the day from the concession area, even during Thanksgiving weekend... What a disaster that would have been if we would have had to wait line! With the Fandango app we were able to purchase tickets and go right to the movie rather than wait in the ridiculous long line.

The kiosk to buy the tickets has been broken for months there’s nobody at the stand to sell tickets so you’re obliged to buy tickets in the concessions were their lines are unbelievable buying snacks and others. And to top that off the menu is not updated and they don’t carry half of their stuff that they list.

It’s a great place to go too and adds happened ten minutes after the time the movie starts and before so you still have some time if you don’t make it there on time you can also get tickets from the front a mashenion and the food stand and they have great amount of sweets and food to take with you in the movies

Was my first time in that theater and I was disponted by the room, the screen was small, and not in the great quality. Sound was too loud. But I think the worst was when pepole keep clapi ng like they were at a stand up show. Anyways, I think Ill keep going to Southland or Kendall instead

No customer service clerk. You have to wait behind the people who want popcorn etc to buy tickets!!! I really dislike this theater and the push to make customers buy tickets online. I guess if there is a problem with the movie we have to make the line for treats and food also.

The theaters are usually too warm and the concession stand is always extremely slow. Could be better supervised.

Sat in the first Cinema to the left once you enter. The room is rather small which is okay but they didnt have the sound system high enough to drown out the constant chattering and paper crackling......was kind of shocked at the fact that a grown man was digging in his bag of popcorn like he was digging for oil in China.

I went on a Sunday and it was pretty empty which was great. The food was not as great as other movie theaters I’ve gone to and the seats really sucked. There’s no elevation so you’re screwed if someone taller sits in front of you lol. Seats were noisy as hell and not very good, Especially compared to the AMC theatre in Coral way and 122.

The movie was great and overall experience was very nice. I almost go there every week and this has been the best choice to watch a movie in this area.

I went to see the movie Marvel (Stan Lee) - It was Epic! Every single woman and girl of any and all ages should definitely see this movie to re-energize their life. This one is definitely an award winner.

My husband & I went to the movies, as we walked in to the theater it was such a mess. I completely ignored it, yet when I left the movies I had a large bug bite on my ankle. Didn’t think much of it, till a week later & it’s still there. Not only that, it’s spreading. I know, tmi, just want to keep others aware. Cover your ankles next time you decide to go to watch a movie there.

The theater is nice - comfortable -- clean-- the only thing was supposely when you call to find info about movies this particular one was not on recorded message-- I was told recording wasnt updated... (on the weekend??) I went to see Overcomer a Christian movie and its not mentioned in recording info?? Huh? -- I found out this wasnt the only theater-- another different company name but with same issue....trend

They get a 1 star because it is RIDICULOUS, that I would have to wait in line at the concession stand (when I am not getting ANY food or drink) to BUY MY MOVIE TICKETS!. Yes, you read that properly! I had to wait in line at the concession stand, only one concession stand open for the people getting there food/drink AND/OR buying there movie tickets. And no, I didnt go at any weird time, it was a 3:10 afternoon movie on a Sunday. Took the kids to watch Dora. I have no plans on returning to this movie theater.

Small, and comfortable. Usually rather clean. Not many theatres within but the quality is excellent as per Regal standards.Often there are more teenagers here than not which may bother some but most are respectful in this area. I go here all the time. (Some local restaurants like BJs discount tickets if you eat there first)

I would easily give them four stars but the last three times I have been there the concession line has been ridiculous. Tonight there was only five people in front of us and it still took 20 minutes to get to the counter and then took them well over 5 minutes just to get us 2 drinks, a box of candy and nachos.

I was pleasantly pleased. I ordered some food and drinks and the attendant, Malik, was kind enough to help me bring back my things back to my seat. Thumbs up.

We had to purchase the tickets at the food counter because the ticket booth was closed (Saturday afternoon). Same line for food it took forever to get the tickets. Not a good service. That was new to me after 30 years going to this movie theater.

This theater was at one point very nice, but compared to the new ones with assigned seating, recliners, stadium seating, this one falls far behind.

The movie was good, customer service at the ticket booth could have been a lot better. The bathrooms were horrible and in need of a cleaning. The majority of the staff is highschool kids, so its to be expected.

Problems with the sound and later screen was on black like several minutes due a problem... And seats and room didnt like me....

The theater has gone downhill in customer service and maintenance. Tickets are no longer sold at the box office, and patrons have to wait in the consession lines sometimes for twenty minutes to purchase tickets. The kiosk machine has been out of order for months, and the bathrooms are poorly maintained.They charge high prices for the tickets as well as for the food; why can’t they provide a designated line for ticket purchases only?

The place had very bad smell, like the carpets and seats havent been cleaned a while.The bathroom was filty, I did not see any staff cleaning and while the movie was going on people were talking and laughing in the hallway. Very bad management.I will never go back there.

Quiet, no wait. Looked pretty clean. There were very little staff, and at least one at the concession line was not interested in helping when asked a question.

Very nice movie theater inside of the falls mall. I love the atmosphere in this location. The staff of the movie theater is very friendly and polite. They have a large selection of fountain drinks and snacks. Security is very tight so parking your car is a no worry situation. They are located right off us1. Many restaurants in the area just incase dinner and a movie are your plans for the night.

Ive been waiting for my fries for more than 10 minutes. The movie has already started and Im stuck in the lobby. Hungry... Movie is over. Theater was not great. Those loaded fries had about 1 tablespoon of cheese suace... and nothing else. Definitely not worth it. At least the movie was good.

Go see Stuber...it was great! However these theaters are in desperate need of up dating....sure its nice to be at the falls shopping center.....but about a year ago, I was here with my sister and she saw a huge cockroach in the theater crawling on the wall....not exactly something you want to happen in a dark room while youre watching a movie!!!! Most theaters are starting to upgrade their seats....not these guys!

We went at a time there was no crowd. The seats were comfortable. The popcorn was good and the staff was very friendly. I also like that the picture and the sound were clear.My girlfriend likes this theater enough that we drive past our local theater to go to this one.

Sorry as we sat for the new movie we noticed that it was not even picked up. We had to literally find an area that was clean from leftover stuff from the last movie or even the one before that.

You need to make the line at the concession stand to buy/pick up your tickets, along with everyone getting their food. Not sure if its some attempt at getting you to buy food along the way, either way its a huge inconvenience.

Currently in to watch The Joker. The AC is out in here so its ridicoudly hot and its the fourth preview playing with no sound whatsoever. Also, we had to buy the tickets at the kiosk as the box office did not have any employees. I feel bad leaving such review but its my first time here and Im not impressed.

Booked tickets online in the morning for a 400pm showing of avengers upon arrived all seats were filled no control at all and atom online has no control of tickets sales overbooked not just me other people were complaining aswell beware

The worst theatre in Miami that Ive ever been too. Horrible customer service for the concessions / food. They ran out of coke and I was forced to get another type of drink. Five minutes later I see theyre serving coke again so I ask to change my soda and they want to charge me for another one when it was their fault for running out of coke. Through all this I had to wait 20 mins for a spicy chicken sandwich and a customer next to me waited 15 mins for a pretzel...Horrible!!! I called for the manager and they never showed. I had to look for one and explain my situation. Then I get to my seat and my sons Hotdog is spicey. WTH!! was that all about...I take it back and supposedly they packaged them wrong and gave me a saricha hotdog, waited another 10 minutes to get this issue taken care of. The seat where my son was seating was all ripped up....AWFULLLL!!!WORST PLACE TO WATCH A MOVIE AND IN THE FALLS you would expect a little more professionalism, yea right!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I felt like if I was in $1.00 Movie theatre at its worst! Not worth the $50 I spent on entrance and $60 on food!!!

Dont waste your money going to this cinema. There is no air conditioning, the seats are uncomfortable and its as expensive as going to a better movie theater.

Located on the premises of a beautiful mall. Appeared to be clean at the concession stand (didnt get anything), helpful staff, not crowded mid-day, accessible theaters. Volume VERY loud prior to movie beginning, but reasonable during the movie. A staff member walked through checking the theater twice. She didnt bother or talk to anyone, just visually checked the area. There is a parking garage in the front and additional room in the back.

Stale popcorn and filthy bathrooms. Stay away.

The seats are a bit uncomfortable. Sound system at regal Southland is better.

Great place to see a movie and shop the mall.

Theater is quite out dated to small & the seating very basic. They maintain it clean & in fair state. The bathroom all the way on the back by theater 8 for the women. The 1st stall was dirty. 2nd stall had a huge trash bag over it as it was out of order. 3rd stall worked & was clean yet it had no toilet paper.

Terrible experience. Went twice and the movie was cancelled last minute for no reason without any notice. Will never go there again. Avoid at all cost.

Movie was scheduled for 10:15 pm but started 30 minutes later. Theater was dirty, seats had a funny smell. Very unacceptable.

Buying your movie tickets and getting concessions isnt a good idea. Lines are long and employees move at a snails pace.
