The two stars are only because of the nice staff, they are super nice. On the other hand, management of the movie areas is another story...Run Down seating. *SEATS DO NOT RECLINE*. We usually go to Coral Way Theaters. But wanted to experience this one in Dolphin Mall. Possibly the volume of people that come thru is so big that seats are super abused and run down.When you come in the theater, seats look like a under-budget ball seat park with repair covers on a checkered pattern.Honestly I will not return to this “crap” literally. I’ve been coming to this CinéBistro for 4 years now and I’m very pleased to say it’s my go to theatre. They’ve always had excellent and fresh food (even when we see really late movies), their customer service is great, and truthfully I’ve never once had an issue with my food or movie experience.I would definitely recommend this for a date night or even a girls night. A regular movie theatre just doesn’t compare to the comfort or experience of this CinéBistro.

This movie theater allows you to have dinner in the theater with a wait service but you have to arrive 30 min in advance which is fine but when we went, I completely forgot that. We even arrived a few minutes late, but the receptionist was so kind and allowed us to switch our tickets to the next showtime. I was so relieved and grateful.

The prices are expensive only gave it four stars because the server asked if it was our first time and then preceded to add her own 16% tip or maybe it was higher when the amount you want too tip is optional. The seats were comfortable and the food was okay the banana foster cheesecake was absolutely delicious would I go again yes it was a luxury movie theater experience. Oh but it couldve been more roomy wasnt alot of room too really move around

Awesome experience. Nothing better than dinner and a movie. Specially at the same time. Movie ticket prices are actually good considering the area and the booth style seating. Expensive part is the food, but you can consider it a fancy dinning evening.

They reimburse for valet parking. Best movie experience bar none. The food is excellent, the staff is great. Just remember, service like this does not come cheap. Overall, above 5 star.

When we want to see a movie without screaming teens or kids, we go here. $15/ ticket. Under 21 allowed before 6pm. Full bar while you wait to be seated. Once seated, you can order food and drinks from waiters who great you at your seat. Be aware, they add a mandatory gratuity, which I hate. Grossly over priced for the portion sizes.

Would never step foot in this place again. Got there well before the movie started. One of the servers told us that it was too late to order food, but then proceeded to take orders from other people, including people who came in the theater AFTER us. We asked another server to speak to a manager. When he came, we explained what happened and without even bothering to speak to the server, told us that he couldnt verify it. He told us that we would have to go to the concession area. He was not apologetic, and did nothing to rectify the issue. We immediately asked for refunds on our tickets, and left. Theater was also super hot like there was no AC on. It was so hot that we were literally fanning ourselves with menus. Definitely wouldnt go back.

Scenery was great but no extra butter for popcorn and for $9 I should be able to get more. Second thing is their niche is they serve food for you during the movie which is a great but not a new idea, with that being said if you are not there at exact time sorry no meal for you. Ive been to similar theaters and the beauty of the others is the flexibility. With this place there is none. You get what you get, but definitely not what you pay for

Kind of hard to see the sign while driving in the mall parking lot, didnt really know where it was though I had GPS. I had to ask valet to point me where to go. Better signs are needed; somewhat hidden at top level.Nice quiet atmosphere. No kids running around. Good for a date night for sure. Front desk clerk was helpful when I purchased my tickets and I love that I got my money back from valet parking. I didnt like the fact food couldnt be brought to you up to a certain before the movie. The chairs were quite comfy as well, good screen and the double seats arent too close to other people. Some were squeaky so they need to be checked. The bathroom could use an attendant for checking around the clock but was semi clean.

Last Sunday was my second and only time ever coming to this theater. I do have to admit the service and actual theater were very nice. But the food was so bad it gave me a terrible stomach ache and the drinks were extremely watered down. For the price it would be better to go to Brickell City Center. Definitely not coming back here again.

Very good customer service. But the 3 star rating is from the outdated seats and the food not being so good. Steak didnt have much flavor. Pasta was a little bland. Dessert was just not on par with expectations. For the amount I paid, I expected GOOD food. You do fine on the visual aspect, now do something about the taste. At least the drinks were alright. Would come again but Id be careful next time on what I order. Hopefully it isnt too bad.

I have been going to this place for years and this is the first time I do a review. I usually go at least once a month. I love the free valet parking when they validate at the front desk of the theater. The food is good and so are the drinks. I did not give it a 5 star because of a few things. Lately as of about 3 months ago things began to deteriorate. Maybe different personnel or management. Two times I was in a seat where the armrest was either not working or missing and torn seats. I believe those problems have been addressed but I am not sure since I dont order those seats anymore. The in theater service lately has been appalling. As an example and as you may know , you should be there 30 minutes before the show and I was this past Saturday as I usually am when I go. I was in theater 5 and I saw one of the waitresses spend 30 minutes with 2 customers and as she was ready(i thought) to take my order , she left. Meanwhile I am asking the attendant what is going on here. Also if you have ever been in theater 5 , you know it is the largest and they only had 4 waiters/waitresses attending the entire theater with 2 of them attending the top row only , and the one that left and eventually came back to take care of a problem but not to take any more orders. Eventually they called reinforcements because everyone was complaining and the movie was about to start. Someone came to take our order and then manage to take care of the order for 5 more couples in less than 10 minutes. That person needs to train everyone else and there must always be sufficient personnel to handle the demand and that is managements dilemma. I got my food 15 minutes after the movie started and it took me another 20 minutes to eat it. Not fun to do in the darkness. I will still keep going there as I am an eternal optimist and hope that things change for the better. Note to theater, bring back the ceviche.

Besides the movie I watched I dont know what else was good about cine bistro. Over priced food, not tasty food, the carpet surely needs replacement,,smells pretty bad. To top it We ordered 2 entrees ect.. after a good 35 mins only 1 came. The answer given well sorry the order was not taken. Were frustrated. They offered to give a complimentary dinner, but changed their mind and offered 2 free movie tickets. I would say not the best alternative.

Place was nice! Service was good (sucks that the waiter wont get you refills tho lol). Food was decent but pricey (gratuity added in total). For some reason the temperature was a bit warm. Overall good experience.

It was clean. The employees where fair in customer service. I only had a problem with the menu options, prices, and the chairs not being able to recline. The water is appreciated after a long day at work.

$25 Churrasco comes with a chip and soggy reheated moros. If you ask for more chips they can bring you one more.

The theater is comfortable and big , but it would be nice to be able to eat at a cineBISTRO, unfortunately there is no vegan options other than popcorn which is made with coconut oil. If you are not vegan , not an issue, but in 2019 you can find vegan options even in Texas de Brazil. Please update your menu! :)

It was my BFs first time and I hadnt been there in so many years. He was impressed as soon as he walked in. Before the movie started he said he will never go back to a regular theater again.

The chairs are wonderful. The waiters knew the menu very well and the receptionists were helpful. It was my family’s first time coming here and the environment was up to my expectations. The FOOD was not up to my expectations. The food is terrible. My boyfriend found three strands of hair in his meal. Upon going home, he had food poisoning and puked all night. Do NOT order the food. If you do, MAKE SURE ITS OK. I didn’t even eat my burger fully as it tasted odd to me. Guac and chips were stale.

Best place to watch a movie after 6 pm without children, great food, comfortable reclining chairs, great drinks, great service. It’s pricy but it’s worth it.

This was such a great experience. The time to go is EARLY! Hubby and i had the whole entire theatre to ourselves. I’m sure that’s why the service was also spectacular. We bought our tickets at the window and when I told them it was my birthday, they gave me a free movie ticket and free popcorn! It was awesome, and totally unexpected.I was scared to come here because of the reviews on the service but our server was super attentive. We arrived literally half an hour before the movie started, ordered our appetizers, entrees and dessert and we were good to go. The food was amazing!! We got popcorn chicken, shrimp and calamari as an appetizer. It was excellent! The best part was the entree though. The churrasco with rice/beans and maduros was soooooo good. I’m picky with my Hispanic food but they really did such a great job!! Props deserved! The dessert was okay. It was a banana cheesecake, it was good.Everything was delivered in a timely manner, the seats were super comfortable, it was a bit cold but i like it like that! Go early, before 7pm! It really makes a difference!I will say this place is pricey but you get a great value for what you pay. The tickets are $15 each for movies and we spent $100 on food alone. (Keep in mind, one appetizer, two churrasco entrees and a dessert) it really wasn’t bad. I am most definitely coming back. :) I love cinebistro!

The theater based this VIP location on delivering a premium experience however the seats do not recline and there is no leg support. Youre paying a higher price for just a wider seat. It was comfortable but its not really worth it. Service was not good, we asked for a couple of items that were not available in the theater restaurant. The cousin related theaters at City Place are much better designed.

Burger was great. seats are comfy. service is outstanding. only thing was popcorn was burnt... but ey its free on your first visit so its all good! oh and $4 wine is sold for $26... that was a little ridiculous. but it was a nice experience just a lil pricey

The CineBistro at the Dolphin Mall is wonderful. The service staff is attentive, food is great and you get free validation for valet parking with your movie ticket purchase.

Love the experience but didnt like their chicken sandwich, the avocado aoli was overpowered by the mint and it didnt taste satisfying other than that it was a nice experience

They took off the seating that’s in front of it right outside the doors and if u need to wait for you to be seated you have to stand . And today Sunday when we got here there was a sign at the door that said they wouldn’t be opening until 2:15 pm and our tickets were for 11:30am .

I recommend going when you want a guarantee that there will be no one in the theatre that will spoil the experience of the film, 21 and over only , make sure to arrive at seating time(usually 30-45 minutes before the film starts) so you can order food. Food is good but slightly over priced. Seats are good but could go for a renovation if im honest. Sometimes the theatre is too hot almost like the air conditioning system doesnt work. Overall its a upper middle class cinema that lets out dine and drink before the film.

I arrived at 7:45pm to a 8:00pm movie which I understand I should arrive 30 minutes before the movie to order but I still went ahead and asked at the front if I can order and she said yes And that she will send some one to my seat. The movie started and no one came to My seat then I asked and was told I couldnt order after I was told I could. The manager came and spoke to me and said she will grant it this time and if I knew what I wanted to order without even looking at the menu. I just said salad because most menus have salads. So, they brought me the salad to my chair without any utensils. I had to eat my salad like finger food which, I couldnt even eat it. If The staff was going to treat me like that them she shouldve never offered me to order “this time”.

We decided to go to this CB for my birthday. The seating and layout are great, however I am giving this place 2 stars due to the food quality. Our server brought the food out and it was cold. My husband ordered a steak, and I ordered the chicken salad. Both our meats were cold and tough to chew. I could probably compare the quality to that of a Wendys salad. I believe that for the price you pay, the food should fit the bill in quality. For a $15 salad I was left unsatisfied. My husbands entree was not worth the price he paid either. I understand you are paying g for the experience, but I also believe that for the price you pay the food should not taste like something I cooked in the microwave and so unsatisfying. Food should be brought out hot, and taste freshly made; not taste like it has been left under a hot lamp. The sauce on the steak was also dried up as if it had been left too long under a warmer. As far as the movie experience , the movie was great.

Great experiance. The chairs we so comfortable and had service with a smile . We had a choice of a full menu served while watching the movie. The screen was extra large and the sound was it digital doby surround sound. Cant wait to go back...

Fun, nice place. A bit overpriced but it was a good experience overall. At the time I went there were no vegetarian entrees on the menu (even though there was one when I looked online), so that was disappointing. I had the truffle mac side dish and it was pretty good.

Service is outstanding. There was an old mildew smell in the main hallway of the theater. The entire theater needs a good cleaning. The food we ordered was barely average. Burger and fries must have been sitting for at least 20 minutes before we received them. Food was cold and after paying $70 its a disappointment.

I enjoyed coming here and watching a movie and the food looks amazing but the chairs need to be updated. It wasnt to comfortable and outdated.

This location is located in the Dolphin Mall and has a strict 21 and over policy.The theatres are clean and very well kept. The staff is very friendly, helpful and quick. Ive always enjoyed my visit to this location which happens to have ticket prices lower than the new Downtown Doral location if you want to save some money.

Great place to enjoy a good movie and some drinks. A perfect place for a first date or a good night out. The prices are a bit high but its worth every penny for the experience. Great service, the food is absolutely wonderful! I had the Shrimp Fried Rice and it was very flavorful, and the shrimp were huge! Also if you finish quick enough theyll pick up the plates so you can enjoy the movie without the plates in front of you. I would definitely recommend as a date idea, especially with the love seats designed for two people~

Its really nice and comfortable. You can eat and drink and watch in the theater. Keep in mind though, its not cheap. So expect spent a lot youre also planning to eat in the movie theater. The food is great. I think everyone should give it a go!

There is not much leg room and the seats felt upright instead of relaxed. The last row hits the wall behind. Was expecting it to least come par to other luxury movie theaters, but wasnt.

Both times Ive gone, people have gotten a little too drunk and ruined the movie with their talking and general drunken behavior.Its too bad really. The food is good!

Unfortunately my experience at Cine Bistro of Dolphin Mall was not a very pleasant one.My wife ordered food and she almost punctured her mouth because there was a hard piece of plastic in her mouth.The manager came and apologized and they even gave us to complimentary passes. Now we find out that you can not make online reservations or over the phone reservations with these passes so it is almost impossible to use them because you would have to go and get tickets in person several days before because they usually dont have anything available if you go the same day.Not a good customer experience, specifically for the expensive price of both the tickets and the food.

This CinéBistro never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, youre captivated by the luxerious feel and view of the lobby. The staff is highly customer friendly and welcoming. This is a 21+ movie theater, so be advised that ID is required, but aside from that minor necessity, once you enter the theatre, you begin to be memorized by the ambiance and sounds of the area. The seating is assigned by your choosing to give you the best experience. Ordering food from your seat is comfortable, and the meal you decide is always made to perfection. This, is how the movies should be.

Yes its pricey but its a comfy theater no kids thats a plus. Also the dinner is costly but taste amazing or maybe I was just hungry. I could always eat and eat almost anything. Anyways the food was great also a 20 or 18% gratuity fee. I went with a friend our bill was $140. Worth it though. No didnt get lucky maybe next time. ;)

CinéBistro is a great theater to truly experience dinner and a movie in an upscale style. This is not your normal theater. It caters to adults. The service was friendly and fast. The seating was very comfortable and the menu had fun twist on comfort dishes. The desserts were artistically plated and taste as good as they look. It is worth attending this theater when youre looking for a quiet (kid free) movie experience.

It is OK. Definitely more private than going to a regular cinema but the menu is poor and the portions are, well, not sure if I was able to see the portions.

Great experience. Servers are always a pleasure. Quiet place to watch your favorite movies with minimal interruptions. Even if there are kids present during early shows; parents usually keep them quiet and entertained during the movie. Definitely recommended.
