I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Ive booked with them 3 times already as have a few of my friends and they are always so easy to work with. The boats are always as pictured and super clean. Weve had great crew on all our outings which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I also super love that you can book easily online and the prices are so transparent. I booked this yacht for my best friend surprise birthday party and it was the best decision I could have made. The communication between me and Kassandra was professional and always pleasant. Always kept me informed and answered all my questions. Sevy and the captian was also exceptional. Helped me and my friends decorate the cabin, took a million and one pictures, and kept the drinks coming. If you want the best yacht experience BOOK them. I’m already planning to do another yacht.

Miami Yacht Concierge is the best yacht charter company in Miami. The boats are extremely clean, well decorated and new, and the staff goes above and beyond. They provide ice, water and even a staff member to serve drinks throughout the day. Chartering with MYC is worth every penny. We had the most wonderful time!

They arraigned water sports and catering for us. it was A very fun day, we end up extending our trip 4more hours. I didnt want the day to end! FUN FUN FUN!!

I absolutely enjoyed my 1st time out on a yacht charter with my friends and family. Only part that got me was the choppiness of the water and covid rules prevented us from getting on our other charter boat that our other family was one. Nice vessel, the 2 people that helped us and steered the boat were very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely go out again.

Absolutely amazing experience of course the waters were a bit choppy yesterday when we went out but overall the cruise was amazing. From seeing the city lights suggest being allowed the freedom to roam aboard the cabin it was and unforgettable experience and if I had the opportunity to do it again I would do it again and again. A++ Service from the driver to the concierge they were amazing.

The ship looked spectacular and the level of professionalism and care that the crew displayed illustrates their pride in carry for the vessel and every guest. It was my birthday trip and I booked the 55 sport My captain was Matthew and we had Jenny as well. They both were AMAZING! The follow ups with departures times I added jet skis as well, I ordered food it was SO GOOD! I booked 8.15.2020 (Heather A. Rogers) They are THE BEST! Highly recommend! I will be back!!!! My family and I were celebrating 2 birthdays, and we had a wonderful time. The crew, Matthew and Victoria made us feel like VIPs, they boarded our many bags, inflated our inflatables , set up all of our beverages and food inside the luxurious cabin. They were very professional and amicable . The yacht was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We hope to rent again soon with Miami Yachting Company.

It was absolutely one of the BEST customer service experiences I have EVER had!!!! You’re not going to get better service than this yacht company anywhere else! Jay, the captain, was great. He kept the rules on the boat simple, fun, and made sure that safety was a priority. Victoria was hands down one of the best hosts I have ever had anywhere!! She was super attentive, courteous, and caring. She made sure our drinks were refilled, appetizers were served in a timely manner, and made sure we stayed safe under the sun. I would 100% book this company again!!!

Amazing experience from start to end. We spent the day on the 50 ft Sea Ray and had so much fun. Everything was sparkling clean, crew was super attentive and accommodating. They made us feel comfortable and very well taken care of.We cant wait for another day on the water with them.

6 hours cruise on Azimut62 with outstanding crew. Everything booked and planned was delivered. Very good service. Top provider especially for Miami where quality is sometimes not up to par with cost and promises of charter companies. Will def come back to Miami Yachting for next cruise in the area.

Great experience!!I did a bunch of research when choosing a yacht to charter for my sisters bachelorette in Miami before ultimately choosing to go with Miami Yachting company. It was a great decision! Not only does the business have an actual physical address (unlike many of the places I looked at), but every interaction and part of the experience was handled extremely professionally. They had a modern online booking system, and I was able to reach a human over the phone with questions/changes to our booking leading up to it. Billing was clear and straightforward from the get go; I paid the up front deposit and was billed the day of the ride for the remaining amount.The day of the ride, Victoria, our crew person met us promptly at the meeting spot and she was fantastic throughout our ride; friendly, professional and took care of our every need. Initially when I booked I didnt see the value of the additional crew person but having her on board was invaluable; she put away and served all the food and drinks we brought on board, cleaning and making sure everyone had the drinks they needed, meaning none of the girls had to play hostess on board. Our captain Chris was also fantastic, super chill and friendly. Both he and Victoria helped us feel safe and well cared for throughout the 4 hours we had the boat charted.We loved our time on the boat, it was immaculately clean and we felt like Miami royalty cruising around on the waves. The sandbar was closed due to an upcoming boat event, so after we cruised around star island and up the Miami river looking for manatees, they took us to Monument Island where some other party boats were anchored and we got to swim and inflate our swan floatie (I dont believe there was one included in the ride, but maybe they just didnt bring it out because we brought our own?) Either way, the charter was the highlight of the bachelorette according to all the girls. I cant wait to go back and book another boat with them, A+ experience!!

All i am going to say is that i have rented a few boats in the past and there is always something that complicates the process in one way or another. This is the first time that i come across such a professional company. Since the first time they picked up the phone they were cordial and clear. The boat itself was super clean and even had very cute touches of decor ( which my girl made me appreciate). The capitan was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable about the city and its secrets.(funny guy).Me and my friends are going out tonight and the hooked it up with the contacts for reservations at 2 of the best nightclubs in the city. 100% RECOMMENDED.Oh yeah, i almost forget to mention, amazing prising.

Miami preferred CAPTAIN Ghe was the best, ask for him. was so fun, really knows miami, we extended, for a leght afternoon romp. watching the sun set while the city light ups was priceless.
