Loved my visit at this museum! I arrived a lil later than expected but they were extremely accommodating! One of the staff even took like 90% of our pictures to make sure we got the PERFECT angle!! Our experience couldnt have been better! We definitely needed more than an hour because there were so many stations! I highly recommend this for a fun day/night out with friends and family of all ages.

We had an amazing experience, they have an employee named Eric that helped us throughout every illusion. Very friendly and kind, even helped us take a few pictures. He kept giving us great advice on angles and how to take the pictures, most definitely recommend coming to this place , everyone is so friendly & worth your time and money !!!

Nice place. Wasnt a big place. Great photos to take for instagram. Each wall has a different theme you can be apart of the point of the museum is to be in illusions. Very colorful and vibrant spot.

Very cool place to take the family since most things are still closed due to the pandemic. We all really enjoyed our time here taking picture in different poses and scenes. I definitely recommend bringing your family or come with friends. Great time.

I haven’t even went to visit here yet and I’m already impressed by my first impressions I’m planning a trip out there this week and I called because I was confused about the scheduling a gentleman answered and he was really cool had me laughing and it’s it’s a great first impression of the place he had just great customer service so I’m looking forward to my visit there this Friday. I just called about 5 minutes ago his cool personality is very inviting n he help me navigate through purchasing my tickets.

Let your imagination roll! It was really fun. Take your time, go early so its not crowded. You will get some very amazing and fun pictures!

Fun place to visit with family and friends. Some of the pictures we confusing, but overall had a blast.

Really cool place. Due to the crowd the time we went, t was really hard to move along in the building by ensuring the group ahead of us moved first. It felt kind of rushed with having a group behind us waiting as well.

Great visit for adults and kids. Everything is about angle to create that perfect illusion. Ask for Carlos the photographer, you won’t be disappointed.

The lines were very long. Plan to wait in line for over an hour before you can enter inside to enjoy what you paid for. Once you get in there to take pictures, its so much fun. Id recommend taking at least 3 or more people to get the most out of the event.

It was a nice place.Pretty cool. The wait was a bit long & when we finally went in there was a family behind us who let their kids run wild so it was kinda hard to get good pictures because they kept stepping in. Other than that, the art work was awesome and we still enjoyed it and got some photos.

My boyfriend and I went on a Monday night and there was no line. It was super fun. We took some fun shots.

My dad bought us tickets for this “‘museum” because he thought it was a real museum like ripleys. We were pretty disappointed to find out its just an overpriced photo opportunity store. $20 per person is just a lot to take your own photo in a store. Would have loved to get a refund but just stayed for about 10 minutes. This experience would probably be best for children.

Went to the museum of illusions got a discount online and save some money.. its right on Lincoln road Mall so you have lots of restaurants and shops to do before or after.. if the place is packed I think it would be a cuz one little girl that was in the group behind us kept jumping in us. I love the alligator and Nessie the best but wish the staircase there.. I hope you enlarge to add more murals

It was not social distancing and the tickets are expensive for no reason. Also they give you a time slot for you to arrive but if arent punctual you have to wait in line as if you hadnt bought a ticket beforehand. Disappointed

Great experience talking 5 children, ages 7-11, and 3 adults. Loved posing for each 3D picture. No fun bumping into the group of people before us and behind trying to capture the actual pictures. Very little transition space between pictures.We paid around $136 for 8 people (family pack, only available online)They offer a free locker to hold your stuff.You can rent a tripod for $10 for full family photos.You can purchase a souvenir keychain afterwards also, not sure of the price.

I loveeeeeee it here! The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful... ESPECIALLY MONA!!! Truly a doll and wonderful woman! She helped me with how to take to pictures and showed me some ideas (per examples shown on the walls). The painting are freaking amazing and mind blowing - dope artists!! My family and myself literally enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t mind coming back when visiting.

Booking Online: The time you pick is irrelevant, you’ll still have to stand in line for 1-2hrs depending on night. Unless... You choose for the VIP tour, then the time you chose matters.It takes about an hour to go through all scenes for pictures.There is no order once inside. Waiting on others to move from one scene just so you can take a pic of a different scene. It’s the only downfall, but it all still works itself out.Pay the $10 for the tripod rental or bring your own. It makes all the difference!!! It’s a mustYou’ll be jumping, laying down, sitting down, standing against walls. It gets hot, so dress comfortably. Great pics if you just take your time and don’t give up on your shot, til you’re satisfied.

This place is excellent! Id advise no one to bring more than four people in a group. Small tight spaces. Tripod is worth the price believe me there wont be someone there helping you through every picture. Other than that we had a great time and Id highly recommend for everyone of all ages

Awesome experience!! Eric was super helpful throughout the whole museum and showed my friends and I all the ways to pose in the pictures and how to take them!! Also, tip before you go: try to go early in the morning when they first open or close to closing time, it gets super busy in the middle of the day. My friends and I went first thing in the morning and almost no one was there! We were able to take our time taking tons of cool pictures.

I had an awesome time here with my girlfriend! Everyone is so nice and their photographer Carlos was a big help to find the right angles for our pictures. It gets a little hot when you’re moving around a lot but the sweat is worth it. Definitely coming back with some friends!!

Extremely hot inside. No fans no ventilation even though it was cool outside.Very disorganized check in and to make the line. No crowd control so you have to tell people to back off and wait their turn.2nd floor has only one way in and out while people are standing on it and try to take pictures of the mural on the stairs.Not worth the price and no military discounts. No discount listed on the website, so I called the 800 number and the person also said no military or any discount type.I purchased on the Miami Beach website and again no discount option listed. The account owner replied to my Google review and stated there is 20% military discount, but no offer to adjust my credit card for the same. The claim is that customer service is trained to provide the best customer service yet I did go to the counter while at the first floor where I asked the employee if the AC was even on and her answer was I will check, but the temperature never changed and the AC. What can I say?

Horrible customer service! We purchased tickets for 5pm, got in two hours later. No one informs you of anything, they do not explain anything. It is pointless to purchase tickets for a certain time when you cannot go in at that time. Tickets are non refundable. Customer service over the phone is also not helpful at all.Horrible experience. Dont come here if you are in a hurry or do not like to wait.They have no control of the line. People caught in, no one is watching, one of my worst experiences.

They have some great optical illusion pictures that make the time great and enjoyable no matter your age group. My only concern was the organization going through the different pictures, it gets very crowded and you need space to tame pictures. Overall great family fun.

Amazing place to spend with family and friends. The illusions really stand out and the staff were always willing to help. If your in the area looking to have a good time this is a MUST!!!

What a great little place to get out of the rain for a while. There are lots of paintings done on walls and floors in a way that allows you to get into the picture. The only down side was a large group in front of us that would take dozens of pictures at each setup. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful, but they could also suggest to large groups that they allow smaller groups to pass.

This place is just AWESOME! I had so much fun! Murals are so impressive and inspiring, crew members served me as if I was a special guest. Definitely a must see spot in Miami beach, such a cool concept!

Amazing experience with my husband, a lot to see and lots of pictures to take I completely recommend the VIP tour because you get your personal photography telling you how to stand so the picture comes out perfect. Fun pictures but not worth the price for the size of the museum

The place is too small for the price you pay to enter just to take pictures of your self. The drawings are really nice, but like I said they should have rent it a bigger place so you can roam freely in there. People cant even take pictures as how crowded it gets. The service of having a photographer to help is nice!

Currently standing in a line that is completely unorganized. The staff is nice, but appear to not know what is going on in order to keep everyone informed on the process. I dont understand the purpose of having times if we are to stand in line for an hour(+) The concept could be cool, but the cost of this and the small space makes it unworthy of anyones money. Never again.

Very unique and different. Had fun taking pictures. However, it was very unorganized. No structure at all. No direction at all. If you have people reserving spots that is what they should follow.

This was not what I was expecting. It is more geared to young kids. I definitely wouldnt have paid the prices that they are asking for to get it. Overall its a nice interactive picturing taking experience.

Waste of time and money. No understanding about people’s situations. We had to return because our schedule messed up and we had to leave. I purchased the tickets and after 8 min got a call from our friends. We had to leave but they didn’t accept the refund even we purchased 8 min ago.It’s just a waste of time and your money. Go and buy something at H&M, it’s much better than getting taken your picture in front of 2-3 paints.

Fun place, so many photos you can take. It’s affordable and not too pricey. A place you can have little memories with the photos you take.

The place is great but they need to be more organized in their process, good staff but very unorganized. I recommend that you come with a good camera to get the best out of it. Just be advised that you may have to wait for up to a 2 hour line for something so small.They need to get a bigger place to take better advantage of everything that that have to offer. They charge an extra $10 to rent a trypod but is really not worth it. Just one way to get in and out of the place on a regular basis in which I believe is a fire hazard.

The fact of having to wait more than 1 hr in line to get in even though you bought your tickets online for a specific hour is what really disappointed me about this place. But in general I think is a cool place, staff is nice and the paintings are amazing.

After figuring out how to get the perfect pic I had a great time here. It does get packed pretty easily so just be patient and enjoy the experience!

Place was fun but crowded. I came here with a big family including my granddaughters. We all have fun but since the place is small people bumped into each other and they got in the way when taking pictures. They also need to crank up the A/C, it got musty.Other than that, the attentdants were very helpful showing us the angles where to take the best pictures and keeping the crowd in order. Pictures came out really nice!

This place is amazing! The illusions are outstanding, and the staff is amazing and helpful. Even if you come alone the team makes sure youre comfortable and enjoy the full experince.

I had a blaaaaast! I went there alone so I had to rent out the tripod. It takes time setting up but once you get the hang of it, youre good to go. Special shoutout: I received a ton of help from Mona who made sure to answer all my questions, help me with the tripod and overall explain how it all works.

Read the bad reviews and price to spend a few minutes in a cramped up room. But what completely threw me off is that people (including children) get the opportunity to punch a look-alike of the president in a boxing ring. BIG NO from me and my family!
