So much fun for kids of all ages and all you kids at heart. Surpassed my expectations in terms of how much I’d enjoy it. Do not miss the sky rail zip line, laser tag, American ninja warrior course, super bounce trampoline, or bumper carts that simultaneously flip and spin!!!!! 10/10 would return. Everyone is masked but that’s COVID - you will still have fun I promise.

Fun Place. Nicely organized. Lots of attractions. Flip Zone Bumper Cars are fun! Laser Tag was awesome, large arena. Liked the Wipeout style Jump, Duck, Dive game. We arrived right when they opened, 3pm on a Friday. It was pleasantly quiet until about 5pm. Little short on staff at first to do some of the higher end things. Noel was a champion, she helped us with many attractions and was very kind!

Play keeps depression away. Kids need other kids and they need to play with other kids in a safe and clean atmosphere. This lovely place provides that. Every weekend there are birthday parties and you share in the festive atmosphere. Staff is the best anywhere in the city, very dedicated and friendly. A membership is the best investment one can make for the overall wellbeing of ones kid. Very grateful this place came to town.

They have a great group of staff working here and they are so nice to my kids even when it is very busy. Everybody loves the ball pit I would suggest a separate pit for a little ones because they block the way of the Ninja course, but other than that it is lots of fun, even for my teenager. The membership is an excellent deal and includes a free slice of pizza and snack every visit.

Highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable, spent about $30 (including food and grip socks) for me and my 2 year old son. Four hours of non-stop running, jumping and climbing. Had to drag him out kicking and screaming he was having so much fun. Went on a Saturday afternoon and was surprisingly not as busy as expected. Lots of room and activities for kids of all ages. Staff was friendly and facility was clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back again.

Many thanks to the staff at Urban Air in Madison for a great week of camp. They are in the old Toys R Us building. Eli had an awesome week of running/jumping/flying around/bumper cars/crafts and basically wearing himself out. The counselors and managers were super friendly and gave us full reports every day. There is another camp the week of August 10. If you would like to get your younguns out in the world one more time this summer I highly recommend it.

It’s nice that parents can play too, makes it a total family experience. If you can swing a few bucks a month, your kids will thank you, plus you’ll probably enjoy the fun just as much.Recommend Urban Air!

Great place for kids. More than your run of the mill trampoline parks in Madison. They also have other attractions, like my favorite laser tag. Loads of fun and a variety of activities. Not very busy because of COVID, it sucks that they just opened a few months before everything shutdown. With how big the place is and ventilation I feel safe especially with Dane Countys mask requirement. I hope they will be able to weather the pandemic.

Great place. Better than Madhouse (was) and Skyzone because there is more to do at Urban Air. Clean facility. Friendly staff who are also actually supervising and doing their jobs without being overbearing. All day pay and play ticketing is also superior to other parks of the same type. Only critique is not great places for parents to comfortably sit and see the activities that are going on. Great overall. Also love the option for membership.

This place is FANTASTIC. I took my son who is 7 this past weekend and he had so much fun. There is a ton for kids to do. Food was surprisingly good also. They even had a cauliflower pizza and it was great! I will definitely be taking my son again. My only side note would be this - You need more staff!!! A lot of the attractions had no one watching them and my son was nearly jumped on several times by kids not paying attention to their turn. Accident waiting to happen. I hope all these reviews citing the lack of staff on the attractions will catch their attention and they will fix this issue.

This is an amazing new facility. Weve gone a few times already and my kids (6&7) love it. I went with the Platinum Plan so they could do everything. They are brand new and I recognize the passion that AJ (Front Desk Manager) and Brad (Owner) have for this facility. A lot of the staff members are young, but I think t he leadership will ensure the facility has quality people supervising. Five stars and the best trampoline facility in Madison. No complaints and Im likely going to have my Kids birthday party here next spring.

This was an amazing place for kids of all ages and even adults as well. There was just so much to do under one roof. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentative! Place was clean, everything worked, it was just impressive. They had a nice little kitchen with food, drinks, and snacks available.I would love to see this place stick around and be part of the Madison area community. This is an ideal place for birthday parties, a treat for kids, or just a play date. Prices were reasonably we felt. Roughly $32.00 a day for an Unlimited pass for eveything they have to offer. $32 is the most expensive of all packages...

Great setup, lots of fun things to do for my boys. Weve been there twice, went with the Deluxe package each time. I like how the waivers/guest information is keyed off of phone numbers, which is far more efficient than the other trampoline parks in Madison. My only suggestion is to completely revamp the guest check-in area, as well as a properly marked exit path. There are no signs reminding new guests to fill out their waivers before getting in line to check-in, there are only three stations for check-in, and one of those is strictly for people buying memberships. This setup is fine if its a slow afternoon like the first time we went, but there were 20-25 other families checking in the second time we went. We had to wait 30-40 minutes to check in the second time, which can lead to some anxious young ones. Havent had the issues with staff that some other reviewers have pointed out, but we will definitely go there again.

We suffered an injury from a loose hanging rope on one of their attractions. The teens in charge had no idea what to do, so I had to clearly explain to stop the attraction and get a manager. The manager just tried to offer me free passes, but my we were already Platinum members. I told him to cancel my membership, to shut down the ride until they could fix the dangerous attraction, and left my contact information for follow-up. Never heard anything from anyone at Urban Air after 9 days and the attraction was still operating with the same loose hanging ropes waiting to clothesline another customer (child) by the arm, leg, and/or neck. I need to follow-up to see if the manager actually canceled the membership, since they have done nothing to protect their customers (again, children!).

I look forward to giving it another try and hopefully will have a five star experience after the customer service issues are addressed.

It looks great inside, but they need to train competent staff and have more staff available to assist guests. I highly doubt I will go there with a complete lack of customer service.

Overall: unorganized chaos (but the attractions are fun)..... I brought my two younger siblings here. We all got the Platinum package. The experience overall was chaotic, confusing, and disappointing. There were areas that were designated solely for the Platinum package but they werent monitored, and seemed very open to anyone. There we areas that seemed very fun and exciting, such as the obstacle course over the ball pit and the battle area over the foam pit, but there were people everywhere in the area. No control or order. No line to wait in. Just uncontrolled chaos. It honestly ruined the fun. Lastly, it seemed like there was very poor instructions or training to the staff members. In one area I saw someone tucked away in a corner not doing anything, and in the laser tag area I overheard two employees talking to each other and say did they tell you how to do this? No did they tell you?. It was clear that these examples were not the fault of the young employees, but instead an error of upper management and structure. So overall it was a disappointed, and I feel like I wasted 100 dollars on three tickets and three pairs of exclusive socks (that also werent enforced as I saw others not wearing them).

It was very fun. Check in was easy, the limes werent bad, and it was a fun environment. The food was not yoo expensive and they had a lot of attractions. There are downsides though. They were very understaffed. People (staff) were running between attractions because of this. The lockers (in which you have to pay for) constantly got stuck and would not open. On the same note, the lockers are so small you can barely fit anyones shoes or jackets inside. Other than that it was a very enjoyable experience.

The first time I went, I had a great experience. Today, though, was horrible. Waited about 10 mins to get my food which wasn’t too bad but when I went up, they gave me the wrong order. One of the staff asked what I ordered and I told her and then she walked away and never came back to tell me what was going on. After about another 40 minutes of waiting, I finally got my food but at that point, I just wished I went and got food somewhere else. Communication is horrible between staff and managers. Also, whenever I’m waiting in the food line, the staff members seem to like to talk to each other and not do their job.My son loves going here so I hope more professional staffs are hired in the future and there’s more organization in the kitchen.

It was amazing the first time I took my son but it wasn’t very busy (the night before Christmas Eve.) My son even commented on how nice and helpful everyone was. BUT when extremely busy like today...chaos!!! New and very young staff need training plus customer service 101. There always seems to be a lot of staff BUT no real sense of staff expectations and monitoring of ALL attractions. The Warrior Course has always been out of control with kids throwing balls...there needs to be staff stationed on either side of the course. The food service needs some fine tuning and again staffing seems chaotic. Who’s doing what??? Hopefully it gets better over time or there needs to be new management. All it’ll take is one child to get hurt and the place will get shut down just like Rock N Jump. Get it together Urban Air.

The idea is great, but the execution was terrible. Gaining entry was confusing and inefficient. Storing our personal belongings was dodgy. We ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and fries from the café, waited 12 minutes for our order to be ready, only to be told they were out of what we ordered. We ended up leaving the premises, eating lunch elsewhere, and returning to play. That was one good thing—the ability to exit and return in the same day. Another good thing was no time limit on playing; we were there for 6! hours. The attractions were greatly understaffed, if at all. The staff, which was comprised mostly of kids, was poorly trained, unfriendly, lethargic, and lacking urgency. My son played dodgeball for an hour and during that time I intermittently walked around and observed the staff and how they interacted with the guests. There was one—ONLY ONE—staff member who smiled, asked me and others how we were, interacted with the kids, and seemed to genuinely like working at Urban Air. His name was Conley. Unlike other staff members I overheard and interacted with, Conley never yelled at the kids or abused his authority if kids were misbehaving or using the equipment improperly. Through his upbeat demeanor, Conley was able to correct the behavior while simultaneously maintaining safety and fun. I brought that to the attention of the Store Manager, Brad, to which he thanked me for sharing that feedback and agreed that Conley is an exceptional staff member. He went on to say that he wasn’t trying to make excuses, but most of the other staff members have never been employed before being at Urban Air, so there’s a learning curve for them. In the end, Brad refunded our admission fees and gave us 3 free Platinum passes for our next visits. Perhaps once the holidays are over, the staff can be properly trained on how to greet guests and how to provide an excellent customer experience. Before that day, my son said he wanted to have his birthday party at Urban Air. But after experiencing how inefficient open play was, I can only imagine how unorganized the party would be. Plus, the birthday party takes place during open play, which means of the hour and a half the kids get to play during the party, they’ll spend most of that time waiting in line with all the open-play kids as opposed to having free reign on all the attractions. Hard Pass. The only reason we’ll be going back though, is because of the free vouchers we were given...

The line was crazy long and they ran out of pizza right at lunch time. I ordered a cheese pizza and was only told after I went to pick up and was given the wrong pizza. I visited Urban Air for the first time and was impressed with the concept and facility, but very unimpressed with the customer service and employee manners. Having never been there we ran into a few snags 1) When paying we made it very clear that we weren’t sure what we wanted/ needed. They person helping us just stared blankly at us and didn’t offer any help until AFTER we paid. At that time she said “You would have saved like $20 is you had done this..., but it’s too late. 2) We purchased a high level access, but half of the things you’re granted access to we’re closed (had we know this we would have settled for a lower price tag pass). 3) Many of the people working there (I think they were employees) were wearing street clothes so there was no way to tell who was an employee or who was visiting. 4) The line for the zip line and ropes course were long and certain friends/family of the employees were able to skip right to the front of the lines. That said, with some training and a set of expectations for employees this place HAS POTENTIAL but I can’t in good faith recommend it to others as is.

Also parents stick up for your children, theres lines that form for some of the activities and other kids just like to cut in line and dont give other kids a turn. While there seems to be alot of staff there also seems to be alot of standing around gossiping to friends or just eating at tables with friends while working, maybe there break time Im not sure?
