This is a Fantastic skating rink and amusement park! Tons of activities to do and reasonably priced across the board. Take your kids and have a great time without breaking the bank

SO MUCH FUN! We went here for mini golf and it was great! They have an outdoor mini golf course and its beautiful! You can chose 9,18 or 27 hole course. They have an outdoor skate park, indoor roller skating and so much more.

Good place to go with young kids. Skating, laser tag, snack bar and arcade games. Supposed to wear a mask

This place seemed awesome and extremely reasonably price. We went for a date night to play mini golf 2 weeks ago and for the skate park this week. It wasnt the most challenging mini golf course weve played or the coolest. But it was the cleanest and the most beautiful course weve ever played. Its not like most mini golf courses. No sharp corners or straight walls really. It has a flow to it. the slopes are amazing no sharp edges or hard corners on the surface. Its much like a real golf green. The turf is a beautiful blue and is extremely clean and in great condition. We played 27 holes. They have a 9 hole course and an 18 hole course so if you pay for 27 holes you play both courses. What was really impressive is the skate park. Its only $8 to go there all day. It was pretty big and in amazing condition. Definitely a great place to skate, bike, or rollerblade. The roller rink has a brand new floor and they have laser tag and an arcade. They also have a batting cage with multiple speeds for pitching and baseball and softball. We didnt check out laser tag room yet so we will be back but just going to do mini golf I was impressed at how immaculate everything was.

Terrible party experience. Nothing like it was a few years ago. I spoke w/2 different managers on Saturday, explaining how terrible the service was. All they did was apologize and didnt even offer any discount off of the party price or anything to help make up for the way I had to be the hostess for the party, even though I paid a lot of money to have a hostess. I do not feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Most of the staff were too busy hanging out together and my hostess was too busy doing tiktok videos to be concerned about the job she was being paid to do. Half way home I realized we didnt even get the tshirt for the birthday, which was just another failure for the day! We were the first customers there that morning and the germ-x stations were out of germ-x and were never refilled. I would really appreciate if the Owner would contact me. I am still amazed at the lack of customer service we received that day, compared to how wonderful the place used to be. And I will continue to tell everyone how much this place has went downhill, because I used to tell everyone what a great place it was for birthday parties.

You will definitely have a great time...just as much as the kids! Laser tag (as a family) was so much fun! It got to be just the 4 of us. It is hard to choose just one or two activities to do, so my advice is do them all....make it a day trip!

Usually, everything is okay, but we have encountered so many people without masks. A state mandate has went out to wear masks. I mean what do you not understand about “wear a mask?!”If this continues, I won’t be coming back.I have bigger priorities than videogames..Like my health.(P.S: A friend of mine calls them “super-spreaders” so thats fun lol)

Did the mini golf. Well maintained and kept up. However I feel like the mini golf could have a little more variety and challenges.

Good place to skate. Great mini ramp. Only downsides are the full pads requirement and the skate surface is a bit odd.

Love this place it is great for people of all ages and group size. Call ahead because not everything is open all the time BUT totally worth it. For $20 two people can do 18 holes of output golf and do a few rounds it the batting cages.

We took our 9 year old grandson & a friend to Insanity for New Years Eve. We were leery of doing so, because we thought it could easily be a madhouse of unruly teens with no supervision. We were prepared to have to leave if things were sketchy. WOW what a surprise! Very well staffed. Plenty of security. All kinds of precautions taken. Every single staff member was so friendly & thoughtful. Very clean. AND all of the teens were fantastic & well mannered. We were seriously impressed & we WILL be going back! I very rarely give 5 star reviews, but this place deserves every one :)

Nice place to have fun skating

This place is awesome. Some friends and I went on a Thursday night, and it wasnt overcrowded at all! My friend almost severely injured herself, but thats because she cant skate and at no fault of the establishment. It didnt take away from the experience though. Not overpriced, and everyone is nice!

One of the many things that make me proud to live in Madison. They honor my military discount here and offer a number of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy such as, 2 full skating rinks, a multi sectioned rock climbing wall, putput course, Arcade, outdoor skate park, laser tag, and batting cages. Great pricing and too notch attractions!

Drove from Birmingham to Rollerblade after stopping by the previous Saturday and speaking with the staff. They said there was speed skating on Thursday from 4-6. Upon entering, they let my 3 kids (all experienced skaters) know they no longer allowed rollerblades because the owner was afraid they would scratch up his new floor. Talk about insanity. I asked when the rules changed and they said this week. They even sell Rollerblades in the shop. The thing that irritates me the most is they were closed on Monday and Tuesday, but by Thursday no longer let Rollerblades on their rink. Dont waste your money here. What a joke.

Very clean staff is wonderful and the even have a rock walll inside the rink. Also outdoor skating . Does not matter what age you are I Skated and my friend did to!!

Nice facility. $8 for an adult to skate, $6 for a child I think. Music wasnt great to skate to and lockers are $1.50 every time you open them. Overall had a good time. Seems popular for kids birthday parties. Arcade, clmibing wall and laser tag makes it fun for all kids.

I had no clue the Insanity Complex off of Hughes had so much more than a skate park!!!! Theres also an indoor roller skating rink, an ice rink, arcade games, laser tag, AND food!!!! They put on events like the Sugarplum Village event that consists of local vendors (like myself) to do some holiday shopping.I have to say, they did a great job regardless of turnout (there was a fb game that day and it was raining). They had Santa there, cookie decorating, an ugly sweater contest, a local radio station there the entire time, and my favorite, Buddy the elf in all his glory lolThis is a great place and Ill definitely be back here to bring out of town family.

Our local derby team has bouts and practices there so Im there f for that. But I have taken my family to the complex to skate, play arcade, climb wall, and use the ramps outside for one of my kids to skate. This is a great place that offers fun entertainment for all ages. I will use this place whenever I friends visit with their kids.

When I went there I thought it was gonna be great! But i was wrong. Your just paying to be with careless and mean people, my sister got pushed by some man and he just laughed didn’t help her. Also me some kid bumped into my skate and just rode away like it was no big deal. But there was one person I crashed into he actually caught me, great guy . Arcade, basically gambling. The prices are okay I mean 5 dollars tho. The pizza doesn’t have enough sauce but it was okay, and the drinks are at a good price and refreshing. Overall this place didn’t meet my expectations but it will for some people so maybe go try it out.

This place is the best place to go for a little late night fun! There is food, games, skating and more! The only thing is that the tokens are pretty expensive and the games sometimes dont give you your tickets.

Pretty fun place to take go skate. Theres a ton to do. They need to staff more people on the friday and Saturday nights though. There shouldnt be a crazy long line for concessions and then there was hardly anyone at the ticket counter.

Decent establishment, prices are okay, food is horrible and no free Wi-Fi. Kids love it, I could take it or leave it.

My son loves this place! Food, skating rink, rock climbing, laser tag, video games and miniature golf! Be prepared to be there for a few hours.

The golf was a blast and challenged our skills. This place is an entertainment heaven for any family.

Ive been skating there on Thursdays nights for the past couple of months. So far I have been very impressed with all the employees and the managers extremely nice and accommodating. As being a skater for the past 40 years the floor and sound system are great, they have a rock climbing wall, arcade and a excellent snack bar. A nice safe place to bring the kids. Thier Putt Putt course is also top notch and affordable. All of my grandkid enjoy going to the Insanity complex!

We go there only for the mini golf, since they are the only one in town. The place isnt too bad, but they just need to do some simple maintenance. Since its fall and everything is dying there are leaves all over the greens and some kind of acorn like thing. The golf ball would hit the acorn and go a totally different way. All they have to do is go out with a leaf blower every morning and this problem would be solved. It doesnt look like they have done this in weeks, or at all. There is some tearing of the turf on some holes but other than that its a pretty fun place.

The roller skating rink is excellent. If you have a child who does not know how to roller skate they offer a helper . that will keep your child upright and skating around with the rest of their friends. They have a place to eat and games to play inside as well. This is an excellent place to go for a Friday night fun date!

Not that many games and all of them except pinball were at least 1.00 per play. 11.00 just to skate. Laser tag lasted exactly 8 minutes. The roller skates didnt have any soles just hard bottom. The rock climbing wall was pretty nice and they gave the kids plenty of time for that. Probably wont be going back. I was gonna give 3 stars but my daughter insists they only get one

This was my first time coming here and this is awesome! Its great for all ages. From kids to grown adults. They have all sorts of arcade games,skating ,laser tag and more. Definitely going back

Nice skating rink, but on the pricey side. I do like that they have the little kid walker looking things to help them balance. It sucks that it costs $5 though!

Its is a great thing to have especially for teens. So many options, batting cages, mini golf, a yogurt station, laser tag, roller skating, wall climb and arcade games. However, it can get pricey quick compared to others similar in the area and most of the higher end games have been broke

This is a great place that encompasses almost every style of team building. Our group had a blast and really enjoyed all of the amenities that were offered. I would definitely recommend taking your families for a different kind of fun! Cindy M. and her team were so accommodating and really made sure we had a blast. I will definitely be returning soon!!

I wish they had more holes for mini golf

The putt putt is nice but you are taking your life in your hands on the skating rank. The floor guards are awful and there is always some older kids skating dangerous and no one does anything. My 7 year old will not go back they scared her so bad. Such a shame. It is a nice place.

I truly felt like I was about to be assaulted by the manager after I brought rude behavior of one the staff members to his attention. Parents beware. He is also in law enforcement!

The staff did a great job with out field trip. Skates were ready for the kids to put on when we got there. The facility was very clean. The kids really enjoyed the games. Overall, great field trip!

FOR THE SKATE SHOP/PARK A great skate shop with an extremely helpful pro-shop to help you build the setup you want! They also run specials from time to time. As well as house fundraisers, contests, & bands! What more could you want?!

5 your old grandson had a GREAT time skating, climbing rock wall until he looked down.. lol) playing games, etc. GREAT staff and facility! We will definitely return! Recommend for family fun!!!

This place is huge. All that Ive done is the putt putt, which is decent. The courses arent anything super creative, but theyre fun and have some interesting twists here and there. Lots of other neat looking stuff to do, I just havent had time to check it all out. Theres security around, which is nice for a place this large, and lots of staff at convenient areas. Ill definitely be making return trips.

My kids love Insanity!! My 13 year old goes most Saturday nights and I feel comfortable leaving her there because of all of the security and police officers. They have so many different things to choose from. You can go skate, rock wall climbing, laser tag, play arcade games, skate boarding or biking, batting cages and more. Decent pricing for all of the activities they have!! I recommend it to any families looking for something to do with the kids!!

This used to be a pretty good arcade. Recently, however, theyve gotten pretty bad. Their prizes are getting worse and worse, their ticket value is declining, theyve started rigging machines, & games are costing more tokens.

No supervision, broken arcade games with only front desk to help & theyre too busy, have to walk forever after mini golf to get back in main building - totally disorganized.Very disappointed.

Staff is not kind. They stare so much it made me feel uncomfortable. I asked a simple question and they didn’t answer, some of the staff was in a group talking and laughing and were not attending their customers. Honestly very disappointed in the service I received. I will not be coming back.

Like to take my grandchildren here. It is pricey though. Take one child at a time and spend $40. Get lunch and they play games. Thats alot for a short time.
