Absolutely SPECTACULAR! This experience was amazing! Our host, Keturah was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. Keturah is a top-notch employee who was clearly determined to help us celebrate our special day. If you have never been to one (this was our first), you will not be disappointed with Keturah as your host in the Willy Wonka room! My wife and I enjoyed the roller coaster of emotions from excitement, frustration, and anxiety all the way to victory and relief as we went from one puzzle clue to the next in the Willy Wonka room. This was such a creative and fun escape room, I think we are now hooked on this kind of event. We look forward to working our way through more escape rooms in the coming months. Thank you Keturah!

Unless you want your first puzzle to be the door, just ring the bell when you want to get in. It locks automatically so Please try to be early as if you make your room public its annoying to wait. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience. I love puzzles and the escape room did just that. David (my guide) was my favorite part of the day. If anyone deserves a medal its David. We did the Arthur room and Ive never had more fun. Definitely will not be my last escape room.

The employees were so nice and as helpful as can be, but (as an experienced escape room goer), this was really not a pleasant experience as far as booking goes. My friends and I walked in to TEN other strangers booked on the same room. 14 people is way too much for one room. When you book online, it does not tell you others have booked, it just lowers the number of tickets you’re allowed to by so it is very misleading. I will not be back to this location, it definitely needs to be thought out better.

Booked the place for a team outing from work. Escape rooms for a bunch of analytical minds was a good idea! Wonka is tough! But good clues and good fun. We did not finish it but we did have a lot of fun. We had dinner arranged by the same folks. It was at the Harvest Bistro on the other side of the street. Food was really good and the hospitality at the Bistro was great. Overall good experience and I am coming back here for sure with my friends

We went with a kids birthday party. The concept was great but way over priced and slightly disorganized. Our host, David, was super nice, funny, and did the best he could to help us get through the many riddles/rooms. Would recommend but definitely at a lower price point, and perhaps some more operational direction.

Great experience, lots of fun! We did the Lost Cabin room, and it was challenging enough to be fun but not super difficult where it was impossible. We all had a great time going through the room together, and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who is interested.Can’t wait to come back again!

Had my first experience at this location with the Lost Cabin room and overall it was a very entertaining experience.The room was more abstract with less generic locks and keys and more things we had to discover, which was nice, however there were a few small things that didnt quite work out the way we hoped.It did seem that for a few clues we would do what was required of us and nothing would happen, only for it to fix itself a minute or two later. Another part of the room either was not reset properly or was stuck but we easily wasted 10 minutes on it when we figured out in the first 20 seconds what we needed to do.I will re-evaluate this review when we return for one of the other experiences that they offer.Overall though I did very much enjoy myself, it just so happened that the one or two issues we experienced prevented us from winning the room and so I am slightly irritated by that. Assuming there are no issues on my second visit I will update this to be 5-Star.

I completed the “Lost Cabin” tonight with a group of 8 friends and it was a great time! While it was challenging at times, it was not impossible to complete. We finished it in 45 minutes! Multiple people in my group remarked that this was better than any other escape room they’ve completed, and they were right! Ken was an awesome game master and helped us as needed. We’ll definitely be back to complete the Grinch and Wonka games :)

My group has done dozens of escape rooms, my boyfriend and I have personally done over 100. All 4 of us had also done the Lost Cabin and the King Arthurs rooms here and thoroughly enjoyed them. The two new rooms that we did this week seemed like they were thrown together by a completely different company. For the amount of money we spent on these rooms, we were all greatly disappointed and annoyed. Excuse after excuse was given for things not working properly or things being left out or solved, to the point where it ruined the experience of solving puzzles ourselves and ultimately escaping the room. The Grinch room was a boring room filled with lots of lock boxes, nothing exciting ( this is why we usually stay away from holiday themed rooms. Theyre usually done poorly). And without giving took much away, things/clues that were supposed to be able to seen were absolutely not. I really wished at that point we were able to cancel the second room, but we were there already and paid, so we gave it a shot. In the were Wonka room there were things not working and a key just left out so that we were able to grab it. That confused us even more because we werent sure what puzzle clues were for because we already had pieces of info. . Just a bad experience all around. Not going to waste our time driving over an hour to this location for any more rooms.

We had a group of 4 and played the lost cabin and it was so much fun! It was challenging but really well thought out. Our game master Shah was awesome and she made the game much more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to play King Arthur!

First time doing an escape room place was super clean and I loved the game we played and our game room coordinator was just superb. Great attitude and professionalism and so thorough, definitely will be back for our Wonka adult night next week! Thanks again sha!

We went with a group of four and ended up having our own private experience in the King Arthur game room. The clues were intriguing and the mechanisms of all of the locks etc. were super well done. We had a great time and would love to come back to try their other rooms. We should definitely recommend this experience. A group of 4 to 8 people would be best and most fun for this room. Best of all, WE ESCAPED with 5 minutes to spare.

Took the family to the Grinch escape room and we loved it. First one we did together, it will not be the last.

We did the Lost Cabin room. The whole experience was a lot of fun, and it was our first time doing an escape room of any kind. We had a group of three and the other group had six, and we all worked really well together. We escaped with 20 minutes to spare. The clues were all great, and we really had to communicate with each other to get things done. Our host was amazing too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in trying it.

Loved “THE GRINCH” ROOM very well put together and our game master Sha was great with our kids and made the game even that much more fun. Super pleased and definitely coming back for Wonka.

Staff here are great. I feel like she enjoys her job. We were able to finished with 23second left to spare. We enjoyed our time here, it was challenging but not too challenging till the point we want to give up. Be sure to book ahead of time. When we finished there was an other 2 big groups after us.Even though the room is small, but it was well designed and with different problem to solve

We did the cabin escape room, and it was amazing! Try to do it with Shaw, who was our game master and she did an amazing job! Will definitely be back to do more rooms :)

King Arthurs castle was super fun. The magical theme was very well done and they really let you suspend reality to enjoy the game with some high tech fun. We played this game with 15 people from ages 8 and up. The party was huge success and I am going back with my company for a team building event in the lost cabin

Had a great time in The Lost Cabin today! The room was very challenging but also incredibly well made. All the clues and items had a specific well thought at purpose. Was a ton of fun for the family. I highly recommend it! And our game master Keith was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and it went that extra step to make the experience that much better!

I did the grinch room today with family and my little cousins. So much fun and thank you sha for the fun time today. She did our game.

We did the King Arthur escape room tonight and had an excellent time! Make sure you go with people you can work well with and/or communicate when you dont. Great fun. We were in a room with one other couple that are our friends, and had an awesome time.

It would have been fun if we got the room we wanted. They didnt give the we wanted. So cant make a real comment. But they werent very accommodate.

The lost cabin was a rewarding challenge. Squad of 8 made it through in 45 minutes!!!

Did this with a group of 5 adults; was super fun. The breakthroughs you experience in the room (we did the castle one) are so exciting and worth it! Our game master gave us hints when we figured something out but didnt do it quite right, which was really helpful. Free 2-hour parking behind their store really helps too.

Shane was our game master and he was fantastic. His energy level and enthusiasm for his trade is great. ABOUT THE GAME - We loved it! My husband and I did this for our anniversary together and it was tough, but we got out! He gave us a few nudges but it flowed nicely. The themes are great and the puzzles are very thought provoking. We will definitely be back and eagerly await their expansion!

It was a lot of fun but really dark in there to make out many of the clues. We were there at 10:15 on time to start the 10:30 session but they were a no-show. We had to make phone calls and track them down and then someone came running after us waiting around for 20 minutes.

What a super fun Escape Game! Both of my kids and my husband totally loved this Castle game. The tech in it was really fun, it isnt just puzzles and riddles they have some really clever things going on in there. The game master was really into it and that always helps, if you go to escape rooms youll know what I mean. After the game we played their new Virtual Reality and that too was pretty awesome. I flew above the city, my 5 year old was underwater (yes 5, he is amazing) and my husband and older son diffused some bomb. Great family day out.

We did “Wonka” after having a good time completing Lost Cabin last year, and of the 11 escape rooms I have completed, it was by far the worst designed. To begin with it was not near the other two rooms and there very poor signage to actually direct you halfway down the block to the room. The room itself had a couple pretty good puzzles, but the overall experience lacked good design. Along with the poor design, the sound quality of the narratives, and the quality of the sensors were horrible. The bad sensors wasted lots of time, which wasn’t a challenging part of the room, it was just a nuisance that made the room less likely to be completed. You also wouldn’t know you were wasting time because there was no countdown clock in the room, which was a staple of pretty much every room I have attempted. Our game master Mel had to try to make up for the bad design by giving our group extra clues such as you tripped a bad sound sensor which made you believe you were done with one part, when in fact it ruined the continuity of the game. This was an overall terrible experience, and I will not be doing any more escape rooms with this company, many other companies do a far better job designing and operating rooms.

Yesterday was so much fun came in to do a room and met our amazing game master Sha she was very interactive and funny and times we felt stuck and dumb on some areas, she really made us feel a lot better lol by the way the kicker was that the best part even out of clues we had to earn another one and the random cha cha slide song came on and we had to dance ohh my god EPIC! Thanks for a great time Sha!

It was great. had so much fun. it was a good difficulty for 8+. Props were realistic. perfect amount of time. It seemed easy but it was not. We had no idea what to expect.

We did King Arthurs castle as a team building outing with a few co-workers. It was an awesome time, and I would recommend it to anyone. The game master was helpful and hospitable. The puzzles were challenging and really made us think. We all cant wait to play hooky from work to try other rooms!

Super fun time! Went for my best friends birthday. Had Sarah as our Game master (guide) for the evil dead esque lost cabin. Super challenging and lots of fun! Teamwork is a must. We were two steps away from clearing it!

Good spot, well laid out. Very difficult to complete for our small group of three (one adult and two kids - 13 and 15), but I dont fault the business for that. What would be nice to see is difficulty ratings for their rooms, so you can better gauge the fit for your group. Even still, the room master was very helpful, engaging and on top of his game.

Great rooms for children and adults. There are 2 rooms here. The Lost Cabin (which is my favorite) and King Arthurs Castle. Both rooms can hold up to 18 people and can be booked for a private party or shared room. A shared ticket is $30 per person, private rooms are a little bit more. Youll def have fun. Trust me

This was a lot of fun. Went with the fam and we all were good at working together to solve the problems. If we had had another 20-30 minutes we could have figured out all the problems or clues in the Lost Cabin. Looking forward to trying others, this being my first.

We were there for an event as opposed to the actual escape room, but I found the facility clean, the staff friendly, and the room really interesting. Its our intention to return for the full experience, and I will update my review (with no spoilers, sorry!) at that time.

Excellent escape rooms! The set dressing is gorgeous and the staff is top notch! Would recommend for small to medium parties.

Amazing customer service! We booked 14 tickets and didnt realize it was cheaper to do a private room. They emailed me and not only booked the private room with a refund but discounted it as we were doing my grandmas 80th Birthday there. Blown away!Now for the actual review! The castle was great, without giving too much away they dont have the typical number and letter locks, which if you go to escape rooms often you know are boring and played out.They used locks but with a twist that kept it fresh. Since it is the wizard Merlins chamber there is lots of tech and it is super fun.My favorite is the night and the magic drawer, youll know when you go.

This was a GREAT escape room! Ive done many and this by far was my favorite! The lost cabin room was done extremely well and we had a great time!!

This was my first experience in an escape room. I went with coworkers from Chaise Firness in Madison and Maplewood. The ER host was fun and enthusiastically presented the rules and story to help get in the mood. Most of my co-conspiritors had done an escape room before so they knew how to find obscure clues. I would recommend going here with family, friends and coworkers. Personally, I dont get excited with this form of entertainment but I had a really good time.I would have given it 5 stars but some if the writing was smudged and one of the drawers took a long time to respond to the code, making it difficult to get the clues and cost us time!

This place has more than one room with different difficulties which is always nice so you can accommodate who you are going with. It was clean and the staff was friendly which is always a bonus. Parking is always a pain in the town, however, so account for that.

We did the cabin escape and it was phenomenal! Really well designed!

I am a Harry Potter fan and thus when I was told.the castle has a wizard theme I was all in. To be clear there is no time to harry potter and the wizard involved here is Merlin as this story line is King Arthurs Holy Grail. That was slightly disappointing but thats because my friends are a bit ditzy, but I love them.The game was really fun they made the magic work without being corny. The puzzle were tuff but not in a way that you cant get it, more of a smack your forehead and sigh as you should have got that.The game master was fun and didnt lead us through the game although hints were offered when we got stuck and he prob felt we needed a nudge, much appreciated!My favorite parts involve the Knight and the spinning disc both are really cool.Bring your glasses if you wear them and book a private room as there is so much to do you dont want to miss anything.

The cabin is the game to do, the decor, the flow, the puzzles and the tech is top notch.We went with a group of 8 and everyone was busy, the hour felt like it flew by!
