Outstanding place to have a birthday party for a 7 year old. Th facilitates were nice and clean. There is a lot to do so the kids stayed busy. I’d suggest staying away from the dodgeball area as there are no age restrictions so it’s just older kids throwing at younger which isn’t smart. They did give us a separate room to celebrate with some mediocre pizza that the kids seemed to enjoy.

Some very rude,not nice children that need more supervision from parents.! We had my grand sons birthday party there on Saturday November 16th 2019. He was attacked and one of his friends was too by 1 random naughty child.!! That aside... it was amazing .! Tons of fun. Cant wait to do it again.!!

Great place if its own guests could learn to pick up after themselves. People constantly leaving it trashed. Like come on now. Its hard enough for employees to watch everything while cleaning up after everyone. Basic decency is needed!

We attended the Paw Patrol event this past Saturday for kids age 5 and younger. Kids had a blast. As the parent I felt the event was low budget. The paw patrol costumes weren’t set right and the heads appeared Crooked. You could see the person’s neck and shirt who was wearing the costume. Also Skye wasn’t there as listed in the ad. The face painting and craft were both ‘self serve’ and unattended by any staff. They had a hand full of markers on the table so we could ‘paint’ our own faces and the craft was just crayons and sheets to color. Would have been so much better if someone was there to paint the kids faces and also to lead a cool craft they could make to take home.

Awesome. My kid loved it. They have stuff for all ages and specific toddler times so the little ones dont get trampled by the big kids.

We went to sky zone for the first time for another child’s birthday party. It was so chaotic and disorganized. We have been to several of the indoor jump facilities around Madison and this was by far the worst experience. We played for an hour before the pizza and cake. Each individual is responsible for getting to the party room by set time. We had no idea where the party room even was. While eating we ran out of beverages and utensils. Guests from the birthday kept having to leave the room and track down a staff member for assistance. This cut into time significantly and the room is only reserved for 40 minutes. Other places we have been have a staff member in the room organizing and serving food. For the hefty cost of such event I would never use this facility for a birthday venue!! There are too many other options with much better customer service!!

We love coming here to Toddler Time with our daughter. They have a million trampolines, foam pits, dodgeballs, fabric swings, and more. Its great for kids because its safe and theres so much to do. Super cheap and you only have to buy the socks once.

Tons of fun, many unique challenging sections - not just another trampoline park. Party rooms and ninja warrior section. Staff was kind, prompt and helpful. Great location, tons of fun for the whole family!

My son attended a birthday party. He had the time of his life. Lots of different areas to jump and do other things. Food was good. Ninja warrior obstacles were very cool! Will be coming back!

I took my 1.5 year old son to baby shark jump time. He loved it! He had tons of fun bouncing on the trampolines, and really enjoyed seeing full size baby and mommy shark in person. The staff was friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze (but we got there 15mins early). We will be going back!

Had a great time, good spot for the family and adults. Everyone was very aware looking out for anyone smaller than themselves.

This place was so much fun. I loved it. There was a staff member named Kat that was really nice and helpful. I will continue to come here over and over again. They have great deals with 90 and 30 day passes. They have lots of activity for everyone. My favorite activity to do is the free jump. They have awesome food stations to fuel up. The floors are clean and safe and squishy. I hope continue to see good things at this place. I like how they changed up the attractions to things that are more fun and more likely to get more people to play there. One piece of advice would by that you make another rule that involved a parent/guardian watching the child because there seems to be some rude people that go in front of you in the lines

Early arrival was awesome, had pretty much the place to ourselves Tuesday at 430pm. Nice helpful staff was a big plus with little ones playing here.

My friends and I came here for my birthday. I’ve been here a billion of times but this is the first time I saw Kroby, and he was really cool. He was a lot of fun. If you see this Kroby, you’re our favorite worker there.

Overall it was a great experience for my God Daughters birthday party. I did notice that there wasnt a lot of staff monitoring the different areas for as busy as it was though. My son stated the same in the dodgeball area as some older kids were throwing too hard st the smaller kids. It should not be stated by staff to the parents dont forget to pay at the end. They had to figure out whom to pay at the end so needs to be monitored better if that is an issue.

Funnest place to take my kids. It says a lot that they get exhausted after 90 minute jumps. Skip the pizza, though...

We celebrated my son’s birthday twice here. It’s a fun place for kids and adults alike. The staff is helpful.

I had my sons birthday here. There was one particular young man that helped us incredibly. I had my doggy bags for the guests stolen and he accommodated with a few free ones from them. It took 15 minutes to get the cake knife since they only have one between all groups and they wont let you bring your own. The kids that work here seem to be the glue keeping it together. They were very helpful young adults. Overall the birthday boy and friends had fun, which was the important part. I had fun jumping a bit too.

Wonderful atmosphere and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend for families. Glad that my family are now members. My children had a blast..

We went to glow party for my sons birthday. Online it says they have a DJ and face painting and there was neither of those and music sucked. The glow stuff was cool and staff were great

We had a fantastic first visit today. Id say what really stood out about our visit was the top notch customer service as soon as we checked in. The cashier walked us through the process since it was our first time and was really accommodating. Our kids had fun and well likely return.

Zero parking and only one person working the check in at open. Took 35 min to check in. If you buy tickets and home, fill out the waiver at home it shouldn’t take over 35 min to just check in. Then they won’t even add that wait time to the time purchased time. Not that the 2 employees working check that stuff anyway. Loose hand holds on the climbing wall (maintenance maybe?) won’t be back, better step up your game if you want to stay in business with two other parks within 5 miles

Pay full price for half a park. Team members could care less that the rings are unreachable by anyone in the ninja warrior area. Other parts that kids actually enjoy are closed. Rock wall is useless because you have to wear socks and the foam cubes are impossible to walk on. It is like nobody at Skyzone actually attempted to use Skyzone. No thought actually went into this place.

My kid loves it so much, Im getting the membership, cheaper in the long run.

Our grandsons age 10 and 12 had an amazing time. They live out of town and asking if we can do this again. Loved it and very friendly staff.

This is a great place to bring your kids and is accommodating for adults to use the equipment as well. There is several activites and events to keep you busy and keep your visits fresh. With the addition of the membership program, this place has become very affordable, starting at 20 dollars for 60 minutes a day per month to 30 dollars for unlimited time a day per month plus other benefits. Definitely a great place for parties, as they have a private partu room that can be rented for use. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and there is staff to help keep everyone safe on the equipment. I highly reccomend this place, whether in summer when its too hot outside, or winter when its bone chilling, this is the place to be for a fun, fast paced playground.

Slow lines. Unhelpful staff. Tried to charge full price for 60 minutes but then told us that we could only jump for 45 minutes. Very disappointing. Had a much better experience at their competitor, Madhouse.

My 12 year old daughter and I were there on a busy spring break day. Given the crowd, it was quite clean and had decent supervision by staff. My daughter loved the many different rec activities available, especially the joust, obstacle course & dodgeball. I jumped, too, and had a lot of fun. We didnt buy any concessions but the line always looked short. We will definitely be back next time were in Madison!

Poorly staffed location. We had a birthday party here and the in the group check in desk there was only one person when there should have been at least two people, one to check in each party. The poor guy was overwhelmed with both parties checking in at the same time and it was a poorly executed process. Later we spoke to the assistant manager and the poor girl is so inexperienced and had no answer to explain why this location had such poor organization. We waited about 20 minutes for the party room to get cleaned and the party host was on his phone (see attached photo). The party room time was also very short and were rushed out with a few 5 minute warnings.Overall very sad with the $350+ spent on this place, we will not be coming back. The main feedback that I have is: Staff this place appropriately, have more than one person at the check in desk, have the party host greet the party at the beginning and have them explain the facility and party process to the children while theyre waiting on the benches, have more waiver computers, have more than one person clean each party room, and get better management.

A trampoline park is a great idea! However, knowing that many kids are dropped off by their parent, they have nobody there to control their use of money. SkyZone offers an entire snack bar to kids as they are jumping. It is expensive, unhealthy food that cant possibly make you feel good while jumping around. I visited there a few weeks ago, and the snack bar had 5-7 employees bustling around in the small space, not really doing much of anything. I ordered a pizza and they said it would be ready soon. I waited for half an hour for the pizza to come, unaware of when it would be there. I wasted a lot of jump time. The excuse was that they were busy making pizza for a party. However, there were still 4 more people who could have been making our pizza. Instead, I kid you not, they were sitting there on their phones. Finally, the $20 pizza came, definitely not worth the half hour of jump time or the $20. I even had to remind them to get to my pizza. This place is very expensive, and usually not very fun. I would not recommend.

We went there for a birthday party and it was a hit. My kids loved it and the employee running the birthday, Jordan was amazing with the kids. My boys are already asking to go back.

Been there several times, and recently had a Bday party for my kids. Friendly staff, great assortment of activities, and well organized. Only con is sometimes the large inflated area is closed off, and we really enjoy doing that.

Went yesterday with a group of 20. The older kids had fun but my younger ones not so much. My son loved jumping unfortunately couldn’t without getting stomped on by other older kids and even adults. I did hear them announce a few times about the kid friendly zones but no one even paid attention to them (maybe because they couldn’t hear it or they just didn’t care) and not once did staff come over to enforce it. There was also a lot of kids that were running around with stickers that there time was already up but were still jumping around hours later and again staff didnt seem to say or notice any of it. This may have been why people were jumping wherever they wanted to because maybe there was to many people. If I can see the stickers from kids running by there should be no reason the staff couldn’t see it. Other than my 4 year old not being able to enjoy it as he should of been able to the older kids had fun.

This is a fun, clean, well organized trampoline park. The staff is friendly and every area is well monitored. Its great for young children, teens and up. Its got everything from trampolines to jousting to obstacle course to a Rockwall to a giant airbag and more.

We had a poor experience with this facility. We called prior to coming to the fitness class to make sure it was still on with it being New Years Day. We were told that the fitness class was still on. First, when we got there, we wanted to purchase a punch pass, meaning we got 10 fitness classes for the price of 8. The cashier was not familiar with that advertised deal (it was displayed in front of the register). She had to find a manager to check us out. It took at least 10 minutes to check out two of these passes. Once checked out, we asked an employee where the fitness class was, and she did not know. We had to ask her to ask another employee for us. Neither of them were sure if the class was still on, even though we explained that we had called to verify. These employees did tell us that the instructor frequently runs late, and they’re weren’t sure if she was going to show up. We had to ask the employee twice to speak to a manager. We explained to the manager that we were extremely frustrated because we had called earlier to ensure that the class was still on. The manager told us “the instructor didn’t call to cancel.”We drove 25 minutes one way for this class, and we had to ask them to refund the class that did not take place. We were offered to jump for free for the next hour, but that wasn’t what we had come to the facility for.Overall, this facility seemed very disorganized. We have little faith that the fitness class occurs on time or as scheduled. The facility lost $188 worth of business due to poor organization.

Came here months ago and had a not so fun experience the first time. I emailed a manager named Herb and he set everything straight. Told me to come back so he could make my experience far better. When we arrived we had two passes waiting for us and them fancy socks. We went on every attraction offered and had a killer time with dodgeball. Staff was very attentive and kind with proper training in trampoline use. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. Whether with your kids or with your significant other. We had a great time and will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way and a huge Kudos to Herb for reaching out and making sure we as customers were taken care of.

Weve been here twice, once for a party and once independently. The time for the party was not too crowded and the staff were doing a good job making sure the kids played safe and followed the rules. It was a good time and the kids had lots of fun.The second time we went the place was an absolute mad house and the staff werent even trying. Kids were running across occupied trampolines and there were at least 10 people in the joust pit just lounging as others fell on them. It was a dangerous mess. The place needs to set limits on how many people are allowed in at any one time or lower them.The place is really pricey too. Not a cheap afternoon.

Check in was a little chaotic, we had a Friday night party and a few dozen other people all trying to check in with just one poor (yet friendly and efficient) associate helping - Alex, you killed it! However, they got us jumping 15 min earlier than expected, kids had an amazing time pizza was hot soda refills were plentiful and we weren’t pushed out of the room when our time was over. It was quite a memorable night for all our little aspiring ANWs! Thanks Sky Zone!

We had a great experience! We had plans fall through for our middle school group, so I brought 24 to open jump and they welcomed us and were so helpful! Will definitely be back!

Had a blast. Fun for kids and adults. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy registration on the kiosk when you arrive to sign your waiver and those for the kids, then straight over to the line to buy tickets, you get a sticker to wear for each family member and then your on your way for your allotted amount of time. Be aware you must buy a pair of their socks, which seems more sanitary anyway. Great part is you can bring them back with you next time you come. We planned to stay for 1 hour but ot was cheaper to do the 90 minites for our family (pick 5 deal). In the long run Im glad we did, time passed so fast having so much fun. Really a good time!

I mean, it is just SO FUN to be there. SO MUCH to do. Trampolines, Basketball on trampolines, dodge ball on trampolines, diving pit, sky joust, spin tge wheel, climb thingie, sky ladder, obstacle course, and rock climb. O my Gooooooodddd!!!!

This was first time here with my son 10 years old. He was enjoying the joust and I just stepped away to get a chair massage.When I returned my son mentioned that 4 kids from a family ganged up and started to attack him and also pulled his track pants finally tearing it off. I am surprised what the referees were doing actually they are busy playing themselves and they are not attentive. (we actually saw them just chatting with each other). Rules need to be enforced to prevent bullying and serious injuries! Parents need to keep any eye everytime as referees are just not taking care.

My son had people swear at him and people threatening him that there would make him land on his neck. Also double bouncing him on the super trampolines and i am never taking him there again.

I brought my child here for a birthday party and she had a great time. There are many different areas to explore. In addition to the trampoline areas, they also have some of the obstacles Ive seen on ninja warrior. It looks like some of the equipment is very experienced, but Ive only been here the one time and maybe they replace things as they wear out.

Went for glow jump. Very busy and didnt seem to have enough employees that night to keep place cleaned up. Daughter and friend had a ton of fun though!

2 areas closed d/t structure problem. Didnt have any signs on internet home page or facebook to warn you. Also didnt tell tou before you paid. Otherwise friendly staff and clean!

We held a bday party for 13 children here and from the initial attempts of getting the party booked it was a very poor process and deficient service that only got worse through the completion of the event. I could write a short essay on all the deficiencies of our experience but I will spare you the details. One week post party and the staff at Sky Zone Madison still hasnt correctly fixed the $83 overcharge from our event. Suffice to say, in the future we will pursue and enjoy the many other competent entertainment options in Madison and not be coming back to Sky Zone.

Went here for toddler time in the morning . The employees were extremely friendly with the kids . Lots of space and trampolines so that it didnt seem over crowded. Well be back

Bathroom very dirty! Management invisible! Paid Reservation was non existent! Liability Waiver is Whack!! However, floor staff were great and very accommodating!! Grandsons birthday party was fun for him and guests.

A few of the areas were closed and facility was not well cleaned the particular day we visited. Also, be aware that if you purchase passes on Groupon, you will still be charged a tax for using Groupon!

Kids had a great time here, awesome ninja warrior area. There is one part of the Ninja warrior area where little kids would need help getting up the ladder but staff were doing good at job at assisting here and there (might have to give a little Hello, please help my child!). All in all, kids had fun.

Kids had a blast. Staff need to do a better job of keeping kids out of foam pit if they are not up on the posts playing. When I was pushed off I had to land awkwardly to avoid landing on a child who was just hanging out. TThere wrre over 10 kids just hanging it in there when we were attempting to play so I removed my family from that activity to avoid injuries.

My 9-year-old loves this place and hosting his b-day party there was pretty easy (plus he gets a year of free jumps)

Fun place to go to with your kids. We were there 90 minutes and kids spent it all being busy. My son is 12 and my daughter 11 and both have tons of fun. We went there from 1:30 to 4pm Thursday on summer break and it was not crowded. Overall good experience.

Great place! Had my sons 9th birthday there and they all had a blast!

I was at SkyZone last year, and it was great. this year things have gone down hill. 15 minutes of jump time was wasted on their broken equipment for the lockers, and it took a long time to get an employee to come and fix the computer. The floors were filthy with constant sticky spilled food all over. The bathrooms were disgusting.The main obstacle course is ruined by the fact that you have to wait in a 15 minute line to go through. I understand safety, however believe this business needs to revisit the revision of allowing only 3 people in at a time and come up with a better way to handle the course.Over all I was very disappointed with our service.

Kids had fun but as the parent I probably wont go back. The facility was full of fun options and was well maintained but the referees did nothing (we actually saw them just chatting with each other and two of them watched me repremend an older group of boys for flying younger children). Rules need to be enforced to orevent serious injuries!

The jump time, party room and food were good; however, for the amount we paid we were way too rushed in our party room. Also when we first got there we couldnt access our room because they overlap parties... our items had to go on a tiny cart (party of about 25 people). One of my guests shoe was misplaced and the employees didnt seem to care, they just told my guest to look at other peoples cars. Overall very fun place to have a party but I think they have many alterations before its otally worth that much money.

Nice spot for a kids birthday party. Lots of different areas and activities. Youll be required to buy grip sucks but theyre fairly inexpensive. There is an area for parents to sit and enjoy some TV while the kids play. There are also private party rooms.

Great venue for kids and adults, but good luck finding parking anywhere near this place. You have to go inside to sign waivers, so everyone has to go inside. Just park across from Culvers and plan to walk the length of a couple football fields to avoid frustration.

I am from out of town and had a little time to kill before heading to the airport. I had a great time! I mainly payed on the ninja stuff. It was a good challenge and a decent layout for fixed obstacles. The warped wall was cool too! Definitely would go back!
